The review is from an Egyptian tourist in Torino visiting his own Country treasures 😅. Well the museum is very well designed and everything was very smooth from the entrance to buying a ticket for 18 Euro, to present my own identity to reserve a locker for free to store my bag. Visiting the museum was easy as there is a well designed path to follow from top to bottom following the exact Timeline. Lots of ancient Egyptian goods and monument that I was amazed to find it in Italy due to the Italian excavation of the Italians in egypt while presenting lots of photos for Egyptian workers digging and excavating their own heritage to be presented later on in another country, that felt weird. I'll still give the Museum a well 5 stars away from my political opinion. Loved that most of the explanation cards have English, Italian and Arabic. 👌 And yes it's a must visit.

As a fan of history, and Egypt, this place gives you the chills. A superb blue eyes gentleman, dark hair, tall and slim - invites you inside of the museum - he is just adorable!! There is a small queue at the tickets office, but it is expected, under 5 minutes. You have a spot for your clothes/bags, so do not worry about that. Honestly, a superb experience. Turin has done a lot of excavation in the past in Egypt, so they have a tone of artefacts. Tickets were €18 per person, and I bought them on the spot, on a Saturday. It wasn’t very busy, but still a good amount of people. Was it worth it? Hundred percent! Has 4 floors (starts at -1) and over 14 rooms for you to explore. It took me over 1.5 hrs to get through it, but I have not read every single bit of piece that’s in there. If you want to read every bit, get ready for little over 4 hours!!! There is a coffee shop in there, brilliant choice of sandwiches and drinks; prices were decent too. You can take some audio devices to explain things around the place, so that’s a good option too. Overall, 10/10 for Egypt and history lovers.

The museum is much larger and more extensive than expected! Never seen so many mummies in one place. You could spend hours here but we did get a bit tired after about 90mins. The interior looks well maintained and the staff are helpful. Definitely worth a visit!

Museum was really amazing! We spent 6 hours there and didn’t notice time flying by. The museum displays mummies (people and animals - even a crocodile!), graves, papyrus and much more. There are information spots describing (in Italian and English) everything one would like to learn about Egyptian culture. There is a small cafeteria for those who want to have a snack (food is good and not overpriced). There is also a gift shop which is surprisingly small - we bought our souvenirs elsewhere in downtown.

Absolutely mind-blowing experience for all history buffs. A story of love, death, art, fun, passion and life itself. Very tastefully and artfully presented. Great for all ages and you can quickly see everything in about an hour, but you can also spend nearly the whole day there and not quite see everything too ;) Your choice!

Incredible museum full of relics and history. Highly recommend booking your ticket in advance (free with the Torino+Piedmont card). Definitely worth coming here as early as possible during the day - especially on a Monday when most other places are shut. The cafe was great value and really helpful for when I needed a break.

Lots to see. lots to learn about how all these artifacts made their way to turin and the agreements made. My favorite part was finding the 3 sections of coffins and the sculpture of the hippo/ crocodile that guarded the houses of babies. You need a lot of time.

If you like Egyptian history, you will love this place. There are a lot of things to see and visit in the museum. You have all their rituals and you can even enter the tomb of a pharaoh. It took us about 3 hours to go through the whole museum, but even so we didn't have enough time to read all the explanations for all the exhibits

A nice museum with alot of items. It's a bit tricky to know if you've seen everything because there's no clear path to follow, but on the other hand most things are alike so it doesn't matter so much. You get stunned by history and it's amazing how good some things are preserved but the museum is very large and in the end it gets a bit boring for us that not are enthusiasts.

Great experience with a lot of egyptian icons and history, many historical pieces. The museum is neat and well designed, and needs a two hours at least. Fast entry, 18 euros for adult and free for child. Restaurant and coffee area for rest after walking.

The Cinema Museum in Turin is a must-see for any film buff. It's packed with memorabilia and information about the history of cinema. The museum is also beautifully designed and laid out, making it a pleasure to explore. The center of the museum is pretty cool, with a huge open space with staircases on the walls. The panoramic elevator is a must. Its pretty cheap and you get to see great view of Turin.

Impressive collection of historic camera and film equipment with a chronologically ordered display gallery. Has many interactive exhibits and a very impressive elevator to the top of the tower. You can easily spend the whole day there.

A friend suggested this place to me, and I wanted to see all of Turin from up high. To do that, it's best to book your ticket ahead of time. If not, you can wait in line and get the next available time slot. The walls around you while in the elevator and the view from above are really amazing. I definitely recommend it.

This place is AMAZING. Must see it in Turin. Fabulous museum of cinema (not only for the people whose like movies but for all of us!). Additionally there is a panoramic lift-it goes upstairs the Mole and the view is magnificent. Ticket for the museum and for panoramic lift costs 15 euros. You can buy also the ticket for the one attraction if you would like to. I recommend buy tickets online, you won't be waiting in the queue for the tickets office.

Love the cinema museum, a real highlight for any visitor, this was my second visit, I came specifically for the Dario Argento exhibit and it did not disappoint, we spent two hours touring, reading the film history, seeing some of the actual props and generally having a nice time, if nice is the right word to use when touring a horror exhibition. There is lots of things to see and do here, this includes riding the wonderful lift. Make sure you stay in the main hall for at least one whole hour so you can see it flooded with light as the blinds open up. Amazing!

The most spectacular views of Torino from here! You will get a 360 degrees view of the entire sprawling city and the surrounding lush greenery, including the hills. The elevator ride is awesome when you will ride up through levels of shops, museums etc. The tower houses the national museum of cinema (Museo Nazionale del Cinema). You should plan on spending at least an hour up there up top taking in breathtaking views of each quadrant of the city. If you wanted to spend some time in the museum and take your time looking around, you will need to budget a few hours visiting this tower. Making reservations and buying tickets ahead of time is highly recommended.

Didn't I already write a review. This place rules. A little discombobulated but very awesome and weird. First time looking at naked movies in a old timey 1910s thingamajig. That being said, if you are slightly careful with that room a great place for all ages.

Beautiful museum! Don't miss that one. If you want to see the view from the top floor I'd recommend booking in advance and being there on time. For the museum- definitely one of the best! You can see how everything started, and learn more about photography, the cameras, and how our eyes see. Then you learn about video making, you can see posters or relax and watch old movies. We skipped the 3d option because it had different long line

The symbol of the city. The architecture is stunning. The museum is large and very well equipped with collections. An interesting route leading through the next floors of the building. Only downside is focusing too much on Italian artists.

Mole Antonelliana is the magnificent symbol of Turin. It is a building with impressive architecture. You can buy combined tickets: going up with the elevator for a dream panorama and the cinematography museum - it's worth it. It costs 17 euros in total. The cinema museum is impressive. It takes you through the history of cinema, from the beginning to today. It explains the entire industry surrounding a film in a way that everyone can understand. Unfortunately, the staff is not at all friendly and kind. Go in the early hours of the morning. At noon, a queue forms at the entrance.

Amazing crazy museum that can make you a bit overwhelmed with all of its exhibits and information. Very varied and of course - super recommended. Buy tickets in advance with panoramic lift so you can get to the roof to watch the city view.

Beautiful building that hosts the cinema museum and shows incredible views of Turin. Seen via the panoramic lift and worth the extra charge. The VR experience queue took 50-60mins but it was a great experience. Crazy that films might go in that direction. The rest of the museum, with its collectibles and original posters, was quite inspiring.

Really nice arena, specially if you’re going with internal tour to restricted areas. Unfortunately the day I went there notice the greenfield full of sand and had no event available, so I couldn’t enjoyed it crowded and on it’s vibrant atmosphere, although premises looks really clean and well maintained.

It has been my dream to see my favorite sports team since I was a young kid. My wife and I were able to finally make that dream come true. Even better I got to do it with my son. They take security very seriously and I appreciate that. The food outside the stadium is top notch, inside is iffy at best. Juventus played a bit mediocre but that is not the stadium's fault. The experience was everything I hoped for. My son and I got matching jerseys. Also we really liked the city of Turin. Very minimal tourism which was a great change of pace from the other places we visited.

The place is pristine. Fantastic helpful staff. Even after the game, all attendees keep it extremely clean. It was such a great experience, and the game was superb.

Located near Juventus Museum and Juventus Store, the stadium is a must in Turin, even if you don't know anything about Juventus Football Club, you will be impressed by everything displayed inside the stadium: trophies, records, history, traditions, players, legends and records, all are impressive. The stadium ticket comes together with a museum tour which is the icing on the cake. I recommend visiting with all confidence!

Great stadium, probably one of the most modern stadiums in Italy. Stadium tour is extremely rushed and only in Italian. You have to buy a separate handheld audio guide if you want to listen in English/French/Spanish for €3 and it isn’t that informative in regards to Juventus’ history. Tour is timed and only a few tours per day. Limited opportunities for photos and constantly rushed by tour guides. Would recommend if a Juventus fan, otherwise wouldnt

The singapore of football stadiums in my view with the cleanest toilets I've observed at a football stadium. Very Good view of seats, very good parking for disabled in very close proximity to the stadium. I watched italy play here but would like to visit again to see Juventus too

Tour of the ground lasted around an hour and was really good. The museum was quite small and it only takes 30mins to look round.

The stadium is very impressive! Built underneath the mountains and next to a big mall. I got there from the center of turin using the metro and a bus. I bought a combined ticket for the tour and the museum. Unfortunately, the tour is guided in italian so i didnt got understood the details. You can buy tickets online or in the ticket station inside the stadium. The fan store is next to the stadium although the prices are very high

Very well done museum tracing the history of the automobile, with some very interesting and well curated exhibits. It’s quite big, so if you really examine and read all of the contents it will take you probably a full day. My husband is not a car person but he seem to enjoy it very much. there are many beautiful cars from prior decades and it’s fun to see all of the exhibits. There is currently a very interesting exhibit about counterfeit cars, I’m not sure how long it will be there but we found it quite interesting.

A massive museum featuring loads of (mostly classic) vehicles. There are also various interactive displays, short films & dedicated display areas. I spent around two hours but you could easily spend a whole lot longer as it's such a big place! There is also an on-site cafe & a museum/bookshop. It wasn't particularly busy nor is it particularly expensive. I loved it here & will 100% be back!!

This place is freaking awesome, the collection of the cars, the atmosphere, the lightning!!! Also liked your driving simulator, but you should fix the gear shift knob. I spent there around 2 ours, in my opinion it is optimal.

Excellent museum, a walk through history alongside the best and most momentous cars ever made. The exhibits really succeed in telling a beautiful story written by passionate people across history. My only concern is that the lighting is not the best at times, and makes it a little difficult to make out some really important details. I would definitely recommend a visit.

One of the best museums I've been to ! Not only this museum will provide you with a various exhibits of the motor industry but will give you the education about the car industry and forms from the first to the latest automobiles. A perfect place to bring your kids and family, if you are interested in cars than it's close to haven for you ! Very clever layout of the exhibits, a lot to learn about how the automobile works and where did it come from. No negative remarks at all, this is what a technological museum should look like. Amazing museum, extremely well designed exhibition with loads of interesting historical cars and complementary videos that really set an atmosphere. We visited for 2h and would have needed at least 1h more to see it properly (it is rather large). Do not miss this even if not a car fan (as myself)!

The best automotive museum I've been to. Not just a bunch of cool cars, but lots of context about the history of the automobile. The exhibits are really cool, and highlight the cultural atmosphere of when various cars were made. Would definitely recommend spending a few hours here.

To say the museum of automobiles is an interesting experience is an understatement. It compells all senses to work, to bring an overall sense of wonder and astonishment. From the history of the automobile, to the virtual reality simulator of an actual Formula 1 track, the visit leaves you in awe, wanting more. A must visit when in Turin!

This is a museum which you must not miss if you are in Torino - even you are not a car enthusiast!! The exhibition is extremely well designed! Guides you through the history of automotive industry with extra focus on FIAT and Italian cars. Make sure that you dedicate a few hours to visit it. If you are a car fan, this can easily be a whole day’s activity. Take your headphones with you because there is a free audio guide available which you can access online with your phone.

This place was surprisingly good - I'm not a big car fanatic but it was really interesting, and went all the way from the horse and cart to the latest in electric technology. It's not all Italian cars either, although that is the focus. There are plenty of US and cars of other nationalities there too. Worth a visit, I think.

One of the best car museums I've ever been to. If you happen to visit Torino this museum should be in your itinerary. Very comprehensive and rich in history. Do not forget to scan the audio guide QR and use it, it is very helpful and informative.

The most interesting museum I've ever been to. From the very beginning it's very entertaining. The exhibitions walk you though the history of Italian car industry, the key players and their evolution. The cars collection is impressive and the experience is awesome.

Incredible view of Turin. Unfortunately, the train that takes you up to the Basilica was not working the day we went (doesn't work on Wednesdays), but there was still a bus which brought us up. The basilica is free to visit, but you have to pay a small fee per person (I believe it was 7 euro) for the guided visit of the tombs. Note that the day we went, the tour of the bombs was only running from 11:30 to 12:30, so make sure you are there on time. You can buy tickets on-site. Note: There are toilets - for the men's bathroom it is on the floor, which was weird ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

We would rate this place as a 3.5⭐️. The drive up to Superga is winding and road is narrow. Be careful. From the parking lot (which is free), you could see a major part of Torino. The day we went up, it was misty. We could not see far. Take some time to read the depiction of history behind the existence of Superga. It’s intriguing. If you want a better view of Torino, climb to the top of Superga dome. Do this if it is a clear day. There is a fee to pay.

My personal highlight of my holiday. Getting to the station was a mare, but the train ride was so lovely. The Basilica is a beautiful building and so grand. I joined a tour of the tombs (Italian only but the provided English guide sheet was helpful) and it was something else. The stairs to reach the rooftop were tough but the views were worth it.

Beautiful Basilica above Torino in the Parco di remberance. The views of the city are amazing! The Basilica itself is stunning and has an amazing story behind its construction. Well worth a visit by car or the train that runs from the edge of town.

Worth the trip. Number 15 tram out of Turin then the tram car up the hill. The tram car is brilliant and the views from the top of the Basilica are fantastic.

Amazing church. It is old, beautiful and located in marvelous mountain. It is a great idea to go there in nice weather for a half of the day and get here by the old tram. I also recommend to get up on the roof. The views are absolutely marvelous. And don't forget to get inside the church, as it has beautiful statues and pictures inside.

Very cool church but it was closed when we visited. The memorial to the plane crash with the soccer team was very nice. The views of Turin are spectacular.

Absolutely stunning Basilica which gives you sights all over the City of Turin - it is a 20 minute journey out of Turin and it is only accessible to the terrace by steps but well worth it for the views

This is an amazing spiritual site located in an unbelievable natural setting. It is a historic place of importance in the development of Turin as a city and its independent culture. You will be in awe of the beauty of the church and the artwork inside. There are amazing views of the city and the alps in the distance. It also has hiking trails to see the natural area.

Beautiful and clean restaurant and great service. The food is beautiful but unfortunately not tasty. The veal with tuna sauce - veal is really tough to chew up. It has very tough fibers for some reason. It cannot even be cut up by knife. Either they are not using veal or they are sliced too thick which I doubt. Anyway, this dish is a complete failure. The Barolo braised beef had a better texture, but the flavor is not very good to be honest. The beef has a very strong almost uncomfortable beefy flavor. I have been eating all around Italy across every single region, this is probably the dirtiest beef flavor I have had so far. Now the asparagus is the real disaster. It is significantly overcooked. Soggy and mushy. Just absolutely disgusting. And it costs $7. Dessert is good. In one sentence, I don’t think they know how to cook. No amount of decorating is going to make up for the fact that the food is poorly prepared.AVOID this restaurant at all cost

We picked the restaurant last minute as it had good reviews. However, it was a rather disappointing dining experience. Location wise, it is relatively central however the outdoor area is by the main road/pedestrian walkway. No views or nothing too impressive. The bigger disappointment was actually the food. The bread/bread sticks were stale and felt like they had been put for decorating the table (rather than eating) for days. For starters, we had the veal with tuna sauce and the raw meat tartare. The veal was chewy and feel so not fresh. The raw meat was more problematic as it did not feel fresh either which is rather alarming for raw meat. Colour was not strikingly red. For mains, we had the braised beef and the veal loin. The braised beef was basically tasteless despite all the sauce. The veal loin felt too bland and unimpressive. We had hopes that the side dish of potato wedges would be fine but that too was over cooked and burned on the edges! Wine list was extensive but all bottles were outrageously expensive even for local wines. We felt that they purposely limited affordable options so they could sell expensive bottles of wine. All in all, not impressed.

Excellent food, friendly service, and fair prices for the quality of the meal. It isn't cheap, but it won't break the bank either and once you taste what they have to offer, you will be very happy with your decision to come here

Elegant and elevated Piemontese cuisine with a refreshing selection of vegetarian options. Antipasti were the highlight. The 62 degree egg with asparagus and white truffles was a nearly perfect balance of flavors. The service is welcoming and the atmosphere relaxing. A great special occasion restaurant.

Great, hearty Piedmontese food. The cheese gnocchi was some of the best I’ve had! Also loved the tajarin, stuffed onion, thistle gratin, red wine beef and pork knuckle. Panna cotta was fantastic as well. All the food was fantastic, and the setting is quite cosy and rustic. We almost got turned away because our vaccination passes are not from the EU and not considered “green passes” but thankfully an Italian friend was with us to communicate that our passes were accepted in Italy.

Freaking Exquisite ! I took the stuffed onion as an entre , freaking amazing. Then I took the pasta al Ragout which is in the pics , that again was an explosion if savour . As the pain dish I took Beef with potatoes ( photo 2) that plate was very nice also , but nothing compared to the 2 first plates which where mind blowing. And for a desert, my mind was blown again by the freaking Tiramisu 🤤 my god ! This place was outstanding and the service was exceptional ! (This was recommended to me and my friend by a chef teacher in a very highly praised cooking school in Parma, italy .)

I liked everything, starting from hospitality of the team, perfect local beer, perfect aperol spritz, and two best pizzas, and finishing with two perfect espresso, tiramisu and pistachio cheesecake. This pizzeria has quite rich menu, with different special and delicious pizzas. My favourite ones are "Emilia Romagna" and "Piemonte". Don't forget about Tiramisu😍 Also the staff are extremely kind with perfect knowledge of English. Only negative side is that, if you're going to eat on Friday or Weekend evening, be ready for a late service(around 30 minutes), since they're really crowded at that time.

Fantastic experience all the way around. Great food and even better service. I had the caprese salad and mortadella sandwich and my wife got the truffle pizza. I didn’t take pics of my food but my wife snapped a pic of her pizza - big enough to share with two people. Great prices too compared to other places in the area and for the quality of food and service. Wish we had one of these in the US!

Pizza is good and prices are fine, but service is very disorganised. We waited for almost 30 minutes for our pizzas and my partner's pizza came wrong for two times until the right one came. I could've graded with 3 stars but the fact that staff recognised the issue, apologised, and did not even charge our wine glasses, shows concern with customer satisfaction and service quality, which I did appreciate.

Me and 2 of my vegan friends had a dinner in this branch of Pizzium. Firstly, I must day I loved the rustic style environment. The place was warm, cozy and clean. The people that served us were also friendly and polite. For food we had 2 Vegan Margherita and a regional-inspired pizza called Toscana. I love the Toscana; It had lard, mushrooms and truffle sauce with pecorino flakes. The Vegan Margherita was really good too. They only think I missed in the pizza was the smell of a wood fired oven. I hope that the Vegan Margherita would be just a starting point and in the future they add more vegan options to menu.

As an international visitor from Australia, I would have to say this is an absolute must dine experience when visiting Turin. The host did an amazing job at translating amd recommending both wine and various dishes.The food was phenomenal and service to match. Left feeling very full, both belly and heart.

The service here is one of a kind! The atmosphere is almost as if you're in an Italian home. The menu is only in Italian, but our waiter spoke English and communicated wonderfully with us. The only mishap we had, was that when we heard the word scallop we assumed seafood scallop and therefore ordered those plates, later we learned for Italians scallop is not seafood, we were brought instead veal scallop which wasn't a big deal for me, but my husband does not eat meat. The waiter was very nice about it and was able to switch out his dish. Everything was very tasty.

What a great place. We ate there on rec of a friend. And we're so impressed that we csncelled our plans at some Michelin star place to eat there again the next nite. A terrific collection of Piedmont specialties very well prepared. It was porcini season so there was a special set of mushroom entrees. These were the best things we had n likely not always on the menu but everything else was great too..especially the primi. The house wine is an excellent dolcetto. Unless you are a big wine connoisseur I would just go with a carafe of that as it was great. The owner is a "big personality," but that becomes endearing. He and one main assistant who is very very nice albeit quieter staff the entire place...but efficiently. One small issue. The front room has a large table for 12+. It was filled with large parties both nites which could be "lively"...so if looking for a more quiet evening be sure to request the back room

Very delicious food and very nice service! The waiter could even speak with me in german and much more languages like englisch, french, italian very fluent! He even explained me the menu in german. Its was a very nice experience and the price was very good too
