Great museum for the military machine enthusiast. My 14 year old son and I visited this morning and the planes that are on display are very well preserved/maintained. These are on par with some of the bigger museums we have visited. You can tell they really care about the machines in their care. They have some real unique pieces with very interesting stories attached. Our tour guide, Curtis was great. He was very patient with my son who is a big military plane buff, so he had lots of anecdotes to share. There are a couple different air conditioned museum areas with lots of military memorabilia and artifacts on display. The gift shop is small but nice and they have lots of different t-shirts and models available for purchase. If we are back in the area again, we will probably come back for another visit with the rest of the family. Definitely worth the price of admission.

One of our familys favorite places to visit. The whole family loves the history and seeing the historic aircraft. I have visited this museum my whole life and have seen it grow through the years. The only flying twin mustang is here, and a once in a lifetime must see. Make sure to go to one of the airshows !!

Definitely one of the best air museums we’ve ever been to! So much variety of planes and everything is so well kept and restored it feels like you’re back in time. Our toddler loves airplanes and had an amazing time walking around and checking out everything! Staff here is also super nice and welcoming. Would highly recommend making the drive and visiting VAC!

Extraordinary. An absolute must if you've any interest at all in aviation. Stupidly, we ignored the signs for this place and headed instead for the Kennedy Space Centre. Two fairly disappointing hours later, we exited Kennedy and headed straight here. We were met with very reasonable entry fees and a hugely knowledgeable, complimentary guided tour (thanks so much Allen/Alan). Wow. Just wow. Next time over the pond, we'll have a whole day here and still won't see everything. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. DO NOT MISS THIS. *Apologies for the standard of the pictures, I was running out of time.

Incredible museum! Wear comfy shoes and set aside a large block of time. You can have a guided tour which lasts about 3 hours and I guarantee there's going to be some stuff you want to double back and see. The staff is all incredibly friendly and the guides have tons of knowledge and information. It's well worth the drive and admission price.

Genuinely the greatest museum I have ever been to. I was able to walk up and under every single aircraft here, and I was able to chat with a F-105 pilot who flew in Vietnam (His name was John, incredible man). For the price you CANNOT beat this place. Absolutely lovely staff and extremely clean hangers. PS: You might notice I added 22 photos. This is only a select few because there were so many birds.

We had a wonderful morning at the Warbird Air Museum. Our tour guide (Gordon) was great. My sons & I are very interested in military history & specifically Aviation. So, this was right up our alley!!!!

Took my teenage sons here and we were all fascinated! John was s great tour guide! He is a veteran who was a fighter jet pilot in the Vietnam War. He had so many great, and exciting stories about missions he flew. And you felt like there wasn’t any detail he didn’t know about the aircraft on display. So glad we decided to stop here on a rainy afternoon!

Had a fantastic time checking out the Warbirds exhibits today. Ex Navy pilot Roger was so kind with his time to explain aircraft evolution & aircraft carrier operations along with his personal life experience. Would recommend to all, never forget the brave aviators that fought in these aircraft to our freedoms of today. Thanks again ! Ray from the UK

Beautiful museum with a host of planes from many eras, WW1-Vietnam. Lots of memorabilia, mannequins in uniform, and a gift shop. A wonderful treasure trove of US Military Aviation history. Definitely check it out! (If not for the C-47 alone!)

Great not very well publicized aircraft museum. 2 hangars full of planes from WWI on. Tour guys are volunteer retired military. They give free tours and are very enthusiastic about sharing their love of aviation. It’s definitely worth stopping by for a visit. Would highly recommend. Hangars are not air conditioned so be prepared to be hot.

A definite must-see for anyone who loves aviation, military history or dreams of becoming a pilot. Tons of great planes in excellent shape and a few you can go inside which was a blast from the past for sure and really cool to see. There's also a flight simulator and tons of great pieces of vintage history in various museum-like settings throughout, as well as very friendly tour guides and a gift shop. Definitely worth the trip and cost.

If you love, appreciate and value the history of our military, service members and our amazingly beautiful military aircrafts...THIS is a museum you shouldn't pass up!! We spent a couple hours here looking at and learning about the different fighter jets and military planes the museum has on display. We were approached by a volunteer named Mark who told us if we had any questions, just let him know. Well...we ended up staying with Mark as our personal, and extremely knowledgeable, tour guide for the next hour. Mark was amazing!! We learned so, so much from him. Got to sit in the cockpit of a B52 which was mind blowing! This museum is a must see if you're in the area! Ask for Mark, you won't be sorry!!

Really nice & informative law enforcement museum!! The staff is very friendly & helpful and we found the names of some officers we know of who were killed in the line of duty. First class place & highly recommend! We will definitely be back & plan to watch their calendar of events!

This was a hidden gem we discovered while driving around. The place is very interesting. I could have spent hours looking around. They have a really nice area catered to children, a beautiful memorial, and everything in between. I really liked seeing the historical weapons and criminal tools. This is a must visit for everyone.

Awesome place and very informative and has a beautiful memorial to all fallen police officers in the USA on a ongoing granite wall. Very clean and so interesting with wonderful memorabilia of police vehicles, clothing. Guns, tools etc.

Amazing place, lots of history here, and a tribute to our heroes in law enforcement. The whole family enjoyed all of the exhibits. This place is a must see

This museum went well above my expectations. There’s a little something for every interest; a Western section complete with stocks, old weapons, a tramp chair that you can sit in, a mob section that has old news clippings etc. For the little ones; An area for puppet shows, a place to make your own badge, even a dress up corner. My personal favorite was the investigation section! They have a computer set up with digital composite software that was a lot of fun, an area to compare footprints and dna. The interactive exhibits were so unique, a gas chamber, electric chair, a mock prison cell. Very cool! We ended our visit by going into the memorial in the middle which honors all the fallen officers since 1960. Sobering experience! Admission is reasonable, everything is clean and very well cared for, the staff is fantastic. We spent over two hours there!

Very nice museum, showing the history of the American Police Officer. Very nice center tribute to all of the men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice. The gentleman at the front was very welcoming and stopped by on our walk through to see if we had questions and check in on our experience.

Our family had an absolute great time at American Space Museum. The ladies at the front are so nice. They have a gift shop when you walk in and give the kids a scavenger hunt so they can learn and find different items throughout the museum. Our 13 year old son who is a big time NASA and outer space fan enjoyed it the most. Mr. Gordon was absolutely amazing!!! He took the time to explain absolutely everything. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. If I could give more than a 5 star review, I honestly would. Our children learned so much! Such a nice place to enjoy and an outstanding educational experience and give you some special souvenir to take home! We will be back! :)

What a little gem of a spot. Anita was so knowledgeable and shared with us some great stories. The building is small but packed with so much history and memorabilia. We stayed here with our Harvest Host membership it was worth the stop.

An incredible museum for only 10 USD. Anita and the rest of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the visit. Once you're done with the museum, you can walk 200 yards towards the river and you'll find the Mercury, Gemini, Apollo and Shuttle walk of fame.

This wasn't in our original vacation plans but we decided to go after looking it up. Was a super cool experience. So many historical artifacts from the space program. Our tour guide had a lot of fun stories to tell. I highly recommend getting a tour guide. The room with all the real NASA computers was one of the coolest parts. They actually worked, made noise, and lit up. Can't recommend this stop enough on your Florida trip.

Boutique museum, but amazing stuff in there. Loved the entire room of "super computers" that you were allowed to touch the switches on. Age range that enjoyed it was 3 to 13 l, plus a dad. For sure worth $10 per adult. The kids did scavager hunt and they got a free prize!

This is the museum to visit! Simulation of an actual launch sequence using the MEC Model IV Launch Sequencer from control block 17 with footage of the final launch using this sequencer. Staff were very, very knowledgeable and eager to share making it a more realistic experience. Scavenger hunt for older kids actually got them into the stories around the Gemini program and the astronauts.

It's like the hard rock of space artifacts; there's so much to see in such a tiny space. Mentioned I brought my brother who went to space camp as a kid to the very knowledgeable Miss ROM Valentine, so we got the tour with our very own docent. It was nice to get to know some stories and info from a proud local. Lots of fun and lots of nerding out to do here. Well worth your time and money to stop in while visiting the space coast.

The best sanctuary in the county! Never fails, always wonderfully upkept, and never a boring exploration! We love finding tracks, looking at creatures, and enjoying the most diverse hike. They have different biospheres, a variety of paths and trails each with their own experience, and the highest point of elevation in the county. Also make sure to stop inside the building it is amazing all they have in there! Adults or families make sure to stop here! Thank you to all the amazing staff and volunteers, we are so lucky to have this sanctuary!

This is a gorgeous natural space in the middle of a bustling town. It felt as wild as being in a remote jungle. The natural landscape is inhabited by many birds and I even saw some piglets wandering about. Make sure to stay on all the trails and carry for your water and insect repellent. It’s so beautiful here and the staff who operate it are welcoming and knowledgeable. They will tell you all the great spots to see.

Beautiful trails that are well maintained. Nice butterfly garden and awesome staff. A big thank you to Martha, for taking the time to show my daughter some of the endangered species of plants their growing. Great place to check out!

Incredibly peaceful and beautiful! I must say it is a very thoughtful park. Kind volunteers greet you upon arrival. Once you sign in grab a map and your ready to go! They even let you borrow their laminated informative Field Guides to help you along the way (please return them when done...for others). All trails are marked well and the maps tell you length of each one. Great way to decide which way you go! Like I said, thoughtful. We even ran into a gopher tortoise on Tortoise Trail! Perfection!

Explore gorgeous natural Florida at this beautiful sanctuary! There is a lot of seating for picnics, a screened in enclosure for functions and an outdoor stage with benches for the audience! With a butterfly garden, lovely trails to walk and an informative welcome center it's a wonderful way to spend an afternoon! The staff is helpful and there are also a few Geocaches to be discovered!

I loveee the Enchanted Forest! Amazing staff! The most beautiful scenery. I highly recommend this location to my clients. The big 'ole tree is my favorite spot, for sure!

Amazing place, really enchanted. We didn't do the whole trail, but the walk we did was amazing. Nice volunteer welcoming and guiding visitors. The learning center was amazing for our kids, and they played some nature games and watched through the microscope. Nice place.

This museum is a hidden gem. Smack dab in the middle of Titusville. For a donation- just to keep it going - you can learn a lot about this area

On vacation and checked out the museum. I was not only impessed by the vast displays of historical artifacts, but by the extremely friendly and helpful volunteer staff. I even got to see the legendary local alligator of the 1950s, Old One Eye. Of course Mr.Old One Eye was deceased, but he had an impressive set of monsterous teeth. Educational, informative and fun time.

What a hidden treasure in Titusville! This place is full of various artifacts and bits of history that you can definitely wander for an hour or so through all of it. The volunteers are so friendly and happy to answer any questions. There is a rich history to the area, and this museum displays it quite nicely. A good place for homeschoolers to check out, especially their free monthly classes!

Very quaint museum. A lot of local history and great displays. The older couple overseeing the store were really enjoyable to talk with. Totally recommend while visiting the small town vibe reminiscent of where I grew up.

Great place for seafood. Sweet tea is extra sweet so I got it half and half after my first cup. They sell shrimp in large amounts which is good for groups so that you don't need to order specific entrees. They serve hush puppies that are sugared and in large quantities that were delicious. The outside has great parking and a nice scene with fish that you can feed with free fish food. They swarm the food and would be fun for kids. They have a plethora of seafood options.

One of the few places left, that serves you a decent sized meal for your buck. We were greeted and seated promptly. The corn fritters with powdered sugar were such a neat surprise because I didn’t know this was something the restaurant gives you at not extra charge. I was taken aback by how delicious they were as well. During my visit we tried the shrimp tacos and a po boy sandwich and it was loaded with shrimp and they were seasoned to perfection. When you visit here bring your appetite and be prepared to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. They also have another seating area that has great decor perfect for a celebration.

Hands down the BEST Seafood experience I've ever had! Everything was so fresh. The Oysters were so delicious, and we enjoyed every bit of what we ordered. I loved that they serve little corn fritters with your meal as well! The Souvenir cups are so cute and were great to have to take home with us. Our Server was so sweet & helpful and made sure we had an amazing first time. I can't wait to return. Anytime we pass through this part of Florida we will be stopping by!

We stopped in for lunch and both had Mahi, she had the small portion and I had the large. Both were good size, but the large was huge. Everything was very tasty and the service was top notch. Love the atmosphere and the tea (1/2&1/2 was perfect). We’d go out of our way to eat here again.

Atmosphere: Relatively quite place, no music. Lightly decorated. Food: Doughnuts holes: A nice appetizer that they bring a "bowl" per 2 people. Powdered sugar on top, but well balanced so it's not too sweet Calamari: nice crisp on. Ith the tentacles and the rings. The banana peppers were well camouflaged with the breaded and crispy rings. The tomato sauce is a bit weak. Cheese Curds: Very good curds with great breading. I do not really like the tomato sauce with it. Shrimp and Grits: On the dryer side of the spectrum and nice flavor. The shrimp was on point and the bacon was a great addition. I like mushrooms but I think it was a bit too much mushrooms as it overpowered the shrimp and grits flavor. If I had to do it again I'd half the amount of mushrooms. I would recommend the chef to try different mushrooms to see which one is the best complimentary taste to the shrimp and grits. I do have to add that I got the half size serving, which is plenty after an appetizer Service: Solid service, quite good. Final thoughts: Good place to have a nice meal with family and friends.

First time at Dixie Crossroads for dinner. Great food and service. For starters have the shrimp with bacon and for the meal have the rock shrimp. You can’t go wrong with the fish either. Yeah table is served with fried dough balls with powdered sugar or “po boys”. So yummy! Great service also again I must say. We will be back.

I recommend you get a cup of clam chowder with anything you eat! It's simple yet amazing! The shrimp and grits were excellent! The grilled catfish sandwich was seasoned well and filling with two decent pieces of fish! Ask for Nina, she took great care of us and brought water right away without asking. 🥰😍

I'm happy to have been talked into trying them again. Much improved. The fritters taste good-like they used to...smaller, but tasty with pieces of corn and plentiful. My companions were quite happy with their rock shrimp. Hubby liked the regular shrimp. I enjoyed the unique shrimp and cheese grits. I've never had it with a ton of bacon bits, but it was spicy and nice. The half serving was enough for me. The side serving of broccoli my daughter in law got was huge and perfectly crunchy. Unlike many restaurants, they were not stingy with the lemon and brought a large bowl.

We did a call ahead here, but they said that they didn’t have record of it when we arrived. There was plenty of seating, but it still took a long time for them to put the tables together and seat our large party. The children liked looking at the live turtles and fish in the pond outside. They can easily seat very large parties. Our party size was 15 and the rooms could handle more. The waitress was friendly and snapped a photo of our group for us. She is what saved this from being rated two stars. The food ranged from disgusting to just above okay. I struggled to choke down the cheese grits. The medium shrimp tasted good, but since I ate the cheese grits first, I’m not certain if my taste buds were just thanking me for the change to the shrimp. The children said there chicken tenders had chewy parts in it. The broiled shrimp was just okay. The complimentary corn fritters were good.

From New Zealand to El Leoncito! I was very keen to try the Mexican food and I wasn’t disappointed. The vegan tacos were tasty and accompanied with yellow rice and refried beans which were delicious. The corn chips came with a mild and a spicy salsa which was perfect on the tacos. Order the guacamole as this went perfectly with everything. A corona with lime was the perfect accompaniment

This is a great Mexican restaurant. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Free salsa and chips of course. They have a great selection of cold Mexican draft beer also. Nice decor and friendly attentive staff. My wife and I both had shredded beef dishes and both were uniquely different. Would definitely come back.

Great service and the food came out fast and hot! Best Mexican place in the area. The music and decoration of this place takes you to the south of the border. The view of NASA while eating nachos and salsa is a treat.

Stopped on the way back to where we are staying. Glad we did! Food was tasty, prices reasonable, service prompt and atmosphere great. There is some outdoor seating but we are inside. Warm chips came with a mild and a spicy salsa!

I would have liked to give a better review but there are things that can be improved... The place since you see it on Google draws attention. It is a large establishment with dining inside and seating outside. The concept, obviously, is more Mexican than Cuban. The decoration is very colorful but the restaurant has that old smell. And the waitresses uniform is HORRIBLE!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ From what I could see, older ladies work there and with those skirts... for young girls, it’s ok! So much nice uniform for them to have chosen that one.👎🏼 I didn't have to wait for anything to be seated, but for them to take my order, it took about 15 minutes. I can understand that there are not so many staff, but two groups arrived after me and were served first (I imagine that since they were more than 2, as we were). The food was not bad. But the birria consommé is from cans. It was more of a soup style with onions and cilantro, and for them to bring me my bill, there it took about 10 more minutes, it was more the time I spent waiting, than what it took me to eat. And the last one… tha bathroom was super clean! 👍🏼

It was good. It is a common Florida restaurant style of outdoor seating, waterfront dining and live music. I ordered the scallops (highlighted on the menu). They were tasty and well cooked. The ceaser salad had a good amount of cheese but was otherwise average with boxed croutons. I would probably go back but wouldn't go out of my way to go.

Nice establishment, friendly staff. Beautiful view of space launches and NASA's Vehicle Assembly Building! You can't beat the all you can eat fried cod and catfish on Friday's. Fish batter needs more spice and catfish needs to be in a cornmeal batter. Nice sized menu. Happy hour from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Loved Shiloh's, we has a great experience! My dad, stepmom, and I were looking for a good location to watch the rocket launch at Kennedy Space Center, and also to get a great meal. The restaurant was a cozy cabin style decor, though we decided to eat outside...they have very spacious patios and decks perfect for looking out towards the space center. While almost everyone there was present for the launch, it wasn't overly crowded or chaotic. Also appreciated the quiet, well-behaved birds that hopped around on the deck. The food was delicious, some of the best tartar sauce I've had, and many great choices on the menu! The servers were very friendly and efficient, and there was a very cool vibe about the place. Check launch schedules and come for dinner and a show!

My experience at Shiloh's Steak and Seafood in Titusville was decent, earning it a three-star rating. The restaurant had a cozy ambiance and attentive staff. The menu had a decent selection of steak and seafood options. However, I found the food to be average. While the steak was cooked to my liking, it lacked the wow factor in terms of flavor. The seafood options were fresh, but they didn't stand out compared to other seafood restaurants in the area. The prices were on the higher side for the quality of food received. Additionally, the service was a bit slow, and it took longer than expected to receive our orders. Overall, Shiloh's Steak and Seafood provided a satisfactory dining experience, but it didn't exceed my expectations.

Stopped in here late afternoon on a Tuesday Excited to see Kennedy space center in the waaay background...the server Nichole was excellent! Our beers were cold and refreshing. The crab cake appetizers were hot, crunchy tasted to perfection. The Samuri fish tacos with yum yum sauce are a party full of flavor! We split everything so we could try more delicious food..... when Nichole offered dessert she had us at Key Lime Cheesecake.... I took the first bite and waited for my love to take his and it took him down memory lane to when his grandmother made it .We both were in heaven!! This is the most delicious Cheesecake!! the texture was creamy, the flavor could have had a bit more key lime BUT....we loved it so much that I ordered a slice to go!! Definitely worth the trip!

This restaurant is waterfront with great views. We arrived and were seated quickly. We waited approximately ten minutes before we asked someone to send a server to our table. The food was ok. My shrimp was tasty, but the fries were not fresh. The combo platters had, shrimp, fish, & calamari. The fish and the shrimp were fair, again the fries, not fresh and the calamari a bit over done and chewy. Overall, the restaurant is situated in a lovely location and perhaps it was just a fluke that it took so long to get waited on. Perhaps we will give it a second try if we are in the area.

This restaurant is a nice spot to watch a space launch from. I've been to this location a few times and always enjoy the outdoor deck for its live music and sit-down bar area. It can get a bit chilly with the deck fans blowing and the water being nearby, but I prefer it to sitting inside. There are several TV screens for sports enthusiasts to watch, and the view is great! As for the food, it's upscale bar style. You can also choose from several cuts of steak which are cooked to order. We usually get tacos and table starters to share. Portions are group friendly for the most part.

Crab cakes are the bomb! You can beat the view inside and out. The food was delicious, service friendly, and a great atmosphere outside. Live music and good food, what more do you need? Do yourself a favor and stop in for some great seafood.

Service was great. Phillip did an awesome job keeping the drinks filled, and had a great personality. The food and atmosphere were also great. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. That thing was huge and delicious. My Father had the Motherload burger and said it was cooked perfect and seasoned well. Will be back for sure.

Tried Durango's because we were staying next door. I am a big fan or Texas Roadhouse and there is a high bar to meet for me. I ordered the Ribeye medium rare, onion rings, sauteed mushrooms and onions. The steak was cooked correctly but was excessively trimmed for my taste where there was little to no cap and tail on the steak. Tenderness of the meat suggested that there was little marbeling before cooking. The flavor was good but tenderness was ok. My wife enjoyed the porch chop and potato so I imagine if we stay here again we will give it another try.

The steak was terrible! I requested medium and it was very well done, it was burnt and I really didn't enjoy it at all! I almost never use steak sauce but today I had to just so I could finish this terrible steak. Only good thing about this experience was the onion rings! They were absolutely fantastic!

Had carry out the food was good with a reasonable price. They had a nice crowd and love music this evening.

Husband and I popped in here for lunch after a bit of golf nearby. We haven't been here since Durango's was on the other side of 95. PROS *Restaurant easy to locate and parking available *Friendly staff and attentive to needs *Server was nice, stayed up on drink refills, and was quick to attend to us *Nice atmosphere, like the train traveling around and the Hogwarts train like feel of the decor behind the bar *Delicious, hot food and at decent prices CON *Only con I could give was the prime rib sandwich isn't a regular item on the menu - husband had his heart set on it today but oh well, we'll try popping in on a day they might serve it Overall, nice place to eat. Just keep an eye out in the parking lot for speedy drivers as there are hotels nearby.

Sometimes you just want southern comfort in familiar surroundings. Usual items on menu and food is the same at every location bu wait… liquor at Cracker Barrel…why? Nothing against a Bloody Mary but why is it needed at Cracker Barrel’s vintage style restaurant. Kinda ruins the concept. So feel free to accuse me of being a purest. Maybe a change of name is in order Cracker Barrel Old Country store and Saloon…

Surprised! I usually buy a chef salad with thousand island dressing. But the dressing is no longer an option. The other dressing made the taste of the chef salad less than. No longer ordering the chef salad. Always been a nice place to stop to see all of the merchandise when you first enter the store. The service was good. Not a smart move to remove thousand island. Just saying!

She managed multiple tables at once, never missing a single detail, while still engaging each person individually. She was so mindful of my dining experience and cleared the table of each dish as new ones arrived to ensure a seamless meal. 🥞Stuffed Cheesecake Pancake Breakfast - Big enough to split with four people! I was excited that I could order the pancakes as their own menu item versus the entire breakfast with bacon and eggs. It provided a great end-of-meal dessert. It's ultra-fluffy buttermilk pancakes stuffed with creamy cheesecake filling (almost Bavarian cream-like) and topped with strawberries, powdered sugar, and strawberry syrup. The strawberry syrup absolutely makes the flavor soar, so be generous with it! 🥓🍗Cheesy Bacon Homestyle Fried Chicken - My new favorite menu item, I can see myself eating dinner at Cracker Barrel in the future *just* to order this one. Layers of Colby cheese, juicy tomatoes pieces, zesty green onion, and a drizzle of creamy buttermilk ranch. The chicken is crispy-battered but tender, and the bacon deliciously smokey. Every bite filled my mouth with a woodsy, campfire-smoked flavor. Flakey onion crisps add another layer of texture to each bite. Very satisfied with my experience. Expect me again soon!

Kimberly was such a lovely server. Her smile is infectious and attention to detail made the already great atmosphere even better. The food was hot and just what we wanted. Will definitely be back.

Went in for a to go order. It was pretty fast and the food was really good. We took it to the hotel and ate it later and it was still really good! I would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try I love the Mac and cheese and the hash browns casserole! Yummy I also love to shop while I wait for my food! Great stuff. I found some Bob Ross stuff for Christmas really cute!

Had a very delightful breakfast with my daughter at this location. It's convenient to several hotels. Good and attentive service! Delicious food as always with large portions so a good value.

How can you beat the cracker barrel!! Been going to cracker barrel since I was a kid and now I take my kids. Can't go wrong with some southern fried chicken and collard greens. Full basket of biscuits and cornbread. Then grab some pecan rolls and fudge in the gift shop, I think so!!!
