I visited when there was no temp exhibit, so at this time it was a one-gallery museum, which felt more than a little underwhelming. An impressive collection of Dali's work, to be sure, but hard to call it a *museum* when there is only one room of artwork. Just feels like a lot more could be done with this space to make it feel more whole. For example, the gift shop is nearly larger than the gallery. And for gods sake would it kill you guys to have more than one shirt with some cotton content? Almost every shirt in the store was 100% polyester, which is worse for our oceans than single-user water bottles. I do realize it's the "Dali museum" and not the "surrealist museum", but I do think bringing in the work of other surrealists to inform what was going on in the genre at the time would give more context to his work. The architecture of the building is lovely and the skylights positioned to illuminate the Masterworks (Dali's largest paintings) is a great use of the space. Bring some headphones because the audio tour app is valuable to get a deeper understanding of some of the pieces. I wish they had a recording for every piece, especially given that the whole museum is just one room. Be warned that parking is $10 extra, separate from your admission fees. I am glad I went, there were some works I was thrilled to see in person, but now that I've been, probably won't be back.

If you like Dali art, this place is amazing! Thursdays after 5 pm is half price, but I would recommend a membership. Parking is free for members! Plus, you could easily come back multiple times so it will pay for itself. Also take a few minutes at the drawing exhibit and draw like Dali!!

I went here over on a weekend. Parking was $10. The place has a great selection of Dali’s work and there are also voluntary docents at certain hours of the day that will help answer your questions regarding Dali’s works! The whole trip took less than 2 hours and it’s great to be able to see Dali’s life, art style changes, and some of his most notable works in one go. If you can download the museum’s app, be sure to do so as well because they used quite a few technologies to complement the viewing experience of some artworks.

We went at 5 so we had to speed through the whole place ! Really great art work on display. Wasn’t familiar with Dali’s work but now I’m a fan. We didn’t do the Dali Experience since it was a $15 add on. We spent $30 a pop for me and my wife. Cool museum though and prime location near everything in DT St Pete walking distance from the pier !

This was my second visit; my first visit was before COVID and I feel things have changed a lot. When we went, there was a Picasso exhibit which was pretty cool since Dali was inspired by his work. Picasso was fascinating to see. Once we got over to the Dali side, I feel like a lot of the pieces that used to be shown have been pulled down and not replaced with new paintings. There were several things that I think should be addressed. First, the fact that you cannot bring large purses into the museum is bizarre to me. My friend brought her backpack and was let inside but then when we went to go upstairs the security dude said she couldn't take it upstairs. Just weird. Second, the theater movie wasn't working when we went in so we missed whatever that was supposed to be. We didn't stay to go around the grounds since it was pretty crowded and honestly we felt like we were being followed around. This sucks because I really enjoyed the art work by both Picasso and Dali. Third, I never received a custom painting that was done virtually even though I put in my phone number into the system - that was pretty disappointing when I got the text but only asked me to sign up for the newsletter :-/ Can't speak for the deli or gift shop since we just left as soon as we were done checking the artwork. Took us about 2 hrs to see it all.

Amazing museum, definitely need to see it while in St. Pete! The permanent collection of Dali's work is immaculate with some readily recognizable pieces, and others that you really have to look closely at to see all of the amazing detail placed into his work. The building itself is gorgeous, and outside there are Dali references sprinkled around, even as you're walking up the front steps. The rotating exhibit on the third floor was cool to see, and they had another Dali piece stashed away in there! You also absolutely have to walk through the garden outside, lots of fun photo opportunities! Lastly, don't forget to attach your wristband to the wish tree! You can do it yourself, or you can leave it in a box up front for museum staff to put on the tree for you (but it's more fun and personal to do it yourself).

One of the best small museums in the country. I often take family and friends when they visit and it’s always a highlight of their trip. Even those that aren’t necessarily “art lovers” enjoy the history of Salvadore Dali and especially the wonderful gift shop. Worth every penny! But plan ahead and make reservations as they do book up!

Great collection. Pricey admission, but look out for discounts for locals and various FB events. I particularly enjoyed seeing his earlier work and insights into his evolution as an artist. I'd like to return with more time for the full audio/app tour. Plan for 4-6 hours.

This is a bucket list museum for art lovers and I’m thrilled to say I saw it! There is a playful essence to the museum that is lovable. The views and architecture are gorgeous and the galleries are quick to walk through. It was quite crowded though on a Saturday around lunch time in August, this is the reason I took one star off. Ideally I would’ve liked to have time to see each piece however it was so crowded I could only glance at pieces and had to wait for crowds to disperse so I could take longer looks and read labels. I had pre purchased tickets so my party did not have to wait in the line that wrapped outside of the building. The gift shop was great too. Again, I highly recommend going to this museum. It is truly one of a kind and iconic for St Pete.

The Dali is an amazing collection of his works. We went the weekend before the Grand Prix so it added a slight difficulty in finishing the museum. You do have a 10$ parking fee if you park in the Dali parking lot. The museum has a very strict bag rule, if it looks anything like a backpack, of any size ( small sling pack ) even if they could clearly see it is being used as a purse. You are required to wear a mask while inside the building. ( covid ) even with all that just seeing Dali's pieces was well worth it. You are able to take pictures, ONLY FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL USE.

The Dali Museum is a real masterpiece of art in itself. Perfectly placed for lunch or dinner after your visit. The collection is outstanding. The layout takes you through Dali's life and work. The lighting is just right. The staff is very helpful. There's an app you can connect to that gives you the history of each painting. I will go again the next time I'm near.

It is a wonderful place for both education and creativity. I enjoyed walking into the different galleries that were informative and visually beautiful. Make sure to check if the virtual experience is up and running. You won't want to miss it.

My husband and I visited the museum for our anniversary and loved the whole experience. It was the perfect amount of art with the exhibition included. We started off with a sangria in the garden area, the video in the theater, then upstairs to look at the art. Parking was easy also! Overall, a great experience.

Beautiful place to experience art. Highly recommended doing the 3D art show. It was definitely worth it. Gift shop and the staff were very nice.

I love this place. It is always organized when it comes to exhibits or special events. The staff do a great job with instruction, security, and answering your questions. The grounds are beautiful and a nice way to spend some time having a Cafe or snack after the exhibit. The gift shop is well stocked with books, shirts, magnets, post cards and other gifts. I will definitely visit again for future exhibits.

The collection is not huge but, what's there is really cool. We got thru the gallery well-within an hour. Stuff you don't always see at your typical art gallery. What makes this a ☆☆☆☆☆ is the glass-blowing demonstration which runs at the top of each hour - it's a really interesting and fun. Again, something different and worth the ticket. Don't miss it. And, there is a "tip-bucket" - make sure to help out these artisans - I'm not talking just a buck or two. Throw a $20 in the bucket (I did)!!!

Loved all the color and designs. Really enjoyed the glass blowing demonstration. The pieces here are amazing. I only wish there were more! Price is a little steep, but if you love Chihuly you will be happy.

This is a really beautiful exhibit. I enjoyed a quiet hour wandering through Chihuly's works. There is a neat video at the end featuring Chihuly speaking about his process and artistic vision.

A very nice collection of Chihuly's work. In some ways I expected more, but the works that were there were great. A guide was eager to tell the story behind the works, and there was a nice glass blowing demonstration across the street. A gift shop had works from other gifted local glass blowers for sale.

This pkace was quite small but still beautiful. I had my 2 kids plus a friend and her nephew ages from 9 to 15 and they enjoyed it as well. Art is such a beautiful thing!! We absolutely love everything about museum's. They had a gift shop at the entrance and some displays were very interesting!!

It's a gorgeous location. It had cost me 20$ per person to go in. The price is reduced if you are a senior or a student, though. Im not sure if you get a discount for being a veteran It has amazing sculptures and a good few paintings from the main artist but no others. It must be said that the venue is very small, and you'll be in and out in less than 60 minutes, and if you're not big into photography, you'll be out in 30 minutes. But it must be said that the sculptures are spectacular

Interesting but small. It does not take long to walk through the museum but it allows for some great photo ops. A ticket includes a free entry to the glass making demonstration across the street making the whole price worth it (with possible discounts as well)

Fantastic 3 day event of games at park. Phillies n Braves. Only issue I laughed at was...read how cheap beer and hot dogs were at this park. Wednesday's game true 5.00 for hot dogs. Nachos for 2 to 4 people fed, 27.00, Thursday increased by 1.00. Braves Saturday 7 plus hot dogs, 32.00 Nachos. Not including tax. But it was good. Souvenir cups worth it.

I had a really fun time watching the rays play here and win! The parking in the stadium was a bit expensive, 20$. The staff guided and directed the cars to any free parking spaces that were available to speed up the process, so I can see why they requested 20$ to park. The wait wasn’t too long to get into the building, although the store did have somewhat of a lineup to enter. The seats were clean and the staff were really helpful, guiding us to our seats. There were many different restaurants to choose from to eat, but as expected the food was a little overpriced. It can get a bit confusing making your way to your seat if you’re a tourist, so I wish it would’ve been a bit more clear that we should park near the gate where our seats are located to avoid having to walk around the whole stadium to get to them. The shop had some pretty cool items and clothing for Rays fans! The atmosphere in the stadium was very fun, always hyped up after every at-bat. It was a bit of a mess when exiting the stadium, as everyone was leaving at the same time and was in a hurry to get out. Probably my least favourite part of the experience. Tickets must be bought in advance though, through the MLB app. Overall, we had a really enjoyable time, definitely would recommend to come watch a game here!

Great stadium! The stadium had excellent food options and their team store had a great layout. The rays petting area was a cool feature. You can view the rays tank from above with a nice view to the field. Atmosphere was great and it was well air conditioned. Parking was easy and no wait to get in through the doors was a plus.

We had a great experience at the Rays Club. All you can eat, all you can drink alcohol and hundreds if soda flavors. We had options from pork roast, pizza, or grilled Cuban sandwiches! The desserts were even better, strawberry shortcake, pudding, cake, and cookies. And amazing seats! I highly recommend the Rays Club.

I have got to say I was quite surprised when I got into the stadium. It honestly isn’t as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Yes it needs updating and the rays do need a new stadium, but this stadium does it job. Lots of good food options and there is a good atmosphere, especially when Yankees are in town. The parking situation however is horrible and will take you forever to park and forever to leave. Make sure you get to the game early or else you will be stuck and traffic and miss some of the game. Plan ahead!

Such a beautiful stadium, ADA compliant, clean, and well kept. A lot of food options at reasonable prices, lines went smoothly, and i love the little cafes. Security is very prominent, making us feel safe, and the staff is friendly and so very helpful. The area it's located in isn't really appealing, but I really like the Tropicana Field.

Great fun out of the sun. Watch the Rays play baseball in an air conditioned stadium. Beat the heat and have some yummy food. My favorite is the Poke Bowl. Another big hit is the pretzel dog. Get the cheap $10 ticket and stroll around the park or sit on the Budweiser Porch. Go Rays!!

We had the absolute best time at Tropicana Field!! It was a Rays vs Toronto Blue Jays game and the Rays delivered a 3-0 win!!!!! Super fun, non-stop and of course Kid friendly!! We even got 1st on line to run the bases!!! Here is proof!!

Awesome reprieve from the heat in August! Waiting outside for the gates to open was a little rough, but once inside, it feels good. The park is well lit, the sounds of the game echo throughout. The players were accessible and willing to sign autographs for the kids. Would recommend.

What a game!!! Rays Win in Overtime, the energy was amazing! I really like this field. Indoors so weather is not even an issue, good food & beer choices. High prices but that's not surprising. Lots of spots to chill, play games & hang out not in your seats. We'll be back soon, Go Rays!!! 🥰⚾️

Pretty cool stadium! The field itself is very nice! However, the dome on the inside isn't very aesthetically pleasing. I think it needs to be updated. That being said, it is wonderful being inside and cool from the hot Florida sun. There are so many options for food, drinks, and snacks (be prepared to pay ridiculous prices). They have actual rays in the stadium, which is extremely cool! Overall, not a bad experience!

This is a smaller garden but a very Zen place. I enjoyed my time here. It doesn't take very long to walk around the entire garden. I recommend bringing water. I love the tropical feel and seeing the butterflies. The staff were very warm and friendly. I appreciate that. I love the flamingos I do wish they had a bigger area for them. As well as the birds I wish there was a huge atrium for them to fly around in. However the animals were well taken care of and looked healthy. They do have an option to get married here for those who are looking. Great place to take photos. It isn't very expensive and parking is free which is always a bonus. They have food for the koi fish for about $2 which isn't too bad. Great place for families and those who are solo looking for something to do. I do like the gift shop they have a mixture of various garden eclectic items.

This is a great place to see nature and it also has some history to it. It's nice the city bought this place to keep it open. They have all sorts of trees plants and flowers. They also have flamingos and different bird species as well.

Whimsical..indescribable..simply zen..oh my goodness 🥰🫶🏽💜 I could've stayed here all DAY!! So relaxing..IF I had to give a downside..I'd hope that the maps were laid out a bit better to match up with the layout..I mean it's SORTA close..but if you're not careful,you'll either miss something,or go in circles..but honestly its so beautiful to where you may not care too much..small kids may get a bit antsy with getting lost though..but not too bad. There's a beautiful layout of a gift shop as well🥳👏🏼

We had so much fun at Sunken Gardens! My husband and I went on a day where it had just rained and it was sunny, but not hot outside. The plants here are gorgeous, and the venue is well arranged. We really enjoyed going through the winding paths and identifying plants we were familiar with and being amazed by new ones we had never seen. Some of the trees here are enormous. We were especially impressed by the rainbow eucalyptus tree. It is out of a storybook. And by the way, there are real flamingos here! We also really enjoyed the gift shop. It is great place to find gifts for anyone who loves plants. I would love to come here again next time we are in St. Petersburg. Highly recommend making this part of your visit to the area. Don’t miss it!!

We visited during a recent family trip to St.Pete’s beaches. I had seen this listed as one of the things to do while in the area. I enjoyed walking through the beautifully laid out grounds and seeing all the magnificent plants and trees. The size of some of the trees is incredible. I am an amateur gardener and houseplant lover but given that I live in NY we aren’t able to grow most of these varieties, so this was really interesting to me. There is also a great history here and learning opportunities if you’re interested. My husband and 6 year old son got bored somewhat quickly so there’s that. But I could have spent much more time there. It is truly very tranquil and zen being surrounded by all that plant life. It is a little small but reasonably priced. My family did all love the flamingos and koi pond and waterfalls. We were a little disappointed that the birds were not available at the time that we went due to caution over the bird flu outbreak, but I totally understand that health is priority. Hopefully we will get to visit another time. It was April so not very buggy yet as some other reviews had mentioned. A very nice experience overall and would love to visit again if in the area.

If you are anywhere near this beautiful garden, It is worth every bit of your effort to visit it. There are amazing specimens from all over the world. They have taken a great amount of time to make sure that these beautiful plants have survived over 100 years. Great gift shop, as well. I highly recommend this lovely garden and the history that it brings to St Pete.

Taking time off from work for a little "staycation" this week for some decompression time. There;s is no better place to find some Zen time than this place. Wow. Peaceful and educational at the same time. We arrived just before 11am and there was no wait, no crowds. I could see where this would be pretty busy on a weekend; and that could diminish the peacefulness slightly. Walkways are decently marked and there are plenty of spots to just sit and take in the beauty. Grounds are very well maintained and the staff was very friendly. This is a place that one cold easily visit often, just to unwind and getaway from the hustle of the world.

Beautiful with lots of water features. Well maintained. Lots of varieties of flora with description plaques. Landscaped from a sinkhole back in the early 1900's. This is a gem in St Pete. I especially enjoyed the hundred years old royal Palms and live oaks, the koi and loads of blooming plants with sweet scents in the air. Well worth the admission price of $15

Absolutely gorgeous place to visit. So many different plants to see. Gorgeous landscapes, bridges, flamingos and fish. Very well taken care of. Bonus - a fun gift shop that offers many different souvenirs! Only costs $15 to get in and it is well worth the money.

Took my mother here for her birthday and she loved it. It was a perfect day for being outside. Most of the park is in the shade which is very nice in Florida. Tons of butterflies, plants, and flowers. The place has been around forever but visiting it yearly is always nice because they do change things up and of course plants are different throughout the year. It’s a beautiful place just outside of buddy St Petersburg where you can forget about everything.

Plant lover dream! We walked through this beautiful garden and enjoyed all the gorgeous plants and wildlife! If you love houseplants, it’s really amazing to see these plants in the wild, growing huge! My kids loved seeing the “retirement parrots” and all the little geckos. $6/kids, for adults, we got a Groupon! Nice gift shop too, with lots of plant-lovers gifts!

Everything about this place is incredible. The plants are all very well taken care of, and the inside staff are nothing but helpful. The various and winding paths always led to something interesting. There are plenty of sights and picture opportunities. If you're anywhere close to the area, I highly recommend a stop inside! It took us about an hour and a half to walk and gawk the whole trail.

We went for a Birthday Celebration! This museum had some very nice pieces. Also the exhibits were intriguing. We had lunch at the restaurant/cafe which offered a variety of tasty treats, healthy lunch items, coffee, tea, and smoothies.

nice museum to spend 1-2 hours. The selection of art is quite small, but the garden and surrounding area is nice. The pastries at the cafe were wonderful, and the view is nice to enjoy a treat after looking around the museum. If you go on a day with less people, walking around is quiet and peaceful.

Wow wow wow!!! This museum is breathtaking. They have such range in exhibits. They have some modern pieces, sculpture, and so much ancient art! They have ancient art from a diverse group of places, if you are into archaeology I highly recommend this museum. There’s so much culture and religion discussed with the ancient art, it is so cool to learn about. You will be in awe of the things they have and the history they hold as well as the skills required to make the art! You will also need a map because it is big inside. Go as soon as you can, it was an unforgettable experience. Staff was great. It was no wait to get in. Museum maps right there for you before you walk in. It was $80 for 3 adults and 1 college student though :\

Very friendly staff with knowledgeable volunteers and excellent exhibits. They have my favorite Monet and O’Keeffe. Fabulous way to cool off from the heat!

I like that there's a wide variety of art but the museum itself isn't that big. You can easily go through it in 60 to 90 minutes. That's fine but given that, the ticket price is a little steep for what you get. As a result, I recommend going on the first weekend of every month with a Bank of America card so it's free.

Visiting the MFA is the perfect way to spend a weekend morning! The museum was featuring great artwork. In particular we enjoyed the ‘Explore The Vaults’ collection. Parking can be challenging, especially on the weekend, as the museum doesn’t have many available spaces & this part of St. Pete is always busy. Arrive early or look at near by garages within walking distance to avoid fighting the parking crowds.

This museum was surprisingly good and interactive from what I expected I guess. There was flowers in the bloom exhibit and that was very interesting The cafe was amazing and had a vegan options

Beautiful musuem, great exhibits, worth the trip! Only downside is you WILL wait 20 minutes at the Cafe for a $10 coffee that taste like hot bath water, then just when you thought it couldn't get worse, security will approach you and WALK you to the security station to CHECK IN your beverage before you can enjoy any of the exhibits. Needless to say by the time I checked out my already awful drink was even worse. My 3 stars is only for the 1 nice security guard and the exhibit itself was stunning!

Very easy going, I loved the 2pm tour. It's nice to look at old art styles through the ages, and newer art pieces too. The things we can learn just feels so immense sometimes.

I love a spot with history and even more so when every corner displays a new room with hidden treasures in it. It's fun exploring all the different spaces and little rooms tucked on the side filled with spices and cheese and everything nice. Tampa folks know about this place and it is busy. With good reason because they have all kinds of delectable Italian food. They're prepared food section is delicious which makes it even harder to make a selection. They have the fabulous option of warming up your food and you can eat it on a patio. The bakery takes up an entire side of the store with a coffee bar that is straight out of the '50s movie. Make plans now to go spend a day here and make sure you have enough time to explore all the options.

This place is awesome. We have made this a weekly routine to go here for our Sunday dinner ingredients. Tons of choices for wine, cheese, meats, and so much more. The made to order sandwiches from here were also great. They have awesome desserts and my son’s favorite cookies come from here. I’m impressed every time I go in here.

This is the best Italian market I've been to in the U.S. The lobster ravioli is the best. I would go here whenever I feel like having Italian food. Great price, great taste, great service.

First time here. Stopped in and had lunch. Hot Italian sub was great. Had a double espresso also great. Store was very busy but fast service. Patio was perfect to eat lunch. Nice and cool. Although I didn’t find the cookies I had in Italy ( my reason for stopping) a man took a picture of them and said he would ask his manager to try to order them.

A place to visit.I highly recommend it to anyone who likes itallian food.This indoor market is a good place to get your itallian pantry stock up.Deli is a must to try. Meat and seafood area is a good price. The dessert area is good, too. It's a big portion for a slice of cake only less than 6$.

A great place to get quality meat and produce. Also authentic Italian grocery items. The deli is crazy busy but that's because most everything is amazing. I would avoid Sammie's Fish Sandwich however. Low quality and undercooked. It's probably the only bad thing on the menu. Try the Lobster Tail pastry. It's incredible.

I lived in the Tampa Bay Area for 30 years and do not know why I didn’t come here sooner. This place is amazing and has the best handmade pasta. I ate the best chicken Parmesan sandwich and enjoyed their delicious pastries. Highly recommended if you love Italian cuisine.

This place is a gem!! By far the BEST Italian bakery and deli I’ve found since moving down from NY. The bread was fantastic and they bake it in house! I ordered the eggplant parm sub and it was thin, crispy and delicious. The sauce was outstanding. My husband had the Italian sub and it was also fantastic. Loaded with meat! They had a great cheese shop, bakery, deli, meat counter and fresh pasta counter. We also ordered a slice of cannoli cake and rum cake. Both to die for. Highly recommend checking it out. Was well worth the hour plus drive and we will certainly be back!

Wonderful atomsphere to have brunch at with family, friends, co-worker, or even that special someone. The menu is innovative with fantastic seafood choices. Want a more traditional brunch they have choices for that as well. With outdoor setting you can see the beautiful harbor and passing boats. Service is amazing and the staff very nice. Plus they are knowledge about the menu and can help you with chosing a meal you will enjoy.

Very nice atmosphere. Limited menu. We had truffle fries, fish taco and a side salad, all were delicious as I suspect the entire menu is. We were there for lunch so maybe dinner menu is more expansive. Great location Natalie Reeves views. Full bar, complementary valet (please tip). Service was excellent.

Danny is a very rude arrogant server. I was really appalled with the staff completely. The hostess even said specifically that "on one ever" uses the sidewalk table I sat on. They were very slow. I even had to ask for water, serval times. I had Requested salt and pepper before I had that too. Then I wanted to get dessert and a cappuccino, and Danny just ignored me while I was waving him down. SO I WENT NEXT DOOR, and bought my coffee. I also had to break a $20 so that the cash I left was the EXACT AMOUNT with ZERO tip and the written note on the receipt that Danny was a jerk . . . WOW, Sad to say the Salad was great! So we have an awesome Chef here, who I avoid now because of rude staff . . . pitty . . . The pathetic fool even dropped a glass on the public sidewalk and then left it there for 10 minutes. I got up and moved a chair over it as people walk by all day. "NO Thank you," but a snooty look when he finally came to clean it up.

Happy hour was a fantastic time to go. No wait at all. Oysters on special is always a plus! My bloody Mary was quite delicious, my server was so friendly and my lunch date was the cutest😍🐿️ Such a great outdoor seating area perfect for people watching and being in the center of everything. Great place!

We dropped in for Monday afternoon drinks while our girls were playing beach volleyball. We ordered the oysters and drinks. Oh my goodness. The oysters were the best I've EVER had. Absolutely amazing. Our server was great and so was the atmosphere... outside dining was wonderful. Definitely recommend the oysters.

Absolutely loved it here. Food was incredible and the atmosphere was amazing. The cioppino is definitely different then others I’ve had, but it was still incredibly good! I would order it again in a heartbeat!

First time at 400 Beach. Started with their complimentary valet parking, which is nice as parking can be hard to find in the area. I suggest you make a reservation in advance. We got a table outside for four plus a dog and they were very accommodating by giving us a table that would fit us all comfortably. Our service was top notch, grilled oysters were good, and our meals and drinks delicious. Beautiful peaceful ambiance at the end of the busy street. Not a cheap place to eat, I would recommend for a special occasion. Dessert was yummy as well.

Came here for lunch after walking the Pier, it was nice to have some stone crab again! The rest of the food was very nicely presented - really enjoyed the shrimp and grits. The paella was good, but not the best. Kids loved the pepperoni pizza, saw a lot of families today. Good offering of spicy sauces. The waitstaff was excellent and efficient with our requests. Would return again.

Had a work group dinner there. The service was excellent. Top notch. We ordered appetizers that were phenomenal. I bit into a type of pita with toppings. I wasn't sure what it was, but it was delicious. Also had a shrimp and a crab cake appetizer that we all raved about. I ordered shrimp and grits for my meal. The presentation was fantastic. The grits, toppings and sauce was wonderful. The shrimp were a little bland, but tasted good when dipped in the sauce. Excellent place to eat. Excruciating staff and fabulous view.

Doc Ford’s is the perfect restaurant for the St. Pete Pier experience. A beautiful restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, one of the most beautiful aquariums I have ever seen and a super friendly staff. I didn’t taste my dinner though because the appetizers that my table shared were so good, I was too full for my entree. Side note: try the fried calamari appetizer…it’s fantastic!

Tried this resturant for the first time yesterday afternoon with the family. There were 6 of us. We had a great table (booth) with a view of the Pier. Our waitress Callie was friendly, attentive, accommodating and knowledgeable about the menu. The resturant got very crowded as a storm blew in. Despite the influx of people, the kitchen was able to keep up. The food was very good (they even have a gluten free menu) and cooked to order. If you like rum, you must try the rum flights. It is a fun atmosphere, beautiful views and good food/drinks. I highly recommend making reservations. There are 2 parking lots on the Pier which are pay by license plate/per hour.

Great location, but don't forget to pay for parking like I did, that's my only complaint. Location is great right by the water. And a cool boardwalk and park!!! Great lively vibe! Food was delicious! Get the Lobster roll!!!! My sister and I split a bottle of wine with our dinner and a great place to hang out with the family and walk around site seeing.

Wonderful outdoor view. My husband was not happy with his Cuban sandwich. I enjoyed the shrimp scampi Flatbread, but it definitely could have used more garlic! Any garlic would have been better than none.

Great location on the pier. Parking near or on the streets if the parking lot is full. Inside, patio and outside seating. The bar mixed drinks just didn't work for us. The food was solid, we ordered fried shrimp and it was a clean plate. The grouper special was cooked well, the sauce had a great seafood tasted, but wow the flatbread was amazing. Service from the hostess, warm food delivery, drink refills and friendliness was great.

We went to the St Pete Pier tonight to walk around and have dinner. We didn't know where we wanted to eat at first. We decided on dock Ford's and went up there at 6:00 p.m.. they were able to get us outside seating on the patio with a great view of the water within 20 minutes. The server was great and accommodating. And the scallop special they had was absolutely phenomenal. The weather was perfect and having dinner out on the pier with the sunset couldn't have been better. The atmosphere at Doc Ford's and around and behind it is a great spot to hang out for the sunset and the night.

Location, view, and atmosphere were worth the walk! Server was knowledgeable and attentive. When I ordered a particular drink, he told me that they didn't have the mix for that but suggested something else that I would enjoy, and he was absolutely correct! The crab cakes appetizer was two very small cakes and nothing special, but the jicama slaw was tasty. The paella was good except I could have done without the gritty mussels. Scallops, shrimp, and sausage were delicious! Would've liked more than two scallops in place of the mussels. I will have to remember to ask for that if it's an option next time! They had conch chowder on the menu, but I wish conch fritters would have been an option. Live music was a special touch, and although they were crowded we only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Our seat was on the dock next to the bar which was perfect. The live music was nice, and the moon came up over the water as we finished eating. It was an experience to remember.

After going to our first Doc Ford's on Captiva Island, we have now started to search this restaurant out on our Florida adventures. This one is situated on your way out to the St. Pete Pier. A great view of the waterway and small airport. Mix in some live music, and you have the beginnings of a great night. Their variety of food choices are great and have not disappointed. Drinks are generously poured, and bartenders are fun to talk with. For sure go and enjoy.

Lots of outdoor seating. Table for 8 was two rounds tables put together. Appetizers were excellent: calamari (with two sauces), tuna and chicken lettuce wrap. Portions were just right for dinner but probably no leftovers. Flavors were all excellent. Seafood was cooked just right (salmon, scallops, grouper and shrimp). Lobster pasta was very creamy. Seafood combo is grilled, each with a different sauce. Very nice. New York strip steak and pork chop appeared very big when they arrived but it turned out about half was fat or gristle that couldn't even be cut through. Only half was edible but it was delicious. Sides of sweet potato puree and broccolini were excellent. Side of onion rings were crispy and not oily, excellent.

Perfect date night 💕 We took our friends here to celebrate their anniversary. Reservations are highly recommended if you want to sit outdoors, however this particular evening was a little nippy, so we opted to sit inside. The decor, vibe, music, were all just wonderful. The service and food were impeccable. We relished every dish and looked forward to the next course! The most memorable dish for us - the crab+grouper cake. We placed a second order! We also enjoyed the rest of the dishes - Chicken chili lettuce wraps, the risotto, the lobster pasta, the scallops!! So yum! We'll definitely be back!!

Lovely dinner with a relaxing atmosphere. Started with a delicious cocktail, the Beach Drive Paradis🍹They have a very extensive wine list. The boys shared some great appetizers while I had a wedge salad. Our server was so nice & helpful, giving me a yummy Cauliflower Steak option, amazing! Really enjoyed the ambiance here, beautiful bar area too. Definitely recommend & we will be back!

For the area and service, the price is reasonable. The service is excellent which is expected, and very attentive. The food is delicious with nice presentation.

Very good meal! Great service, pleasant atmosphere. We had Vidalia onion rings, scalloped potatoes made with blue cheese, Caesar salad, wedge salad, shrimp cocktail. Lump crab and grouper cakes. Very fresh food! Crab cakes were my favorite! Nice blend of fish and lump crab.

Awesome, as usually. We like atmosphere at this restaurant, especially the flowing water in the bar area. Staff is also cool. Parkshore Grill never disappoints.

The food was excellent. The crab cakes are to die for. We also had the blintzes, delicious. Blackened grouper was very good as well. Portions are just right. I rather quality than quantity. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Our server Ella was a rockstar.

Pretty good food. We had the mussels appetizer which was on the salty side. We had the seafood grill which was great although the scallops were extremely salty. I had the blackened tuna which was the best dish out of our dinner.

This restaurant is our go to place with hubby, ANYTIME when we are in St Pete. Awesome, delicious cocktails, great wine selection. Food is always tasty and a worthy portion. I’d like to point out their pizza as well, it is highly the best around.

Lovely dinner after a hot day at the pride parade. Squeezed into a spot at the bar, they were crazy busy! Service was great, food was fast and delicious. Some very good wines to choose from too. All in all, great experience in the heart of downtown St. Pete. We'll definitely be back!

Veggie Pizza with small Ceasars Salad. Started with a Yingling then a glass of their house red. Everything delicious and excellent service. BellaBrava has my recommendation.

Sweet casual Italian place right across from the Bay in downtown St. Pete. Everything we had was great and lots of options for my vegetarian family members. Huge outdoor eating area where we dined on a perfect day. Lots of Italian classics done in inventive ways. We have a new St. Pete go to.

My first taste of St. Pete was absolute perfection. We had just arrived in town for a weekend getaway and decided to try BellaBrava for dinner. We didn’t have a reservation, but were able to get seated quickly on the patio- I believe we had the best seat in the house, because the view of the palm-lined street in front of us was gorgeous and we got to partake of the lively atmosphere along the promenade. The food was delicious- I ordered salmon with asiago polenta and asparagus. It was excellently prepared and presented. I especially liked the crispy lemon butter capers on top. We ordered tiramisu for dessert and it was a large portion, enough for two people- also delicious and quite possibly the best I’ve ever had!

Came to celebrate a birthday and had a great experience! We called to make a reservation for 5 people and got availability on the same day. They give out complimentary bread and butter and the butter was delicious. It was seasoned with herbs which paired perfectly with the fresh warm bread. For entrees I got the cheese stuffed gnocchi in vodka sauce. The sauce was delicious, but I felt the gnocchi pieces were a little too cheese filled, but that's just personal preference. A good combo was finishing the remaining bread with the vodka sauce. Finally for dessert we mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and the server brought out a complimentary tiramisu. It was so delicious, probably one of the best tiramisus I've had. Overall it was a great experience. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly, and the food was good!

Our server Jen was terrific. Food was really good. A little disappointed in the calamari, not enough calamari for the price. But the entrees were great. Wine was very pricey as well.

This place was packed but luckily I only waited a couple of minutes for a table. The atmosphere is vibe. You would think prices would be high to the location, honestly the prices are really reasonable. The waiter was attentive and made sure I wasn't in need for anything. The food was delicious. Great dinner spot for a date night or girls brunch outting. Overall, I had a excellent experience and will be back in the future.

This might be my fav restaurant in all of St Pete. They have a chicken cacciatore that is literally to die for. They pair it with polenta and I’m telling you, as a harsh Italian food critic, they do it PERFECTLY. The texture, the flavor, the sauce, the seasoning, 10/10. Vibe is typical for the area, prices too, but the food has proven to be out of this world. Good service also.

Semi-casual restaurant near the main strip of downtown St Pete. We had a group of people 10 and the waitress didn’t make a single mistake with the food or drinks. I wish they would leave a jug of water on the table, because it did seem to take a while to get my glass refilled so I had to pour some water into my glass from a friend’s. The goat cheese ravioli, wedge salad, mushroom pizza was all delicious.

Food was pretty good. Mentioned in reservation notes we just got married and wanted a personable dinner. We had a perfect seat to the expo station/area. We felt a busy restaurant experience immediately with the lack of urgency and response by our waiter Matthew. He stopped by for the basics in the beginning and my pregnant wife got a mocktail but it sat on the table the entire night. Previously, I had good experiences with the food and service but tonight was the total opposite. Pasta was under cooked (al dente) which i was unprepared for but refused to send it back seeing how busy they were. Receiving the final bill took longer than expected. Might attempt to visit during lunch service but will not return again for dinner service.
