I've lived in this city for 16 years and this was the first time I visited this magnificent island. It's definitely more than just a prison. They landscape and bird sanctuary is quite remarkable. After the heavy rains the island is just so lush and green. There's so much history to Alcatraz. It's definitely worth a visit. One recommendation is to ensure you get to the ferry 20 minutes before so you don't get bumped to the next ferry. I got there 4 minutes before our designated time and they turned us away because the ferry was full even thought we reserved for a slotted time. Bring your own food and picnic there if you'd like since there aren't refreshments to purchase on the island. Enjoy!

What an awesome experience. Starting with the ferry ride over with all the beautiful views. We did a day tour and it was pretty amazing and full of so much information. The kids and us did the audio tour which made it more interesting to learn and follow along as you walk the halls. This was a really neat experience and so many great pictures to be taken there and all around.

Alcatraz is a must-visit on your visit to San Francisco especially if you’re a history buff. We did the night tour sometime back, and it was awesome. The tour guides were helpful, and narrated the stories which made the experience even more wonderful. It gets cold on the island, so I’d recommend bringing a jacket. The ferry itself is a nice experience too. Overall, a wonderful experience to see and know more about Alcatraz and the life of the inmates there. Audio and self-guided tours are available as well.

We did the behind the scenes tour, and the best option is if you ask me. Make sure you arrive early because they leave on time, and once the gate is closed, they will not open it again, and you will miss out. Wear comfortable shoes because there is a lot of walking and a lot of going up and down hills. The audio tour gave great information. The history alone was awesome. This is a must stop while visiting San Francisco. Make reservations ahead of time because they sell out fast.

We did the audio tour and it was very evocative and fascinating. The island was originally designed to accommodate a military fortification and later converted to a federal prison in 1930s. The prison was shut down in 1960s and now it is a major tourist attraction. Famous inmates include Al Capone. There is also a souvenir store at the end of the tour.

It’s a definite must do when you visit San Francisco. I’ll tell you…the gardens were my favorite part. They take such good care of them. They are beautiful! I didn’t listen to the audio tour, but was able to gain the history through all the signs. The birds have pretty much taken over (and are protected), so be ready for lots of birds and lots of bird poop. The historical relevance of the island makes it neat to visit.

I've seen the smaller Alcatraz Prison tour in Tennessee and that was cool alone but this was AMAZING! The grounds themselves are breathtaking alone. The history behind it was amazing too. Guards and inmates alike both worked on the grounds and in the garden. Of course you see the room where the famous escape happened in 1962. It was super cool to see all the different shades and layers of paint on the walls. Building itself was beautiful and such an amazing piece of history!!

We visited over labor day weekend. Loved it. What a great history lesson. Be prepared for a lot of walking. The ferry takes about 10-12 minutes each way. Definitely do the audio tour. Once you walk through into the Alcatraz waiting area Pier 33, make sure to view the 3D model they have and restrooms are to the left of the dock.

Loved this experience and the audio. It is very windy, cold, and the mist from the ocean can get you wet. So best way to go is probably a wind breaker. The west side of the Island has the best photos but the wind kicks hard so Ladies bring a hair tie unless you want photos with your hair flying everywhere.

Absolutely loved my day here! I bought a ticket online although I could have easily saved the $8 processing fee and bought it at the gate. I’m sure that’s because I was there in the off season (mid-Jan). I signed up for an 11am slot but when I got there at 10:30 they were loading the boat and we ended up leaving at 10:45 so I was happy I arrived early. The trip over and back is only about 15 minutes but very windy. You can choose to stay inside the boat or on the deck. It took me around 2.5 hours to leisurely explore the nooks and crannies as well as do the audio tour, which was the highlight. The gardens were amazing despite it being January so I can only imagine how pretty they are in full bloom. It’s a steep walk up to the cell house but there is a tram that can take you if needed. No food for purchase on the island, only water, so plan ahead. You can purchase both on the boat ride though. Sections smell like bird poop since it is a nesting site. Overall, a wonderful experience and interesting part of history!

Had an AMAZING time the photos do not do justice for just how beautiful the island is. The views here are outstanding. It is a bit of a walk up the hills so be ready! They do have a tram (it has very little capacity) that can take you up to where the audio tours start. I would definitely recommend doing the audio tour )it’s included in admissions).

A super experience I recommend for all! Definitely do the audio tour, because they give you facts you've probably never heard. Lots of walking obviously, but you CAN go at your own pace, even with the audio tour. When you get there, you can leave whenever you want, as long as it is by the last ferry back to SF shore. We had a blast!

I’ve sailed under the bridge many times however on my latest visit I had to explore the park and view the bridge from street level. The views of the Pacific Ocean are breathtaking. There are many old military bunkers along the trails. Very cool to walk on and around. Lots of graffiti. Which I enjoyed the look it gave. Not to mention how amazing the air smells from all of the eucalyptus trees. Lots of free state parking. Can make this a fast or long visit depending on how many other activities you have planned.

The cliffs were a great scenic view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Definitely worth the few minutes extra drive to get up to the top. Got some great pics. I’ve wanted to see the Golden Gate Bridge my whole life and was glad I was able to take a trip to see it with my own eyes. Great view of Alcatraz Prison too. Worth the trip to San Francisco for this alone.

An awesome experience for everyone to have once in their life. I did it by driving across in both directions. Everyone should experience the change in temperature that happens as you cross into the section of the city where the bridge is located. It is very different between the two sides of the bridge. It is also a great view of “The Rock” in the harbor and you can see it from both sides of the bridge. Enjoy all this great American landmark has to offer those who do come to see it!

Being on the bridge is an awesome experience. You need to experience it to realize how big the bridge is. The pictures don't show how large it really is. We were there from day to night and were amazed the whole time. We walked half way through and saw the incredible view from the city. We also saw some sea lions swimming in the bay. Was amazing! My husband and I visited last weekend. It was cloudy and brisk! But did not disappoint. It was as grand as I pictured in my head. Everything is just so beautiful. The air is so fresh. I miss it already. If you decide to travel to the bridge, heads up, there is a toll 😁 but worth the $8.66 each way. And everyone was also very friendly! Happy travels! What a beautiful bridge! It’s spectacular and mesmerising to be here and to just look at it. The blue ocean perfectly contrasting the red colour of the bridge and the smell of salt in the air and the sound of seagulls. You would just feel so peaceful and relaxed. The area is filled with a lot of tourists and cyclists. It is a must see site if you are in San Francisco.

I recently visited PIER 39 and had a wonderful time. This destination offers a variety of activities and attractions for visitors of all ages. Really nice spot for a few reasons. First, the popular sea lions are here which is a fun and unique opportunity. They're quite large which can make it a bit easier to see them sunning themselves. Second are all the fun shops and activities. We happened to catch a great performer who was not only skilled but also very funny. It's a little bit touristy but it's fine as prices remain as you'd expect.

This is right besides the bay in San Francisco. It has views of the Golden Gate Bridge as well as the Bay bridge. It has lots of restaurants street artists, street food carts, gift shops and a huge array of shops selling various stuff. It is a beautiful place to go for a nice walk in the evening. There are also shops which sell tickets for tours packages and cruises to various places like Alcatraz, hop-in buses to around the city. The best way in my opinion is to walk around and explore. There are carousels which it’s entertaining for kids. There are restaurants which serve really nice seafood if that’s your preference. Is also a nice place for capturing nice photographs of the city and the skyline and it’s up and down roads, which San Francisco is famous for.

Must visit in SF. Musical stairs (music as you walk up and down the stairs), sea lions (>50) that you can see up close, kid and stroller friendly, carousel, magicians, rides. Great seafood (around 10 seafood restaurants) and other food options (20+ other eateries) including 3 ice cream shops + other dessert shops. You can easily enjoy 2-3 hours here. There are also It was also clean and had a good amount of restrooms. Although entry is free, the big parking lot close by is about $10 per hour, effectively acting as a fee.

Wonderful place to visit with kids! The seals are always a spectacle and the kids got some info from the conservation team there and they got to feel the fur which was pretty cool. The magic show was cute, my girls really liked it and it wasn’t I entertaining for adults either. Tons of cute souvenir shops and restaurants to browse in as well. We took a jaunt down the road as well where there is local street markets and entertainment. Excellent experience overall.

Great place to people watch, it's actually entertaining at times. There are plenty of places to eat, drink, gift shop, or shop for your self. Yes, need a new tee shirt, perhaps the sun is too much and you're getting burned now, even though it's a bit chilly. Be aware of the extra fees restaurant's are charging, they don't have to print it on their menu, but if they want to charge they do have to show it and explain why when you ask. So, perhaps those small vendors might be helpful after all. Bring a windbreaker, San Francisco weather is cool. Hop in a bike carriage $15 per person, Ferry Ride to Vallejo from the Ferry Building - mobile app $9.00 counter purchase $11.25 1 hour ride. There are several stores that have closed unfortunately. Plenty of transportation options in S.F. Be considerate of each other in this life, bringing forth good vibes works for all. Cool spot if you're after some fun and gimmic. Lots of fast food, souvenir shops and arcade style games as well as great views of the pier. Don't miss the sea lions that casually rest on the pier, the best part of this attraction. Bare in mind it can get busy and you will be navigating some crowds but it adds to the overall feel! Worth a visit if you're in San Fran.

Super cute area to walk through in San Francisco. It's definitely for tourists. But it's kind of adorable for date nights as well. There is entertainment for family, couples, as well as children. Many little shops and boutiques to walk into. Mostly selling tourist items, but sometimes other goods you may want to have in your home. Places to go to buy art, eat, grab candy and chocolate, view the sea lions and ride a carousel!

Fun for the whole family. We enjoyed the rides, the views, the sea lion (yep, only one today), and the shopping. Definitely would have had a bite and a drink, but prices are a bit high so we waited on that.

While Pier 39 is a capitalist fever dream that felt a lot like Disney World, I can honestly say that I enjoyed it immensely. The views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz at sunset were surreal. The vibes were cheerful and wholesome. The sea lions were utterly charming. I spent hours here and the time flew by. Definitely a touristy spot, but I’d say it’s a worth a visit.

Its a beautiful big park. I ate hot dogs from the street vendor near the amphitheater. Went to see the Ansel Adams exhibit, plus a day in the rest of art museum. Heard some great music and people in the park. It's a great way to relax and enjoy a musical afternoon in SF with family, friends, or solo.

Great place to spend the day. Two museums, a ferris wheel, botanical garden, live music playing, food trucks and stands, and the Japanese tea garden, to visit. The park is also great for bringing your dogs, picnics, or taking a stroll. Great ambiance and good vibes 😎; bathrooms and parking available too.

This is an incredibly huge park containing multiple lakes, meadows, gardens, sport fields, museums, and many other facilities, with very fresh air and beautiful views. It is a perfect place for hiking, jogging, cycling, walking dog, picnic, soccer, and many other family recreational activities. In summary, I highly recommend this beautiful place!

Golden Gate Park is a beautiful and complete urban park in the city of San Francisco, CA, located in an area close to the world famous gate of the same name, just separated by the Richmond neighborhood to the north. This Park is surrounded by the city and has an incredible green area that surrounds various equipment such as tennis courts, museums, polo field, football fields, trails, inner lake, picnic areas, etc. and is one of the most sought after places. for relaxation and the practice of sports by the local population. The Park has a total area of ​​4.12 km² with avenues crossing its areas, all surrounded by an enormous amount and variety of beautiful trees. As a curiosity, in the area next to the beach there is a place where a herd of American buffaloes live, since 1894! All in all, a great option for a city tour, and I recommend it. This is my favorite park ever. It’s so beautiful and big, you can skate, bike, scoot, whatever you want. Perfect for a picnic, date, or just spend the day on a sunny day. A must see SF attraction.

Had a blast today 🙂😊🙃 at Stow Lake near the boathouse. It was simple & relaxing 😌😎. Fed the geese, birds🐦, ducks 🦆 & the turtles 🐢 and the huge carp fish 🐟 joined in too 🧐🤓 I met a several kind👍🏽Hearted ♥ people and their four-legged babies 🦮🐩🐕‍🦺❣❤ The weather was perfect 🥰. What more 😌 could anyone ask for? Overall a beautiful day🤗💗

I highly recommend. It's a nice place to go with nature, away from the busy city for a bit. There's a lot to do, and a lot to see. If you want to rent a bike, I suggest just rent with citywide biking which is $8 an hour and located right at the front of the park. FYI there are some major construction going on, or they are getting ready for some sort of the event, so a lot of the bike routes were blocked. Keep that in mind when biking around. Overall it was gorgeous and a nice place to spend the day

If I rated just on the cocktail this would be 5 stars. Ordered an old fashioned and the bartender nailed it. Muddled with the orange peel. It was fantastic. The fish entrees were perfectly cooked and delicious. The crab cakes were delicious and I loved that they served one each on separate plates for my date and I. My only knock is that I felt it took a little long to get some service and our bill when we were done for the night. Expect to pay a premium for this meal because of where it's located, but the food and cocktails made it an enjoyable overall experience.

Classy. What a great restaurant in such a special location. This is a real treasure. We had a great dinner spread our over a couple hours. Drinks were good. Clam chowder was excellent. I had the sea bass. My wife had scallops and shrimp. And for dessert, we shared the 7-layer cake — that was something to remember. Service was polite and never rushed. Atmosphere was friendly. Plenty of tourists around us. But we loved the setup, and the food was excellent!

We heard Sausalito was a place to visit. Crossing the Golden Gate Bridge we entered into Sausalito and it was very scenic unlike anything I’ve seen in North America. The atmosphere was as like in Europe and we decided to try this restaurant as highly recommended by others. I gotta admit we got there early as they don’t open until 11:30. Without reservation we were able to get seated and the place quickly started to fill up. I ordered the Alaskan Halibut along with mussels and shrimp as appetizers. The sauce was very well made for appetizers and tasted great with bread. Overall, I’ve been to lots of restaurants and this would rate up there for sure. It’s not cheap but well worth a visit if you are willing to spend the price. Reservations would be recommended.

Great hidden gem! For lovers of clam chowder this is must stop restaurant. Soup was delicious among fresh fish that was brought in that morning. Service was great. There is out door seating which would be wonderful on a sunny day. It was a little to windy to sit outside the day we visited.

Location is good, we were able to park nearby. It has a charm of a sort of island seafood restaurant. View of fishermen in their boats and their catch and San Francisco or Golden Gate Bridge depending on where you were seated. Definitely make a reservation. This is where I usually take my visitors whenever they are in town. We had various orders over the years but this one was the most recent. The crab is always the reason I come here for. Their salads good too.

Best cioppino in town!..I crave the dish to be honest, so eating it today was heavenly. This place is old-school cool from the impeccable wait staff to the ambience, music and decor. Go there to appreciate every detail, flavor and the fact that they have their own fleet of fishermen, their own fish-handlers and that fresh, clean, serving perfection is their motto. The cocktails are great too!

Our first night in San Francisco, we wanted to be spoiled and have some fresh fish, Scoma's delivered on both counts. Hostess was sweet and got us in rather quickly and our server Han was energetic and knowledgeable about menu. Han made some excellent recommendations and confirmed our selections as great choices. Definitely an excellent dining experience so don't miss out, see for yourself!

Did the grilled fish sample plate and all three fish portions were delicious. To be honest the shrimp part was good but not that special. And by the time they add the sides to the plate it's too much to eat. The Rum Old Fashion was great too!

I come from a city in Australia which is renowned for the best fresh seafood locally so I tend to judge seafood restaurants quite harshly. I have had seafood in several states in the USA but I must say that Scoma's knocked it out of the park. The best clam chowder, my wife's crab 🦀 salad was deluxe and loaded with crab. My dish of 3 types of fresh fish and shrimp that was recommended by the waiter was excellent. The service was the best, well done. Highly recommended.

Great ambience and view but I would not say that the food is amazing. The clam chowder bread bowl was pretty standard and the sourdough bread was too complex for this dish in my opinion. Seafood risotto was flavorful but a bit salty. I like the fried calamari the most as it was fresh and fried just right so you can taste the ingredients. Tiramisu was below average. Service was great.

I've been lucky enough to visit San Fran twice this year, and this restaurant was excellent the first time around that we went again. Yes, it's that good. The views, service, and food are incredible. The crab risotto [first visit] was perfection. This time, I had the stuffed crab ravioli, again, perfection. They have ruined crab for me everywhere else 😅. My husband and sister enjoyed their dishes just as well. Of course, the chowder in the sourdough bread bowl is a must. If you are in the fisherman's wharf area, do not hesitate!

The Fog Harbor Fish House has great food and beverages. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing great service that is memorable. Everyone is dressed in classy attire, bringing a higher quality to the experience of being there. The fish and chips are great and the mixed drinks are well prepared and balanced. The atmosphere feels more cozy and warm, giving guests a comfortable dining experience. The views surrounding this establishment are wonderful, looking out towards the ocean and harbors. While the prices are higher, the service, quality, and overall experience is worth it. Recommended to go during happy hour, just before the dinner rush. The location is perfect and the atmosphere is so good. The waitress was so kind and helpful. You should try their seafood pasta. I have to say that all the dishes have a huge portions. So you will be definitely full up.

This was a nice lunch with views of the harbour. The seafood was fresh and tasty, but having looked at the menu next door, there wasn't anything that particularly stood out from the other restaurants in the area. The service was good, but we were a little worried when we mentioned one of our friends had a dairy intolerance and the server misunderstood it for a gluten intolerance... Nonetheless, they were able to provide a dish without dairy, so no problems!

I'm rating this restaurant based on my 2 visits in March and September. Both my guests loved the food while I did think the March one turned out slightly better. Maybe I was seated at a nice corner and the food choices differed slightly too. The crab texture was slightly on the dry side this time.

This is a great family restaurant with wonderful views of the bay and great food. It was relatively easy to get a table for 7 people when we went. The kids really enjoyed their food which tells me that it was pretty high quality lol. They have great clam chowder and I had the salmon which was excellent. The dining area is very bright and energetic. It seems like a good place to go with family or for a fancier dinner. Would definitely come again when I’m in the area.

Amazing experience at the Fog Harbor Fish House. Although you may have to book and maybe wait for up to an hour until you get a table, it's well worth it. Very classy and the food is well presented. Quality of food is also in a very high standard. A great place to unwind with friends, family, or a couple out on a date. Totally recommend this place if you decide to head out to the peer 39.

Fog Harbour is a family owned seafood restaurant on the pier of San Francisco. It's a legendary restaurant reminiscent of years gone by. There are more modern high end seafood restaurants in San Francisco but this establishment remains a favorite of many. The food is great. It's your basic high quality seafood. The service is friendly and helpful. The establishment is wonderful with views of the sea lions on the pier. Overall 4 x 🦞🦞🦞🦞

Good food, Burger was very good, I would add more salt and some spices, but this is me. My wife’s chicken wrap was really good, my son’s grilled cheese also. I like that they adding fruits to every food. People working there are very nice and kind. Update 2/23/23: Went for 2nd time and I was not disappointed, food in this restaurant is really good. If you are near by, go there and have a breakfast!! You will not regret it!

I came on a weekday around 11AM. It wasn't too crowded with a couple of customers. I sat outside and ordered "Audrey Hepburn" for 20.99$. The service was excellent! Super friendly and made me feel very welcome. They got me in a good mood and made me feel very cared for. The food was delicious, very good fruit and the pancakes were fluffy. I did not get a chance to go again, but I would when I visit San Francisco again. I would definitely recommend giving this Café a try and hope, your experience will be as good as mine. I can't say anything about the inside because I didn't go in.

Solid breakfast place. The BNN choc was good and the fruits were nice and fresh. The lemonade was nice and sweet. The avocado toast was fresh and the healthy plate was complemented well with vegetables. The only problem was the loud construction right next to the restaurant but other than that is was a very good experience.

Wanted in a long line, but it went pretty fast. Food was really good if you can tell but the empty plates. The burrito was scrumptious! And my hasbrowns were anything but boring. I appreciate that it has flavor without being overdone. The beverages are freshly made which is a super plus. DONT LET THE LONG LINE SCARE YOU.

We waited only 15 minutes. As we were 6 we had to split into 2 tables otherwise it would have taken more time as they only have one big table inside. The food was great! We ordered omelets, sandwiches, and pancakes. The coffee was great too and they served super fast.

Had a very enjoyable breakfast on our first morning in SF. Service was very friendly and efficient, and although the place looks a bit old and tired, the food is very tasty and the fruit fresh and delicious. I had the Vivian Leigh (scrambled eggs with bacon and a fruit bowl), asking for it without the croissant, and my husband had breakfast nachos (I forget exactly what it was called). Both of us enjoyed our food very much, and I especially appreciated the variety and quality of the fruit and the crispness of the bacon in my scrambled eggs. The place wasn't completely full when we got there at around 8:00 a.m. but filled up soon after, so its popularity speaks volumes! Definitely recommended, and we will try to visit again before we leave.

I don't know what to say but since we came here restaurant are fast with cooking food I haven't wait a long time to get my food since I eat around San Francisco. This is a wonderful breakfast place! The service was so fast and the food was delicious! There were plenty of options and the addition of fruit to each plate including my side pancake was so refreshing! We left feeling satisfied but not weigh down/overstuffed. Highly recommend!

This place is Divine! We came here absolutely starving after a red eye flight. They sat our party of nine rapidly on mother's day. The food was beyond expectations. I got the breakfast wrap and it was made with the freshest and healthiest of ingredients, and it actually tasted amazing! The oranges were to die for. We were all very satisfied. It was a little hard sitting outside by some loud traffic, but worth the food. Would come here again.

They charge 18% mandatory “gratuity” on your bill no matter the party size; even for 2 people. Other than that the ambience is very nice, food is good (7/10) and servers are friendly. I would suggest the owner that the customer will be happy to provide a 18% for a good service but it feels a bit odd when you slap it on us.

Cool little place. Still have outside seating. It looks like it's all covered leftover from covid but it doubles the size of the restaurant which is good for them. I had the BLT which was good. My daughter had the French toast which he enjoyed.

Good food, efficient service, and great waterfront views. Stopped here for lunch and enjoyed sharing a couple of dishes with friends. The appetizers (spring rolls, imperial egg rolls, etc.) were not that much different from some of the more “hole in the wall” Vietnamese restaurants where you can have them for 1/10 the price—but I think here the prices reflect the location. The entrees on the other hand, were across the board excellent and flavorful. Would recommend if you’re in area!

We had brunch here on Labor Day, so we expected it to be pretty busy. It wasn’t crowded at all when we arrived at 11:00, yet service was very very slow and we didn’t even have our drinks until 20 minutes after we sat down. The food was really great though, and mostly made up for the service that remained slow throughout our entire meal. We tried and shared various things on the menu and everything was good, including the drinks.

The place was nice, in the ferry building with a nice outlook over the water. The food and drink were nice. Was here for a work a lunch which was good - the place was busy, but not too loud. If it weren't for the staff trying to turn the table over as soon as we finished eating it would have been near perfect.

I want to start by saying the host and our waiter were awesome. Don't get your hopes up about this place. Came here for my birthday and was disappointed to say the least. For starters it was loud, like louder than a restaurant should be and for the prices you pay to eat and be here it shouldn't be that loud. Secondly the food itself wasn't memorable at all. I can't even remember what I ate, I just know I took the pictures and wanted to be done with the whole experience. Oh and don't get the calamari, it tasted like chicken tenders for some reason. The reviews for this place are pretty up there but I guess a lot of people that go here probably don't eat out a lot or think expensive food tastes better (which it doesn't). If you do decide for some reason to come here and want the food to be more palatable get the San Francisco Rum based drink. That was the best thing I had here and tasted great. The price you pay for everything here is not worth it and thankfully I was able to have a redo and simply made a far better dish at home that actually had flavor.

Amazing spot for fresh seafood at Pier39/Fisherman’s Wharf! Highly recommend you make reservations here as the place was really busy around dinner time on a Friday when we visited. There’s a huge selection of seafood appetizers and mains that you can’t really go wrong with choosing whatever you like. The dishes where it includes main different seafood is a good start for anyone wanting to try different things. The drinks were very good as well and was very generous with the amount. We got some mixed sodas and the strawberry mojito was very good.

EXCELLENT! Our reservation at first was cancelled for some unknown reason BUT upon explaining to the hostess what had happened, she agreed to seat us on the next available table which was 💯 for their service. For such a busy restaurant, the waiters and waitresses were extra attentive and welcoming. They even allowed me to take shots of their BUSY kitchen. As soon as we arrived at the tables, Menu’s were handed out and water was served. For such a busy restaurant, I have to applaud how they got the food out of the kitchen IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. Extremely hot and fresh. Crab Cake was EXQUISITE. Sourdough lacked salt but of course, add to taste. Clam Chowder in Sourdough Bread-bowl? It filled the soul. Their Linguine on the other hand, it was simply perfect. NOT ONE DROP LEFT. Pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was perfect. Every bite was filled with flavour. The Dungeoness Crab was cooked really well, I was expecting to dip it in some sauce but even the meat on the legs had flavor by itself. I can’t give enough compliments for this restaurant. I HIGHLY recommend.

Went to this restaurant for seafood lunch. We were seated away from the main restaurant in a quieter section facing the small boat harbor. The service was great, friendly waiter with prompt service. We ordered the clam chowder bowl as starter and fisherman plate for mains. Main course arrived before we had chance to finish starter. Food was of a good standard and quality. Not exceptional but good. What you can expect from a busy tourist area seafood restaurant.

The food here is absolutely delicious! The amazing taste of smoked teriyaki sauce salmon was the best I've ever had in a while! Every plate had an a wonderful presentation to them! The place is a little expensive but it's definitely worth coming back for more! :]

This place was recommended to us and we loved it! We started with drinks and an appetizer. My jalapeno margarita was excellent and the calamari was the best I've ever had. My friend enjoyed the oysters. I got the crab cakes for my meal and they were good but I believe I've been spoiled in Baltimore. My friend also enjoyed her triple shrimp dish. We ate outside and enjoyed the sun and people watching. I definitely recommend!

So much to do and so many places to eat, shop. You can easily spend an entire day there and probably wouldn't even finish walking all of it and their piers. There's a restaurant there where you can even sit and eat at and have an incredible view of the sea lions it's on pier 37.

Our visit started on a bad note. Reservations were made via phone a week earlier, and we were told that we would be seated at the windows, but that did not happen. We sat down in the middle of the room. Ali, our server was awesome. She gets full marks for her great service and care. The food was fine and arrived quickly. I would have given 5 stars, but for 2 reasons, it's 3 stars only. The first is already listed above. The second reason: a well Scotch was ordered, but a little while later, another server came and told us that they were out of well Scotch. So, another inexpensive Scotch was ordered. When the bill arrived, we noticed a $50 charge for Johnny Walker Blue Label! The Scotch was definitely not Blue Label. If it was an honest mistake, I'd understand, but I wonder how many tourists have been taken advantage of. Thankfully, Ali was able to remove the charge.

Our group of 5 arrived late in the evening and were greeted with kind and knowledgeable staff. We had a short wait to be seated, which also offered indoor and outdoor seating. It is located in the middle of Pier 39 with a nice view of the Bay. Food was great, everything to order and piping hot. Several of our party ordered bar drinks and said they were great. I recommend the fish and chips!

Food was pretty good, although the oysters were quite small. I had the linguine pasta which was very filling and tasty! However, if you want to go for some nice oysters, a real oyster bar will serve you better. That being said, our server was very friendly and helpful and made our experience very enjoyable!

Came here randomly on a Sunday afternoon with some friends and we were seated right away with a great view of the bay! The service was quick, and the food was delicious. We had the lobster tails, crab cakes and fish and chips, all were cooked well and flavorful!

Blame it to google maps for my disappointment but I was expecting a whole crab when I ordered the crab(like what I've seen in photos on google maps). Came in pieces and without the head. Also tasted a bit old and salty. I did though like the bib; made for some fun photos. The crab cakes though were delicious! Best cakes I've ever had. The chowder was tasty even though there wasn't really pieces of anything in it. Staff were nice. I wish there was a barrier fr the table beside us/above a level. The patron above pulled at his lobster tail and it flicked down onto our table. Drinks and food are affordable but I still wished the food was overall better tasting.

I was able to walk in and be seated immediately. I ordered the clam chowder, crab cakes and a pomegranate margarita. Honestly the food was fine. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't memorable. If your on the pier and want somewhere to eat, it's an okay spot

I really loved this place, their food is amazing if you love sea food then this is the best place to go. It is kinda pricey with some plates being 20$ but its worth it. The staff is very friendly and kind they were able to help me and my family when we need help with what the food had and same with the dessert it's really good. Over all this is an amazing spot to go eat.
