I wonder if covid has taken its toll on the market. Last time I was here it was bustling with life and it was difficult to move around, just as a market should be. Now it was a lot of closed stalls and very few vendors. You can still get good deals on fish, meat and vegetables, but the vendors are not interested in haggling and making your day anymore… hope they soon get back to how it used to be.

Originally used as military airship hangars and later transformed into an architecturally imposing food pavilions. Vibrant atmosphere. Best place to get closer to Latvian culture and traditions in the Central Market. Here, you can see and taste the typical and unique products. Fresh and natural products from Latvian farms and assortments of Latvian food. You can also find a wide range of souvenirs.

My visit to Riga Central Market was an incredible sensory experience. As I approached the market, the vibrant colors and bustling atmosphere immediately drew me in. Housed in impressive old Zeppelin hangars, the market's architecture itself was a sight to behold. The market's sheer size and variety of offerings left me amazed. Each hangar was dedicated to different types of products, ranging from fresh produce and meats to dairy products, fish, and a wide array of local and international delicacies. Exploring the market, I was greeted with the delightful aroma of freshly baked goods and savory street food. I couldn't resist trying some traditional Latvian treats, and they did not disappoint – the flavors were both unique and delicious. The locals' warm and friendly nature added to the charm of the market. I had several pleasant interactions with vendors who were eager to share stories about their products and offer recommendations. I found the prices at Riga Central Market to be reasonable, especially considering the quality and variety of products available. It was a perfect place to shop for fresh ingredients and unique souvenirs. The market's cultural significance was evident in the diverse array of local products, showcasing Latvia's culinary heritage and traditions. It provided an excellent opportunity to immerse myself in the local culture and connect with the city's culinary roots. As I left Riga Central Market, I felt like I had experienced a true slice of Latvian life. It was a memorable and enriching experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Riga. The market's lively ambiance, delicious offerings, and friendly atmosphere truly made it a must-visit destination.

As tourists, we really enjoyed our market experience. It had a local flair and a variety of food and goods. We wandered for over an hour before heading back to our hotel with lunch in hand.

Great place to while away a couple of hours. Said to be the biggest indoor market in Europe. Plenty of stalls from flowers to meat and fish. Not as many stalls selling cooked food to eat now but there were a few. Frequented by many locals. Housed inside and outside 5 old zeppelin hangers.

Huge market with 3 hangars and stalls all around. You will buy everything. Fresh fruit and vegetables, cheese, halva, hundreds of types of fish, clothes, souvenirs. You will meet people from all over the world there. From 7am to 6pm the market is full of people. The prices are very good.

Beautiful market at the center. There are many fruits and vegetables. You can also buy some souvenirs. If you love to see shops, this place is a must-visit. Nothing fancy but you can experience how local people do the everyday shopping and you can also eat in some restaurants there.

Lots of local and fresh yummy produce, especially cheese, smoked fish and pastries. I would welcome more eateries around the market though. Bought 3 pair of hand made wool socks on the stand outside the main market, highly recommend- to support local pensioners and complement their income -who produce superb craftsmanship.

Outstanding farmers market! Prices are amazingly affordable at this quality level. Huge market similar to the Prevoz market in Odessa, Ukraine but much cleaner. The entire city of Riga is AMAZINGLY clean. Great vendors at this market. I go every week here to stock up on Kraut, Salami,cured meat, cherries and wow worthy strawberries.

The market so big and you can basically get all the ingredients you need. They have wide range of products to choose from dried goods, fish, meats, chicken, cheese and many more. There are also several restaurant inside the market but most of the restaurant open from 10am. Although there are few that are open early for breakfast. You can also buy clothes ans bags in the market. The market is clean and we enjoyed walking around there.

The area is worth visiting at least once. But I probably will not come back again for seconds. Separated inside and between 4-5 warehouse type buildings with themes on each: meats, fish, vegetables are outside, a building just for textile, clothing and dried goods among others. If you are not grocery shopping. It's best to skip to the textile/dry goods area. Going early in the morning also gives it a different vibe as that is when older Latvian home makers come to do their daily shopping.

Cool public square with an even cooler town hall! They currently have these boards set up showing the devastation and proximity by different modes of transportation to various Ukrainian cities, which is pretty appropriate given the timing. I wish there was more green though, always good to have plants in a public square.

Very beautiful large open space where people can gather and take pictures. Different musicians play there music usually in the evening.

The Town Hall Square is one of the best known squares in Riga’s Old City and is easily accessible on foot from any hotels in or near the Old City. This is also the the economic and administrative center of the city. While much of the medieval square was destroyed during World War II, it has been rebuilt. Standing on the square are buildings such as the House of the Blackheads, the tourist information center, the Latvian Occupation Museum and, of course, Riga’s town hall with its baroque clock tower. More than 500 years ago, the first city Christmas tree was lit in the square. A memorial plank can now be found on the spot where the tree was list and a new tree is decorated each year. Also of note is the famous Roland Statue, which stands in the middle of Town Hall Square. The nephew of Charlemagne and a Frankish military leader, Roland was known to be a fair judge and thus, he gradually became a symbol of justice in northern Germany and Latvia. His statue was erected on the square in 1896.

This is one of the most amazing places in the centre of Riga city surrounded by Riga main town, parks, railway station and bus station etc. On 19th Nov which is the independence day of Latvia all the gatherings and events are happening around this monument. You can visit this place and grab a nice lunch/dinner/snacks in old Town nearby and relax later in the parks all are around and at a walking distance. I'm sure you'll like this place and do visit 👌

The Freedom monument honoring soldiers killed during the Latvian War of Independence (1918–1920). It is considered an important symbol of the freedom, independence, and sovereignty of Latvia. Nice touristic site with the garden of latvia close by as well as old buildings from before the war. Two soldiers are always present at attention in front of the monument with a swap every 30 minutes depending on the weather, it is such a beautiful scenery to be at during change 😊

I was able to visit during Ukrainian Independence Day and this is why the blue and gold colors were up to show solidarity with Ukrainians — a good number of which have been long part of Riga’s populace and also sole who just escaped war since early 2023. It was great to see kids and families bringing their Ukrainian flags with them and taking photos with the colors projected on the monument. Also super cool to see Latvia unequivocally supporting their neighbors who want to escape violence and bloodshed — this is what the monument stands for and the Latvians are actually acting on it. The monument's purpose in action!

A historic landmark of the city. It withstood wars, and carries a rich history of events that occured around it. Highly recommending to visit the Museum of Occupation of Latvia nearby, where a gallery on the ground floor dedicated to this monument explains all the figures on it in great detail.

What a magnificent monument to freedom! The people are proud of their heritage and proud of their freedom. It's gratifying and humbling to see such a public declaration of their commitment to freedom. Well done, Latvia. (Also the flowers in the gardens nearby have a heavenly scent when in bloom . . .)

I would say that is the most beautiful building on all old town in Riga. The point of orientation too. Nice in the night and in the day. The front you have Roland statue and in the xmas time the big tree.

Beautiful place! Very nice building, and beautiful representative premises. It includes the museum of the Blackheads Guild, as well as various halls full of Renaissance art and furniture. The whole building of the Blackheads Guild is very nicely restored, where as it was very damaged during WW2. The staff is friendly and welcoming. NB Possibility to enjoy the place with a glass of sparkling wine or coffee.

Take the ticket with a glass of champagne for EUR 8. Totally worth it. You can sit in a nice chamber, drink champagne and enjoy the view. Regular adult ticket EUR 6. For children under 7 it is free. My children liked the cellar with the weaponry a lot. My daughter liked the silver cutlery and plates. Small museum but worth a visit.

Really beautiful building and worth a visit. It did not take long to see the different levels. It is quite amazing to visit a place that is still regularly used for official and diplomatic meetings.the price is a little high but considering that the building had to be renovated from scratch basically, it is only fair. Really entertaining attraction which proves that Latvian guys are really stubborn. They decided to rebuild the house of Blackheads despite fact it was completely destroyed during war. Now it is renovated with respect to the first style the building was made. Here you can expand your knowledge about Riga's merchants and guilds.

Amazing piccolo organ concert at the Riga Cathedral. I also didn't know that they have very pretty yard inside looks like some cathedral in Italy. I highly recommend to visit this place as a tourist. I was born in Riga but never been inside the yard. Also organ is one of the most historical in Europe & World.

The tour up the tower at 12:30 pm is highly recommended (there are only 15 persons admitted per tour). First, the tour takes you up the clock tower with explanations on the history of the cathedral and the tower, especially. Up the tower there's the possibility to go out and walk around the tower on the platform. After coming down, the cathedral and it's gardens can be viewed included in the ticket. The viewing platform is not as high up as at St. Peter's church, but the experience is much more memorable climbing up the stairs (compared to going up by elevator).

We happened upon this cathedral right at lunchtime as the daily short organ concert began. It was magical to sit in the cool of the cathedral and listen to a masterful performance! It's always special to visit an ancient house of worship where believers still gather. Don't miss the magnificent stained glass windows or the carving of St. Luke on the side of the pulpit -- he looks a little startled!

Wonderful visit to Riga Cathedral. €5 entrance fee and well worth it. Arrive just before 12pm to be treated to an impressive 20 minute performance on one of the largest pipe organs in the world! The cathedral itself was nice to visit - the stained glass windows on the southern face were particularly stunning. Make sure to visit the cloister also. You can apparently climb the tower but I wasn’t able during my visit.

The famous and centuries old dome cathedral in the heart of old Riga, it is definitely worth spending an hour or so here. At noon on most days of the week, a professional organist plays the famous pipe organ (dating back to the late -800s) as a mini 20-25 minute concert (concerto piccolo) for those in the sanctuary. It is just truly amazing to hear this instrument belt out the classic tunes. Tickets are 10 euros but also includes a tour of the tower where you can climb more than 200 steps to the top of the clock steeple see a terrific view of the city. They limit the trek to the top to 15 people and some of the steps are very steep. Don’t go with heels or if your slightly afraid of heights. After the climb, you can then walk around the church cloister where there are several artifacts from the old days on display.

Very spectacular cathedral from outside and inside. With beautiful organ and gorgeous stained glass windows. Also there you can find gorgeous cloister with some old artefacts Entrance fee is £5 for adult.

The organ is magnificent, and it's worth going at midday for the short recital if you're interested in that. The cloister walk should be delightful, but most of it was dreadfully cluttered when I visited. Walking around the outside of the building is worthwhile - and free. I'm not sure the 10 euros entry fee is worth it, except to support a significant building.

Riga Cathedral is the centerpiece of Latvia's capital, originally built in the Romanesque style in the early 13th century. The Gothic and Baroque elements were later added to the architectural scheme. Services are still held in Riga Cathedral, and the building continues to be a part of cultural life. It does stand as an imposing presence in the historic district of Riga, which is a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A must-see when you visit Riga! Definitely spend the €5 for admission and explore the cathedral. Outside you will find a trove of artifacts (cannons, sculptures, monuments, etc).

A really good rooftop bar, the view was neat and all the the drinks and food we ordered were absolutely amazing. The staff speaks both Russian and English so it's pretty good for tourists. It is also a bit pricy for Riga, but I think it's completely worth it. (Also if you happen to be a female, the view from the female washroom is really gorgeous, I highly recommend going there for instagram photos)

A location with a great view on Riga. Half of the city can be seen here if you are in a sweet spot near the window. Menu is based on Asian food. There is a wide selection of cocktails. Definitely a must see!

The skyline bar is a must-see if travelling in Riga. We visited one late evening and just managed to catch the sun set. The view was amazing and the drinks were even better! The bar staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The lift up to the top floor was also very pretty as this also provided a different view of the city (almost felt like an amusement park ride)

Very nice and sexy place with a beautiful view skyline view of the city. Very calm and relaxing music on background not too loud where you can still have a good date night conversation. They said the cocktails served at the Skyline bar provides a pleasures for all your senses. Some of its is true and some have me guessing for more such as the “Lover’s Rock”. It has a hint of chocolate but beyond that it tasted like cranberry juice infused with chocolate. Their Green Mile on the other hand was a delight with a hint of a refreshing matcha green tea and cream. I would have a second or 3rd of the Green Mile.

A must do when visiting Riga, Great location above the Orthodox Cathedral and 360° views across all of Riga towards Liberty Statue. Glass elevator too for great views on the way up. Attentive servers. Average of around €10 per cocktail with a range of Classic and signature drinks. We arrived at 3pm and no booking was required. On top of the Radisson hotel accessed by the lift.

We visited at around three in the afternoon on Friday for late lunch. The elevator to the bar is a bit hidden from the main entrance, but just look for signs. Mind you the elevator ride is scenic, so if you feel queasy at heights, better keep your eyes on the door. The view of course was amazing, as Riga is quite flat and you can see far. There was so much to see! Food: Suprisingly the menu was Asian themed. We ordered pork with noodles and vegetarian spring rolls for lunch. Our food arrived quickly though there were a lot of customers. The portion size is excellent lunch-wise and they were nicely presented. The pork was tasty and tender and the spring rolls were nice and juicy but crunchy. Drinks: We ordered water and cocktails. The cocktails were nicely presented and tasted good but left us wondering where the alcohol was, as I get easily tipsy and felt nothing. Dessert: We ordered 'stages of chocolates' and loved it! Our server suggested we share one but we were greedy and wanted our own portions. We couldn't finish! Should have taken that advise. Atmosphere: Clean, modern, young. At the time we visited, there was melodic house music playing. Loved it. Prices: surprisingly affordable for a hotel bar, considering the good portions, the views and the location. Service: The staff spoke very good English and they were polite and cheery. They generally appeared to enjoy their workday. They were also very attentive, like asking if we were too cold, making sure we were happy etc. Service is charged in the check but we just had to tip extra because the staff's good day affected us and we left in excellent spirits! Bonus: The restroom near the elevator is worth checking out! We only saw the ladies' restroom so can't promise the gents get treated with awesomeness.

A very nice place to take a break from the daily grind. The prices are of course higher than usual, but it's worth it. There's a great view of Riga from here. The lounge is located on the 26th floor. The interior is tastefully done.

Wow - what a phenomenal place to eat, drink, chill out and watch the sun set over a stunning city. I’m not a huge drinker or a fan of “posh” food, but this was a perfect mix of hi end food, great cocktails, amazing taste, great atmosphere, perfect service, and not a bad price for what the level of hospitality and grub 🙏 Highly recommended.

Must visit place in Riga. You can get 360’ view of Riga from the 26th floor. The atmosphere is very nice. The food and drinks are also very good. Staff is friendly and attentive. Service is very fast. You might able to get a good table near a window with a nice view if you reserve a table beforehand.

a dive into medieval times - every little detail in this restaurant takes you to a place centuries ago. an absolute worthwhile experience, and the food is good too.

Staff were very friendly and approachable with a great sense of service. The medieval atmosphere of the restaurant is profound, with music, decorations and food serving (other than the cutlery) being historically accurate. The staff are dressed adequately for the historical era in question and I cannot stress enough how friendly they all were. If English is your preferred language, the staff have excellent skills in the language, which makes communication very pleasant. Furthermore, the entire restaurant is located underground. While this makes it near-impossible for wheelchairs to access, it greatly adds to and reinforces the overall atmosphere. In fact, there's a restaurant part, and a part which evidently acts more as a bar. These two parts are connected by a tunnel, which feels a lot like walking through some ancient catacomb. I will definitely be visiting again if I get the chance!

Spectacular. We loved this place. live music (a chorus). I asked for the honey beer, sea bream served with rice, lentils and a moustard sauce, and the pumping cake. Everything was delicious. Approximately 25€ per person. Reserve in advanced if you want a particular table, although the place is quite big.

Great place to have dinner, particularly with kids. Fun with the medieval atmosphere and being led to the table through a ‘grotto’. Definitely no run-of-the-mill kind of place. Great food and service too:)

Very entertaining night. The atmosphere is amazing and the food was excellent. It is much more than a meal, it's like traveling in time! But they have no potatoes (inside joke)😂🤣😅

Super cool concept, a mideval restaurant that goes to great lengths to stay authentic to its theme. The staff is dressed accordingly, in old fashion clothes/robes. The restaurant itself is in a basement mostly lit up by candles and surrounded by old stone walls and decorated with shields. Even the dishes is historically justified on the menu. The food itself is alright. While the presentation is beyond what I would expect it tastes alright. The main issue is the portion size. They are way too large and could be cut in half and still fill me up. Totally worth going, if not just for the experience. The prices are alright and the staff was helpful.

I saw a review that said this restaurant was closed and almost didn’t go, but decided to walk by to check for myself and I’m glad I did! They are indeed open as of July 2023. The food was delicious and such a unique dining experience. I would highly recommend!

But thats it, service was not so good or friendly, not bad but not good either. Food was the same, nothing special and a little bit tasteless so compare to the prices its a ripoff really, 31€ for my lambshank with bad sauce and tasteless oats, no thank u.

A cozy small restaurant with a rich food. The variety of dishes are quite good. The duck leg and school fondant were perfect ! The only thing what can disturb is that as restaurant is small 2 person tables are quite near one to another, so you will here conversations of other guests :)

I chose this restaurant specially for my boyfriends birthday and we were not disappointed. Menu has nice selection of seafood options and also meat and other things. Prices are reasonable and atmosphere is cozy and fancy at the same time. Dishes were great - for mains we ordered venison burger and teriyaki salmon which were very nice. I have never had so good salmon before for such reasonable price. I recommend booking the table before - we went on Monday evening and it was still fully booked. Service was bit poor - they were fast but waitresses seemed to be in a rush all the time and no one made sure how we feel or do we like the food or if we wanted anything more to drink. Also she forgot to bring butter with the bread. Overall experience was nice and can totally recommend.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and great food. The staff is very nice and you will feel very welcome there. The menu is compact, but offers enough diversity for each guest. This restaurant should definitely be on your list if you plan to enjoy a lovely meal in the city centre of Riga. Make sure to reserve a table if you plan to visit on the weekend!

We had a great dinner here. The starters of Camembert was excellent. The carpaccio was soft and moist. Inspired. I did the pork which fell apart on the bone. My wife’s steak was also tender and cooked medium rare as requested. Attentive friendly staff. You cannot go wrong coming here.

Consistently good food and service. We have been coming for years. It’s one reliable place in the Old Town which we know always meets the expectations. The place is relatively small and gets busy at peak times so I’d recommend booking in advance. Last time we went for lunch a couple weeks ago and had the trout salad, the salmon ( or trout?) tartar, the venison burger, the sturgeon fillet, and the confit duck. The food was great, the service was very friendly. We also like the setting and simple yet lovely interior of this restaurant.

A very enjoyable, delicious meal with excellent service. I ordered the tiger prawns for the starter, and the roast duck for the entre. Both were very well prepared and seasoned. The presentation was very appealing, but that leads to the few negatives that I have, regarding my visit here. I'm not a fan of overly garnished plates. Especially if the garnish is not edible. Not to say that the assortment of semi exotic berries (goose berries, ground cherries, etc) weren't edible, but they definitely did not need to be on every plate. All-in-all, I highly recommend this restaurant. I'll like patronize it again before I leave Riga.

Great service, amazing food and nice atmosphere. We received our appetizer and food very quickly, waitress was kind and helpful. If you go to Riga, make sure to book a table beforehand at this cosy restaurant! 🌟

What a delightful place and what excellent and varied food! We especially appreciated the amazing vegetarian options. The baked avocado with Camembert was a visual and flavor stunner. Beautiful location and perfect service, too.

Best food that i have ever taste in Latvia . Even in many places that i have been to. It is so creative to create this kind of food. Simple, Comfort but yet beautiful and delicious. Well done chef.

Nice enough food. Sausage was okay but for 20 euro not good value. Cabbage rolls were nice but cabbage was very chewy. Pancakes were great. Service was good and attentive.

Lovely, cosy and friendly restaurant. Excellent traditional food, beautiful presentation, perfectly seasoned and really tasty. Most enjoyable. Service was excellent with both members of staff. You need to show a COVID vaccination certificate and have an ID like a passport for verification. Screens are up around all the tables as well.

We loved it! Every dish was excellent, and presented beautifully. We got the tongue and heart starters based off seeing other reviews, I highly recommend. I’ve never had organ meat prepared so well, it was fantastic. And then the best black pudding, and potato with surprise chicken wings inside? So cool, what a great experience, I wish I had more room in my stomach :) thank you to the lovely staff as well!

We had dinner here and it was so good we returned the next day for lunch. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and fresh with really nice flavours. Highly recommend.

Food was absolutely amazing. Service was quick too. The main dish takes time to prepare(20 min) so it’s better to order something before hand. The only problem with the main dish is it had pork which I didn’t want to eat. I thought it didn’t have maybe the menu said it but I didn’t read it thoroughly. They give complementary bread with chicken lever. I was full just by eating the bread with soup. Resultingly, the main dish was too difficult to eat and had to leave it Note that they do not pack your leftovers so either leave it or eat it.

Nice modern decorated restaurant. Good location in the middle of the old town of Riga. Milda serves Latvian food. However, the portions are small and the quality average. We had the beetroot soup which was very tasty, a sausage which was tasty but very little, the stuffed potato pancakes with mincemeat however were soggy and quite tasteless. However, the price of the dishes is much too high compared to the food offered. The staff are friendly and very attentive. Given the poor price/quality ratio, we will not be coming back here anytime soon. I also don't understand why this restaurant has so many good reviews.

A well rated restaurant and rightly so. Great atmosphere and great traditional Latvian food. The restaurant is booked in advance so it's best to make a reservation early, if you know you're visiting Riga. We ordered the mackerel carpaccio which was slightly on the icy side, but very flavoursome. The duck breast was slightly overcooked in some sections but again, the pumpkin puree and pickled vegetables complemented it well. We thoroughly enjoyed the potato pancake with chicken wings and would highly recommend this dish. We also had Latvian lemonade and chicken liver pate which were also a nice treat. Serving sizes are large so it's best to share and prices are very reasonable. Service was slow as there is only one machine and we had to ask for the bill a few times however, staff are friendly. Don't visit Riga without stopping in for a meal!

The bread soup was super delicious. I would really recommend to order it. The potato dumplings were a little fatty and weren't really good overall. The service personnel was very friendly to us, but if you don't have a reservation they are very direct in saying that the are fully booked and could be friendlier. The ambience is nice and the prices are very fair and affordable.

Lack of photos as i was too busy enjoying the moment. The first restaurant i visited in Riga. The walking tour guide recommended this spot so i dropped by and I must say its the best in Riga for my 4 days trip. The garlic bread was definitely top notch and services was great too.

Great place to get a vision of Latvian style, food and culture. I happened to visit it prior Christmas and due to lot of snow it was a real Winter Wonderland. The food court itself is massive, but due to covid the only operate a part of it. Outdoors have big open area that was in full winter spirit, with Cristmas music, beautifully decorated with festive lights. They even had real fireplace by main entrance, outdoors, to warm up fingers. Food is very traditional, yes, can be quite heavy or greasy, but tasty too. You shall find quite a Latvian cuisine range to have some idea. Food is buffet kind of service. Good place to go and try once or ocasionally. Price range- 3 pax full menu and 3x beers go for 35 -40€

Cannot say how fabulous this was, excellent food, amazing atmosphere, beautiful decor and building, dancing fountains, music, additional bar. Food was delicious, plentiful choice, fabulous good value.. we are going back for another visit.

We took the tram 7 from Old Town to visit this Lido branch after a friend's recommendation. We came here because the appearance of the building itself and the exterior looked attractive and obviously to experience Latvian culture and cuisine. There is a wide range of food split into different sections / stations and each item of food and drink is individually tagged with price. You pay in the end and you find a table yourself. There, they call it Bistro but it's more like a food court or buffet in the UK. Food-wise: we enjoyed it well. Not everything was listed in English so we had a good guess. We've managed to tick off 2 items from our "must-eat" list such as Grey peas and Kvass. The price was very reasonable for 2 people at €16. Usually it's already €10+ a dish in Old Town Riga. It was a good experience and I do recommend to try this branch first if you have never eaten at Lido before.

If you’re visiting Riga without knowing any locals, know this - LIDO is where they grew up going. Having served the same meals for decades, the food is traditional Latvian. The beer is good, the food is good, the vibe is fun. Absolutely worth the visit if you’re looking for somewhere to have a giant dinner.

Amazing place with a wide variety of foods! Meat skewers, chicken fillets, porkchops, fish, burgers, calamari rings... Inside there's a little "playground" for kids with some "whack-a-mole"-type games and a mini carousel. Outside there's a mini-zoo with farm animals and some small amusement park rides. From Friday to Sunday there's a bar in the cellar, which seems cool! (I visited on a weekday)

This place used to be one of my favorites, but not any more.. Quality of food every year getting worse and prices going up. On the site there was ice skating during the winter, but now empty space. They charge 20 cents per half piece of bread, 75 cents per 50 grams of ketchup, charge for on site parking. I am pretty sure soon they'll charge for WC. Thanks

Nice looking place plus keeping kids busy . Prices are high, but you taking only what you want, no extra fies or salat leaves as a side dish. So it is not cheap, but decent price I would say. Parking not free. Bus stop right next to the place. Only 1 big minus - they dont have pelmeni or vareniki.

Love this place, the atmosphere and the food is amazing. A bit confusing system at first, you pick each piece of food individually and pay individually, so beware its not like an 'all you can eat' buffet. Staff was friendly but there was some issues with the language barrier. All in all, love this place and next time I visit Riga I will be back!

Food, fair ground rides, beer, water jet show, rabbits and Llamas. Pretty cool place rides a bit prices though. The food was great, also had some basic chips and nuggets for the fussy eaters and this who don't want to explore.

A fun restaurant serving Lithuanian dishes in an entertaining area. Very large range of menu items. Is Buffet style, so help yourself and pay when leaving the food area.

Lido is one of the must visit places in Riga. A great family day out with an amazing restaurant serving exceptionally tasty food at good prices. Lots of activities for children : prices for activities - 3€ each, 17€ unlimited 1h or €27 for the whole day.
