One of the best excursions I have ever done! It was amazing. Daniele was a great guide. We were outfitted with life jackets, wet suits, helmets, and walking sticks. We had a place to store our stuff. It was an easy, short walk to cave entrance. The inside of the cave was so neat and interesting to learn about. I felt like an adventurer not a tourist. We had about 90 minutes inside and our own photographer. Afterwards, we were provided towels and changing time. We viewed our photos were we ate lunch. Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience. Everyone was so accommodating from beginning to end. Very informative tour guide. It really made us feel like we were a part of history. It is a strenuous excursion but we did have a person that was unsure of the passages and the tour guide helped her every step of the way. Very much worth the money for excursion. I did feel like the photos were expensive and should have a chance to get all the pics for a better price. Was only able to buy one pic as there were expensive in my opinion and then only sent through email. All in all a great excursion. Live A Great Story!

I love this place. A MUST see if you can. My favorite Virgin Voyage shore excursion. Our guide Mely and our photographer made the Maya experience very memorable for my family. The photos are worth every penny and 100% better than any photos a tourist would take.

Amazing experience. Worth the money paid. If you want to explore and listen to silence while floating in the darkness, then this is the place. A tour that will take you to the woods, caves, and rivers. Once you enter you will be welcomed with smiling faces. The tour guide, David, introduced us to the Mayan culture, and rich information about the nature of the cave and Mexico in general. His English language and his way of conveying the information were excellent. A professional photographer accompanied the group throughout the trip. Thank you Hector for the beautiful photos. The tour included dry cave, bike rides, rappelling, and wet cave tour (plus package). No cell phones allowed during the tour. What you need to bring: - Put on a Comfortable clothing and good quality shoes. - Swimsuit (can be worn underneath your clothing for convenience). - Wet shoes for the wet cave tour. If you wish you can borrow a pair from there, or buy your own for 15 US$. - Change of clothes. - Towels, or you can use the ones provided to you. - Money for tips and photos What is provided by the team: - safety helmets - Safety gloves - Life jacket - Wet suit - Towels - Lockers - Lunch buffet ✅ Positive - the whole experience is magnificent. - Time commitment - Facilities well maintained and clean - Staff are nice and expert. - The audio script during the dry cave tour. ❌ Negative: - I’m not sure that equipment are cleaned between users. Helmets were either dusty or wet. Gloves were wet and stinky. - Did not put on the wet suit, so I’m not sure about its status. - Lunch buffet was not appealing to me. Probably because so many groups have eaten before we did. Did not eat so don’t know about the taste. - Pictures are very expensive. 120 US$ for all photos, or 30 US$ for a single photo.

Great experience!! Very well managed. Our guide was very knowledgeable and courteous. Their pick-up was on time, and everything on schedule as planned. Took the underground river tour with trip to Tulum Ruins.

This place is phenomenal!!! I think our guide made it such an amazing experience. However, sadly, I can't remember her name. This place is for those seeking a little bit of adventure. When you meet at the location a van picks you up, and takes you to another area where the adventure begins. You start off walking inside the cave. You put some headphones on to hear about the caves. It's an interesting story. Once you are done with the walking, get ready to ride a bike to the next adventure. Your bike ride takes you to the repelling section. I was a little nervous, but it really wasn't that bad. Afterwards, you bike to the final adventure. You get into the water and follow the river that is inside the cave. Such an amazing experience. Please keep in mind that you cannot take your cellphone for safety reasons. They also sell the pictures. They are a little pricey, but worth it in my opinion.

Super fun and very unique experience. Our 8 year old was nervous especially when the water got deep but our guide let him hold onto his back. The guide Fernando was knowledgeable and made the experience a lot of fun. Good energy! There was a buffet afterwards with options for everyone. (We appreciated there were vegetarian options!) I had read reviews that the road was a bit like a roller coaster and gave the kids gravol in anticipation. Was glad I did. It was a day we will always remember and was 100% worth it! So glad our family booked and got to experience this!

Excellent place to visit while you visit the Mayan Riviera! The tour takes about 3 hours and they take you deep inside caves/cenotes for a wonderful experience enjoying crystal clear water and cave formations. Water temperature is low but you will get used to it in minutes. They will lend you beach shoes but I recommend you to take your own. They serve food at the end included in your pay rate. Price wise is very good!! The trail is very rocky and uneven so keep in mind you have to be careful. I hope you enjoy it just as much as we did!!

Awesome place and must do 🇲🇽 We get inside with guide that explain us a lot about the creation of the cave and more and it was just really nice. At some point he told us to float inside the water and close our eyes, and then he just close all the flash lights so it will be pitch black. This was one of my best experiences ever and I highly recommend!!!! 🔥 You should definitely add this place to your list 👍 The only thing that bothered me is that they didn't let us go inside with our own cameras and the photos that the photographer took cost 100 dollars. Moreover, when I downloaded all the photos it was completely mess because they are striped of metadata so there is no timestamp in them 😔.

Highly recommend this underground river tour. It was really so interesting and so beautiful our guide Ari was really knowledgeable and we had a lot of fun with him. I didn’t feel scared and we were safe the whole time. I wasn’t really impressed with the lunch they served, but that’s really not why we went on this excursion. It was for the beauty of these underground rivers in Mexico i highly recommend this tour!! You could not bring your camera underground with you so of course so there’s no pictures of that in my review but at the end you could buy a package for $100 or each individual picture for 25 The package is pictures of you that she takes, and all the other pictures that she took down there so when you’re underground with your group and you see the photographer. maybe say “oh take a picture of this over here” because it’s all in the package but if there’s things you see that you want her to take a picture of I would recommend asking her “can you please take a picture of this for me?” but I wouldn’t spend too much time on that but if I’d known I would’ve had her take a picture of a couple really cool things that we saw. We saw a tiny bat hanging and it would have been great to get that pic! Yes, the price is expensive for the package but it’s a once in a lifetime memory and you’ll have no record of it. If you don’t get something … so you could get one picture or you can get the whole package which is what we decided to do.

This was truly an amazing experience. My husband and I booked this through our cruise line while we were docked in Cozumel. Our guide, Inna, was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to everyone in our group. They supply all of your gear, help you feel safe during the entire experience, and take great photos throughout the trip (available for purchase after the tour is over). They have lockers for your belongings, clean restrooms and changing/shower stalls. I would definitely do this again!

It was unbelievable! The beast adventure park! All the attractions are awesome. The staff is super attentive, polite, nice…above and beyond! We were at Fuego (night park), and all the lights and atmosphere were fantastic! The restaurant with different cuisine, a tone of fruits, meat, veggies, deserts, etc. I was shocked after American parks. And, by the way, I like the service when everything is included: - attractions - food (buffet) with gorgeous food; - lockers !!!!! - everything except photos and gift shop. UNBELIEVABLE 😍😍😍

This place is so much fun. Safe, clean, all inclusive environment. Awesome buffet menu & drink (juices) included. We want during the day and spend aprox 5 hours. Zip line was my favorite along with the semi underwater cave system.

This place was beyond what I could have imagined. The exciting outdoor water activities, the zip-lining, and even the food was amazingly delicious. I had a wonderful time here and it was my first time. I advise everyone to purchase the bracelet for pictures and also the buffet. Staff was very friendly and professional. Zip-lining staff was on their A-game from the beginning, not some, ALL OF THEM. They were courteous, professional and they never stressed when the people piled up. I was really astonished by how well this theme park ran. The amount of memories I created here will be one I can remember forever.

Highly Recommended!! My visit lasted around 5 hours, and I must say it was time well spent. There's ample parking, and getting tickets was a breeze. Food and drinks were included in the price of the ticket, which is a fantastic bonus. Additionally, lockers are available to store your items, making it convenient and worry-free. One piece of advice: make sure to walk with your water shoes!! If you forget them, don't worry; some are available for purchase onsite. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

This place is for people who would love to enjoy and explore stalactite caves lit up by beautiful lighting and surrounded by water. Swim, walk or boat in these caves, the experience is wonderful. There are also activities like zip lining, Driving jeeps and water slides. Definitely a must do.

Xplor is awesome! We booked through our resort and transportation as well as food was included, however alcoholic drinks were not. They had two routes of zip lines to try out, both were extremely amazing! There were amphibious vehicles to drive on long routes, make sure to try both routes since they are different. Under ground rivers to walk and swim through caves are so cool and some have slides through out it! I would definitely recommend coming here. If you are here, get the photo pass which is connected to your helmet so the park can take all your photos for you!

Xplor is a definite - most do when you are in Cancun! It was absolutely accelerating and full of adrenaline. The food was also really good with a vast of amazing food and choices of a full bar. You do climb a lot to go to each zip line. Overall had the most amazing time.

Visited with friends, had an amazing and fun time. Be aware that is crowded and there are long lines ouside of every activity. Great if you love zip lines and caves!! The underground waters are a must! Crystal clear and cold!! Food is great and they also offer lockers for your staff.

We visited this park at the end of September so we got experience this park to the fullest! There were little to no lines at any of the attractions here, we got to do every attraction at least twice. The entire park was so beautiful and amazing, I’m truly at a loss of words! - Buffet here was delicious. So many different items that were so amazing here so I cannot name them all, you just have to check it out and try them - The entire staff here was very helpful and friendly - Both zip lining courses were amazing - The ATV were an amazing experience. There’s two courses here, one of them is definitely way better than the other - The underwater caves left me at a loss of words. They were so beautiful - The hammock zip lining was cool. Nothing compared to the actual zip lining I’ll definitely be coming back to this park!

As a tip book your entrance in advance with 7 or 21 days, you will get 10-15% discount and do it from Xcaret website is the cheapest way and buy swimming shoes before getting there you will need it.

Excellent! It is a park full of pure energy, the attractions are very safe and if you plan your time well you can even repeat some activities. They have a bar of combined natural juices that are very refreshing and healthy, the food at the buffet table is also exquisite. The price for local visitors is very affordable and they can even have access to other discounts.

This place was sooo fun...it was an amazing experience. I got there just after the park opened and was able to do every experience as well as eat. My favorite experience was the jeep ride but everything else came in second because it was hard to choose. If you do ziplining be prepared for a lot of walking and climbing. The buffet offered a variety of different food and drinks which all were good. You definitely want to have water shoes and if you bring your own sunscreen it has to be biodegradable, they'll check the Ingredients on it and if contains certain things they'll hold it for you (you pick it up when you leave) and give you packets of biodegradable sunscreen to use. They give you a locker to use which is a decent size and the key is on a wristband that can withstand all the activities. I definitely recommend and can't wait to go back and try the night experience!

A fabulous day for all the family at Xplor. A very well organised place which flows seamlessly from one activity to the next. Very helpful and nice staff, especially Raul in the restaurant who had exceptional customer service. You will receive locker keys (lockers are small) and helmets. Bring your own towels and sea shoes. All activities are fabulous, particularly the ATV's and zip lining. Great selection of food In the restaurant too.

Absolutely worthwhile experience! All the activities were fun but I especially liked the zip lining, as you go through many different courses and eventually land to a water area. I really liked that the had two areas where you can have refreshments and cookies, and the buffet restaurant too. Provided a nice resting area before going with the next activity. One thing to note, they have restrictions on the sunscreen you can use, so be wary of that as they will take it and hold on to it while you're there.

So much fun. Especially if you're sunburned and looking for San indoor activity. Priced just right at around $30 American each. Beautiful art to take great pictures in. We lucked out and a sort of guide was around to help take couples pictures. Tip him. He's super nice. A wonderful memory to have of this place. Definitely worth the time to see.

There is someone that will guide you through the exhibit and show you which angle/how you can take the pictures. There are so many different things. You will get all the illusion images you need since there are around 30-40 different stations. We went there later in the day before it closed so it was a very 1 on 1 personalized experience. And we even got a discount for paying cash. Highly recommended, hidden gem.

It was an interesting smaller museum, can be done in under an hour if they are not to many people. You come some great 3d effects and some not so much. You will have some good pictures for Instagram, Facebook, or whatever you POST ON!!!

Wonderful experience. You can be creative with poses and interaction with each portrait. Many are faded, so will need to edit pictures if before they renew the scenery.

Very unique concept but it’s more of 2 rooms installed with art to take pictures with. It’s not a museum. For $110 USD we got 2 adult tickets and 1 child. We stayed less than 30 minutes after taking a few pictures. I will note that the staff were nice. It’s half priced on Sunday.

Playa del Carmen is to be chosen over Cancun. Though it is filled with tourists certain times of year, if you go out exploring of town there are some wonderful little experiences, sites, and people to enjoy. Walk the southern part of the beach and it is very secluded with virtually no wrinkled old grey fat people to disturb the natural beauty. On the northern part of the beach you may be invited by some friendly local fisherman having a bonfire on the beach to enjoy their recent catch. Definitely take the boat over to Cozumel and rent a motorcycle for the day!

Great park to enjoy the morning vibes or afternoon walks. Lots of space and lots of tourist taking pictures. There are some shows but you just have to be on the lookout since there is not a schedule for them. Local food carta selling fresh fruits.

Nice beach compared to other spots that are very tiny and full of sea weed..this beach is maintained much better. Came early to beat crowds, limited spots of shade but there is some. Beach volleyball courts are there as well.

The environment is peaceful so much to do the views are nice totally recommended it also there's a lot of restaurants around to walk around

If you love mass tourism, this is the place to be! If you don't, better avoid it right away! There is everything you may expect from a restaurant mile over street artists & exhibited jaguar puppies to random drunk folks. Either way, it's crowded! Somehow it's something special to be surrounded by thousands of experiency-lusting foreigners, however, it has nothing to do with a Mexican experience at all.

Beautiful park. They have Mayan shows and activities. The Park is located close to where the Cozumel ferry is located. You have access to the busses near by that goes to other Mexican cities. Definitely recommended to families and everyone

Visited this in Playa del carmen. Its a beautiful sculpture. The beach area seemed crowded with lots of people. We also got to see the mexican traditional dance of the ‘flying men’, which we enjoyed. There’s lots of shops close by. Would recommend this place during your visit to playa del carmen.

A very small and neat tribute museum to one of the great artists of Mexico and the world, despite the fact that they don’t have any genuine pieces from Frida’s expansive collection this is something interesting to kill time with if you find yourself with an extra hour to take the tour with. The guides are knowledgeable and know many interesting tidbits about her life. The reproductions they have are of high quality and are worth seeing. You can’t go wrong here for the $15 entrance fee. You’re probably on vacation just do it.

Simply delightful, a wonderful tribute to one of the most passionate and talented icons of Mexican culture, you can feel the love and pain of Frida on that place is a magical experience ❤️ entrance is very affordable it's a tinny but beautiful museum, the giftshop is as magical as the whole place, I just fell in love right there. YOU MUST VISIT !!!!

Wonderful place to visit to be part of Frida Kahlo's life, art and love. The museum guides are professional and share the backround stories of Frida's paintings. Although it's a small museum without original works it's a great tribute for unforgettable person and artist. We went there with a family (2 adult + 2 teenagers) and spent there around 1,5 hour.

It was a nice experience, but this place can hardly be called a museum. There's not a single original painting that was done by Frida. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and was able answer a lot of our questions.

Alejandra was our guide and she was amazing. Walked us through and told us everything about Frida. Slight odor of the building but happy we got to see the exhibit.

Small but beautifully arrange. Has the most imporant elements about Frida's life. Luisa, our guide, is an expert about Frida.

Beautiful exhibit and impressive staff! We decided to do a self tour instead of guided but they still interacted with us and have great insight into Frida. I wish the exhibit was bigger but it was still very engaging as is and I'm happy I got a chance to stop in.

Yum! Fantastic chorizo tacos, best I’ve ever eaten. The pork tacos are great too. The service is friendly and fast. There is a line at night to get in, usually only about 10 minutes! Well worth it.

Yummy wood fired meats! Local Cancun friend recommended this place. Overall delicious and, even, value. Taco is yummy, small though. Chicken Fajitas I ordered came with bean soup, tortillas, nacho chips, a bit of guacamole ! 3 salsas are given at first, which taste amazing ! Paid 360pessos for 4 sirloin tacos, 1 chicken fajitas, 1 pineapple juice and 1 water. Might try couple more time before leaving this area!

A local recommended we try this place out and I wish we would've found it sooner! If you're looking for authentic, flavorful, and fresh good then this is the place. We went when it was packed, but the food still came out fairly quickly and the servers were attentive. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits! Parking out front may be taken but the side streets across have meters or you can park in the garage (supermarket) right across.

There are very few places that actually live up to their hype, this is one of them! Food is authentic and scrumptious! Best tacos in PDC. Actually some of the best I’ve ever had and I’m Latin! Reasonable prices. Good location. This ended up being my daily stop and looking forward to visiting again.

9/10 - visited on a Wednesday at 8pm as a solo diner. Great experience for visitors and the locals (two very distinct audiences). Service was attentive and fast. The nopales appetizer, with a separate dish of radish and cucumber slices, was great. The nopales had a great balance of oil and the radish-cucumber dish was a refreshing and lite bite to break the heat. Trust your server to make recommendations. Notice: - It is very warm inside. There's just so much hot grilling it's impossible to not be hot. - Credit cards are accepted, but please always try to tip your server in cash.

Great local meals for good price. Try the Nachos con Pastor or Fajitas. Also the bean soup is really delicious 😋 2nd time: we had Fajitas Al pastor, big beans soup and arranchara (beef) with meat. Everyone was happy with their food. You can't make a bad choice in El Fogon. Highly recommended trying this place while being in Playa del Carmen.

Delicious authentic tacos served here along with tasty drinks. If you want to eat local and have some delicious food and drinks you should definitely check out El fogon. Was a 10 minute walk from our hotel while visiting playa del Carmen and definitely worth the short trek. The service was friendly and they spoke a little English so communication was no problem. The ambiance is very laid back and local feel with the majority of the customers being from Mexico. Definitely a 5 star joint and a highly recommended mark from me. Muchas gracias!

Great place to come to for some quality delicious meats and tacos. I got the Al pastor, sirloin, and chorizo tacos. The Al pastor is the best one I've ever ate. It was seasoned fantastically with aromatic bits of onion! Chorizo taco was my next favorite! Super flavorful and delicious! We paired it with margarita and melon water, which is also fantastic. I can see why this place gets so crowded. Came on a Sunday 4pm. There was a wait of 10 minutes in line before we sat down. Service was pretty fast.

Very good Taco Al pastor, after topping it up with lime and salsa the flavors are complementing each other and brings up the flavor of the pork. We also tried steak and La Gringa, all are great, but the pork is to die for.

This eatery undeniably possesses a magnetic appeal, which becomes apparent when you witness the neighboring establishments struggling for patronage while this one is buzzing with enthusiastic diners. The popularity may lead to a queue, but rest assured, the culinary delights inside make every minute spent waiting entirely worth it. There's a minor trade-off for this culinary experience, though - the temperature. This place can become quite the sizzling hotspot, particularly when the weather outside decides to turn up the heat. The lack of air conditioning means that you might break a sweat while enjoying your meal, but trust me when I say the exceptional food more than compensates for any temporary discomfort. It's a small price to pay for the memorable gastronomic journey this place offers. Undeniably, it was worth every bead of perspiration.

Nice spot right off the main strip with decent food and good service. I loved that they had a reggae band playing and mocktails on the menu. The nachos were really creative but I wasn’t a fan, because it was a stack of chips stuck together by melted cheese and all the toppings only on the top. So chip to action ratios were all off. My friend enjoyed her tacos and they had some really spicy hot sauces. Band was free and just asked for tips. Cool spot.

Great place, tasty food and very delicious natural fruit juices. Nice live music that helps to enjoy the moment and food. We tried different places including the local Mercado but we ended up having most of our family breakfasts at this restaurant during our recent trip to Playa del Carmen, and everyone including all little ones really enjoyed.

Popular eatery... the food is fairly priced and they give good portion sizes. The offer a good choice for breakfast/brunch. I enjoyed the band playing during brunch. No complaints.

Excellent bar/ restaurant, staff very pleasant, food tremendous and bands on an evening are very good. Volcano tastes amazing and filling, the calamari is best I have ever had on holiday and had a burger and that was class too. 100 recommended

Fantastic! Absolutely love the ambience, it’s fun with live music. Lots of classics like Aretha Franklin, Elton John and Gladys Knight. Open patio allows great people and entertainer watching. The food is delicious and very fresh. I’m quite picky about my shrimp and their shrimp burrito was delicious. I accidentally ordered a taco that had fried shrimp, but my husband had the burrito with fresh shrimp. I enjoyed the flavor of the battered shrimp but I def prefer the fresh seasoned / grilled shrimp. My tacos had a fresh cabbage mix, most restaurants here do not have such fresh looking veggies! Every person on their wait staff seems genuinely happy to be here! Lots of good energy. Angel was a very attentive and friendly server! If you’re looking for an upbeat place to have lunch but are over the repetitive house music - this is the place to go!

Great staff!! They really know how to make you feel special. It was super fun and the view was great! Food was alright. Nothing to rave about and the prices were quite expensive for the quality. But, we all had a fun time and that’s all that matters!

UPDATE: Cane back Saturday for the amazing tacos…was served something completely different. Showed them my picture and explained that there were 2 tortillas with cheese in the middle and they had no idea what I was talking about 🙄 I sent back to the kitchen for correction and they brought out the same thing. I asked them to take it off my ticket because I didn’t touch them. Left annoyed because I specifically came back for the exact amazing taco I had. CONSISTENCY IS KEY. They did not deliver. Changing my rating to 3 stars from 5. 1st post: Been here twice. 2nd visit was amazing!!! I think I’ve found my favorite taco in the world! ❤️ Service was great too! You must get the SALMON FRED'S (pictured in the center) The cheese in between the tortillas ❤️

Servers are wonderful and food is good. Drinks are always delicious and strong.. Location of the original restaurant is by the ferry in Playa del Carmen and right on the beach. The only downside is that it is showing it's age and wear and tear. We've been coming to this place for 19 years and the restaurant has not changed too much over the years.

The service was ok. The frites however were bad - not crispy and fresh. The meat of the cheeseburger was “dry” (not juicy) as the bacon, and there was no sauce in it. To that the melted cheese in it was too little and not a good one for a burger

Great place to sit a grab a bite and drink. Wonderful atmosphere and live band. Right next to the ferry and right on the beach. A little on the expensive side.

Had an absolutely fantastic afternoon at Senor frogs served by Victor! Definitely worth a visit if your in Mexico! The food was amazing and service 2nd to none! 🙂

We made a reservation for dinner here on our last night in Playa del Carmen. It was to celebrate our honeymoon. We booked for a 6:30pm dinner which was quite early as when we sat down more than half the restaurant was empty. To start off the service was great, and the food selection was decent. We wanted to order steak so they brought out the whole selection of steaks and explained where the steaks were from, the different cuts, etc. My husband ordered the surf and turf (steak and lobster) and I got the lobster risotto. The steak was great. The risotto was pretty average, nothing to rave about. Upon getting our food, it was hot but not piping hot so it was probably sitting in the kitchen for a bit before it was brought out. Halfway through the meal, the food was already lukewarm. One thing which I liked about the service was when they serve the steak they ask you to cut it in the middle to make sure it is cooked to your liking. That is top-notch service. We ordered one of their signature desserts which was the lemon pear and it was great and ended with complimentary cotton candy. On a side note, I thought it was overwhelming to have 5 servers serving a table of 2. I was a little uncomfortable to have so many servers standing by our table watching us eat and waiting to remove the next plate. One or two servers would have been more than enough for a table of 2.

Wanted to try this place out. I heard so many great things about it. Man, this is an amazing steakhouse. This is right up there with any great steakhouse you would find anywhere in the world. The meat and seafood quality everything is SPOT on. The service impeccable. The food the flavor and the sides like the vegetables and the mac & cheese were amazing. The seafood, Stone crab, Alaskan king crab, the steak, everything was amazing! 💥 My favorite part is Alex the bartender. This guy can make the best gin martini ever. I like Hendrix. And I always order mine dry and dirty. He does the perfect amount of vermouth, etc. I come here just for his gin martini. And of course the awesome food. The service here is impeccable. These guys are all over you every detail covered. Whether you’re sitting at the bar or the table. The meat quality perfect. This is right up there with some of the best steak houses in the world. And I have eaten in a steakhouse in every country you name it from Singapore, Japan, Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Austria, United, States - Chicago - New, York, Atlanta, San Francisco. This place is legit. I love the cotton candy ending!💋 Would I go back here again? Hell yeah! every time I want a good steak and martini this is where I’m going.

I went for lunch with some friends and the place is expensive and specializes in meats. if you're a vegetarian, you won't have many options. The service is impeccable, from the receptionist to the waiter. what I liked the most were not even the dishes - because we don't eat the main meats - but the strawberry cheesecake

Harry's just wasn't a hit for us, regrettably. I'll start off with the good, the restaurant is beautiful and very clean, and the service is absolutely stellar. The food however, tasted kind of bland. Our appetizer and our meals came out right in a row which is always disappointing. Our whole experience here only lasted about 45 minutes. The music in the restaurant also took away from the nice classy ambience. The speaker was blaring club music in our ears the entire time. It doesn't seem like the type of music for this type of place and it definitely was part of the reason our experience wasn't very good aside from the food. I will say however, I felt very appreciated to be there and everybody who was working could not have been any nicer.

We came to dinner for our friend’s birthday, and we could not have had a better experience! First, our group is very large (23 people). However, not only were the staff ready to serve us, but they had a table ready when we got here at our reservation time. Talk about service!! Our needs were met and exceeded, from the purse rack and getting us seated all the way through the dessert menu. Also, everything we ordered was made with love I swear!! It all came out fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Jonatan, Manuel, and Jesus made sure to do something extra special for our celebrations. We got to sing happy birthday with some cool sparklers. If you are in Playa for something special, definitely consider celebrating at Harry’s. It is worth every peso!

We could choose from a variety of steaks, and they showed us the actual meat of the steaks before ordering, which was a great experience. We enjoyed the food, but not only that we had fun!!

Amazing Easter brunch in a fine dining setting. We had a great afternoon at Harry’s - excellent seafood, tasty cocktails and attentive service. The attention to detail in this place is impressive. Recommend the Tropical Spritz cocktail, crab cakes to start and the salmon or sea bass as a main. Victor took great care of us and he even remembered our names throughout. We can’t wait to come back again!

If you are in PDC you need to stop in here for lunch or dinner. The food is fabulous and the service world class. Carman and her team will take amazing care of you and make you feel so welcome. The hospitality is second to none and the food is right up there with the best too. No regrets dropping some money on these meals.

We were served by Caesar and Marilu and like every other time here, service was without question above and beyond. Without a doubt my favourite restaurant in Mexico. If you are looking for an inexpensive meal this is not for you. But if you are looking for service beyond and a gastronomic event this is the place

I really wanted this place to be 5 stars. Honestly, making what looks like a parking lot a restaurant with a really cool atmosphere would be difficult but they really pulled it off. Service was nice but he was a bit ‘over attentive.’ Where they lost us was the food, the tacos were tasteless and the flavours didn’t flow. Not the restaurant’s fault at all-we went for the comedy show - it seemed to lack comedy… I’d go again for drinks because I loved the atmosphere.

Nice place! The food is tasty, well cooked and nice big portions. It’s not a culinary experience but it’s a nice place for a meal with friends, have drinks etc. The servers are friendly and speak English easily. I had the coconut shrimp with rice which was really tasty! Prices are tourist rate as it’s just off 5th ave. Card machine takes a long time to work so cash is easier.

A great place for ambiance and drinks. I paid with credit card and didn't like that the waiter typed in his own tip at 20% and just said "is this ok?" Let me choose my own tip! He was a good waiter but I thought that was strange.

Great local restaurant by the beach and Coco Bongo. Augusto was our server and was friendly. Like to eat early? Go Before the evening rush and there is great service. Very casual! Dress as you are. No AC but there heavy duty fans.

We were passing by and noticed a cozy looking place. I checked reviews that were pretty high. We came in but that was mistake: 1. The food is weird and below the average. We order the fish tower and tacos. Blue corn tortillas are just tasteless. The filling is greasy and sour. Fish tower is huge but nothing special. 2. But the worst thing is smoking. It seems like it is not allowed to smoke there. And there is one place for smoking. And we sat two tables from there. And we ended up breathing this smoke. Huge minus. For the food below average I would still give 3 or 4 stars. The waitress did great job at least. But I shouldn’t be forced breathing nicotine

Great vibes, food, and location. I love the Buffalo wing’s, and the Buffalo cauliflower. The burgers here are big too! Nice atmosphere, and live music on the weekends. This is one of my favorite hangouts.

Don’t ask about seafood tower. It was terrible, with lot’s of mayonnaise and ketchup. And you don’t expect this kind of salsas in mexican food. There were also different spoiled ingredients. Like tomatoes and avocados. Totally bad taste of whole dish. The waiter Augusto was very charming and pleasant person. He tried the best to help me. He ask the chef coming. Chef was also very pleasant person. Both were trying to resolve the problem. So they changed me the dish for tacos with beef. It was great! They didn’t charge me for seafood tower. Later I had problems with stomach and serious diarrhea that spoiled my evening. I am sure because of seafood tower. So if you go their ask about beef tacos they are amazing. But place itself is nice and cosy.

Staff is super friendly and the guacamole is delicious. Generally I wish they focused less on the aesthetics of the food and more on the flavor. The grilled fish was pretty good, but the rubbery purple slaw on top had to be picked off. The side veggies were a miss. The fajitas were okay, but the side of beans served in the cute tortilla cup were cold and runny. Prices were en par with other nearby restaurants—reasonable for tourists and too expensive for locals. I would return if invited, but there are too many other options in Playa to prioritize this one.
