First time going and let me tell you what, it was great!!! ALL the roller-coasters were great. We even rode some of them twice. That is also how fast the staff at Dollywood is working to get people on rides. The staff is also so helpful if you need help finding food or a ride. We loved this place so much that we are going back for a second day. I would definitely recommend that you come here whether you have kids or not.

This was such a cute amusement park! The rides were fun for the whole family, food was fantastic, and there was plenty of other attractions to keep you busy! The lines were relatively short, and after getting rained out we had no wait at all. All of the staff members were so friendly and I cannot wait to go again!

We arrived at Dollywood on a Tuesday around 10am.We prepaid for parking and the parking lots were full up to lot D, where we Parked. The Tram was the longest thing to wait for but it was clear the staff was moving as fast as they could, and it was organized. Getting into the park after the tram dropped us off took no time at all. We prepaid for tickets and highly recommend you do the same. I screenshot my tickets and they scanned my phone. I picked up a "Happy Birthday" button from a bin right near the maps. I got a map but I used the Dollywood App mostly since it works like google maps and has all ride wait times. Wait times were not too bad most of the day. The park is very walkable and you can go to the lesser wait times and keep an eye out on other rides. The biggest downside really was their credit card machines going down around the park. I recommend bringing cash, I have come to learn it is very helpful to have. All in all though, Dollywood did not disappoint!

One of the best THEME parks. Loved the Harvest Festival with all the pumpkin displays, Halloween decor and music - so much talent and love the music here. Lots of themed food and drinks. The hot cinnamon bread was a treat. Ride the Dollywood Express that circles the park, see Dolly's childhood home replica, escape to a bygone beaut of a place, and ride great themed rides like the Tennessee Tornado and Wild Eagle... the eagle ride really does make you feel like you're soaring!

We had the most amazing time despite the rain. Our children were finally tall enough to ride the big rides and even though that was all they could really do they enjoyed every minute we were there. The shops were adorable and incredible. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful! We were able to be present for the drone show at the end of the night! All in all an excellent time and memories we'll never forget!

This was our first time to visit Dollywood, and it was such a fun experience! Parking was easy. The tram was wonderful. There were so many that we didn't have to wait at all. ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful. ALL of the park was very clean and had tons of places to rest in the shade. We loved the rides! Lighting Rod was our favorite roller coaster. There are tons of places to eat. The hamburger was mediocre for the price. The Nathan's hot dog stand was delicious! Make sure you stay for the drone light show at the end! We've never seen anything like it! We should have planned to be in this park for 2 days so we could have seen the shows as well.

During mid-September, I went with my sister and my autistic nephew, Anthony, to the Dollywood Amusement Park. Although I'm not typically a fan of amusement parks, I thoroughly enjoyed observing Anthony's reactions to the rides and the lively atmosphere. Fortunately, the park wasn't crowded on the day we went, so we didn't have to wait in line for any rides and even got to go on some of them twice. However, the downside was that most of the rides were either geared towards extreme thrill-seekers or very young children, leaving few options in between. The majority of the roller coasters had upside-down loops and were quite bumpy, which may have been enjoyable when we were younger, but not in our 60s. Our personal favorites were the log flumes and river rafts, despite getting wet from the rides. The food choices were typical fair food, expensive and mediocre.

Living one hour from Hershey, PA it's only natural that Hershey Park is my metric for other amusement parks. I've heard about the shows at Dollywood but they weren't showing when we were there. The layout of the park is decent enough but it seemed to be lacking in thrill rides. They have 9 coasters where Hershey has 15. I have no issue with the quality of the rides but when you have less rides the wait times will inevitably rise. Although I will give them props. The pretzels were awesome. 10 bucks a pop but they were huge. At least twice the size of Auntie Anne's. I noticed quite a few booths were empty and there were no open photo booths after the coasters. Maybe the worker shortage or all considered the off season. I had fun but $90 is way too much for what is offered. Hershey is only 55. I downloaded the app called Dollywood and it worked great for the first 1-2 hours but it stopped reporting wait times before lunch which made it hard to plan. Still, as always, you should check out and decide for yourself.

We have annual passes to Dollywood. Each season brings new experiences for all to enjoy at the theme park. This trip, we appreciated the free water to keep us hydrated in the sunny, 90-degree weather. The train ride was fun and provided a nice breeze to cool off and relax. In the evening, the dance parties were a lot of fun. They really drew in the crowd. The fireworks show was beautiful. What made the day stand out was the drone show. I have to say, it was amazing! There were so many drones! The pictures they created in the sky were fabulous! Make sure you add Dollywood to your vacation destination this summer.

We love Dollywood. We are an older couple so the roller coasters are no longer the main attraction for us. We did have to try the new Big Bear Mountain roller coaster, and I think that it was a perfect choice for this area of the park. Because they didn't go crazy with loops and the like. They can allow fairly young (short) kids to enjoy it with the family. It is very long and incredibly smooth and just seemed like the perfect fit for this area. Food is great, Fireworks and Drone show was amazing. All in all a great day in the Smokies!

Typical theme park, but I appreciated the variety of events and rides so that all ages could be satisfied. Not very long lines. Fairly priced kids meals. Kids three and under are free and almost all rides allow shorter kids to ride if they have someone over 14 with them. Drone show was cool and worth long line leaving park after it. Don't leave without trying the cinnamon bread.

What a great place for the family. Excellent top notch stores, restaurants and rides. Very clean and I feel very safe here. The parking is not ideal true, but it also makes it feel more like visiting a theme park than just going to an outdoor mall. Highly recommend!

Nice place to walk around, dine, and shop! This area is very congested, so come with patience. I loved that you could park your car and catch the public tram for free. The water fountain shows were beautiful. I definitely loved the vibe at night with all the lights, smells, music. All around a happy place to explore!

This was our first time here and we absolutely had a blast! It’s such a cool, fun and inviting atmosphere. There are SO much to do! It’s like a permanent county fair, but more high end. The shops are great, lots of food places, bathrooms and chairs to just sit and relax. Our toddlers had such a good time. The staff were friendly as well. There isn’t an entrance fee but you’ll have to pay for each ride. Parking is also free but a bit challenging since it was crowded on a Thursday night. Can’t wait to come back. 👍

This was a fun area to walk around and explore shops and restaurants. The mirror maze was supper fun and affordable with adult tickets only being $15 a person. The ferris wheel was also decently priced at $15 per adult and we were able to go around 4 times. Overall a fun place to explore and the free parking was also a great bonus! 🎡

Great place to hang out in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Lots of good food, shops and a little bit of everything for young and old. Also very relaxing to watch the fountain that is timed hourly with music. The local bands at Smoky Mountain Moonshine are wonderful to listen to also. Overall just a great place to be day or night!!

On our list of places to see and we loved it here 👍 Nice places to eat, boutique shops and gift shops galore. Went on the mountain wheel, amazing views of the park and area when you're at the top of the cycle. Enjoyed the fountain display whilst chilling on the rocking chairs 😀 We spent a good few hrs here 👍 Would definitely recommend the island park😀 Wayne and Shelly 🇬🇧

It's nice to just be able to sit and relax while watching the fountain at Pigeon Forge after a long day of walking. Nice restaurants around. Be prepared to walk if you are in a hurry to return to your car. I think they only have one tram running to and from the free parking lot. It's best to go at night to see all the lights!

Fun visit. Beautiful day. Not overly busy. Enjoyed the shops and sights. They are down quite a few drivers for the tram (the employee said they were down 30!) But they were doing their best. Lots of stuff to do that could fill a good portion of your day. We spent some time in the arcade, watched the fountain show, window shopped, etc. I would say no 'wait' once we got inside, but we did have to wait about 15 minutes for the tram because there was also a convention going on this weekend.

Meet your country version of Broadway at the Beach for those who have been to Myrtle Beach, SC. You will find most of the beloved attractions here at this location with the majority of the same shops and dining venues. Family friendly with a great water show and spectacular views. The Island is a welcoming attraction for anyone of any age.

This is a beautiful inexpensive convenient place for a family with small children!! We entered during the day and left at night. They have a water show in the beginning of the park with rocking chairs all around. They have many store around the water and throughout the park. It’s not to big or to small! We had a group of 10 from ages 1-70 and all of us were entertained in so many ways!! We all did The Wheel and left so happy!

Super fun place to bring the entire family. You can hang out here and not go anywhere else If you don’t want to. There are so many things to do all in one place. Stay at the Margaritaville Hotel on site, and you literally be an elevator ride away from all the action. We stayed on in a room with a view of the river, but I wished we had a view of the village, so we could people watch. But it was still nice. I’d recommend the river view for people who want more quiet and privacy on the balcony.

Pros: free parking, can walk or take trolley, nice water display, nicer shops not all the tacky tourist shops like the main strip, ole Smokey and winery were nice. Cons: very rude staff from buying to tickets to the rides and most the stores. Took my toddler on the little tykes rope course and the worker was very rude and not gentle or kind with him. Most of the stores the staff is just sitting on their phones and barely lookup at you. Stores I did like the made in America store

An absolute must!! Such a sight to see. It's almost hard to put into words. Be prepared during the hot months though. Filled with tons of exciting attractions for all of the family!! Recommended by some locals: Fly: Soar America was the best experience!! THAT STOLE MY HEART right away. A truly one of a kind experience. I will not give away the details, if you want to know please go!! Many available shops, boutiques, and snacks, eateries and some bars to enjoy some cocktails and atmosphere.

Good place to visit. After parking, you can either walk (which isn't far, depending on WHERE you park) or take the tram which picks up at the designated spots at each parking section. Plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions...a little something for everyone. We got candy, cookies, beef jerky, moonshine and a few souvenirs. Paid $15 to ride the Wheel then headed to Dude's Daiquiris for a drink!

This place is a great experience and I only give it 3 stars based on my personal preferences. If you are into Titanic history you will love this place. If you've seen the movie with Leo D. you will be able to relate a lot of the movie to the exhibits. Otherwise its a museum so there's stuff and things to look at and read which may be boring for some. They do give everyone a complimentary audio device to add to the experience in places throughout which allows a kid friendly version too. However if you're on the fence about bringing little kids I'd say wait until they are 8 and older. There are several very cool displays and original items. No photos are allowed at all on the first level. Tickets DO sell out so do reserve in advance, although we managed to purchase same day tix hours before. It was VERY crowded so pack your patience and expect to get in lots of short shuffling steps. If you are claustrophobic this is not the place for you. Overall the exhibit does a great job of memorializing the passengers who died and showing the scale of the ship and its luxury.

Had a great time here! It is a self guided tour with a little audio device to explain parts of the museum more which was nice. An employee did give a small presentation at the beginning of the tour and that was a nice treat as well. It wasn't too crowded when we went and we spent a couple of hours there. They have some artifacts and a lot of great photos to check out. You can only take pictures on the second floor of the tour. It was also 98% handicap accessible. My mom is a full time wheel chair user and the accessibility was great. The whole experience was awesome!

The experience was great you get to see and some what feel how the people on the ship felt and did! There is some historical stuff and bits and pieces from the original Titanic! Everything was well kept and well organized! Parking was free and the atmosphere was as we were boarding the ship ! They made you feel as if you were there! Most of what we saw was as close as it can get to the original design! Well worth it, expect to spend at least 2 hours there! Photography is not allowed in most areas of the touring but they allow some photos to be taken in one area!

You have to get your tickets in advance and choose your time slot. We went here on a Tuesday at 10am. It wasn't very busy and we didn't have to wait in line to get in. I thought it was pretty cool they give you a ticket and you get to be a person from the actual ship. It's a self guided audio tour so you look for numbers in the museum and put them into your audio tour device. They also have a youth audio tour which is designed for children. My kids are 8 and 6. The 8 year old enjoyed it more than the 6 year old but every child is different. There's a lot to look at and read. You are not allowed to take pictures downstairs but after the grand staircase you can take pictures just remember to not use flash. All in all it was a great museum, very informative. The only thing I was missing were more things they actually found from the Titanic, like silverware or other personal things from the passengers. This museum is definitely for everyone who is interested in the Titanic and wants to learn more about it.

Please add an adults only option for your tours. It was absolute madness and I do not recommend going during times where children will be running around and screaming. The museum itself was really cool! I enjoyed the self guided tour and all the exhibits

This was a pretty good experience that wasn't too crowded even though it was a Saturday. We bought our tickets online through agoda which saved us some money. I found it kind of odd that they don't let you take pictures on the first floor. We almost didn't go due to the negative reviews but my husband talked me into going anyway and I'm glad we went. Lots of cool artifacts, information and lots of photographs. I thought it kind of morbid to purchase any souvenirs seeing as there were so many people that died...

I would totally recommend. My family enjoyed the cleanliness of the museum. Everything was well organized. The staff when entering was welcoming. This is a self-guided tour however there is an audio device that provides additional information. At various location throughout the museum there are several tour guides providing information.

The museum has a lot of history and a lot of facts, however it should have be more fun. After an hour it gets monotone with all the information and the way it is presented. It could be more interactive. I liked that the entrance to the museum was going up the stairs. That was neat. I also enjoyed the section where you can feel the 28 degrees water. Also the actual replica of the ship was amazing to see from the outside. Overall the museum was alright. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lots of fascination with the titanic, I really enjoyed this museum. They had it somewhat modeled after the real ship which was cool, nice to take a picture on the grand staircase. They give you boarding passes of real passengers so it was neat to check the memorial wall to see if we survived and then to go on and see what happened to us afterwards. Lots of interactive things and facts, good amount of actual artifacts from the real ship which was very cool. Would definitely recommend, I would say buy your tickets ahead of time as we got there expecting to just go in and had to purchase tickets to board and had to wait, it would have been at least two hours but we chose a later time and went and did other things while we waited.

When we reached the museum, it was closed. But the visitor center was opened. The museum is one of the largest permanent collections of Titanic artifacts and memorabilia. The visitor center also has a few collections. You can also enjoy the museum from the outside since it is lit up even after the closing hours. Next time we will definitely make time to visit the museum.

This was a great interactive museum for all ages. The audio tour aspect was. Major bonus. I loved the informational stories and the museums commitment to providing opportunities to people with disabilities. The staff was very friendly and well informed. I would definitely come back again.

Great place to check out. They have $5 tryouts which are totally worth it. Servers are entertaining and give cool facts about the drinks. They have large area covered with live music and sitting space. Must go place if spending time in downtown

This was more than I imagined and certainly an experience I recommend for those of age. Bring your wallet! First, the moonshine tasting is $5, but you get a $5 coupon to use on your purchase and you're gonna purchase something. They served 9 flavors with two of them being edibles and two being cream liquers. Second, get a tasting with Buzz! He is hilarious and so much fun. Lastly, have fun! There are so many flavors and Ole Smoky Moonshine merch. I wasn't ready. And they have specials, so take advantage. When you're done shopping, step outside for some entertainment. The rocking chairs are comfy and the music is great.

Southern hospitality at it's finest. The midwest could take a clue from the South. My husband and I have Southern backgrounds and we long to move back South. Tasted most of the flavors. Shots poured for everyone! Everyone was very nice and even met some drinking buddies. We purchased over $400 worth of moonshine and Whiskey. We will be back. This will last for awhile. Take the private tour with Tim!!!

One of the best parts of our trip! We scheduled ahead and do the behind the scenes tasting tour! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Beyonce;) did our tour and made our time incredibly awesome! She was SUPER knowledgeable, fun, and kind!! It is really neat to see how the moonshine is made and hear about the history and future of the company ! We then had VIP tasting which was super fun- you even get a Tshirt on the way out! The place was clean and organized well!

This is a moonshine store that has taste testing for $5 and a wide variety of flavors. There’s a distillery on-site that’s very interesting. They also have a stage and bluegrass bands perform in the afternoon and evening. The music is free with rocking chairs arranged in front of the stage for anyone to sit in and enjoy the show. We saw 3 different groups and they were all very talented.

This place was on my short bucket list and I was not disappointed at all! Made a special trip over there when I was vacationing in North Carolina. Went all out with the Behind the Stills tour (free special tshirt when you do.) Brooklyn (not Beyonce😉) was awesome as our guide! We definitely took advantage of their amazing selection and sales. Got a pack of 12 (2 free bottles) with the large cooler free and got the 3 pack with the free small cooler. I wish I had read the passport before ending vacation and visited all 3 locations for another free shirt. Definitely keeping it on hand next time I'm there, which will hopefully be next year.

Second tasting and had a great time taste testing the moonshines of the day! $5 tasting and the flavors were great, bartenders fun, and comical even through their sales cooler pitch! Minimal wait to get to the bar top, but it was a full bar! Store is huge so many different souvenirs and shines to pick from, everyone is super helpful, and don't forget to use your coupons! Take it all in, throw the tasting back and just have fun!

I would say overall 4.5 stars is where I would put it. The atmosphere is neat with live music outside. The shine tasting is nice but I don't agree with the sign everywhere saying free tasting when it costs you $5 but I understand the city forces that fee and not the establishment. However you do get a $5 coupon for merchandise in the store with the tasting. Overall fun experience I recommend do your shopping before the tasting or you will spend a lot more after you do the tasting lol.

Amazing place! Felt like a tropical paradise! My family and I didn’t want to leave and fell in love with the birds. Great family memories! The birds were extremely loving and clearly hand raised and lovingly handled as seen by their trusting temperament, cuddly natures, and full plumage. From a Christian perspective, great care was taken in selecting perfectly matched scripture to compliment and celebrate the beauty of Gods creation all around you. Powerful life changing messages all throughout the park surrounded by visually stunning landscaping.

This place was magical! To see all the birds was amazing, and they all look very well taken care of! The line to get in was a little long, but nothing unbearable. It was awesome to see some of the parrots just out in the open on the tree tops. They had a section where you can go get your picture taken with parrots and get a photo. The photos themselves were pretty expensive. You can choose between a 4x6 magnet photo (it was either $30 or 40) or an 8×6 photo. ($40-50), or you could get them both for $60. They had a whole section where you could walk around and feed the parrots and hold them, and a nursery too. Overall it was a great experience!

This was a really good place for the whole family. With ages 22-94 in our group everyone had fun everyone was fully satisfied. There was many many experiences and birds. The views were amazing and I absolutely loved the fresh air. All guides and workers were very knowledgeable. All around good experience.

Amazing experience! My daughter suggested this and we weren't sure, but it turned out to be one of the best activities we did. We got to see, hold and feed exotic birds from all over the world. Absolutely beautiful creatures. I fell in love with the green parrot and was told I could come inside and hold the baby green parrots....I wanted one so bad and they were selling for $5000. We have 4...yes 4 cats at home.....couldn't do it. We were afraid the one large male would get the bird somehow. Anyways...great experience!

This place was amazing! It made my daughters whole trip. She loves birds and the experience here was amazing. Customer service was nice and very helpful. They have lots of parking just becareful it is on a hill. We loved holding all the birds and getting some amazing pictures. At the end seeing the baby birds was great. We found one we fell in love with but she was already sold. My only complaint would be when they ask if you want to buy feed when you pay for admission pay for everyone if you want to go in. My husband and I only bought two feeds one for each of our children and they would not let both of us enter to feed the birds with the kids. They did not say everyone needed feed to enter just asked how many. When we said two it would have been nice if the worker would have told us everyone needed one to enter. So I sat outside the cage why my kids and husband went in. The guy did agree to allow one of us to accompany our kids but stated next time we need feed tickets for everyone!! But if you like birds go visit this place you will enjoy it.

Marvellous experience the parrots are hyperactive, kids enjoyed it like anything they were not ready to come out of this place, many breeds of birds, didn't like to see birds in cage. But well maintenance. You can feed the birds but wear full sleeves and carefully while feeding big parrots they are a bit naughty, grab your palm instead of grains. Overall, it was a nice experience Must visit.

My family and I went to Parrot Mountain while on our vacation to TN. For us, it was a well worth adventure addition to our vacation. The staff seemed very friendly, the restrooms were clean, and the birds were absolutely beautiful. There was a 2 year old along with us and seemed to love watching the birds fly around. If you have a young child with you, I would suggest a stroller or carefully watching to make sure their fingers do not go into the cages as some birds bite. They do sure a bit of food here and have a bird and Tennessee themed gift shop. My favorite part of this park was being able to get to hold, feed, and touch the baby birds in the nursery. ( Which you can choose to adopt ) It was amazing to get pictures of my family holding the birds. Most of the birds are fairly active or talkative. Telling us, "Hello!" Or "hi" and mimicking some whistles. One bird even did a cat call whistle to us! It's definitely a wonderful place I wouldn't skip out.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at Parrot Mountain! The experience of feeding, touching, and holding the exotic birds was truly captivating. The environment was filled with love and care, creating a wonderful atmosphere. It's a unique and joyful place where the beauty of nature and the companionship of these charming birds come together. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel a deep connection with these remarkable creatures in a picturesque setting

You gotta love birds to love this place. That said, I absolutely loved it here. The staff was super sweet and helpful. The birds were all so beautiful and easy to fall in love with. You can tell they're very socialized and are happy to interact with you. There's a section for feeding and holding birds. All other birds are clearly identified as potential biters, so pay attention and you'll be fine. We spent a couple hours here and thoroughly enjoyed our time.

We really enjoyed our visit here. We were able to feed the birds. There were so many different birds. They had a baby nursery where you can purchase a baby bird and take it home with you. So much fun. You just have to walk a lot of hills. We kept getting bit on our legs by something. Not sure what, maybe mosquitoes or no see ems.

This place stays busy, and now I know why. It's awesome! We visited for breakfast on a Tuesday. We showed up 15 minutes before they opened, and still had 70+ people ahead of us. Once they opened, the line went in fast, and we were able to eat without waiting longer. Although I imagine the waits can get long. It's worth it though Staff were all very friendly, even though they stayed very busy. Breakfast is served with complimentary orange juice and banana nut muffins, which were delicious I ordered the old mill country breakfast, which is basically a sampling of everything. My wife had an omelet. And we shared a cinnamon raised pecan French toast. It was all delicious. The French toast was amazing! The biscuits and gravy were quite delicious too. Highly highly recommend. Just know the line gets long, very very long

Looked up “best burger in town” on Google Maps. It pulled this restaurant as one of the choices. We felt this was a good choice given the other choice was booked solid this week for reservations. Got to the establishment and it was a 40-45 minute wait, but was more like 30-35. They did great moving folks through. Hush puppies were less cornmeal and more flour - kind of cake-like in consistency but good. Drink sizes were small - we ordered glasses of water also as to minimize the amount of trips our server Andi would have to make to keep our glasses full. Burgers were not on the menu, but available. They tasted great and came with a huge pickle spear and a thick onion slice. Fries were good and seasoned but not great. Maybe I wasn’t in the mood for fries…unsure why they didn’t stand out to me with their generous portion and nice seasoning. Blackberry cobbler was good, but more like a cake with ice cream. Was not impressed but it wasn’t bad. Andi, our server was an awesome server. I think she did great and anticipated our needs. She was definitely a great part of the overall experience. Seats were great and offered an excellent view of the river outside. A most pleasant environment given the extended wait time outside. I liked it there but not so sure it was worth the wait. Food was well-cooked, but nothing spectacular. It could be a place we visit again but not if other options were available given it seemed like all of Pigeon Forge was there Please note that the staff was friendly and venue was clean and well-kept. We would hope to see Andi again if we eat there next time. It was a decent experience and staff made it great.

I was trying to find a local place to have a nice meal and found this place! So glad we had the chance to try their food and enjoy the environment. You get the best corn fritters (sort of hush puppies, but softer and less greasy) upon arrival and all meals come with a cup of corn chowder. We had the broiled catfish, the top round beef, fried chicken and the chicken pot pie. My fish was fresh for sure, but had an earthy taste, not sure of this is because it came from a pond? Mashed potatoes and green beans -included in all meals as well, if you want different sides you need to ask your server- were delicious, and we all agreed that it was a great lunch. Service was absolutely amazing and prompt. I probably won’t have fish the next time I come to town, but I’m certain I’ll return to eat at The Old Mill.

First time in this restaurant and the service portion is huge. Staff was super friendly and very patient when explaining the menu. The restaurant inside is very comfortable and be aware that the food portion you’ll received is a lot. The waitress brought a variety of hot bread with maple butter, a soup, a salad, a drink, the main entree and a dessert. All of these it’s included in the main dish cost, and they even gave me a second portion of the chicken and dumplings to go. Definitely a must go in your bucket list while visiting Pigeon Forge.

This time I just ran in to grab a pecan pie to bring back home to my mom - she says they're the best she's ever had. We ate there years ago and it was decent. To me it was a little under seasoned, but a lot of people rave about this restaurant. In the busy summer months the line gets long to get seated, but it moves pretty fast.

My favorite part of the meal was the freshly cooked hot corn fritter balls and honey butter. This alone made it worth the hour and 45 minute wait. We went for dinner and most entrees come with corn chowder, side salad, 2 side dishes and a dessert which changes daily. We got the crispy fried chicken to share and added a side dish of broccoli casserole. Our server was running up and down those stairs like a track star and worked very efficiently. She was not very friendly but got our food delivered to our table quickly and refilled our glasses when they were low. Our broccoli casserole was like they were scraping the bottom of the pan, so dry and hard, but they made it right and replaced it. They wanted to make sure we were completely happy with our food. The chicken portion was very generous and hot. This is definitely a good down-home cooking restaurant and they got people through in the quickest way without making you feel rushed. Also, they have an elevator to the main floor and another lift down to a level where your table is. Make sure to mention that you can't do stairs or you'll be climbing! We took the chocolate cake to-go and it was so good!

We had about a 15 minute wait to be seated for our party of 3. The service was friendly and so attentive! We started with a house salad, corn chowder and biscuits. It was my first time eating corn chowing and automatically loved it. I ordered the chicken Fried chicken that came with a family serving of mashed potatoes and green beans with bacon. The chicken was juicy and tender. The sides were so good!! To top off the perfect feast the meal included a dessert of our choice. We all choose the blackberry cobbler with ice cream. It was rich, full of berries and just awesome!! So glad we came in for this feast! A great family environment with phenomenal food!

Absolutely delicious! It was busy, but we didn’t have to wait for a table. The service is top tier! When you order an entree, it comes with a free bell of corn chowder, side salad (or you can order another side), corn fritters made with maple syrup and a free dessert. The desserts are homemade! Each table gets a bowl of green beans and mashed potatoes served family style. You can also get other sides with your entree. The bathrooms are spotless. They accommodate everyone. There is an elevator for guests to use. They even have a lift in the dining area for people who have wheelchairs. This will make it easier for them to have access to the first floor dining area. All entrees are at least $20, but it’s definitely worth the price. They are not skimpy on portions either. Our food came out quickly as well!

Excellent place to eat. While the meals do seem to be expensive at face value at $22 per meal, you quickly find out that it's well worth it. The portions are quite large and each meal comes with a corn chowder, corn fritters, a salad, and a dessert. I don't think you can go wrong with anything you get here. Everything tastes good and comes out nice and hot. Our server, Marta, was excellent and kept on top of keeping the drinks filled up and making sure we were satisfied. Excellent job, I cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff.

Went with the family recently for the first time as we heard really good reviews about this place. For a table of 5, we were told 45 min, got in in about 20-30 min which was nice. We were able to do the dinner menu before 4 which we were all excited about — my own meal was the pot roast dinner that comes with cornfritters and biscuits, salad, corn chowder, the meal and dessert! Overall, the pot roast was good, but not crazy amazing. While the meat was tender, it didn’t have any other differences compared to other pot roasts I’ve tried. The dessert we got was blackberry cobbler and it was delicious — I’d definitely try that. All in all, I think i’d come again.

There was a wait as there is a lot of places here in pigeon Forge. The time passed pretty quickly watching the ducks and geese. Our waiter was very attentive and nice. The food came out pretty quickly and was hot. Food was very delicious. we had large proportions sizes. The kids cheeseburger was very large. I recommend not eating to much biscuits and corn chowder or you won’t be able to eat your meal. I recommend eating here if you love southern style food. It’s won’t disappoint!!

This place was really awesome! The waitress was super friendly and very attentive in a very busy establishment. The food was delicious and the amount of food you get for the price is crazy! Definitely come here hungry otherwise you'll be taking leftovers with you! Not that that's a bad thing, it's good enough you'll be happy to eat it twice.

One of the best restaurants you can visit in the area. They serve an insane amount of people so make sure you plan accordingly and they don’t take reservations. Delicious food with plenty of free appetizers. Loved their fried chicken (breast super moist but took forever) and their fried steak. Hearty and fulfilling Southern comfort food. Don’t worry about the line, they have speakers all over the area to let you know when it’s your turn.

We were seated right away and had a booth by the window. The restaurant is very chilly. Staff was very polite, especially our server, Brian W. The food was tasty. The peach tea was especially delicious. The fried chicken and the creamed corned were our favorites. The only complaint is the half wall by our table was a gathering place for employees. Literally they stood at this spot and talked for over a 30 minutes. Sometimes the conversation was colorful. We have been here before and really enjoy the food so we will be back.

We had a wait of about 30-45 minutes, and it went by quickly. They text you when you're table is ready, so you can spend time browsing their store or enjoying the outdoors while you wait. Our service was quick and friendly. We were first served cheesy, garlic biscuits which were delicious. They were soft with just enough crispiness. Their potatoes and creamed corn were good. The black eyed peas and Mac n cheese were just okay. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, but the fried pork chop just tasted like fried oil. The peach cobbler was delicious. It was warm, sweet, and the right amount of crispy on top. I'd recommend stopping in for this experience at least once.

I have heard a ton about Paula Deen's food, so I was excited to eat here. Walking in, you are greeted with the 1st floor store. It is a cute array of aprons, pot holders, cups, and Paula Deen spices. The store is very well maintained and organized. If you go immediately to the right, a hostess will arrange a time for you to go up to the restaurant. We only had to wait 10 min on a week night. Once upstairs, you are greeted with a beautiful view of the shopping center water show and Farris wheel through huge glass windows seen from every seat. The servers are quite nice and know the food options well if you have any problems deciding. This is an all you can eat food that is served fresh instead of from a buffet. You can choose 1, 2, 3, main dish(s) (price depending) and 4 sides. They will refill anything. However, since it is fresh food, it can take some time, so eating a lot may prove difficult. You can box up dessert which comes with the meal but no leftovers from the main course. The food was well cooked and I enjoyed some of the dishes, the biggest complaint is the amount of salt in all the food. It was hard to finish may original meal due to the salt intake.

Everything was family style. Which means you pick 2 or more meats and 4 sides. All you can eat but you can get more but you can't take anything home. For a vegitarian like me, there was nothing to eat but sides. It's not worth the price for a vegitarian, but the family said they loved all the meat and food. Staff was nice, great server MAC. Overlooking an awesome water feature that moves with music. Great shop below the restaurant.

We visited early on a weekday morning and had no wait for breakfast. Once seated, our server explained the family style menu and provided us with complimentary orange juice and cinnamon rolls. The food was delicious and a great way to start our day. We selected the following: Down Home Dishes (3) - Chicken and Biscuits: the only real 'miss' from our breakfast. The chicken was tough and stringy with wet breading that fell off. The biscuits were dry and lacking flavor. Given how well everything else was seasoned and cooked, this was odd. Sweet Piggies in a Blanket: tied with the Black Pepper Bacon as the best items we had for breakfast. The puff pastry was crisp and buttery, and the sausage inside was flavorful and rich. These (and the Black Pepper Bacon) were worth the price of admission. Ooey Gooey Butter Pancakes: The pancakes were fine, but we will select a different option on our next visit. The syrup was very sugary, and the pancakes were not special enough to choose again. Breakfast Meat (1) - Black Pepper Bacon: this was amazing. I love an aggressive black pepper flavor, and this bacon delivered. The spice of the pepper and the sweet candied bacon were a great combination. Breakfast Treats (2) - Creamy Hashbrown Casserole: an interesting take on hashbrowns with a great flavor topped with crushed potato chips. Biscuits and Sausage Gravy: the gravy was flavorful. However, we would likely not get this again to allow us to try other items.

My husband and I went for breakfast around 9 AM on Labor Day, we were able to be seated without a wait. I liked that it was all you can eat and they have a variety for you and your group to share. The food was okay, next time we will try the dinner instead. Our server was wonderful, the only complaint I have is the hostess downstairs and the one upstairs were not friendly at all. The one upstairs wouldn’t even speak to us.

I loved the family style dining! We had the ribs and pot roast which were, tender, juicy, and delicious. We got 4 sides, mac n cheese, green beans, yams, and mashed potatoes. The yams were so good, sweet as a dessert. We got a nice seat by the big windows. They had a large dining room and lots of large tables to fit large parties. We will return!! Heads up...the linen napkins will leave lots of white lent on your pants...you can ask for a lent roller at the host desk.

Wasn't worth the hassle and wait. Go early and plan on walking as there's no close parking and the wait is often well over an hour. Because everyone at the table pays the same even if they can't eat the food, you may have to pay so others in your party have more choices. You pick 2, 3 or 4 meats for the table even if each person only wants one or like me, I'm allergic to all except one. The price for each person is based on total meat options chose. You can ask for less than the meat allocated for those not wanting it to avoid wasting food but they will throw out 3 pork chops on a table for 4 instead of only sending one to the only one eating pork chops. The creamy potatoes and cream corn were not real flavorful. The Mac and cheese was a real disappointment because my friend thought Paula Dean would have fabulous mac and cheese. The staff is wonderful though. We loved our server. Ribs were delicious. Watching the fountain from our table was so enjoyable.

Decided to visit Paula Dees restaurant while visiting the area. We arrived at a perfect time as greeted and seated immediately. This was the first time at this restaurant and the atmosphere was very nice. The server and all of the staff we interacted with were extremely nice and pleasant. The menu items had a nice variety of offerings, and the pricing was consistent with the restaurants in the area. The food was brought out quickly after we ordered and it tasted ok. I would return for the atmosphere and the service however, I think the food was just ok. This restaurant is a must visit if you’re in the area to experience it at least once.

After reading some reviews I just had to try this place. So happy I did. Me and my group absolutely loved our dishes. The deep fried deviled eggs are unbelievable. The meatloaf and steaks were perfect. Long wait times to be seated without reservation but a place this great that is to be expected. Highly recommend placing a reservation prior to the day you wish to eat there. After we sat service was quick and outstanding. The manager also walked around making sure everyone was satisfied. Truly an incredible place to eat great food, fair prices, large portions.

This is a good place to eat especially when you are in pigeon forge and need a late night restaurant but not too late. Need to make reservations as the restaurant fills up pretty quick with tourists. I forgot the waiter's name, but she was super sweet to us and took our orders well but couldn't deliver everything at once and missed a few items. All things forgiven as she was pregnant and was over working her self. Devilled eggs are really good over here and so is the steak & the goat burger.

Hubby and I went while on vacation, I did have a reservation and waited about 10 mins. Parking lot was full. It was our first time there and it was awesome! Our waiter, David, was the best! We will be back just because of our service! Food was great! Go try it out if you can!

Great food, great service! We tried to visit a couple of days prior during our trip but didn't have reservations, so instead of waiting, we went to another place that night and were grossly disappointed. So we made reservations to come back another day, and everything was perfect and easy, and the food was as delicious as expected.

Visited there on 9/25/23 and was absolutely blown away. They were very busy, but we were seated quickly after a 15-minute wait. The Ribeye was very flavorful and tender. The Ribs were delicious. The Fettuccine dish was also delicious, and the burgers were excellent. I had the Stuffed Peppers for an appetizer; they were roasted and delicious. Definitely will be back.

We were in town on vacation and tried to get into the restaurant but the wait was insane so we made a reservation a following night. Best decision. We were able to get in quickly and there were a lot of people waiting. When we tasted the food we knew why it was so packed. It was delicious and very high bar. The bison meatloaf was plated so much better than I was anticipating. The service was also great!

Highly recommend stopping here if in the Pigeon Forge area. The food was so fresh and delish! We had the Pasta Rocco and the Whiskey burger, both cooked perfectly and nice portions. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive. We also had their bread pudding and a peanut butter pie to go, both were so amazing! There was quite the wait for walk-ins so I highly recommend making a reservation online or calling ahead.

First time at the Goat…definitely won’t be our last. I know it’s more of a burger kind of place…but the fish and chips are some of the best I’ve had in 49 states. The burger was amazing too! We completely enjoyed everything we got. Clean, family from and super helpful staff.

The Local Goat didn't disappoint. The meals we tried were the Bison meatloaf, Fish n Chips, baby back ribs, Shrimp n grits. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. My Bison meatloaf was good...I just needed more sauce on top. If you've had Bison before.. it's lean so it can dry easy. Mine was almost perfect. Jeff was a very friendly and knowledgeable waiter Dessert was strawberry cheesecake and bread pudding with salted Carmel ice cream. Everything is made homemade. Give them a try.💯😁👌🏾

Excellent food! Absolute must stop in Pigeon Forge! Excellent goat-cheese stuffed peppers, TN Whiskey burger was delicious. And the PB chocolate pie was amazing! If back in eastern Tennessee, I will be returning. Server was Francisco who was very attentive, kind and provided other local recommendations for a traveler.

Awesome place, amazing food, fast and l friendly service. We had the fried green tomatoes, lamb burger, autumn harvest salad, and white chocolate bread pudding. The 4 on atmosphere was for the air conditioning being freezing and it's pretty basic restaurant interior. Sorry for the random mushroom pic, accidentally clicked it and it won't let me remove.

We had a good experience today. Service was excellent. Our waitress was polite and attentive. Make a reservation. LG was very busy and people were definitely waiting for seating. We arrived early and only had a few minutes to wait until our table was ready. The food was good. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food. I got the smokehouse burger. Maybe a touch pricey for a burger. To be fair the burger was quite good though. I was not a fan of the fries however. They were small and spindly. I would recommend getting a different side. Overall, it was a good experience. I would go back.

Absolutely amazing experience! The prices are a little high here, but I think it's very well priced for the quality of food being served. We first started with the Cheese Fondue appetizer which was a decent portion of appetizing beer cheese and crunchy outter soft dinner inner pretzel. The main dishes were amazing as well, High quality and had an amazing taste. I ordered the half slab of ribs. It came with fries and coleslaw. The ribs were very tender and paired with the coleslaw it was refreshing but a familiar taste. The fries were a perfect crisp level, there wasn't a single bite I took where I didn't get a little bit of crunch. The service was friendly and fast. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean and had plenty of room. Lastly, there was a T-shirt for everyone, there was so many colors and designs to choose from, all of which looked well done and high quality that I didn't expect to see from a restaurant.

I don't think you can have a bad meal at this establishment. We've been here before and always enjoy everything we get. We chose fondue for an appetizer, a bacon cheeseburger and the farmhouse burger. The dessert is NY cheesecake with strawberry. All so delicious.

This restaurant is truly amazing!! Even though it was packed with people, the service was really good! Delicious, affordable burgers with juicy patty, complemented by a fantastic location in Pigeon Forge and nice ambiance. No wonder this restaurant has been recognized by TripAdvisor. Make sure you try their oversized crispy onion rings. It’s the best onion rings I have ever had!

Came here for what we thought was an early dinner, and the parking lot looked packed when we pulled in. But we walked inside, and there was no wait for a party of four, so don't just skip this place because it "looks" busy. The waiters were very polite and asked us if we needed anything and how our food was so high marks in that category. The food here was pretty good as well. We had some fondue, and we both had burgers while the twins had mac and cheese and chicken fingers. There were a lot of green apples between the kids fruit side and our fondue that while we like green apples we don't LOVE green apples so unfortunately that was the one thing left mostly uneaten from our meals. The restaurant itself was darker inside with brighter focused lighting at each table so you could easily see your food and the menu and our booth had a window wall next to it where our son kept poking his head forward to look at the table eating on the other side (clear not frosted glass😅). Overall, we'd eat here again if there weren't a million other places we would also like to try in the area, but maybe someday we'll make it back!

Very nice popular place to eat, however I was still seated promptly. Their Harvest Salad topped with grilled Cajun shrimp was delicious and plentiful. Justina, who waited on me, was delightful, attentive, and efficient. The next evening I tried the quiche and French onion soup...incredible! I hadta go back one more time for lunch the following day for their fried green onion BLT. Wow was it delicious. As you can tell, I enjoy dining here - great food, fun atmosphere, super servers, easy parking, with many places to walkabout and checkout.

I went here while on vacation in Pigeon Forge. I have been here before but wanted to try something different than the shrimp and grits I always get. Trevor was my waiter and he was amazing! He made some recommendations. So I took his recommendation of the stir fry. It was absolutely delicious. It had stir fry chicken and vegetables over a bed of rice. Trevor was friendly and very professional. His customer service was great!! Ask for him! I definitely recommend this restaurant. (Bring a sweater. Sometimes it can be a little cool inside.) Also, be prepared to wait before being seated. It's a popular restaurant.

We had such a good time here. We put our names on the list and had to wait an hour but we were able to walk around the shops and they texted us when our table was ready. They seated us out the back by their pond and it was lovely. For how busy they were the food and service was top notch. I ordered the cheese steak sandwich and the portion size was large. I also order the sangria which was fresh and flavorful. The only thing I was slightly disappointed in was the horseradish which had no flavor or spice which is a personal preference. Over all if you are in the area this is the place to go. They have good friendly service and a large variety of dishes and seating places.

They make fresh bread that’s to die for. Great place for a comfortable, casual night for southern food. Highly recommend the shrimp and grits! They also have an adorable outdoor section with a great atmosphere

Loved the Old Mill! Food was great. I recommend the quiche. We had to wait about 40 minutes, but it was worth it! 8 will definitely go back next time I'm in Pigeon Forge.

When excellent service meets outstanding food you have a true dining experience. Our server Paula was friendly, knowledgeable, and anticipated all our needs. The food...wow the food. The fresh, made from scratch bread was delicious. Then fried green tomatoes, followed by shrimp and grits were amazing. Also had the Harvest salad which was truly the big salad. We chose to eat inside, but outdoor courtyard dining was available. Check out bakery for homemade goodies. This was a gem.

A hidden gem in Pigeon Forge. Absolutely gorgeous location, amazing service and awesome food. Fresh food, sufficient portions and warm welcome. Yes, there could be a wait but it's worth it. Chicken gumbo with grits was delicious and garden grilled panini was scrumptious. Must visit for everyone!!!

I don't know what to say except this was the BEST BBQ FOOD IVE EVER HAD. I have lived in places from Texas to California and this place takes the CAKE!!!! This is an absolute must it is insanely good and very very well priced. EDIT: We went back for brunch and it was STILL some of the best food I've had. We picked up a loaf of the cinnamon bread on the way out and it was so so so so so so so so SO WORTH IT!!!

The waiter provided adequate service. However, it was very transactional and in a hurried manner. Chipotle beef soup was bomb, and the appetizers were great. The Short ribs came up short. They had a good flavor but were not tender. Said the dish came smothered with carrots, but there were only 3 on the plate. I still love Pottery House Cafe and would recommend it just not the dish I had today.

My husband and I enjoyed lunch at The Old Mill Pottery House Cafe. All of the food was exceptional! We both had the broccoli cheese e. It was thick and delicious! My husband had a sandwich and I had the quiche Lorraine. Both were wonderful. They came on/with their homemade bread. We took our dessert to go. All of the food was served on their handmade pottery!

Went here on a Saturday night since it had some pretty high reviews and was open past 10pm. The staff I encountered were all friendly and we were seated right away even though it was very busy. The menu includes a nice selection of apps, burgers, wings, and a few salads. I went with a burger since it’s my favorite food and they have it in the name of the restaurant. The Hawaiian Luau Burger w/ an avocado. The burger was good, could of used a bigger patty and slightly more seasoned meat but overall was satisfying. The deep fried pickles appetizer was mediocre. The flavors were there it just needed better breading, the nice crunch was missing. The fries I had tasted like they were sitting for slightly too long but they were good, they just didn’t taste fresh out the fryer. I had them put Cajun spice on my fries which added some good flavor. I ordered a drink which was their first signature cocktail it was very good, I would recommend it highly if you like sweet. I asked for extra bbq sauce to eat with the fries, my waiter brought it to me and then I saw a charge for it on the bill which he failed to mention but no biggie. If I am visiting Tennessee again I would stop to give the wings a try. The place is worth a try, good food with reasonable prices. Lots of TVs with sports and movies playing to keep you entertained if you choose to watch.

Came here to eat dinner after spending the evening out. Service was good and waitress was both pleasant and helpful. All 4 of us had burgers. Every one of them was great! Honestly one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. I was a little worried since we got there around 2115 and they close at 2200 but food was still hot and fresh and fries were great. I liked the peppery flavor on the fries. Def will come back when in the area again. Thx for the flavor fun.

We had a little wait to get in, but as busy as they were, it was really good speedy service. We ordered a few appetizers and entrees. Food was cooked well and hot when we got it.

Had Suzan as our server. She was awesome. The wings (mango habanero and spicy garlic have great taste and a but of kick) were tastey. Had the spicy patty melt and the southwest burger. Both were excellent! Portions are big, food was hot and fresh. We'll go back again.

Had a nice lunch with friends at The Blue Moose. There is a nice atmosphere and our server was friendly and accommodating. The food was good and portions were filling. Prices are what you'd expect for a resort area.

10 minute wait at 3:30pm on a Saturday. Service was just okay but the food was delicious. We had the stuffed potato skins, Mozarella Sticks, and I had the grilled cheese cheeseburger. Everything was on point. The grilled cheeseburger was moist, cheesy, and all around just very good. I added the Italian Parmesan sauce to the fries and that was also good. Every one was pleased with the food. Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic time here! The BBQ nachos were amazing, and the portion was enough to be a meal, not just an appetizer. The Pina colada drink was on the spot as was my dinner dates Blue Moon with a few slices of orange. I ordered the steak grilled wrap with a side of Mac and cheese that was super delicious! My dinner date ordered the chicken Philly with the sweet potato waffle fries, and let me tell you, those fries were the best! Great waiting staff and fun atmosphere!

Killer lunch place, appetizer was awesome and the burger was delicious. Great atmosphere with over 30 big flat screens all playing some sort of sports! Service was great also. I had the Mac and cheese burger with the cheeseburger sticks as the appetizer.

Food was pretty good. The bacon cheeseburger sticks are very good. Onion rings weren’t my favorite. The burgers and Mac and cheese were pretty good just not the best we’ve ever had. Waitress we had was super nice though!

Very popular place, for good reasons. It's a sports pub atmosphere, with some killer food. The wait staff is very attentive, and made for a pleasant experience. The food was exactly what a fat guy hopes and dreams of. We had to wait, but the food came out fast and hot. It's a big place with big flavors.

Neat atmosphere and GREAT food. Their Deserts are also top notch. We went there twice and both the servers we had were extremely friendly and very helpful. However, Paul really knocked it out of the park in terms of attentiveness, patron care, humor, and friendliness! I wholeheartedly recommend Blue moose burgers and wings! I will definitely return the next time I'm in town.

But far the best experience we've had in Pigeon Forge so far. The food exceeded expectations and our server, Paul, was AMAZING!!! Paul made the food better, the atmosphere better and the entire experience better than it normally would have been. Still a 5-star experience, even without Paul, but Paul is the reason I'm writing the review.

The food was wonderful, the service from the little girl with 3 tables, (1 table of about 10) and then 2 booths opposite each other; was lacking. Our drinks ran out a few times and 2 of the burgers were spicy so that made it worse. She was more interested in the table full of business looking men, instead of keeping us satisfied. I would still recommend though since the food is wonderful!

The food was alright, the blue velvet cake was delicious! I don't like red velvet, but figured I'd try this and I was satisfied, the cake was light and fluffy, but the icing was a little too sweet, tasted somewhat like a powered sugar paste versus an icing. The chili dog was OK, I kind of expected more from it I think Sonic's is much better, didn't come with cheese and the chili tasted more canned than restaurant cooked. My sweet potato fries tasted like they were microwaved from a bag of frozen fries. The 3 starts was because my order was ready when they said, the kids liked their food and the cake was pretty good.
