Petra - Wadi Musa

One of the most magnificent and best-preserved ancient cities in the world, Petra is a striking example of an architectural and engineering feat that dates back to the 1st century BC. Its name, which means "rock," is a good description of the striking mountains, cliffs and rocks that surround Wadi Musa, or "Valley of Moses”, the capital of the Petra. The town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New 7 Wonders of the World.
