Simply breathtaking. This is one of the things every person should visit during their life. One of the best natural landmarks I have ever seen. Please visit if you can. You can even spot raccoons in the park. Visit the Canadian side for better view, but also check the US side.

It is just amazing what mother nature has created for all of us to view! The mist from the falls felt good on the day we went due to very above average temperatures. If you haven't seen the falls in person I would definitely recommend you make time to try!

The falls are very beautiful. They have daily night shows with fireworks, and there are lots of activities to do on Canada and the U.S.A. side. It is $1 to walk across the Rainbow Bridge per person. It was very interesting and it had a spectacular view. Would definitely 6

Wow... these falls are an amazing sight. Truly majestic and a bucket list item for sure. The Table Rock Centre is a must see. Amazingly close to the falls for the BEST pics. The behind the falls attraction is really cool, telling the stories of the falls. You literally walk behind the falls, with 2 lookout points half way around the falls. Happy to check this off the bucket list!

What makes Niagara Falls so impressive is the amount of water flowing over. Most of the tallest falls in the world have very little water flowing over them. It's the combination of height and volume that makes Niagara Falls so breathtaking. the falls consists of three falls in total. The largest one is Horseshoe falls, followed by American falls and then Bridal Veils falls. Carries more then 75 gallons of water per second. Worth a visit in a lifetime

Niagara Falls is as gorgeous as the say. The area is very commercialized, and I thought that might detract from our enjoyment, but that wasn't the case! We stayed in a room at Embassy Suites on the Canada side. It had an expansive view of all 3 Falls comprising Niagara! We did most of the falls tours on both the Canadian and American sides. Cave of the Winds was our favorite!

It’s amazing how nature can give us a beautiful view with magnificent sound of waterfalls. So peaceful and tranquility! Perfect for family of all ages! To note we went at night and day time. The view is amazing and no one words can be described. Night time has its own unique feel and day time we rode on the Maid of Mist to get the feel of that Niagara Falls experience.

Amazing place to visit with the family. While you're likely still able to find one or two items worth buying, it's debatable if you should given the price. Great experience! You have to visit and see it for yourself. I was on the Canadian side because i heard it had more activities and it was so true. The view of the Falls are incredibly beautiful during the day and even more spectacular at night time.Visiting Niagara Falls was a truly awe-inspiring experience. The sheer power and beauty of the falls left me speechless. The view from both the American and Canadian sides is breathtaking, and I recommend seeing it from both angles if possible. The boat tour gets you up close to the falls, and you can feel the mist on your face. The surrounding parks and attractions make it a complete destination. It's a natural wonder that everyone should witness at least once in their lifetime

About as awesome as nature gets. The majesty of this is stunning. On the Canadian side there is a lovely restaurant overlooking Horseshoe falls. Reasonable prices for a natural wonder of the world. We could have stayed all day. Breathtaking in the winter. Boat trips don't run this time in February and still stunning to be there

Well everyone said go to the Canada side to see the falls, they were correct!! Amazing views!! The closer you get you can feel the mist from the falls and you can hear the falls!! Parking was tight and you can spend anywhere from 15 to 25 a day to park depending on location. Also I would plan at least 3 nights maybe 4. There is a lot to do for everyone!!

The falls are beautiful! Lots of viewing areas. There were a lot of people, but there were so many areas to view the falls that it was easy to get a spot at the railings for a great view. Wheelchair accessible. Bathrooms available, gift shop, and drinks available for purchase. Hiking, biking and viewing trails.

Wow, just wow! Absolutely stunning and free to boot. The Canadian side has a better view but the NY side is up close and personal. I’ve traveled the country and glad I got to see this. I especially like the Tesla monument as he doesn’t get enough recognition. Go to Canada if you can as well.

You've got to put this place on your "must-visit" list at least once in your lifetime. It's seriously stunning. And here's a heads-up: don't miss out on the ferry ride. It's a totally unique experience, and it gets you super close to the falls – be prepared to get soaked!

It's a must do destination, words cannot describe how incredibly powerful and amazing this place is. The Canada side also has beautiful parks and gardens and the falls are bigger with access tunnels to go behind the falls. The boat trip is also worth it, and so is the power station tour.

LINES!!!!!! Be prepared to stand in line! Purchase your tickets online ahead of time. With that being said, the experience was worth the wait. To stand below these massive falls was an amazing experience. You'll get a little wet but I enjoyed it so much that we felt we didn't need to take the boat ride to the falls. I recommend it

Amazing attraction where you can get sprayed by the falls. You can hear the water rushing down the falls. Wasn’t expecting it to be this crowded on a foggy day but it was still nice to visit. Better than a similar experience on the American side I went to a few years ago. There are two portals and one big observation deck here.

Neat experience! It's exciting to see another angle of the falls, and you can explore the tunnels beneath it. It's very busy and crowded, but worth doing it especially if it's your first time visiting. Also note, you can select this and some other options in a bundle if you want to save some money. It's not too expensive if you want to do the bundles. Definitely worth checking out!

There was a line, but it moved pretty quickly. You get your rain poncho and wait to go down to the Falls tunnel. Out of three openings available, I would recommend doing just the panoramic patio. The "behind the Falls" part is nothing but a wall of water that looks like nothing. People take a million pics and it's just weird. However, the first (closest) patio/opening is the best to view the Falls from the side. Absolutely stunning views. Prepare to get wet! ;) But worth it. Skip the "behind" part and just enjoy the view from the patio.

Totally worth it! Not crowded in April and a good way to see the falls up close and personal. I loved to hear the rushing water and the occasional blast of the water hitting me as I looked out of the key hole. The look out point is spectacular, a big area with a covered top and open bottom. You are right next to the falls. And you get wet! I loved it.

It was fun to be on the deck, but the tunnels were just long waits to see a small window of water crash down. It was very cool to be behind the falls. Maybe it would have felt more worth it with fewer people. Waiting for so long just to see that was, eh? But, the deck is so worth it!!

It was spring break. And ticket was cheaper and no waiting long. Happy about we went there not in summer time. They said you need to wait over an hour in the summer time~ no boat at this time so that we tried journey behind the falls. And I am glad that we did it!!!!

The first time you go, it's really impressive to see the falls that close. It's really a "must see it once in my life" type of attraction. This year was our second time and the wow facter was a little less there. There isn't really anything to do down there except taking a few pictures inside the tunnel (they don't have interactive gallery or lightning and only have a few wall boards with historical facts while waiting in line) because they don't want you to stay down there too long. It's pretty much take the elevator, wait in line 30-40 min, take a quick picture or 2 behind the falls and please go back quickly waiting in line for the elevator to let others take pictures too. Like I said, recommended to see it 1 time in your life but since nothing was added in 10 years, don't expect anything new after.

It was such a unique experience. You can really feel the power of the waterfalls underneath it. It gives a new perspective to Falls viewing and the history and use of the power generated from the Falls is fascinating too. Even though it was the Easter weekend, it was not busy. We didn't really have to line up. The photos that you get at the end of the tour are quite pricey as to be expected but we bought them because it'd be a one time investment and it's a decent family portrait that we otherwise wouldn't have. Buying the photos would be optional.

One of the touristy things to do in Niagara falls. It is always great idea to purchase the ticket in advance to avoid the queue. Having said that be ready to stand in a queue to get in and get those beautiful views, it’s definitely worth it. Make sure to wear a good footwear as the floor can be slippery. The views from the outside terrace is breathtaking. They have two floors and soak all the views and sound you can. They also click your picture like every other experience for you to get a print if you like. I went there on a weekend around 4pm and could get in without a queue but there were long queues after that. I would highly highly recommend this experience.

Really neat to walk behind the falls. Terrifying to think of how many millions of gallons of water are flowing over top of you. It's very crowded and musty, so wear your poncho and bring your patience. Lots of good photo ops.

Spectacular views. The tunnel takes you very close to the falls and the view point is amazing. It's like getting a seat in the first row. Prepare to get soaked ☺️ it's worth it and can be very refreshing in hot summer days. We went on a Saturday early June and it was a bit busy, but the staff was very helpful with keeping the visitors in organized lines.

Another must to do when visiting Niagara Falls. Great views of the falls from above and of the surrounding area. Observation deck has plenty of room to view the falls from many angles. Great tip is to buy the day/night pass to visit the tower twice within 24 hours. The first time we went up was at sunset in late-July. They illuminate the falls every night at 8:30 or 9pm. LED light show on the falls at night is pretty to see. Fireworks show every night at 10pm on the Canadian side of the falls in front of the American Falls. We didn’t watch the fireworks from the tower, but you could as it’s open until midnight every night. Great views of the illuminated falls at night. We returned to the tower the next day with our pass and went up in the tower during the daytime. It’s nice to see the falls at both day and night. You can spend as much time as you want on the observation deck, but we stayed probably 45 minutes to a little over an hour each time we went up there. Highly recommend. Enjoy!

Tickets are at a good price if you booked it online so it is definitely worth it going here to see Niagara Falls from a different perspective. Being able to view the mist coming from the falls is amazing. It has an indoor and outdoor observation deck so you have choices if you want to view from outside or inside. The elevator staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. It’s nice to go here early in the morning so it isn’t crowded here. Amazing place to see the falls from up top!

This place is the star of the show. Easily accessible and had a lesser wait time than the SkyWheel. The elevator goes up there in about a minute so you can take some photos while going up. Once you arrive at the main entrance of the tower. You are greeted with the view of Niagara Falls. It was not that crowded at the time I went (It was a Tuesday) The view is great and you can spend unlimited time there for about 15 CAD. Overall. It's a good place to spend time and relax.

As a tourist who was unsure if doing the restaurant was worth it, if you already want to go to the top of the observation deck, I’d suggest it’s worth it to do. It’s certainly a “touristy” thing to do, but it’s probably worth it overall. DO NOT ORDER THE STEAK. It was definitely one of the most subpar steaks I’ve ever had. But the French onion soup, bread, scallops, and shrimp were some of the BEST I’ve ever had. Incredibly good tasting, slightly smaller meal sizes. But the steak was just plain bad. Don’t order it. Recommend anything else. Important to note that the minimum $49 is supposed to be $49 per person for entree specifically, however if you get good waitstaff (which they all seemed to be) you can get away with the starters counting to your total as well. Beyond that the views are spectacular. The rotating gimmick is fun. Cool to see the falls and eat with that kind of view, and if you were gonna head up for the observation deck anyway, a slightly expensive meal is probably worth it. Bread was super good, and butter is cute (see the last photo)

Nice quick stop for a different view of the falls. Scenic elevator ride and easy to walk around the observation tower. Was able to buy tickets upon arrival on a Saturday - no issues at all

My husband , son and me had a great time going up to the viewing deck with a cute yellow elevator. The elevator staff was so creative , singing , entertaining well the guests. Up there , was so fascinating having the night view of Niagara Falls with different colour changing , on top of that fireworks . Amazing experience. Fee for the viewing deck was reasonable. I suggest to pay for day time and night time viewing. Next trip we will try the revolving restaurant.Highly recommend to try Skylon Tower!

A great experience overall, but expensive for what it is. We paid $20 for parking. We ate at the buffet, and per person it came to $75.30. The only reason I wasn’t outraged at that price, was the fact that we got to watch the fireworks over the falls from the observation deck after dinner. The dinner buffet was mediocre. There was a salad bar that had options like pasta salad, couscous salad, beet salad, pickled mushrooms, shrimp, and a few other options. The hot food section had roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, noodles, rice, chicken fingers, French fries, meatballs, fish, roast beef, ribs, pasta, shrimp and scallops, clams, and a few others. The desert bar had 3 different tarts, squares, cookies, fruit and whipped cream, cake, cupcakes, cheese and perhaps a few I have forgotten. It did seem like you have a better chance at getting a window seat if you have a group of people rather than just 2 people. The staff were top notch! Super friendly and professional!

We lucked out going up and had minimal wait time. The walk around the top goes quick but oh my the views!! 😍 The wait to come back down was a solid 20mins and they do pack the elevator to maximum capacity. Very nice people working, and visiting which was quite refreshing given a few other stops we had made prior. Would definitely do again!

The view of Niagara falls was amazing. They don’t have many veg options and The food was very overpriced and not worth the money. Very slow service, the staff at the front desk were very rude but the person serving was great. This place is only worth going if you want an amazing view of the falls

Fabulous views of Niagara Falls from the top. The ground floor has a nice Starbucks and a few tacky tourist shops. There is also a tourist souvenir shop at the top lookout platform. The views are stunning and worth the money to ride the glass fronted elevator to the top. The whole building looks very 1960’s and needs modernisation inside. Note - it’s possible to park pretty cheaply in the car park in front of the tower and walk to the falls instead of paying $35 to park in the official falls parking lots.

You will pretty much be paying for the view only. Their food is nothing extra ordinary. I have had better steaks and bigger portions for better price. Service is okay. Some are nice but not all of them. The platform is rotating, not for everyone in my family as some got dizzy. After dinner you can go up their observation deck where you can have a greater view of the Niagara falls and the city. Will I go there again? No, unless it’s for free. :))

Went for the early bird special, $49 per person 3 course meal. The restaurant revolves while you are eating and you get beautiful views of both sides of the falls. The food was worth every penny, so delicious and the service was really fast. They give you 90 minutes sitting time and there’s no budging. As soon as you finish they are rushing you out to bring in the next batch of people. Included in dinner is also the observation deck which was a great experience, you get to stand outside on the top of the tower and the view is just so beautiful

It was only a 3 minute walk from one of the main parking lots of downtown Niagara. Very nice views! They have a package to come back at night to see the falls (which we didn't do), but I would highly recommend this experience! It's kinda pricey so I wouldn't do it again.

Make a reservation! Amazing views. YES the restaurant revolves, it takes about an hour for a full rotation. They have an observation deck, food and drinks were very good but the atmosphere was even better. It's a little tight up there but service was good and attentive. You take an outside elevator car up to the tower, awesome views (pretty quick ride for those that are afraid of heights). It's a MUST, if you're ever in Niagara Falls!

Great experience visiting the Skylon Tower. This is a beautiful spot to have a slightly more upscale meal and take in the gorgeous view of Niagara Falls’ Horseshoe Falls. We had the great chance to enjoy the buffet in the lower of the two levels, there were many gluten friendly options available for me. After the delicious dinner we made our way up to the viewing deck and spent an hour watching the sunset on the falls and the beautiful lights illuminate the view.

love it. nice to go on at night to see the night view of the Niagara Falls downtown. it is also nice to go in the day time!! The staff sanitize the seats and spray clean the cart before we get in. The overall experience was very good. I definitely recommend to go on the skywheel if you are there

You should try it Brought some friends visiting from Spain on a Thursday evening. We got our tickets and seats really quickly. Admission was $17 per adult. I would say the ride lasted about 12-15 minutes. We got 4 full rotations, so there were lots of opportunities to take photos. The last 2 rotations went slowly as they let off other passengers. We got a great view of Clifton Hill and the dinosaur mini putt lit up at night. The view of the falls lit up is much better than in my photos.

It's first come first serve so unless you think you can get a discount buying in advance, I see no advantage doing so. Great views! Good thing to do early to get a lay of the land in Clifton Hill Park. The pods are air conditioned. Also a great way to rest and cool off if needed. No need to bring a towel!

Long line but worth it!! It’s odd you buy your tickets online and still have to check in at the Kiosk, there is no scan mobile ticket at the line. It’s a bit overpriced, $50 for a family of 4 (2 toddlers), but the scenery is worth it. Our unit was air conditioned and that was great! We really enjoyed it.

Awesome experience. I do wish it lasted a little longer, considering the price. But other than that, it was great! Nice views. They really need to clean the windows inside the cabins though. Super dirty, so hard to enjoy the view!

We've been on this a couple of times and it's been so great every single time. The view of the falls is mesmerizing and otherwise the view of the Niagara city is also amazing. Definitely to get on if you're visiting the place. It's right next to the Clifton Parking Lot. The price is very reasonable compared to the number of rounds. Very comfortable and stable ride. The staff is good and friendly. When our parents/in-laws visited, we made sure to bring them here. Very nice views.

A fun experience! The cost of this attraction is decent $15 per adult and $ 7 per child. The wait is a little long snd seemed to be longer in the evening. The customer service was good, actually better than I expected. A great view of the surrounding area!

I'm actually scared of ferris wheels but this one is very good! Amazing views of the falls, and the ride feels safe and smooth. It rotates about 3 full times around and the ride lasts about 10 minutes. Overall, it's a nice way to see the falls, and definitely recommend it! Also, we got this with a bundle to see other attractions. I think it's a good deal!

Completely recommended if it’s your first time in Niagara. It gives you a great idea of what this city has to offer. The view is amazing and makes the trip worth it. Ride isn’t expensive either. $14 for 10 min approx isn’t too bad for the experience lived.

Good view of the falls and the city. The car was air-conditioned and felt very stable. They play the same 3 songs over and over again, but you do have the option to mute it. Worth doing, but maybe not worth standing in line for a long time.

One of the iconic experience at Clifton hill. You get a beautiful birds eye view. There are around 3 rounds and it usually goes slow to soak in all that surrounds you. They have audio guide narrating about the places you see around. I also liked that they do have the option to turn the audio off, also have light and fan switch. The views might feel repetitive by the 3rd round but I would still suggest to have this one time experience.

Bought the pass to check out a bunch of attractions, but this was the top one we wanted to do. Very much enjoyed it. Expected it to be a quick bit around, but went around multiple times. Loved the view, the air conditioning and even enjoyed the music that was playing.

Absolutely beautiful view, you get a good time on the wheel itself as you get about 4-5 full spins before being let off. Hundreds of photos opportunities and you're able to get a great view of the volcano at the Dino Golf which occasionally spits out fire! (It'll probably go off about 4 times during your time on the wheel) It costs $15 standard (13+) and $7 for children (12 and under)

Niagara has been my backyard growing up in Hamilton Ontario. I always wanted to try the wheel but they always had massive line ups waiting for hours. The day we visited Niagara Falls was busy but the line at the wheel was short so me and the wife decided to try it out. 15$ admission ticket and it’s a quick 10 minutes ride. Price is fair and the view is pretty nice depending on when you are taking the ride. We had a sunset view from the sky wheel. Good experience overall and good worth for the money for the 350 Niagara Falls views!

We came a bit late and were only able to spend an hour or so at the conservatory. No group discounts. The place was very hot and humid. The butterflies were awesome and we got a bunch of cool pictures. I'll post some here. The staff was reasonably polite. It was an overall great experience. I've found a place of Zen here with butterflies. I would recommend this place for everyone to experience :)

After experiencing the mighty power of the Falls, this is a very peaceful place to unwind. There are hundreds of beautiful butterflies 🦋 flying around here in a beautiful tropical paradise. It is quite warm and humid here so it creates quite the juxtaposition from outside in the Winter or even early Spring. It is great that you can take as much time here as you like. Kids love running around here trying to figure out creative ways to attract butterflies to land on them with varying degrees of success. The hatchery area is fascinating with so many butterflies at different stages of development. There are always staff members there to answer questions too.

This was a lovely relaxing experience. The butterflies were beautiful and active. Many landing on visitors which made for lovely photos. We had a wonderful time from beginning to end of our visit. Staff are lovely and helpful. We especially enjoyed the lovely gardens with it's beautiful plots of roses and Horticulture Lecture Hall. Definitely worth the visit for a bit of fresh air and to enjoy the lovely summer day. ☀️

It’s a exquisitely peaceful place. You will enter into a paradise, where you feel like seeing different colourful beautiful souls of butterflies flying around you. On other side of a coin, it’s sadly we are seeing these beautiful souls in the conservative house instead in nature. This is due to man made destruction to the nature like pollution, deforestation and radiation. You can see some other gardens around like rose garden and some plants with medical values. Overall very good place to visit.

Find picture perfect seasonal display of parterre, rose, vegetable, and herb gardens as well as Welcome Plaza. The School of Horticulture is also located there. really nice worth going... Hours of Operation: Monday- Sunday 6:am to 12 am Admission rates: The Gardens are FREE to visit. However, the butterfly conservatory is $17+ tax. Parking is paid $10/hour. Guided Tours: Saturday, Sunday, and holidays Monday at 1pm departing from the plaza of butterfly conservatory. Cost: $8/person. tickets can be purchased at main plaza

An amazing experience and activity for all ages. Closer to the end of summer it is not that humid inside and easy to enjoy the butterflies. Wait time on weekdays is close to none and isn’t so busy. Ticket prices $20 CAD which is decent given it’s in a tourist area. Kids will definitely enjoy all the butterflies, a beautiful scene to witness. Staff is there to answer any questions. Butterflies may land on you (which is awesome) or if you put your hand out they might come to your hand. You can easily spend 30-45 minutes here. There is a small section where you will see eggs and see butterflies hatch. There are benches to sit if you get tired or just want to sit and enjoy the sight.

It's a beautiful place! Super warm in there so dress in layers if you're coming in the winter as the parking lot is a walk from the doors. It's a bit pricy considering how fast you go through it. Probably would spend more time in there if it weren't for having to wear a mask in such a hot room, but we do love it there.

Amazing place with countless number of beautiful butterflies. Wonderful place for people of all ages. There is a gift shop which contacts lot of amazing gifts or things which you can keep to memorize your trip.

A fantastic experience for all ages. Anyone interested in either botany (study of plants )or entomology( the study of insects) will thoroughly enjoy this establishment. Tons of tropical plants in a naturalistic setting and a multitude of butterfly species to behold as well. Everyone should visit this place at least once. A nice variety of items available in their gift shop to remember you visit with. People friendly, hard working and knowledgeable staff members. There was plenty of parking available as well. Bathrooms available for public use. Even the grounds outside were nice landscaped and maintained. Extremely impressed by my visit.

Check in process was a bit awkward coz you have to check in at the counter at the ground floor first before you go up. We had to go up and down a couple Times before it was sorted out. But the team quickly seated us. Server was efficient and food was great. The table was a bit dirty tho. Doesn’t matter if you sit right by the window, for a few rows away, you get a good view. Overall we like this place. Their steak, sides, lobsters was cooked to perfection !

Obviously over priced and somewhat of a tourist trap but the food and service was quick. The waiters were very nice. The views were spectacular, this is the highlight of the restaurant. If you're lucky enough to snag a window seat you'll know. Pick a Keg Classic, I hd the prime rib, it was pretty good. You'll feel a bit cheated if you're staying at the embassy suites, if you grab breakfast in the morning you can anywhere you want in the same area on a first come basis.

My husband and I had dinner here August 2023. We really enjoyed the food. My husband had a steak. It was slightly overdone, but the sides and salad was very good and still deserves a good rating. I had the pistachio crusted salmon and it was so yummy. The mashed potatoes were rich and buttery. Our server Carly was very friendly and engaging. Views of the falls are amazing.

Great service. Stayed at the embassy suites and they gave us a $30 coupon which we were able to use at the keg. Conveniently located right in our hotel. We had the salmon and prime rib. Both were excellent. Partner’s side of garlic mashed potatoes could have been a bit warmer. Had an app of the mushroom Neptune - delicious and I would order that again…and again!

I brought my parents here for their wedding anniversary dinner and they truly enjoyed dining here. Our server Michelle was exceptional, she was very attentive and ensured we had an amazing time. The food was properly cooked and we did not have to wait too long to get our food. Michelle was thoughtful enough to get my folks free desert on the house(Thank you Michelle😊). This is my third time at The keg and so far my dining experience has always been 5 star worthy.

A must-eat place if you are visiting the Niagara Falls area. Not only you'll get a front row seat to the majestic view of the Falls, but the food is incredibly delicious. Make sure you make a reservation and ask for a window seat so you can enjoy a delicious meal overlooking the Falls. And make sure you end your meal with one of their desserts, it was delicious.

The food was delicious and the view is to die for! I ordered the garlic chicken with mashed potatoes. We weren't seated next to a window but we still had incredible views of the falls. It felt like we were sitting right on top of the water. The great thing about this experience was that we didn't have a reservation, but they seated us pretty quickly anyway (maybe 5 min wait). Definitely check this place out if you're nearby !

Great Food and views but dark and noisy. I didn't know if I was at a restaurant or a club. My husband and I were in Niagara Falls to celebrate our anniversary. We had been to the Keg in Toronto so I figure this was a safe bet. Our reservation was for 7pm and when we arrived there was a huge line at the hostess station. Now to be fair there was a notation in my email that there might be a wait even if you had a reservation. We checked in and was told that we could wait in the waiting area. This area had dirty tables and a very unhappy baby. I am not blaming the mom...I'm a parent and could relate. But someone could have come and cleaned off the tables. We were texted that our table was ready. When we up to the hostess stand, the person recited a few wrong names after I said our name a few times. She gave up and was like "whatever, it's fine" and we were led to our table which had an amazing view. After we were seated we were looking at our menu when the same person who had some trouble with our name removed some dishes from a table and barley got passed us when she dropped a glass which unfortunately shattered. A piece rolled past the back of my chair. Fortunately no one was hurt and after a bit of chaos the glass was cleaned up. Our waitress was rushed but nice. We ordered our drinks and they arrived perfect. The hubby had: shrimp cocktail to start, NY strip (med rare) for the main meal. I had the bacon wrapped scallops, lobster tail, and prime rib (med rare). For the amount of people that were in the restaurant, we were very happy that the food quality was good. A couple of downs...our steaks arrived and we had to ask for steak knives, the hubby had to ask for a second drink (his glass had been empty for a while). The restaurant was so dark that everyone had to keep using the flashlights on their phones to see the menu. I know that part of this is so that you can enjoy the falls but man. The music was very loud. Yeah, yeah first world problems, but we were looking for a relaxing evening. I know the wait staff was crazy busy and they did a pretty good job keeping it together. The hostess station needs some training.

The atmosphere is great. I would suggest to reserve a table in advance so you can enjoy the view of the falls. The staff is really helpful and friendly, especially Cheryl. She was really accommodating. The Peppercorn NY steak is a must! The lobster could use more seasoning but it is also okay.

This experience was great! We had a great meal, a great time and a really nice view. What stands out is the view. The restaurant has different levels so that everyone can get a view of the river/falls. But also the food was terrific, the service was super and the whole ambiance of the place was fantastic! We showed up at our reservation time and our table was ready for us. That doesn't always happen in buys places like this. The seating host was pleasant, had a little conversation with us on our way to the table (didn't have to, could've just walked us over, but little things like this make all the difference). Our server, Lori took the time to answer our questions and help guide us through the menu. Making our decisions the right ones for what we were craving! The New York with peppercorn topping was amazing! It just got better with every bite! The Teriyaki steak and meatless meatloaf were so delicious as well. The starter salad and bread were really good too. Everything was cooked the way we asked for it and cooked perfectly. I will definitely want to go back to this Keg location and do recommend it to those looking a nice view while enjoying great steak or seafood, and also veggie options! Like I said that meatless meatloaf was really good!

Never disappointed at The Keg. We make reservation ahead of time. Upon arrival at the G/F, you will have to check in and wait until the table is ready. We waited for 15 mins before we get our table. According to the staff, if you are walking in, you probably have to wait for 1-1.5 hours. Food is good except the vegetable is undercook. We told our server and he immediately try to fix it by being back extra vegetable to our liking. 5stars service. At the end. We noticed that there are some difference on how they punch in the items. We ordered 2 meals and 2 kids meal which end up getting charged $30 extra which is ok as the service is excellent. I would recommend people for this location but make sure you check the bill at the end.

I wouldn't have left this review if our server had even simply asked how our meal was or been engaging, at all. To put it simply someone in the kitchen put a hot (spicy) asparagus in with my fresh veg. Seriously what kind of kitchen staff does that? Or what's worse, what else goes on in the kitchen that adding a single asparagus meant for a cocktail ends up in a main course? Luckily I enjoy spicy food and I ate it after I enjoyed the prime rib. But that could have been a terrible situation for a sensitive customer and has now left me unable to trust this Keg restaurant. Other than that, the interior lighting is too dim to enjoy the atmosphere anywhere other than the window seating. Everything is backlit from the light coming in the windows, which is expected for the view, but it's unnecessarily dark during the day. Or the same kitchen staff member is in control of the lighting... Bad management?

Absolutely wonderful experience and a beautiful view to add! Staff is absolutely knowledgeable about allergies and helps put their guests at ease. I let my server know of my allergy and advised me that she will double check my order with the chef. The manager returned to the table to let me know my order had been confirmed safe by the chef and shortly after our server came by to let us know as well. I'll absolutely return next time we visit Niagara! 10/10 recommend! Thank you!!

Absolutely stunning views, and the food and service were exquisite! We had a 645pm reservation, and had to be at the Fluffy show by 8pm. We literally were served and ate our appetizers and main courses, all in under an hour's time. Sonia V was our server and was very mindful of our strict timeline, and even brought out a plate of fries when my order accidentally came with the veggies that I had substituted out. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely be returning. 6/5!!!

Breath taking views and an amazing experience. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and they surprised us with a cheese cake at the end. The staff was professional and the service was excellent!! Although a few more vegetarian options would have been great. Hubby liked it and had a great time and we spent 200 Canadian dollars not including tip for a party of 3. We noticed another large group that came by later and the wait staff had to insist to them that a main dish per person is required. I didn’t know that before, but it’s good to know for future. Also we had a photographer come by and take pics, which we ended up buying only to realise that it’s better off to wait for the pics at the end and get them from the lobby. Those ones are way better and fun than the restaurant pics. I definitely recommend the overall experience though!!

Very nice view of the falls, staff is amazing, the food quality was great but the taste was very blend and it wasn’t appetizing. I went for a solo birthday dinner and had a good time, but I will definitely not go back. I was very disappointed when I took a bite off my steak. I would not go back.

This was a weird experience. From the pictures it looks formal but it’s full of people who have walked off the street with their children making it a mixed atmosphere. I almost wish they’d have a requirement to keep it upscale to make the prices you are paying for your food worth the experience. The seating is also odd. You are either next to the window being looked at by the table next you or you are the table facing the table and window staring at the people in front of you your entire meal. The food was delicious. There was something about having to order an entree to be able to cover your observation deck fee so I couldn’t order an appetizer for my meal. It’s a good deal, I just wasn’t that hungry. We had two servers to help with the whole area. They were both great but one server didn’t seem pleased he had to explain that I had to order an entree, though I didn’t see it printed anywhere. Though it may seem obvious, if you want to see the fireworks, try to get a reservation around 8. That way you can make your way up to the deck by 10. I made a 9pm reservation hoping we’d eat and see the fireworks but we missed them because the restaurant was rotated to the other side. The view is beautiful and food is great. I would recommend.

We had heard mixed reviews but really enjoyed our experience here. Arrive early as there is quite a wait for the elevators and same on the way down, this was a bit of a bummer. We were seated very quickly on arrival and had a great table by the window. The views are great. Appetizers were hit and miss but shrimp cocktail and French onion soup were good. Main course sea bass was delicious and well cooked. Strip steaks were tough but when mentioned they remade and got back out quickly and were prefect, very accommodating and recovered well. The service we experienced was very good. They brought cheesecake as an apology which was not necessary but appreciated. Would have liked some choice on the sides but with the volume of tourists they put through understand why they don’t. Overall good experience and views are worth the trip.

The view was amazing and food was great! The staff were kind and welcoming at our table and whenever we had any questions. Would definitely come again next time we visit. The food prices are on the higher end but that seems due to paying extra for the ambience and experience of the restaurant + ability to go to the observation deck. We also saw fireworks which really pretty ✨✨ Yummy pecan pie 🥧

I was nervous about eating here because of the mixed reviews, but I'm happy we went anyway. This was the best start of 2023. The views were amazing!!!! The food was delicious. The waitresses were attentive and super friendly. The kids menu was also wonderful. My husband and I were surprised with how large the portions were for the kids. I highly recommend, especially for families with kids. We reserved a table right at opening (11:30am) the restaurant was not crowded and we didn't wait long for our meals.

We enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner with spectacular views. The service was excellent and professional. The food was quite good, with the only exception being that my medium rare steak was more on the rare side (not a deal breaker at all). We even had it timed out perfectly to have the 10pm fireworks happen right as we were facing the show. All in all a very nice experience.

4 star food and service , 7 star view and experience . High prices because of obvious reasons. Kids menu available with huge portions . Buffett restaurant is closed due to COVID restriction . Prefix menu offered for early dinner. Huge selection of wine and drinks , we ordered seafood pasta and salmon and I must say it was way better than what I expected. We were able to make a last minute reservation for a party of 3 on a Friday (the stars had aligned). When you enter the building there are 2 gift shops downstairs and an arcade in the basement. They ask that you wait until 15 minutes before your reservation to get your reservation tickets. Keep in mind there are dinner and observation reservations (each require a ticket). You then wait in line to enter the glass door elevators that take you up to the restaurant. It was a bit chaotic as there are several groups entering and exiting the elevators. We were seated within 5 minutes. The view is spectacular. The restaurant revolves within 365 degrees in an hour; which allows time for photos. We ordered the calamari, garlic bread, salmon entree, prime rib entree and New York strip entree; they each were cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. They give you free bread w/ butter after ordering. The alcoholic drinks ranged between $10-$14 (pending the drink). Overall an amazing experience but keep in mind it is an experience so the cost is pricey. They do have parking, they have a kids menú and if you have dinner reservations; the observation deck is free.

I was worried, given the mixed reviews. I'm glad I came It's pricey, but I felt worth it- great food, rotating view, great views!! Food: delicious and portions were large. I had the 12oz prime rib, while my wife had the seabass. Both were perfect! As were the French onion soup and apple pie a la mode (get this if you have room) Service: staff was friendly and attentive The views were icing on the cake It's definitely an expensive meal, but worth it

Awesome time here, atmosphere is out of this world, it's changing so you dont realize your waiting for food, but when it comes your taste buds will be having their own out of this world experience, you have to try this Niagra Experience if nothing else, girlfriend says it was very romantic. She had salmon, and I had the Seafood pasta, we also had meatball appetizers, and Garlic bread with cheese, and cheesecake for dessert. We will come back next time we are in town.

We saw the sign as we drove up to the Hilton at Niagara Falls and began to anticipate supper. We had kids in our party, but we had a table quickly. Our host changed and explained how things would happen. Basically when the coaster in front of your plate is turned to green, men dressed as gauchos will bring grilled meet to you until you turned it to the red side. First you hit the amazing salad bar which has so much more than salad. There are soup and many sides to choose from. We were all very satisfied. Even the little guys enjoyed the live music. It isn't cheap by any standard, but it is quality and the servers are ever so polite. I highly recommend this experience.

A bit fast paced with meats constantly coming to the table but our kids (all under 12) loved it. Even our picky eater was able to find plenty between the buffet style and the meats cut at the table. The prime sirloin was well spiced and a table favorite as well as the grilled pineapple. The pineapple was probably our absolute favorite as it's grilled with cinnamon and thin cut. Fantastic. Cocktail selection is decent as well (had a Bourbon Berry Bramble that I'd recommend if you enjoy whiskey). Though still expensive, this is probably the best value restaurant at the Hilton. I'd recommend going early if with kids for the best experience and later if just with adults in order to enjoy the live entertainment.

Amazing restaurant for meat lovers. Good selection of meats. Good all you can eat buffet selection. Meats coming out often and you can ask them to make it way you like. Grilled pineapple was best I've ever tried. Great times. Will come back again!!! Cheers

BEST PLACE TO EAT I had to delete my positive feedback to write an even better one I had an special moment last Saturday and it was amazing, Ryan the server was extremely good in what he does. The meat once again was the best of the best, and we our deserts for free. First time ever I ask for a cup of milk with my desert and I got it!!! Very impressed. Everything is 10 /10 I asked to eliminate the local fee as I am Not tourist and it was not a problem Totally coming back a few times more before the year is done

Brasa is a bit pricey in my opinion. It is located at the ground floor of Hilton Hotel. I didn't enjoy their choice cuts of grilled meats, I had a tough time chewing it, not as tender as I would have liked it, we were also rushed because they were taking out the grilled meats so fast that we felt full so fast. The best in my opinion was the grilled pineapple. At the end of the service, prepare to be shock because the final price will include the 15% tip, HST and another added tax on top of it. If you ask me if I would go back again, I'll say no, once is enough, it's just for the experience.

Brazilian all-you-can-eat ultimate choice! A full dining experience! We came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and we had such a great time. The food was amazing, dancers were very interactive, staff were attentive.

Excellent ambien with live music. It was pretty busy even on a week night. Consider the price for dinner, I was hoping they have rack of lamb and grilled shrimps, similar to other Brazilian steak places we have visited. The steaks and the leg of lamb were tasty. The salad bar and side dishes have wide varieties and fresh. The server was friendly and attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner and the music.

The lamb and three of the steak choices were very good! The salad bar, if you notice has large diameter bowls of useless things like olives, pickles that were Old and hardly anyone touches! The horrible taste like cardboard, prepared salads! Taboulie, "Brazilian rice" and dry collard greens were an Insult!!!!! The smoked salmon, seafood salad and seafood ciopino was just okay. Fortunately, they had a great variety of vinegars that I tried to resuscitate that disaster!!! $70 for this is an insult. The atmosphere and the band is enjoyable! The meats are Not wood fire grills anymore, only cooked on gas!!!

Food and staff are excellent. Very pricey and weren't told of prices till we sat down. But the chef was very accommodating to my husband's allergies. Definitely recommend for a special occasion dinner.

Today was my first time as a customer. Four of us went and enjoyed a great meal with no complaints. The desserts were very good too. The staff was excellent. Our waitress Angela M. Was the most personable who just wanted to make sure her customers were happy and had everything they needed. She went well above and beyond highly appreciated as if things went a little longer in the kitchen She would let us know. This weekend was leading up to the 4th of July on Tuesday so they were busy. Overall it was a great experience. Will be back again.

This place was a 10! We were so happy to find a restaurant that was open a little later than the rest - we were so hungry! Our waiter Keenan was friendly and helpful! We ordered a burger, ribs and the appetizer platter! All were delicious! Everyone was so kind to let us finish up dinner even though it was closing time. Thanks so much for being a happy memory from our trip to Niagara!

This place is fun, and very themed. While the hostess seemed a little cold, our waitress was wonderful. The manager had to come to our table for a coupon, and she was wonderful as well. While the food was a little more expensive then I normally would like, it was worth it all the way around.

We ordered Ribs Steak Shrimp Trio to share between and it was really good. The steak was cooked perfectly at medium rare. The ribs were almost fall off the bone tender and the coconut shrimps were alright. Saw a lot of reviews about poor service, they were not completely wrong. The waiter checked on us 3 times which was a fair amount of visits. However when we needed someone to bring us extra plates or the check, we had a hard time getting a waiter. Overall a very fun place to dine at.

Finally, I found the best foods and services around NY. Rainforest Cafe at Niagara Fall is the BEST. * The staff in any direction are awesome with a good attitude and friendly with a smile on their face. The waiter will stop by to check if everything is good every time they passed our table. * The meals are fabulous and very tasty. * I really recommend that all Niagara Fall visitors should eat here vs. Hard Rock Cafe and especially the Cam Building that's by Niagara Fall, Maid if the Mist. Rainforest Cafe is about 10 minutes walk from Maid of the Mist.

This was a great experience for us. Like nothing we have around us so it was nice. It was a little pricey but you are definitely paying for the experience here. The staff was very friendly and good was good.

5/5 atmosphere (let’s be honest that’s why people go here above all else right?) 5/5 service. 3/5 quality of food. Not great. High prices but typical for tourist area. Would go again with kids for the atmosphere. Wouldn’t go just for the food though. 4 stars.

An amazing atmosphere eating in the jungle. The only problem with this location is the open doors which let in too much light and take away from feeling transported to the jungle, like the other locations I have eaten at do. The overpriced food is not worth the money either. My three kids had a $15 cheeseburger kids meal and the wife and I split a veggie wrap. Almost $100 for three kid meals, one adult meal, no drinks or anything extra! I can spend money on a good meal, but this was not money well spent. If you want to enjoy the view, plan to split an appetizer and eat a meal elsewhere.

There are larger Rain forest cafe's. This one was alright, though. $30 for parking. The new menu the waitress didn't know. A few things were forgotten on one plate. Burger was good. Coconut shrimp was just ok. Chicken sandy was also good. 45 minutes wait at 3 pm on a sat. Don't go to the arcade next door. 5 bucks a game for the one and only game we played. Utilize the free games out back, pong, bags, and checkers. I give it a 3.5 stars overall

Expensive, but what isn't anymore? I got the steak, shrimp and ribs. It was great. Steak was perfect and melted in your mouth. Shrimp were very flavorful and the ribs fell off the bone. The onion rings and beer didn't disappoint either. All fantastic! Worth the trip! Great atmosphere.

WOW!!! I wish there were more stars. I went in with my wife and daughter. The atmosphere was amazing. The staff were super nice. I drove two hours to go there and the food DID NOT disappoint. I highly recommend their original steak burger. Mine was cooked perfect, sitting next to amazing, fresh fries. The beer was cold and refreshing. My wife enjoyed her never ending supply of coca cola, which our waitress never let get below half. Their homemade BBQ sauce is probably the best out there. There wasn't anything out of place AND they have staff dedicated to keeping the whole place clean and safe! THANK YOU for the best experience!!! We will be back!!!

The food is amazing, typical american food with loud music, but you can still talk good enough with friends and family! Service was friendly and always filled our drinks up as soon as they were empty. Its just a tourist spot and the prices are maybe for some people too much. But as a whole definitely worth it to got there!

We had a great experience. The service couldn’t have been better. The waitress was extremely attentive and went above and beyond. The food was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable. We also could see the fireworks over the falls from a bench outside.

Best ribs in a while! Served with chips and beans. All delicious. Service at the bar is really friendly and good. Delicious cocktails also. Great place to grab some lunch after exploring the falls. End your meal with a visit to their shop also.

I am collecting memories of every city I go to. I make sure I will visit a Hard Rock Cafe if there is one. The Niagara cafe is extra special as it was established the same year I was born. Our server is superb and friendly. Reservation is needed. Took us an hour to wait for our table but it's worth it and expected. I always love their food - burgers and desserts and drinks.

The food was delicious but cold. Poor waitress was running around crazy due to how busy it was! But she was still amazing. The cook staff was fairly new and messed up our orders but we didn't care 🤣 we were too hungry. Will Def be back if time allows.

Not a good branch of Hard Rock Coffee. We stopped for brunch, we ordered two salades,they were dry, and the proportion between the vegetables and the dominated sauce was really unclear. In conclusion we did not enjoy the meal.

Yesterday night (Sat, Jan 22nd 2022) I visited Hard Rock Cafe, Niagara Falls, NY. The food was great and the server very kind. I had the Hurricane drink that comes with the glass. Once finished, when I was in the store I wanted the regular glass. However, the manager said that the glass I wanted was not included, but the 50 years version. Then I decided to take both, so I bought the regular one plus the special edition that came with the drink. The point is that the manager was very disrespectful in her manners. I felt like she was watching us while shopping and mad because I wanted the regular glass. Her face was a hate face once me and my friend started speaking Spanish between us. I always spoke in English to her and the cashier. We felt discriminated, which is ridiculous because this is a touristic place. I love Hard Rock Cafe but they should consider to hire kinder managers who treat everybody the same way. It was our first time in Niagara Falls, but our last time in Hard Rock Cafe NF, NY.

My hubby, bestie and I went to the hardrock while in niagara. The whole town and area was super busy that day due to a festival happening but they got us right in, sat us in the VIP lounge and the waitress was awesome! She immediately brought us like 5 glasses of water (we must have looked thirty haha) and got our appetizer order of the flat bread pizza which was delicious! We each got a different type of burger and loved every one of them. The service was friendly, fast and the atmosphere just awesome. We loved it there and would recommend it to anyone in the area. And the prices are pretty good compared to alot of eateries in the area.

It was open! We watched the fireworks at the Falls and made it to the Hard Rock at about 10:15. It was opened and despite closing at 10:30, we were greeted and served with a smile. The service was prompt and the food came out fast… and it was so good! My daughter loved her hot dog kids meal. My son enjoyed the Diablo burger, but said it wasn’t very “Diablo”. My wife got the flatbread appetizer as her main course, and it was good, but not extremely flavorful. I got the mac and cheese with chicken, which was hearty and extremely flavorful. It was so good! We even did the touristy thing and bought some Hard Rock swag. The lady running that section of the facility was incredibly helpful and helped us get what we needed.

My first hard rock cafe. Was a little skeptical at first but very impressed. Even the water they served tasted it was from the spring. The spicy shrimp appetizer was amazing. Hurricane and the Black Berry Sangria was perfect. Had the smashed Country Burger. It's was great, not the best burgers I have had but was very good 😊
