Very friendly staff. Good gift shop. Light shows/effects inside the observation deck. Reasonably priced. Fantastic food available outside: desert crepes, Japanese street food. Good restaurants on the inside. Know that your ticket allows you up and down once.

Absolutely worth the trip: the staff is very friendly, they make for an atmosphere of learning, and if you pay the extra visit you get a bit of history, a higher deck view and cellphone to hold for audio and view references in different languages. I wanted originally to go via stairs and then further up, but the stairs closed at 16:00. They offer you a photo and something to drink, which is a bit cumbersome among the small crowded place, but well intentioned. The views along explanations and general will and sentiment of the tower make the experience lovely in my opinion: many buildings were planned with the tower in mind, and the view is not as high as other observatories, but certainly clearer, which was a big advantage in my opinion. As I wanted to do the stairs I came back the next day, was disappointed I had to pay again the full ticket, and you only get a small card now right at the beginning. The open air is not fully open air, but understandable since there is no staff in between. I would’ve given a full 5 stars were it not for the fact that you have to pay the full price for stairs and especially if it’s not your first visit. Cafe staff much friendlier and I could keep the cup as mentioned on the menu. I would recommend more vegan choices and making it clear for those that left the cup in the tray. I would recommend the organizers to give a smaller price for stair choices. It will make people want to be healthy, and too tired to not buy drinks and food to replenish themselves after a sport act. It’s a win-win situation!

One of the most iconic landmarks in Tokyo (and Japan). This tower has over 60 years of history and has appeared in many media. It's easily accessible via Tokyo Metro and a few minutes of walk after that. You can come here during day or night and it is still a great place for photo. You'll have to pay to go up the deck, but if you're content with taking pictures outside, it's still a good experience. There are several hidden spots to taking a good photo of the tower. One of it is near the slope to the tower, but you'll have to queue for about 15~30 mins to get to your turn.

I am a big fan of high-altitude-architectural structures. Not only is experience breathe taken, but they allow me to reflect on the genius minds that put a concept like the Tokyo Tower together and the hard work that was put into such an attraction. I really enjoyed the history provided on the tower by the professional and courteous guides. The prices was affordable and worth the magnificent view. Just ensure to get the ticket to the very top. You will be happy that you did. Also there is a food court and gift shop at the bottom of the tower and you will see it once the tour is complete. There will be opportunities to have your photo taken by the staff throughout the tour. You will be provided a free photo and have the option to purchase some of your photos taken during the tour. The staff will let you know which ones are free and which ones you will have to pay for. You will be excited, satisfied, and educated after you have completed the tour.

Wow, what a great place to see all of Tokyo and it’s great for any occasion. A date night, teaching your kids about Tokyo or just to have a fun adventure. I recommend this as a Must see for everyone in Tokyo. Go all the way to the top at least once.

One of the best places you can visit in Tokyo. It is taller than the Eiffel tower, but weights less. It is hard to believe they built it by hand. There is a paying parking near by. It is even better if you can go during a day when they have Taiwanese festival behind the tower. Ki two birds with the same stone. Also, there is a possibility to take the stairs. You have the kiss can at the top when you get to the top.

We visited the Tokyo tower yesterday and it was amazing. The place is open for long so we went in around 9pm and avoided the rush. We only went to the main deck 150m above but you can also go into the upper deck 300m above the city. The views were fantastic and we were able to enjoy it better as the city lights come on fully in the night. The ticket were reasonable, we paid ¥1200 per person and the top deck costs ¥3000 per person. You can buy tickets at the venue without booking through 3rd parties.

Went to the main deck, beautiful views of Tokyo and a nice gift shop. On the lower main deck there's a cafe and some cool light fixtures. The top deck ticket seems expensive but is quite a bit higher up than the main deck, although the main deck is very nice itself. I recommend going at sunset to see both daytime and nighttime views, both are beautiful.

Tokyo Tower is a beautiful and large tower. You can get a great view from the main observation deck and pay a little more to go even higher up. The tower offers a 360 view of the Tokyo skyline. It is a must see when visiting Tokyo, Japan. The tower gets light-up at night and it's am extremely beautiful sight to see. Anyone going to Japan must visit this tower. Many good food options inside along with many, many great shops and stalls to get good souvenirs at.

Visiting the Tokyo Tower was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Tokyo. Go up and enjoy the view, try to go during the day then at night if possible. The first few floors has a food court that are easily accessible by stairs to the right upon entering.

A must go place in Tokyo! Awesome views of the Tokyo skyline and city. Also a historic landmark in Tokyo. Parking nearby available too. Not as busy as Tokyo Skytree which is nice. There is a lot of gift shops nearby with cool stuff. Some restaurants in the area too. Very cool place to visit. If it is your first time going I would go all the way to the top of the tower it is a very cool tour and great views you can get some really nice pictures of Tokyo.

On such a nice day, I had to get an aerial view of Tokyo. I went on a Sunday and while it was busy, it wasn't crowded busy. I queued for an adult ticket which cost me 1200 yen for an adult. You then are directed around to see some history and pictures of the tower before moving to the area for the elevator. There was an different line for those who paid 3000 yen for the upper deck tour. The elevator to the main deck was pretty fast so I didn't wait more than few minutes. Once up on the deck, I was able to move very freely around and take photos

I visited the Tokyo Tower In the morning and at night. I got to say going at night is a lot better then going in the morning. I took the top deck tour which includes main deck as well. Incredible 360 view from all decks. You will want to spend extra for the top deck tour! Tour includes a elevator stop at every deck and includes tea or lemon juice at one of the levels and throughout talks about the history of the tower. Such a great experience would recommend anyone visiting Tokyo! As I do not know the Japanese language they have an English version of the tour. It is cheaper if you get the tickets online only takes a minute at most. The top deck tour includes a free photo at the end which was a plus.

One of the most popular bridge in Tokyo. Great view and great atmosphere around this area. There's a lot of amazing view point here.

good view while walking and it’ is FREE!! it is actually a place to walk and accessible. make sure to check the website about the opening and closing hours. it depends on the season. it is also nice to catch the sunset here ans make sure you try both sides of the bridge. :)

Rainbow bridge was a thrilling experience in all. I visited it when the Olympics just wrapped up from Japan so I was able to see the five beautiful rings too. I waited a long time and many others too to watch the rainbow bridge light up in the night. I was not lucky to see the rainbow colour light it as it only happens on special occasions. That day the light combinations were red and white, which are listed on their website too. So you can easily check it out before making your plans if you want to see the rainbow colours.

A beautiful suspension bridge connecting Odaiba to the rest of Tokyo. The views from the monorail journey to or from Odaiba which crosses the bridge is an attraction itself and should definately be experienced for the great views it provides. Train lovers rejoice!

Modern and stylish place to visit 😎 The Christmas market during Dec is held here in the Oyane plaza, very festive although it’s a bit difficult to stay long as the big crowd could be a bit too much x)

While almost anyone is very fond of high towers and the view they offer, unfortunately (for me maybe), I'm not at all impressed. What you see is a lot of concrete, although Tokyo is much greener than one would think and the city has some good architecture, but almost no real urban planning. Óh yeah, and the tower has an "exclusive" club with fine restaurants, but the city is full of those as well...

One of the best office area of Tokyo. All facilities are available, you just name it. So many awesome restaurants. Mori Stephen Tower itself is great piece of architecture. Highly recommended the visit. Parking also available but quite expensive.

The underrated City view tower in Tokyo. The view is overwhelming that you could view the city 360 degree with Tokyo Tower and Skytree. When I was there, there is a architect gallery which is somehow unique and unexpected. Below is a shopping malls in tokyo, among all I love the mall here, artistic and relaxing feel.

One of the best attraction sites in Tokyo. Can enjoy the various exhibitions offered in the building, special restaurants, the great view of Tokyo city from the top floor. There are some good brands shops. In term of prices, shopping here is expensive comparing to other areas around Tokyo. There is also special Christmas festival.

Used to be the heart of night life in Tokyo, although it’s still a cool place for nightlife it’s slowly turning into an art district sort of place.

Amazing spot to take photos of the Tokyo skyline. Sunset was amazing. It's a little bit complicated - you need to buy a ticket to the art gallery and then, from there, you can buy a ticket to the rooftop viewing platform. Well worth it. The art gallery was quite interesting too even though that wasn't my reason for visiting.

It was Lee Ufan's exhibition that's showing when I visited. This place is just amazing. If you're an Arts fan, this place is a must to visit. There will be several halls that have different exhibitions, so you may just pay which exhibition that you would like to visit. Besides, the architectural designs of this building is amazing too. I totally enjoyed my time here.

It's not really air conditioned so it's easy to feel warm and thirsty. It's free but most of what's being displayed requires admission of some kind around $5 per person. Not expensive but most of it isn't free. What I saw definitely interesting and I took a lot of pictures and translated a lot of the captions

This museum is amazing place such as architecture glass wall for exterior and for my surprised that is the umbrella stand you can see object like a flying saucer in front the museum is so great! . Futhermore in the backside museum when you go from the subway you can see the umbrella stand before entrance and important for keep your umbrella also have the key to lock it is so in detail for visitor.

Went there for the Tate exhibition. Very interesting collection showing collections of different artists with the theme of light. Detailed explanation on the artwork were shown in written or video forms, allowing deeper understanding of the artists' creation process. There were free exhibitions besides the Tate exhibition. Can spend half a day in the museum if want to walk through all the exhibitions. Free ￥100 coin lockers were available. Can store the bags and walk freely around. The coin would be returned when you get back your items in locker. One more good point was that plenty rest corners and seats were available along the exhibitions and outside the exhibitions. Can take intermittent rest from the walking.

This art center has got to be one of my favorite places to visit while in Tokyo. There are 3 floors showcasing paintings, photography and sculptures all by Japanese artists. It cost 1000 yen for the regular exhibits and 2200 yen for the "Light" exhibit from the Tate museum, which I found was the least impressive. There are coffeeshops\restaurants on each floor with different menus. Highly recommended to spend a few hours exploring the different art works.

We visited on a Sunday morning, and everything looked good, but not enough indoor lighting, so the ambiance was not sufficient for Instagram. I got the premium coffee in the level 1 cafe. However, for the price they're charging here, I would instead go for a drip coffee in a Starbucks. We drank our coffee on the outside terrace. This is the highlight of our stay since its relaxing nature feels in this area. Overall, all good here.

Great art centre where various exhibitions can be visited. The architecture of the place is already worth the visit. Staff is very friendly, there are some options to have a snack/lunch/drink and the gift shop also has some nice items. All in all I would recommend to go here! Most exhibitions are free, others may charge a little fee.

The Museum was jointly designed by Kisho Kurokawa and Nihon Sekkei, Inc. It comprises of 12 exhibition rooms, an auditorium, 3 cafes, museum shop ,art library and a restaurant. It's one of the biggest museums in the country.

Went to see the special exhibition of Damien Hirst. The building has an amazing design (including somewhere that was included in ‘Your name’ movie), and the exhibition itself was greatly put into place. Probably going again before it’s over.

3 floors of Japanese art exhibits. Free admission and super friendly and helpful staff makes the visit here extremely inviting and pleasant. Lots of Japanese calligraphy and historical paintings, landscapes and other rural scenery depictions. I had hoped to see more sculpture and 3D art, but this is mostly 2D paintings and a lot of historical calligraphy. I spent about 2 to 3 hours here and didn't see everything. I'm not a huge art connoisseur, but I still felt fascinated by the exhibits and if I had more time I likely would have stayed longer and appreciated the visit more. I would go back next time I'm visiting Tokyo.

Beautiful art center! Ofcourse it was busy because of the Kimi No Wa scene. But the exhibits are beautiful - specifically the calligraphy art by high school students. very beautifully done! I wish we got to try to cafe but the line was super long. Also, there is no AC in the common areas. It’ll be hot so bring some water!

It’s free to enter the building but you have to pay to see any exhibit. Most of them seem to be around ¥700, and the one I’ve been too was absolutely worth it. Would definitely come back to see more. The cafe and the restaurant are very stylish too 😎

Mori Art Museum has come up with a new theme which includes something about effects of tsunami and nuclear power plant explosion and so on. Their idea is really much appreciated but I actually wanted to see the old art which actually made me to visit the Museum but okay not bad but not satisfied, cheers for the work

Wow! First time going to an Art Museum on 52nd floor of a building. Didn’t feel the speed of the lift moving up. There was a special art display depicting artists who wanted to show how Covid19 affected the world for 3 long years. Interesting exhibition.

Interesting and inspiring exhibition which has been thoughtfully curated. My son studying Art at high school found many pieces motivating and inspirational. Highly recommend a visit if interested in contemporary art.

Amazing collection - so well thought out, every piece was thought provoking and interesting. Loved the gift shop too. Bought tickets when we arrived with no issues, we went at around 4pm on a Wednesday.

I came to this art museum in 2019. During that time there was an exhibition of contemporary art. Most of it is an installation art or a conceptual design work from students participating in the exhibition. I am impressed with this place due to its excellent arrangement, even on a crowded day, I can still access the exhibition easily. It has a perspective by overlooking the city of Tokyo and also offers a full range of coffee and beverages. which is suitable for relaxing and spending time with family on vacation. Although the museum is located on the top floor of the building (over 50 floors) it is not a problem to access, but it makes for a better atmosphere to walk through these tall buildings.

<Listen to the Sound of the Earth Turning: Our Wellbeing since the Pandemic> was the exhibition when I was there. Glad to be back after the pandemic. This is definitely a gallery that you should visit if you're into arts. I appreciate the artworks a lot here.

The place look amazing, there is no doubt. Unfortunately it is so touristy I felt i was in a Japanese restaurant abroad. 20s pop music, completely took you away from an authentic experience. I live in Japan and I am aware of the culture where the waiters and cooks will shout to welcome or say goodbye to a customer, but they screamed SO loud it actually was uncomfortable. As for food, mediocre. Some things are good, some so so. But + points for fast service. It is a shame that such unique place has to bow to western culture so much: with minor changes this place could be great! Over all the experience was fine

Seen a lot of reviews before booking. All reviews mentioning Kill bill movie. This is not the only reason the restaurant deserves all the hype and good reviews. The food, service and atmosphere were amazing. We were greeted by Mario the manager whom was very nice and helpful. They also have a Halal menu for lunch which is really positive in Tokyo. Would recommend this restaurant highly!!

This is our favorite izakaya. 1. We love Kill Bill and this place was the inspiration of the famous fight scene. 2. The food is delicious and affordable. They also offer an all you can drink mention. Definitely a plus! 3. The service is amazing. We came on a Saturday night without a reservation. They get packed during weekends but the server was so nice and accommodating to our requests. The workers definitely make the place shine. Tip: Make sure you make a reservation. Saves you a lot of time!

Great food and atmosphere. There was also a show going on to brighten the mood. Wasn’t as busy as there was extra tables and the whole 2nd floor was empty. Definitely a place to visit, especially since this is the place where a scene from Kill Bill was from.

Great place famous for the movie 🎥 KILL BILL. Also lots of celebrities love this place ! We went on the third floor more specialized in sushi and Californian rolls on their beautiful terrace! Beautiful place to enjoy summer and as we were celebrating my birthday, the staff surprised us with a beautiful dessert plate ! Loved the evening :)) Great sushi rolls very good tofu ( their specialty) edamame and desserts!

Nice touristy place that’s much bigger than the usual Japanese Izakaya joint. A lot of English speaking foreign staff. Very vibrant with a lot of loud cheering and energy. Lighting is slightly dim but prob to go with the atmosphere. Good variety of food yet the courses we ordered tasted much better than expected.

A fun place to eat. The interior is so huge that you can walk around the two floors, The upper floor is a balcony that looked down on the tables. The restaurant was the inspiration for some scenes in the movie Kill Bill. When i was there, a group of diners came dressed in the yellow Uma Thurman jump suit. The food was varied and delicious. The service was great.

While definitely not where they filmed Kill Bill, the inspiration is clear. This place was well worth the trip. The food is more pricey than most Izakaya's but it was delicious. Highly recommend trying the Toro stick, soba, and the homemade ginger highball was one of the best I've ever had. Will definitely be visiting again.

Food and service were both good. The zenzai dessert was just delicious. Here we found staff with a much better-than-average level of English compared to other restaurants in Tokyo/Japan - as a result there is a slightly less local vibe.

Very cool spot! This restaurant inspired a couple scenes in the movie Kill Bill. It's a very busy spot so get reservations! If you are a solo traveler you have to call to make a reservation for one. (corrected) BUT I walked in and was seated within 5min since there are ample spots at the bar. You are right in the thick of it too! Oh and the food was excellent as well! (If you ask nicely they will let you see the rooftop terrace where another scene was inspired from the movie)

Very cool restaurant that was the inspiration for the Kill Bill movie famous fight scene. Recommend reservations that are easy to make ahead of time online. We enjoyed one of the preset course meals and got to watch a lot of the cooking. Fun atmosphere and really good food. Visited here in March.

Very nice and peaceful environment. You can feel Japan in their courtyard. And you can see Tokyo tower just up there. Quiet and feel relax. Everything they provide is tasty and gentle. Must try if you are in Tokyo and have time with money. Lunch is not that expensive also! It’s reasonable.

An iconic foodie destination in Tokyo, right under Tokyo Tower and yet worlds away from the hustle and bustle of the modern world. Elegant private rooms with impeccable service and delectable courses. The tofu is a central ingredient but all dishes are rave worthy. Visit during the week for lunch if you’re on a budget. Worth multiple visits to enjoy the gardens through the changing seasons.

Lovely garden and atmosphere, the kindest and most polite staff.. I had an amazing time here overall. For someone who doesn’t eat meat (I am pescatarian) they were able to change the course meal option from meat to fish as well. And the tofu was the best I’ve had in Japan!!

One of my best memory of Japan: Tofu-ya Ukai. A perfect experience from end to end. The restaurant is beautiful, the waitresses are so nice, and the food is just amazing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Tokyo 🤩😍

Absolutely amazing dinner experience. The buildings at the foot of Tokyo Tower are a step back into time. The food is brilliant. Personal favourites included the deep-fried tofu with miso, the deep-fried eggplant wit hsesame sauce and the tofu in warm konbu soup. As you may have guessed, each of the Ukai restaurants has an ingredient theme. For this one, you will want make sure you like tofu before booking :-) If you do, it's culinary heaven. Also, be aware that set menu prices start at 15.000 yen. That's a fair bit, but I've had more expensive dining experienes that weren't half as good.

Good location and very beautiful Japanese garden. It is kind of perfect and particular Japanese image. Dishes are very detailed and precise layout and decoration as usual Japanese traditional restaurant. Tofu soup is so sensitive taste and base soup “Dashi” is gentle but great harmony of Tofu.

This is a beautiful establishment nestled in a Japanese garden near Tokyo Tower. The food is healthy, delicious and elegantly presented (I particularly like the tofu simmered in soup, it was so rich in flavour). The service is impeccable. This is absolutely one of the best restaurants we visited in our trip and we would definitely return. Worth every penny!

Incredible experience!!! In the middle of Tokyo, just under the Tokyo tower you can have a wonderful experience. It’s not just a great restaurant but it’s a lot more. The Guedes, the quite rooms, the bar. Don’t forget to get a reservation before to go there. A part of the menu.. try the Sake

One of the best meals and experiences in Tokyo! You can tell chef Yuki really cares about his ingredients and presentation of food. So genuine! His ingredients are from his hometown Ise - each plate tells a nice story (he has a display book that explains where the ingredients came from). He also speaks great English and is very nice to converse with - you can hear the pride of his hometown and taste his vision for food. Can’t wait to come back!

May 2023 - Tiny, off to the side counter seating restaurant. All the ingredients are incredibly fresh and from the chef’s hometown. Perhaps just short of truly special, but a great meal overall. Sake pairing worked well, recommended. Could return.

Words and photos cannot describe what an amazing experience we had at Ise Suryoshi. Upon entering we were warmly greeted to our private dining area, we had the full course with sake pairing which is the best choice. The mackerel and beef dishes are to die for! The matcha dessert is also out of this world! This is definitely one of the highlights of our visit to japan and we are glad we’ve visited Ise Sueyoshi. Keep up the good work!

Exquisite Kaiseki! I’ve had many Kaiseki dinners in Japan and this was one of the best. The chef, Yuki, is charming and speaks English. He takes great pride in presenting the finest ingredients from his hometown and prefecture. The presentation is beautiful on lovely seasonal ceramics and dishes. The sake pairing was fantastic, and Yuki explained the characteristics of each of the 8 sakes served. Finally, I’m not such a big dessert person but the chocolate and matcha fondant was incredible! Don’t miss this little jewel box restaurant.

We had a great dining experience here. The chef impressed us is not just the tastes of the dinner but his enthusiasm on picking the ingredients. You would be amazed by his profession and how much work he put on for preparing the dishes. Highly recommended for tourists because the staff speak good English. Sublime !! Sublime !! Sublime !! Chef Yuki was very charming, inviting and he explained and tell little story behind the creation of every dish he artfully prepared. He takes pride of his hometown of Ise and only showcase the best ingredients and sakes he could source from there. Ise Sueyoshi is going to be our returning restaurant whenever we are back in Tokyo. The tiny restaurant has only 4 bar seats and a private room. Highly recommended and not to be missed !

Can’t speak highly enough of Chef Yuuki at Ise Sueyoshi in Tokyo for those who are looking to have a gluten-free kaiseki experience. I am a celiac. Was able to select that I have a gluten allergy when I made my reservation, and Chef Yuuki’s wife Mary Tanaka-San emailed me soon after to confirm and assure me I would be taken care of. At first when we arrived I was nervous because my menu was the same as my boyfriend’s without noting gluten-free, but that’s just because Chef Yuuki managed to make me gluten-free versions of exactly what everyone else ate! He continuously assured me of gluten-free soy sauce, miso, and rice coating on the fried items. We had the sake pairing too. Absolutely wonderful. This place is not cheap and you need reservations. Four seats at the chef's table and another small room to the side. It’s a fine dining experience for those who are looking for that.

I experienced my first kaiseki at Ise Sueyoshi recently and had such a lovely dining experience. Chef Yuuki personally served and explained every course and there's even a book that showcases the region everything is sourced from (Ise). The flavors may not be for everyone (I think some in my party found the mountain vegetables a bit strong) but I really appreciated the thought and care that went into coming up with and plating every dish. My favorite course was definitely the wagyu which was honestly way better than what we had in Kobe. I chose this place because it was easy to book for foreigners and has accommodations for some dietary needs (like veg) unlike many other places.

We were dying to try a kaiseki experience in Japan, and we were so happy to find this one. Chef Yuuki was so kind and explained all of the dishes in detail. There is also a book to show photos of each region the ingredients come from and Chef Yuuki explained how he was personally connected to each one. The whole dinner was such a cool experience. Our favorite dishes were the matcha tempura lobster, the udon noodle soup, the sashimi and the matcha chocolate cake! I noted in the reservation that I was a pescatarian, and they had no problem creating alternative dishes for me. Thank you again for making our night so special. :)

Some of the best beef I’ve ever had. We had the Kobe tenderloin, and the A5 special. Both were very very good. Each came with a lunch set. Super friendly staff and they spoke English. You get to sit in your individual cubicle looking room.

This has got to be the best steak house I've been to. The location took me by surprise a bit, but once you go in, it is a completely different vibe. We get our own room with this big, beautiful table. The service staff are topnotch. They are very attentive and friendly. The food is on another level. The presentation 👌, the taste 😋, the portions.

[Updated few days later after first review] So, the restaurant saw my review and gallantly offered to invite my father and I for another meal which I eventually did go by myself. This is indeed true Japanese hospitality which I have not experienced elsewhere. For this, it deserved compliments for good effort. Service was excellent as per what I had read earlier before my first visit. I had the same Kobe beef. It definitely tasted better than my first visit but whether it is worth the price, I will leave it for individuals to comment. —————————————————/- I went to this place to give my dad who’s a beef lover a treat and chose the most expensive set on the menu - Kobe beef tenderloin steak which costs a whopping 19500¥ per set. And boy were we disappointed. Personally I find the Kobe beef a little charred and too salty. It is not as melt in the mouth as I would expect it to be given the hefty amount and the excellent reviews I have read online, particularly on this platform. Frankly I have tried Kobe beef in Kyoto before at a traditional Japanese restaurant and the quality is much better. Service wise, it has definitely deteriorated going by what I have read online. I have to ask the waiter to come in to take orders and when we left it was just thank you and bye, definitely not what I have read that the staffs will bow to you and send you to the door. Not that I need that kind of service. Given that the price matches Michelin pricing, I would definitely expect more. For the quality of my lunch today, I would think even paying 10,000¥ is too much.

I celebrated an anniversary dinner with my partner at Kobe Beef. They noticed us coming in to their restaurant and had the door opened for us. All of the staff greeted us as soon as we got inside and we're extremely friendly. They lead us to a private room and explained everything we needed to know about their menu. The staff can speak English and we're very helpful. We ordered the Complete Kobe Course and it was such an amazing experience. Each dish was well presented and when it came out, they explained what was on our plates and the best way to eat. They regularly check up on you but will also give you privacy. There is a button you could press for service. It was our first time having Kobe Beef and would definitely recommend this place. Reasonable price for what you get. They also asked what we were celebrating and gave us free cheesecake to congratulate us. The service was exceptional and would definitely come again. Thank you for having us!

Expensive, but absolutely worth it! Have been to a few Kobe beef restaurants but this was by far the best. Great private dining atmosphere and amazing staff too.

From the moment you enter this place greeted by someone opening the front door for you, you're treated like a queen. Every party has its own room, so that's another posh aspect here. Our waitresses were very attentive and even engaged in a longer conversation when they discovered I spoke some Japanese. As for the food - what can I say? Delicious, simply delicious. What is funny is that I never expected to eat the best tomato in my life in a place that serves mainly beef, but here we are - the tomato was exquisite. We also loved their sake so so much!

Extremely delicious, everything was perfect from the quality of food to the service to the explanation of what we were eating to the perfect plating! We got the Kobe Beef Course which was extremely delicious which you can see by the pictures! Everything came with some Kobe beef in it which was cooked differently it was really interesting trying different ways of Kobe beef cooked differently. Would recommend coming here for Kobe beef, I'm surprised this place doesn't have a Michelin star!!

Our first dinner in Tokyo celebrating my partner’s birthday 🥳, I mentioned on OpenTable that it’s his birthday and customized the dessert, we both had the set menu in a private room which added to the experience. Worth it for special occasions.

Absolutely great food. Very good service. I was alone that evening, and I didn't really like to have a separate room for myself. But the food was delicious. The wine was insanely good

This was an experience which will be one of the highlights of our Japan journey. The service and food is something I have never experienced. I will not spoil the experience by describing it further, just know if you love food and drink, you will love the place. Worth every penny we spent.

We reserved a table to this restaurant to celebrate birthday while being in Tokyo. The restaurant is very close to subway station and easy enough to find although being located at -1 of a building. From the moment you enter you realize the restaurant is an exclusive place. We had a private room and the service was great, full of attention to our needs. We took a tasting menu, small portions but high quality. 11 dishes in total. Considering the food, wine, sake at the end of the dinner and the excellent service the total cost we paid was very reasonable.

Wow! Best beef I’ve ever had, all the courses were amazing, our server was lovely and the private dining experience was fantastic. They even gave us a sweet honeymoon surprise. Totally worth it, highly recommend.

Nice Ramen. No vegetarian options, BUT they did leave out the meat when I asked them to, which was a super nice surprise. The broth is still meat based, though. So if you're a hardliner, you might want to look for another place. Didn't care for the vibe though. Staff speaks English right away, that's Roppongi for you. Tasty, but would not go out of my way to eat here again ;3

Tasty food, friendly staff, and fast food. We had “特製赤丸” ramen, as shown in the pictures, which was so delicious. I took our server’s recommendation on how soft/hard the noodles should be cooked and it turned out to be perfect. Gyoza was okay, nothing special. I would recommend this place.

The food was completely amazing!!! The staff was so professional and super friendly which made the experience that much more enjoyable. The majority of the staff all speak English which makes it very easy to get my complicated order correct. I look forward to coming back and having the same if not a better experience than this time. This is by far my favorite chain ramen restaurant in Japan.

No doubt the best ramen Franchised internationally. Cozy and big restaurant. We were there on weekday, no queue but restaurant is almost full capacity. Staffs are friendly and respond fast. We ordered our noodle firm. Boy, they are crazy good! Broth are rich and savory yet not too thick. Not overly oily. Perfect to my likings. And noodle are chewy al dente. Exactly how i like them. Chasu slice are fragrant and tender. Not too fatty too. Perfect fattiness. I added 3 pcs of wonton and kikurage. Generous amount of kikurage. Im impressed! Wonton are perfectly boiled, skin tender yet not soggy. Meat is flavorful, and juicy. For my boy who dont eat spicy, he ordered non spicy one. Then we ordered gyoza. And we are loving it! Did i mention perfectly boiled umami egg? Never skip the egg. U will regret it lol For 3 pax, we spent ¥4.400 It worth every dime. Staffs are super friendly. And works very effectively. There are 4 staffs who handle the whole floor and kitchen. Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻 Last but not the last, i always love how most japanese restaurant prepare a jug of ice cold water/tea ready on the table for us to serve ourself. Aint that brilliant? Love that water jug anyway. Double layered, no condensation. Would definitely be back

Perfect ramen! We found it by accident from a Google review. Small queue outside :) There was a lot of space inside. Spicy ramen outstanding!! Be careful, the standard spiciness is already very spicy for a European! Gyoza is heaven in your mouth! Highly recommended!

The ramen and broth are so delicious (I recommend getting hard noodles) and you can even get a noodle refill for about 150 yen. I also got a bowl of rice with soft boiled egg, but unfortunately the yolk wasn't super creamy; that's probably my only complaint, but it was still really good. The gyoza are also perfect bite sized food and I'd recommend it as an appetizer or just eat it with your ramen. The service is really fast and there are a few employees who speak English well.

Ippodu offers a small selection of ramen with many different toppings and many different ways to customise your own dish (noodle firmness and spiciness). Their staff is really helpful, and most know a really good level of English - and if they don’t, they still figure it out. The dumplings are good too, but rather small. I would have loved more of them!

One of my favorite ramen chain! Would have given a five stars for this outlet if not for the foul smell coming from the toilet upon entry into the shop. Didn’t have to wait too long because we went at off peak timing. Noodles were good, soup good, meat good!

Not only do they offer the classic Tonkotsu ramen, but you can also customize your bowl with various toppings and spice levels. And if you're not in a ramen mood, they also have a selection of small plates and other noodle dishes to choose from. But let's get back to the ramen. The broth was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of saltiness. The noodles were perfectly cooked and had a satisfying chewiness. And the toppings were generous and well-balanced. I couldn't ask for a better bowl of ramen! Overall, I would highly recommend Ippudo in Roppongi. The quick service, English-friendly menu, and speedy line up make it an easy choice for tourists and locals alike. And the delicious bowl of ramen? That makes it a must-visit spot in Tokyo!
