The museum was very well put together. The staff was friendly and helpful to anyone who was there. Unfortunately I didn't have time to eat at the restaurant though. Next trip that will happen. The way the museum is mapped out, the quality of the pieces, and the audio self tour info really makes it fun. Just a few photos. Don't want to ruin it for your visit.

Stopped during our road trip and definitely wish we had had more time to spend here. If you’re a Harley fan, you’re going to want to check this place out. There are a ton of things to do.. shop, eat, ride.. even a museum (which looked awesome but we didn’t have the time to see). Prices were what you would expect, for the most part, for anything Harley.. some good deals to be had at the outlet. Make sure you have a few hours at least to spend here if you go!

Amazing museum. Great fun, very informative & interactive, detailed history. A must-visit for Harley-Davidson fans and enthusiasts. Love the bikes displayed chronologically from the first make till the latest one. Best part is that we can touch, feel, sit on some bikes and take photos. The gift shop is good. The outdoor area next to the river is beautiful. We enjoyed our visit very much 😊

Being a huge fan and considering these motorcycles world's most sophisticated and beautiful, visiting this museum was the top reason for our day trip from Chicago. I found the entry fee slightly over 20$ reasonable for exhibition spreading on 2 floors and top vault. Museum is well organized. The first floor (where you enter) starts with founding explanations, first models produced, HD role in WWI and WWII as well in almost all public services. Most interesting on the lower floor (ground floor) for me were the custom made and decorated models which are indeed work of art.

The Harley Davidson Museum is a must-see for anyone with an interest in motorcycles or American history. The exhibits are incredibly detailed and showcase the evolution of the iconic brand over the years. The museum is well-organized and easy to navigate, with plenty of informative displays and interactive exhibits. Absolutely fantastic. The cost is around 20$ a person. If you are a hog member, it is free. The effort and time put into preserving the history is commendable. I posted several pictures of the bikes. There are video documentaries there you can watch as well. They have a wall of all the tanks. They have a room with just the engines. I can't say enough. If you are a motorcycle enthusiast, add this place to your list. I would plan on spending a couple of hours here. There are plenty of spots to rest. Clean bathrooms.

Never had a chance to go while I lived here and man did I miss out on it until now. So much history in one place and so much to see. Seeing the older bikes really is something especially when you never get to see them up close ever. The restaurant is delicious and the shops are a must. Go enjoy the history here because it is awesome.

Cool place to go even if you are not a bike fanatic. I personally think the cost was a bit much for how small the museum was ($22 per adult, $5 additional for audio tour). Part of it is under construction. You do get free parking however. Really interesting to see the development of the bike and the company. You will take 1 hour and 1/2 at most unless you plan to read everything.

Very good experience. Unexpectedly huge place. So much history, original blue prints interactive media that will allow you to understand the combustion process, the difference between the twin motors..... amazing. And bar drinks and food were also pretty good. Price per Adult is 22 dollars

I'm not a Harley, motorcycle owner, or rider, but this museum was pretty cool. On display are bikes from every year from the start of Harley Davidson, 1903. And a wall of engines, you can even hear them run and see photos. Also a wall of the Harley gas tanks, Evil Knievel's bike, lots of memorabilia. And a few bikes to sit on and take photos. It was a lot of fun!

My father and I have always been motorcycle fans and when we found out that the Harley-Davidson showroom was in Milwaukee we had to go. They have two tour options and audio guided tour where you just walk at your own pace. We decided to walk at our own pace and had an amazing time looking at all the history of where Harley came from to where they are today. They have some absolutely amazing machines on display like the old school postmaster bikes, world war I and II sidecar bikes to there current selection. It was truly amazing seeing where they started and how far they've come and it definitely made my dad smile and brought back some amazing memories for him of when he used to work on his old Harley. They also have a restaurant bar and wedding venue there which I thought was amazing there was a wedding going on while we were visiting everyone was super cool could be a great spot for a wedding for any bike enthusiast. This is a must see when in Milwaukee.

My husband is the type to read everything. As there was a lot to read, we were there quite a while. I enjoyed seeing all the old bikes and learning more of Harley history. We had a nice lunch at the restaurant. Good selection of food and fair prices, comfortable atmosphere, and excellent service. My husband and son enjoyed getting to test ride the new 2023 lineups, including the Live Wire. The one thing that would have been nice would have been an area inside the museum where the ones who make it through quicker could get a cold drink and sit to relax. All in all, I still give a five-star rating

We visited the museum on Sunday noon. It was certainly a pleasant experience as Harley Davidson motorcycles are mostly a dream for anyone who has watched an Undertaker in WWF. The museum offers plenty of free parking. The museum featured many Harley's starting from when the company started its operations in 1903. They have done a pretty good job of preserving their history. The museum also has a souvenir shop where we bought a magnet and postcards. We spent about 2.5 hours in the museum.

Overall experience is very good (much better than Chicago ball parks). Very spacious and lots of food and beverage options. Nice seats as well and pretty clean. Friendly and helpful people all over to help. The Heavenly Roasted Nuts are AMAZING! $9.50 for a large was delicious; we got two! The Custard (ice cream) was very good as well. Always a fun time at the ballpark.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here at a Brewers game. People working here were very nice. Parking wasn’t as bad as we expected. We enjoyed food as well - cheese curds and sausages. The on field experience and site lines from our seats behind home were great.

I have to say I thought there would be more unique places to eat here. Besides that the place is massive a lot of waking ground but not too many concession stands. Also I have to say the Minnesota twins had better cheese curds than here in my opinion. Overall a beautiful ball park lots to see and it was so fun to see Bernie slide down the slide.

What a beautiful ballpark! I did the tour before the game, and the guide was very knowledgeable on the team and field. The Selig Experience gave me goosebumps! I also did the Bernie Slide Experience and was a hoot! We had a group of 5 people riding the slide, and we were able to get in 6 rides! Plus, there was a mini-tour included that was mostly different from the main tour. I highly recommend checking out a game here and taking at least the main tour.

First time in their suite! This was a 30 person suite and there was more than enough room for at least 40people!!! This suite came with chips, sweets, food, soda, beer and water. It was enough for 28 of us that attended. This suite also cost more than 4K and it does come with a concierge and a private restroom (the best part ever). The room did offer a lot. A couple of my favorite parts of the room was the glass doors that open to sit down on the bleachers/chairs. We did leave the glass doors open and the bleachers/chairs just made the room more enjoyable. Who doesn’t want the fun vibes of chilling on the couch or gaming on the bleachers/chairs?!!! I know I felt them fun vibes!! Overall, it was a fun and exciting experience. I definitely would do it again!!! Thanks a bunch Miller Park!!! 🙌🙌🙌

American Family Field is a nice stadium to watch a baseball game. We had great seats, and they had cup holders. They had fun activities for the kids to practice pitching and hitting. There was also a small playground for the smaller kids near the kids' cafe. It was relatively easy to leave the stadium. It was a little long to enter the stadium, but that was because of a security check.

This is a very nice ballpark to come visit and watch a game. There concessions are pretty standard but good (brats, nachos, sausages, burgers, etc.) with plenty of beer options. The seating feels pretty cramped in the lower sections, so I'd recommend 3rd or 4th deck behind home plate for a little more room. I would not recommend outfield seats, the views are very difficult and the only big screen in the park will be above you. The best parking tip we found was to hit up a bar/restaurant that runs a shuttle to the games. These bar shuttles get parking/traffic protection to help you get to and from the ballpark quickly.

Great baseball experience. Bring your gold credit card, no cash accepted. Parking is expensive too. However, the ballpark is tremendous. Great scoreboard and atmosphere. Parking is managed very well when departing. Oh, and eat somewhere else before going to the game. Your gold card will thank you.

A very nice experience. Watching this game there was great for me, been my first time at this field. Cubs didn’t win as we expected but the game was filled with couple home runs from the Milwaukee-Brewers, making that stadium shake with its amateurs/fans. Very organize set up.

As a major concert venue, they pulled off a great show! Preferred parking was clearly identified and pretty easy to get to from any direction. The weather was glorious and we made friends with others around us during our mini tailgate. Not much of a line to get in, and we found our way to the field entrance after noting where to get the wristbands in the welcome email. Plenty of room to move around and mingle in between shows which was a huge bonus. The sound was great! It got louder as the acts got bigger. Video screens were magnificent and were needed because everyone was at the same field level. A raised stage also helped. They could have used a few more port-a-potties on the field, but you could walk back into the general seating area and use those if needed. We waited about an hour to exit and didn’t have to wait too long. Would happily go back for another show.

Great baseball field, great food, nice gift shop and friendly staff. Lots of fun! They have a Sunday Fun Day; 4 tickets, 4 hot dogs, 4 sodas and parking $59.

I have never been to any baseball game before. I was so impressed with everything this team and stadium has to offer. Lots for the kids to do and my Autistic son had a blast. More importantly none of the staff or other kids complained or did not let him do them. There was a large crew of Scouts kids there and that may have something to do with the respect and manners from the youth. We had great seats so I am sure that made a difference. My son seemed to be engaged the entire time with everything going on. We made it all 10 innings. When we go to a Packer game he last about 1 quarter. Thank you to the staff for their kindness and willingness to help and safety crew for making us feel safe. I am converted to a “can’t wait to go back” baseball fan!

I t was quite a while ago I was able to spend some time and check out this beautiful one of a kind structure! While visiting for work. The wings open at around 10am with the museum, and flap at noontime, then close when the museum closes. Worth seeing! In side the museum there is lots of space with views of the lake and lots of nice art. It is also located just steps away on the shores of Lake Michigan and can walk right in front of the lake and the museum while walking along the path

Wonderful experience! Not only was the museum awesome, but it sits right on the lake. Great place to spend an entire day! Beer and food tents on the patio for after a day spent looking at beautiful and moving works of art.

The Art in Bloom exhibit was beautiful. I've lived in Milwaukee for years and this was my first time at this exhibit. I've grown up attending various events at the art museum and also just coming on my own time, but this particular event that happens annually is worth the trip. How cool to see flower arrangements that are inspired by art in the museum!

This is an absolutely beautiful museum. It offers something for everyone whether your particular favorite art expression is Impressionism, Modern, Renaissance, Folk, and much more. We spent close to three hours and did not see it all. If you are in the Milwaukee area I highly recommend a visit to this museum. You won’t be disappointed! We arrived about 10:30 and the underground parking garage was mostly empty. We paid $10 for the time we were there. There is also a garage across the street.

Great way to go spend a couple of hours in Milwaukee! Had a very large selection of different historic items, art pieces, sculptures, furniture, mechanical pieces, etc! It got me thinking about many various periods throughout human history and was quite thought-provoking. Not to mention, the architecture of the museum itself is impressive!

Such a great museum! I didn't want to leave, as we hadn't seen all of the galleries, but the kids were ready for food (if I'm honest, we were all fading). The sketching kits that you can pick up (free!) for the kids are an incredible idea, and was a perfect way to get and keep 6 and 7 year old kids interested in the art around them. I am looking forward to returning so I can see all of the myriad art pieces I missed!

A beautiful building and amazing pieces from paintings, sculptures, pottery, furniture, carvings, posters were being featured but sadly the photography section was closed as they were moving and updating. A definite must see in Milwaukee for any and all ages. Staff were helpful and available throughout the areas.

I had never visited the art museum before. We only went because I'm a teacher and had a free pass, and kids are free. It's not really a place for kids, though. We were followed and got in trouble for the kids getting too close to exhibits. Unless you are an art student or your passion is art, this was a one-time stop for us. Some of the older paintings were cool to see, but the best part was the lakefront! We ate lunch outside and walked by the lake.

Awesome place for beer and more! My husband and I were able to get into a tour last minute, and we had a ton of fun. For $13, you get a tour and 2 beers (or 4 half beers). Greg was our awesome tour guide for the day, and he was hilarious as well as informative in all the makings of the Lakefront beer! Enjoyed all the beer we tried as well as the cheese curds!

Been to Lakefront Brewery several times before. It has always been good, and this time was no exception. We had a couple of beers, and the Cheese Curd appetizers. All were excellent. We asked for a Summer Shandy, which they did not exactly have, but the bartender was gracious and added a little cranberry juice to a citrus beer that they had on tap. It wasn't exactly a Shandy, but it was very good. Appreciated the effort to give us something close. Took our beer/curds outside to the riverfront patio. This space has a great view of the river, and all the various recreational watercraft. Plenty of covered tables, or you can sit at the railings and look over the river. They have an outside stage and were setting up for a performance but we didn't stay to listen. Next time :)

Best cheese curds ever. I have had cheese curds all over the place, but these are in my top 3. The ranch compliments the breaded cheese so much. The open faced pot roast sandwhich consisted of fries that are excellent and taste amazing with vinegar. The bread could be nicer, but it does remind me of homade pot roast just missing the veggies. I also had a hazy rabbit, which is an IPA, it had a very rich flavor and is pretty easy to drink overall. The staff was extremely fast and really nice when interacting with! This is my second time here and it's still such an enjoyable time :)

The fried pickles and the cheese curds were good. The kielbasa was not bad. The saurkraut was uninspiring. Very loud in the dining area. Our tour guide was a delight. Forgot his name. A dude who's mom is proud of him.

This is a large brewery located on the river in Milwaukee offering ample seating in their beer hall and an outdoor bar and seating along the river (not pictured). The vibe was super cool, the food was tasty, and the beer was average. They have a wide variety of beer and mainly handhelds for food. Cool spot to check out.

What a great spot! We picked Lakefront for dinner on our one and only night in Milwaukee and it was better than we could have imagined. They have a large draft list and a great food menu with several vegetarian options. I appreciated that all of the food came in eco-friendly to-go containers so we could easily pack up leftovers. The patio area was relaxing with great views of the river. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The beers were all great, but the stand out was the Brewers Reserve Honey Bock was especially excellent. We ordered cheese curds, fried pickles, cheese fries, Mac and cheese, and a sausage flight. The Mac and cheese wasn't as cheesy as we'd hoped, but everything else was outstanding. We would definitely come back.

Great place to visit if you're in town. Your is an hour and guide a stand up comedian by trade so definitely entertaining. Get a couple beers along the way. Food was ok but the atmosphere and music in dining hall is worth it. Polka on Fridays! Make reservations either before or right after your tour. It gets really crowded.

As the Miller Brewery was closed for Covid on 5/21/22 (although their website said to be open), I looked for another place to visit with my son and fiancee visiting from Britain. We picked Lakefront and ...what a place. Although we had not booked the guide Weston took us on the tour and it was a fantastic experience. Weston was really funny, the tour very interesting and for $13 you got 4 free beers and a glass. Thank you Miller Brewery to be closed today, I would have never saw this place otherwise.

If doing any brewery, tours in Milwaukee lakefront is a must. Good fish fry in the beer hall. Nice selection of brews. Seating on the river walk is great. Area for limited boats to dock and come enjoy the brewery.

We had an amazing time at Lakefront Brewery. The tour was informative, funny and very entertaining. The beer was delicious and there was a great variety on tap. The food was the best we have had while in Wisconsin. We never go to the same place twice when traveling but we may make an exception for this brewery. Good times, food and people!

If you're coming to Milwaukee you have to stop by Lakefront. I did the Brewery tour, which was informative and fun and also ate at the Brewery. The tour is pretty cheap ($16) and with that you get $12 of beer up then a souvenir glass and a coupon for another free beer in a local bar. Seriously good value. Then we got food and I had the Buffalo mac n cheese with fries and the cheese curds. The cheese curds are legit, they aren't lying. The Buffalo Mac n cheese had some heat but not too much to distort the flavor. Great job.

Super fun day with family with kids. The animals look very clean and healthy! The zookeepers looked very responsible and kind when handling the animals. We saw feeding around 4pm, near closing at 5pm. Fortunately they are renovating and improving a lot of the exhibits. But it looks a little empty in many areas of the zoo, with lots of the display cases not functioning either. There are paper print outs with information which made it look quite sketchy. But in a few months or so I'm sure it'll look beautiful! You can pay for entry tickets and parking when you drive in to park, or get entry tickets in advance online.

I've never had a bad time at this zoo. It's such a nice and walkable area that feels a little woodsy. Plenty of shade and fun little nooks and crannies to explore and learn about. I really enjoy the special events, specifically their boo at the zoo event. It's always very well done and the kids have a great time. I'm originally from the Chicago area and I'd take a visit to this zoo over the big 2 near that city in a heartbeat. The kid areas are phenomenal as well, I highly recommend a visit!

I came here with my fiancé today to celebrate our daughters first birthday. We had a wonderful time. All the animals were out and the weather was warm. My favourite part of the zoo was the family farm attraction. I highly recommend the zoo to anyone who loves animals and nice scenery. The kids love it too!

The Milwaukee County Zoo is always a fun experience. A great way to see some of the worlds most exotic animals and make a day of it! The zoo is quite large and the animals are well cared for. Whether it’s self exploration or a guided group I always learn something new each visit.

This is a really great zoo! Lots to see and you can easily made a day of it. Also really reasonable price for all the entertainment. They also had some healthy food options at some of the cafes. Very clean and all types of animals to see. My favorite was the giraffe feeding, bay habitat, and penguins.

I haven't been to the zoo in 8 years. I was so pleased. Almost all the animals were out. The weather was beautiful. It was nice to take our time walking throughout the grounds. Of course before we left, we took a ride on the train. Always the best way to end the day. :)

First time here and my family and I had a wonderful experience. The train ride around the park was the best attraction for me. The line seemed long but, each train ride can hold 80-100 passengers so the line moves fast. A lot of different animals to see, the park was super clean, and the staff was very friendly. They do offer a cafeteria style lunch room to buy food. It was actually good. I can’t wait to take my family here again.

It was raining on the day I went park is bigger than most zoos. It's the best one in Wisconsin with a friendly experience. My favorite was the red pandas and the Jaguar. To get your parking you can get them at the parking entrance. Worth the price. 🦙🦛🦘🦡🦚🦒🦓

A lay back and easy going zoo that has everything you expect to see in a normal zoo. I'm a fish person and they do have some fish stuff so pretty good compared to other zoos. Plenty of sitting here so it's a great place for picnic. They do have a picnic area which is great. Closes at 4:30pm so get there early!!! We missed some spots because they started to close down places at around 4:20pm.

If you have kids, the Milwaukee County Zoo should be on your "must do" list. It's consistently one of the better zoos in the United States, and it's so big that you can easily spend a full day here. Penguins, big cats, apes, reptiles, camels, giraffes, whatever your favorite animal is, it's probably here. Don't miss out on the petting zoo. Kids of all ages will enjoy feeding the goats. I have many memories here from when I was a kid, and I'm glad I get to pass those on to my son

Love the zoo!! Animals are awesome and always entertaining to watch. Only reason I had to wait to get in was because it hadn't opened yet and was a line. My only complaint is food prices. Wayyyy to high. Ended up going to McDonald's after and feed three people for the price of one meal there. Also it was free cause my daughter had free tickets.

What a cool little zoo! The male hippo (Happy) really did us a solid by taking a dip in the pool right as we were walking by! Lots of giraffes too and you can get really close. The big cat had lions and tigers up close too so my baby really enjoyed it.

Warm and inviting atmosphere and decor. Lots of seating for all preferences. Beer, wine, and cocktail list is good. Overall good food selection on the menu with good authentic German choices. Ruladen was perfectly cooked and had a wonderful blend of flavors. The oxtail soup was great. The salad is cut quite large, which may not appeal to picky eaters. Service was prompt and friendly, and they had a nice and simple dessert menu.

As a walk-in and solo diner I'm always oriented to making sure my server gets taken care of. After an 18-hour day I walked in and the hostess, Donnie(?) helped me settle in at the bar. Like Donnie, the bartender, Vera, was just wonderful and very personable. She helped me navigate my way through to what I will the dead animal platter. They call it the Bavarian. Four different things that were each flavorful on their own and better with the German mustard. Vera steered me to the black forest chocolate cake and glass of the 40-year old Taylor Fladgate tawny port. With service like that and a meal that satiated I will definitely be back soon.

This is a Wisconsin institution. The history runs deep and the list of famous guests is very impressive. The ambience is charmingly old world . I had a glass of dry riesling and my wife had the specialty old fashioned. We both had a cup of home made french onion soup that was excellent. I had the weinerscnitzel and my wife had the bavarian sampler. We both prounounced our meals as delicious.

An absolutely amazing piece of Milwaukee’s German heritage. The building itself is a spectacular landmark, and the food and service are outstanding. Our waiter, Miles, was a delight! So helpful and friendly. Every item we ordered was perfectly prepared and so flavorful. We will definitely be returning here again on our next trip to Wisconsin!

The Reuben rolls were so, so tasty! The Wiener schnitzel with spatzel was not our favorite, but on that note it seemed very traditional which is a cool experience! The vibe was very quiet when we entered - but we were there for lunch on a Wednesday… so I wish I could see a dinner crowd on the weekend! The serving staff was dressed up in German themed attire. Decor was very cool and the beers were massive!

First off this place is a must stop, it has been here since 1911 and owned by the same family since. They have great food and drink. The atmosphere is awesome, with rich history and heritage. Stained glass work and wood craftsmanship throughout. This place does have a parking lot which is rare for this part of town, but otherwise if full may be a little walk. Could be kid friendly but if you have a picky eater this may not be a place for them.

Charming landmark restaurant. Can't beat the atmosphere and holiday decorations. Cheese spread appetizer just ok. Surprisingly bland. Had the weisswurst appetizer for my main with side of red cabbage- that was delicious! Friends had onion soup and Reuben rolls said they were good. Can't beat free valet parking also. The gentleman was lovely and offered to let us keep the car there while we walked to our show.

One of the best meals I've ever had. We had a 6pm dinner reservation for a group of 8. Including 2 toddlers. I ordered a cup of ox soup, had a heferweiss beer, and shared a tour of Germany with others in my party. All solid choices. If it's your first time here and you have a big enough dinner party, I'd recommend the tour of Germany. Plenty of good meats and sides for 3 people or more. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. She did a great job accommodating all our orders and requests.

It has been a long time since my last visit to Mader's. I am so glad my family and I revisited this historic restaurant again. Just to be on the safe side, I made a reservation for our visit. Upon our arrival, we were greeted and seated within 5 minutes. On this visit, my family was seated in the back room, which allowed for a more private setting. Once we were seated, our waiter dressed in traditional lederhosen took our drink orders and appetizers. When you are in Germany, you order 🍺. We ordered the "Tour", schnitzel and the duck. My favorite was the duck. And if that was not enough food, we also ordered the apple strudel with ice cream for desert. All in all, it was a great family outing. Wonderful place for large families or a date night with your spouse. Prost.

This place made my German heart (and stomach) so happy. The food and the atmosphere were wonderful. It was so awesome eating is a restaurant with so much history behind it.

Iconic Mader’s serves traditional German food in a huge space including a white table cloth dining room & adjacent bar that add up to a great atmosphere. I came for lunch and my server Dan was the man. He brought my 1/2 liter beer out quickly and took me through the menu. I grabbed some Potato Pancakes & Apple Sauce to start. They were crisp and flavorful and the apple were a great contrast. I ordered the lunch portion Wiener Schnitzel (veal) with Spaetzle, Sauerkraut and a rich Mushroom Jaeger sauce. A blast of lemon brightened things up and the food came out piping hot. The Apple Streudel was a risky call at lunch since I had places to be in the afternoon. It was delicious but I could have used a nap. As au mentioned service was super friendly, helpful and fast. There is a parking lot to the side. If you need authentic German food, head to Mader’s.

The kids really loved this restaurant and its spy theme. And the staff at SpyHouse are true angels - patient, kind, attentive... The drinks at SafeHouse are good! And I got to take home one of the cocktail glasses. The menu is typical of an American theme restaurant and is seriously lacking in vegetarian or vegan options. I ended up with a salad that I ordered with no meat and unfortunately the cheese that was supposed to come with it was also left off. Oh well. 5 stars for the fun!! 2 stars for the menu. If you like burgers and fries though you are set.

So… hmm. 1st- really cool feel and gimmick for a restaurant with enough little gadgets and hidden fun to make every experience unique. 2- it was a confusing place to find which plays into the intrigue. Really kinda neat, and unexpected. 3- we were greeted by a woman in character and really doing a great job making it silly. Sadly, we didn’t know the password and we needed to do something to prove we were friendly spies to be entered in. She requested that we hop in a circle and make noises and hand gestures to imitate native peoples during the days of the American frontier. As a Native American, I simply said, “I will not do that.” She humphed and let us in. This exchange should have never happened. The amount of cultural ignorance to ask someone to do this is extreme. I was deeply offended and unable to really put to words my thoughts. This (and any other racially derived acting) should be removed from the potential options. Greater sensitivity is needed to these issues. Honestly, this is the first time I have ever felt offended in this manner. 4- the prime rib French dip was far from my favorite. There were thick strips of fat running through it that really turned me off of my meal. 5- the bar tender was great. He was funny, a good story teller, an interesting excitement concerning the safe house in general. By far the highlight. 6- my wife had a salad and she really enjoyed it. 7- I could see myself coming back and re-rating the restaurant if I knew these issues were solved. Take out the racist mockery and this is a 3.5-4 star place (again the French dip was super disappointing). Fix the dish and we are looking at 4-5 star.

The day we went to Safe House we were soaking wet from the rain the guy at the front didn't make us do a silly dance for not knowing the password and we were very greatful! The food and service was really good, you're mostly paying for the experience though. If you do all the tasks on the little card they give you, you can earn a small prize! Over all it was a fun experience and a very family friendly environment!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Definitely a must visit location. I don't want to spoil the experience, but it's full of hidden doors, cool memorabilia, clever jokes, and a cool spy vibe, that makes you feel like you're in on a big secret. The food was superb, and the signature cocktails delicious. A scavenger hunt through the establishment highlighted many cool things we might otherwise have overlooked, and was just as much fun for adults as kids.

Don't go here unless you're ready for an 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦. From the very get-go you become a secret agent, and have to prove your friendly intentions to get inside. It's so fun for all ages! Once inside, the place is spy-hideout from top to bottom. You could spend several evenings exploring the number of secrets and details scattered through this place. And the menu descriptions are amazing. I spent more time than anywhere else just reading the menu. The food is actually pretty good as well. It's better-than-average bar food. We had the Fried C4 Cheese Curds, the Impossible Burger, Furtive Fish Fry, and the Mission Impossible burger.

Unique restaurant with spy themed decor. Definitely do the scavenger hunt while you’re waiting for your food to arrive at your table! Visit Burt in the ladies room before you leave! The food was good and portions were very ample! The restaurant was very busy the day we visited!! The servers were very friendly and helpful when needed a hint on our scavenger hunt!! Definitely will be back to enjoy the experience again!!

An exciting experience that needs polishing. The service and staff were great, once you find your way into the venue it is tricky to pull find the entrance. Down the side and pull the handle to get it. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The food and drinks were weak at above peak prices. The fries were thin and half cold with no condiments near by. It was small portions for premium prices. Just standard American food with spy names and special drink names only. An updated menu is needed with better quality food. The environment and atmosphere was special and unique from the entrance to the tables. Even the bathrooms have a style to them. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. Had to access disabled people and no parking is present. Later we found out that there was an entertainment fee for $3 which did not make sense given the high prices for food and drink.

Much better experience than I expected. The food is ok but the definitely make up for it with service and great atmosphere. We had some burgers and a hot dog which was a frankfurter and my 9 year old wasn’t to interested but overall very fun outing.

When here, with my girl, for the first time. It was awesome. Had to get the super secret password to get in, then the wall opens up, and you go down a dark hallway to get to the restaurant and bar. Got a table at the terrace, and the waitress was very into character and constantly used spy puns. Had to spy themed scavenger hunt around the restaurant before food came, simple riddles, but me and my girl had a blast. The food was great, too. If you want to get in, make sure you go to the "front" door 😁.

It is ok, and it is a bit rundown on the inside especially the restrooms. We arrived and were advised of a 1.5Hr wait. So we waited. Did the scavenger hunt for an hour and in that time over half the tables were empty and not cleaned between 5:30pm - 6:30pm. They just sat dirty. I said something and was told they are for reservations, that might I add never showed. Waitress was nice, but never asked how the food was. One of the staff just walked up and grabbed clothing on a member of our party, follwed by "where did you get this?" The food was decent and nothing overly special. Menu was difficult to understand, maybe part of the whole spy theme?. Being charged an entertainment fee of $3 and then a service charge of $3 is ridiculous. Beer is as expensive as going to a sporting event at $8. At the end it is an interesting place to visit and a must for people who are fans of spy movies and etc.

SafeHouse was a great spot!! The theme & spy concept is awesome. Entering was my favorite part. The host asks if you know the password, if you don’t know the password they make you do a silly task. Our task was to do 3 karate moves before entering. We stopped in for just drinks and an appetizer. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very nice. The drinks & food were delicious! I definitely want to go back.

Great place too experience!!! We celebrated my nursing graduation our server was wonderful and everyone did a great job making us feel like we were on a mission... It was Saturday and we got there at 5pm seated right away food and drinks came fast, my mom is gluten free due to ciliacs disease and they have accommodations! The price is for the experience and we definitely had a one of a kind experience 😆 We ended up apparently creating a mission of our own our of the rules and had the staff laughing with us and at us...glad we made their night comical as well as they made ours special!!! Thanks to everyone who works there. The cheese curds, spinach dip and burgers were cooked good, and drinks were fabulous. A+++ for attitudes!! The magician was great as well!!

I've been hearing about this place for years and finally got to try it myself. Love the idea of a the spy theme and the secret entrance. The C4 Cheese Curds were good. The Mission Impossible Burger wasn't spicy at all, more sweet than anything which was a little odd. Agent Twerk was funny. Agent Styles took good care of us and had the menu and the scripts pretty well prepared for someone on their third day. The atmosphere is cool with all the spy decor, but it is also pretty old. I don't want to say "dirty," but the graffiti on the walls made it feel a little bit like a frat house.

Beautiful views and great food. This was our first time here and it didn’t disappoint! We had a few cocktails each which were superb, especially the old fashioned. We shared the seafood bisque, which lacked salt in my opinion but my boyfriend loved it! I had that steam pot and he had the Connecticut lobster roll. Both were amazing! We’ll definitely come back when visiting Milwaukee again.

Harbor house is definitely a place not to miss if you are in Milwaukee!! The view and atmosphere of the place is just amazing. To top it all off, the service deserves 10 stars instead of five. Our waitress Diana was so sweet and accommodating. She recommended lovely dishes to try. She took back a cocktail that did not suit my pallet and brought me a different one with no charge. I tried the steamed mussels and my friends got salmon and linguine/clams. Do not miss this place if you are visiting Milwaukee. Highly recommended.

Place has great seafood and a full bar. Came here on a Saturday for some lunch before checking out the Milwaukee Art Museum. It is $$$ so expect that when coming here, but I saw that you can get a burger here that is fairly priced if you are on a budget. You can come here and dress all fancy, and on the other hand, you can come here dressed casually.

Harbor House never disappoints. If it is a special occasion or their Sunday brunch or just a nice lunch I have never had a bad meal. Today we went for a Saturday lunch which is not their brunch menu but they do have Bloody Marys and mimosas to keep you happy. Their lunch portions are slightly smaller variations on their dinner menu. It was fantastic.

We had a great experience at Harbor House. We initially had sat outside but the weather looked suspect so we decided to move inside. They were very accommodating. Food was excellent. Tried the lobster and fillet and it was really wonderful. Steak was cooked perfect, as was the lobster. Would highly recommend for a nice/special meal experience. Tyler our waiter was funny but still very professional and made the experience even better.

The atmosphere was fantastic! We were going to sit outside, but did not want to sit on plastic chairs in plastic tables although the view was beautiful. Scallops were incredible, my husband loved his food, although he didn’t know that it would be fried so that was a little disappointing. The only other little thing was that we felt a little rushed. The ambience is beautiful. Everything else was fantastic.

The best brunch in Milwaukee! We had an amazing experience. We enjoyed bloody mary’s, the mussels, the steamed snow crab, and the halibut. We topped it off with the delicious blueberry lemon crumble. Outstanding reception and service and the view of the sparkling lake is gorgeous. We’ll definitely return.

Just enjoyed a pleasant evening by the lake at Harbor House. We started with a seafood tower. Everything was very fresh and tasted great. The sauces provided added the perfect touch to each item in the tower. We also ordered additional tuna tartar and a lobster roll. Both were excellent. The location is perfect and has great views of the lake and downtown. There is an outdoor patio that was really enjoyable to sit outside and enjoy the evening.

We rarely go high-end when dining but wife's birthday was calling. Not cheap but the location and food made it worth it. I got a brie mushroom app as part of my meal along with veggie pasta. The app wasn't quite warm enough but had killer flavor. The pasta was delicious and was more than enough by itself. Each was among the more reasonably priced items. Maybe $20-22 each. Wife got lobster and 8 oz filet. She LOVED it! Think it was $77. Definitely worth a visit for a special occasion.

Great place to have a special dinner! Great views of the Milwaukee Art Museum, the Veterans Park area and the lake. The distribution of the tables allows for views of the lake at any of them. The service was impeccable: they even showed us their favorite finished dishes before we ordered. We ordered lobster tails, Alaskan halibut along with a special scallops appetizer offered by the server. Went here for celebratory dinner and was NOT disappointed. We had reservations for six and were promptly seated. View of the lake and Museum of Art were great - one of the reasons why we selected Harbor House. Our wait team, Sean and James, provided excellent service and hospitality. All food was cooked as ordered and was so delicious! Everyone in our party finished their meals with clean plates at the end! The espresso martini was on point with great flavor. We had such a great experience and I highly recommend to everyone seeking great atmosphere combined with great service and delicious food!!! Will definitely come back if ever in Milwaukee again.

Went here for our anniversary. Great spot on the lake goes without saying. Great drinks! Classic Olde fashioned and Dark tower. Crispy pork belly not so crispy but still good flavor and textures. Steak and scallops were amazing. The classic Connecticut style lobster roll was top notch! So much lobster! Dessert was very good as well! Service was great especially when wife leaves her card behind and Caleb ran us down before we left. 😉We will be back!

Had an wonderful experience celebrating our wedding anniversary at Harbor House. We were given a great table with a spectacular view. Amazing food and service as always. We appreciate the additional touches they provided for our special occasion!

Passing thru town, searched for a brunch place with great reviews and came across this restaurant. Not quite the atmosphere expected based on reviews. But, I definitely won't judge a book by its cover. Pulled up a seat at the bar, servers were friendly, attentive and very helpful in assisting with order selection and to my surprise the food was delicious. Bonus, is I met a wonderful lady, Pat, who was originally from there but just visiting for a family gathering. If I could rate a place based on the engagement with her alone, they'd receive a 5. Always nice to meet friendly and encouraging people.

The food was absolutely delicious & the service was great. I ordered the 2 local eggs with bacon and sourdough toast. It was a great portion size and came with some crispy hashbrowns which were delicious! They also gave us Monkey bread for the table, which was a nice treat. I highly recommend the coffee bar too. They use Valentine coffee and espresso if you’re familiar with their coffee shops in Milwaukee. I got an iced caramel latte with almond milk and it was so good!

This experience was fantastic! It's a busy place so reservations definitely recommended. We were served by Nicole this morning 100/10 she was amazing. Very respectful to our table and offered food recommendations to which we all ordered from and everything hit the spot. Food was fantastic, only minor complaint is that the place can get loud, but nothing that hinders the experience and nothing they can do about it being in that establishment. Highly recommend!

Always brilliant. Breakfast/brunch at its finest in Milwaukee. You will always find something to your liking here. A reliable blend of traditional favorites and rotating specials that never fail to please. There's quite often a wait at busier times (always worth the wait) but you can find days and times where you can walk straight in. I've been here a few times now and the service is always top notch too. Blue's Egg is already an institution and doesn't need my review, but if you're looking for a good feast in the morning, look no further.

I saw the reviews about the monkey bread and pulled ham and got curious. I tried them, and I need to say it is a must-have! Try the monkey bread with the bourbon sauce, it is a sugar rush but it is worth it. Service is super fast, large portions and delicious brunch.

Blue's egg is a well-known Milwaukee area breakfast and brunch restaurant. I know it's well-known because I've been here on weekends for brunch where the wait can get quite lengthy! But we wait anyway because you can order a bloody Mary with infused vodka, coffee or mimosa at the cafe/bar, grab yourself some good company, and the wait isn't so bad- especially when you have a Blues Egg meal to enjoy in your near future! I've been here a handful of times, each time trying something new. Today we enjoyed the Pulled Ham Omelette with upgraded Aged Provolone Browns and the Rooted Veggie-Hash both with cinnamon-raisin bread. The Veggie Hash was a bit on the spicy side for me, but to be fair the chili hollandaise was noted in the description. Today we each chose a simple cup of coffee as our beverage. The staff at Blues Egg's are always so friendly and on the ball with the orders. They truly help to make your experience as enjoyable as possible when visiting. Pairing great service with great food in a classy and welcoming environment and you have yourself a great breakfast or brunch! I highly recommend trying out Blue's Egg, and you'll soon find out you will be a returning customer just like me!

Hands down one of the best American breakfasts I’ve ever had. This place has incredible bloody Mary’s with a homemade vegetable infused vodka and a chunky slice of bacon in it. They also have a good menu with typical brunch drinks and really great adult coffees as well. Their specialty is the stuffed hash browns. We tried the chicken chorizo with paprika aioli and the “browns” of the day which was stuffed with pulled pork and garnished with sliced radishes. We also tasted the corn beef hash which they make fresh and it was THE BEST. Prices are fair, portions are huge, service was friendly and welcoming. I over ate, and I would do it again.

Went on a Sunday around noon, place was crowded but the wait for a table was only about 5 minutes. We were served by very nice staff. The food was delicious and it was obvious that it was prepared with love. The quality was high and the prices were very reasonable. Nice cozy spot that we happened on. Will be back for sure.

A good way to gauge a restaurant’s prowess is visiting outside the prime hours, in Cafe Benelux’s case they did well. Our waiter was Natalee and she did well and was very nice. Our food was fine however I could tell my sliders was not as fresh and the soup fits more with the brunch menu. Theirs drinks were great (someone has a heavy hand). Overall I was satisfied given the time of day and restaurant availability was great. Just not worth the almost $100 bill after the tip anyway happy dining!

Great service by Hailey. Awesome, unique, beer selection. Was a little confused why the calamari appetizer were so few calamari and mostly fries. Anticipated the Turkey Pesto sandwich to be hot; the bun was toasted but the sandwich contents were cold. The Cuban was pretty good. The Bacon Havarti Chicken sandwich looked really good, but someone wouldn't share. ;) Really loved the beer selection though and the fact the Cafe Benelux does serve beer Flights. We'd come back for that alone. And the great service.

I'll go for drinks but definitely not for the food. New American cuisine but moderate quality and taste. I had a lots better than this. Seafood plater is just tasteless and terrible plate present. Go for better mussels than this at Barnacle Bud's five minutes drive from here. Pretty good drinks great vibe on patio. I like it and probably come back for drinks. Excellent services as well.

Amazing food. Exceptional service. Party of seven can easily share two desert with plenty of leftovers. Left carrot cake and the right is the salted caramel cheesecake. Largest I have ever seen. Both super tasty. Recommend the garlic rose bloody Mary. Delicious. Thanks for making a girl feel welcomed from Colorado!

Incredible place with lots of energy, great location, super friendly staff and fantastic menu with quality food. Restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating options - would recommend reservations for outdoor seating. We were a group of 12 and were seated immediately when we walked in (got lucky!) Like the drink menu, but felt it's a bit diluted. Food selection is great and has options for vegetarian and vegan. Can't go wrong any day of the week, energizer and fun place!

I was at a work event downtown and was looking for a place to eat dinner. We came across Cafe Benelux. We were seated immediately. The service was friendly, helpful, and fast. I had the Crab Cake BLT. OMG!!! It was delicious. I would get it again when I come back... And I will definitely be back! Great selection of food on the menu. Clean restaurant... And the atmosphere was fun! I highly recommend Cafe Benelux!

This restaurant had really good atmosphere and the food was amazing. I went with the vegetarian sandwich and was shocked by the flavor explosion it provided. We also got the calamari which came with amazing spicy dipping sauce but the bottom was filled with fries so you did not get but a small amount of calamari. The only thing that I really didn't like was the makers mark bourbon cost 9 dollars but then they charged an addition 3 dollars to serve it on ice. First time I have ever been charged for a rocks pour maybe just charge the over priced 12 dollars and skip the ice charge

Been coming here for awhile now and they never disappoint. Was #jbabes first time this Mother’s Day and he seemed to like it. The ambiance and service was really nice. I’ve never had a bad experience here either, and the staff is always on point and friendly. Got seated right away and drinks and food came out just in time. Can’t wait till they can finally open the bigg garage doors and chill on the roof top!! Thanks guys, will definitely be back when summer days finally want to return!!

Rented one of the outside domes during what turned out to be a blizzardy night and had a great time. Our waiter was funny and attentive, and the food and drinks were delicious. The experience was a bit pricey, and the domes were a bit wet and cool, but overall, it was a great experience! The domes provided a beautiful space to connect with friends, and the restaurant is spacious and inviting. Great atmosphere and location within walking distance to other bars and restaurants, granted it's not during a blizzard!

Not a ‘wow’ of a Milwaukee dining experience but fair. Would definitely choose options in Milwaukee Public Marketplace or to the south first. Food: pretty middle of the line. It doesn’t have a special touch to it. The price is too high to not have that ‘something’ extra. I got the breakfast burrito and also tried the waffle with goat cheese. The waffle was a better option. Venue: cool spot in the middle of bustling MKE. We did have a very pushy guy loiter our table and try to push white guilt with a monologue while ‘not’ selling us products. It sucks trying to relax while having to stand up for your own enjoyment. Service: awesome! Super helpful server that helped us get what we were looking for. Very friendly and knowledgeable. You’ll have to pay for parking or else most likely walk 1-3 blocks after getting city parking.
