Member FAQs:

Joining process:  Click the link above and complete the quick online form. You will be sent an invoice for your membership fees. Once this has been paid, you will receive an email from the membership secretary with all the information you need.

Prospective members:  If you’re thinking about joining and would like more info, someone from the club would be happy to speak to you and/or show you around the courts. Contact us today via email.

Membership year:  The membership year runs from 1st November to 31st October the following year. Members joining during the year will be invoiced pro-rata for the remaining year until October 31st.

Access to the courts:  The club is located on the Dartington Estate. See the contact page for directions. There is a number combination lock to gain access. The code is given to you when you have paid your membership. The code is reset at the start of the membership year.

Parking:  The Dartington Estate has paid parking before 6pm. Before 6pm parking costs £1 per hour. If you play regularly, consider a Dartington membership with parking permit, which gives you parking at the estate and a whole range of other discounts for £55 per year.

Court fees:  Dartington has extremely affordable court fees. You just pay for the lights (and heaters) using a meter. The charge is currently £1 for 30 minutes, or £2 for an hour.

Court bookings:  You must book your court using the online booking system via this website. You will receive a password for booking the courts when you join.

Pre-booked events:  There are also a few pre-arranged events which take priority of the courts, such as coaching sessions, club nights, tournaments, and team training sessions. Check the website or at the courts for the times of these.
