Lucca

Lucca is a picturesque little town to visit in Italy. It is famous for its medieval walls and towers, its historic buildings, its many small churches, and the central Piazza dell’ Anfiteatro. Lucca is split in two by the Serchio River, which runs through the town from the Apuan Alps to the sea, while Lucca is also known for its fine cuisine. There are many restaurants here where you can taste traditional Italian dishes, like tortellini pasta or tagliatelle with white truffles.
