One of the best museums I've ever visited and certainly the most tactile museum of this kind. Each room is themed differently with walls, floors etc. fitting the theme. An insightful portrayal of the impact on Poland throughout the war and an emotionally charged visit. Would really recommend the guided tour as I don't feel like we would have got as much out of our visit without this.

The movie is my first impression of the Jew history, so I visited this museum when I have this chance. The museum showed and recorded that history, its well designed route. I didn’t get much time to well go through the whole museum, but still glad to be here and walk into this unforgettable history.

Quite pricey for what you get, very little about Schindler himself and the story of the Jews he saved due to the factory and more focused on the impact of the war on Krakow. The story is quite limited and focused on emotional impact rather than information. Very few exhibits but I guess being able to stay near Schindler's desk should be reward enough. You need to book even a week in advance, there are companies that offer guided tours who hog all the tickets. Be sure to enter the place at the time you are scheduled and not earlier because otherwise you will run into groups on a tour and it will be tough to move about. I do have to admit the organization is quite good, once I realized I entered earlier than scheduled, I waited for 15 minutes for the two groups in front of me to clear and I did have a relaxed experience

One of the most informative and detailed museums I’ve visited. To be honest we hadn’t looked at reviews first so we didn’t know what to expect, but the museum took us on a journey from prewar Krakow through the evil horrors of the holocaust and beyond. This museum is far more about the experience of the Jewish residents of the city than it is about Oskar Schindler. His heroic actions are presented in the context of the changing lives (and sad deaths) of Polish Jews. The overall museum experience is both heart wrenching and inspiring. This, slightly out-of-way museum is a strongly recommended visit. We waited for about 30 min to get in and found that tickets were available despite the website saying otherwise.

A must when visiting Krakow. The museum is amazing and very informative. You will need at least 2 hours or more to take in everything the museum has to offer. I would recommend getting there early and buy a guide book.

A must-visit for everyone interested who wants to learn more about history. It can be a bit crowded and there are two ways of visiting it: on your own and with official guides. The tour with a guide takes around 2 hours and it's worth it, even though I would have liked a few more minutes in some rooms to look at all the objects and posters that were there.

No doubt one of the best museum I have been. Oskar Schindler isn’t the entire theme about the museum but instead, they put you through a journey about Polish and Jews during WW2 and how Krakow was at that point of time. The journey that this museum aims to take you through is indeed very well planned. Instead of just exhibits after exhibits, the museum is interactive and intriguing. Especially the part where they made you walk on uneven ground to reach towards the area of bright light. It’s just too thought provoking. I highly recommend this tour for anybody especially those who takes keen interest in modern history.

This museum is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. We booked a tour as this was recommended by a friend. As they did not and wished they did. The guide was very good and pointed out things that we may have missed. I would like to return to do the tour without a guide as so much information to read and take in if you love history.

I'm disappointed to not really see any of the factories. It's just a museum within the old factory. The only machines are in the reception. The photos were amazing, and the office of Schindler himself was amazing to see. Especially the map behind his desk.

An immense amount of aircraft. The indoor exhibits are excellently put together and artfully showcase perfectly restored/preserved aircraft. The outdoor exhibit is filled with aircraft however, they have not been well taken care of (maybe to be expected but a shame nonetheless). The outdoor info placards are also faded and simple laminated sheets. Overall an excellent experience and a great way to spend 2-4hours

Went on a Tuesday and entrance was free. An amazing amount of soviet era aircraft, however, the majority are outside and look a bit the worse for wear. Aircraft inside hangers are fully restored. Great to see types you would not normally see elsewhere. Prepare to spend a few hours here.

What a fantastic place to visit for young and old. Indoor and outdoor exhibits. An amazing collection of engines, aircrafts, clothing, missiles.... A must see for everyone especially anyone interested in Military displays, vehicles or just history in general!!! AMAZING!!!

A fully comprehensive variety of Polish aircraft both civil and military with a good balance between indoor and outdoor exhibits. The planes that have been restored are superb but many of the soviet machines are looking very tired in the open. Fully recommended its a must for all aviation enthusiasts ✅

This is a great museum with a lot of historic and authentical planes of Poland. They are very old but in good shape. (you know stay fit👍👍). I highly recommend buying tickets even for advance. Great place for avgeeks as there is what to see. The have some events from time to time. There is a small vending machine and a gift show with planes for modelling. Some toys. Magnets. etc.

Great exhibition! So many different planes and more to see there from WW1+2! Definitely worth a visit! It's a long field so go there with a lot of energy and water. You need about 2 hours for the whole exhibition

It was an amazing experience. Wonderful collection of aircrafts with rich history. Have some time in hand to see everything. I would suggest atleast 2-3 hours and for an aviation enthusiast, I will say 4 hours since this place has a lot to offer.

Absolutely breathtaking aviation museum! Covers WW1, WW2, the cold war and everything in between. A true gem is the WW1 collection where the main part consists of Germany’s own WW1 collection that they managed to leave behind when the Russians came for them in 1945. This museum is world class. You will need at least a couple of hours to see everything, and then you need to move fast. There is enough here to fill several days for the true enthusiast. If you have any interest in aviation this museum should be on your bucketlist.

Great place. The variety of aircrafts is truly amazing. This place not only shows military aircrafts but also a great deal of commercial and agricultural planes used a long time ago. Guaranteed to have a wonderful day as long as the weather allows it. Entrance tickets are cheap and even there's one day of the week that admittance is free of charge, I'm sorry I can't specify which day it is. I attended while a summer event was taking place which made the experience a lot more enjoyable. History is all over the place. There are different hangars that you can access that offer really amazing historical facts, stories, events, etc. A MUST VISIT if you are in Krakow more specifically in Nowa Huta. Access from the city center is super easy and will only take you a few stops to make there. Don't miss the opportunity to relive history and feel it in your bones. Most of the explanatory signs in the exhibitions are both in Polish and English language but there are some that are only offered in Polish which is a bit of a bummer but still a great place to visit and make a day out of it. Don't forget to add it to your itinerary...!!!

If you are a historical plane fan, then this is definitely a place to visit and been here a few times. There are lots of hidden exhibits in buildings, so if you think you have seen it all, you are probably mistaken. Please bear in mind that during the winter, a lot of the walk in place exhibits are closed to protect the aircraft, but they have hundreds of aircraft on display which are updated fairly irregularly, as well as some other military vehicles - so something for nearly everyone Some of the facilities are seasonal, and they are very prompt on their closure times. For example thr shop closes at 4.45pm and they do kick you out of the shop even if you are in the process of buying something. Just something to bear in mind You can lose hours in there, and there are plenty of educational pieces

Nice place when you are into historic, aircraft, airplanes, jet planes. Whole area is accesible, only parking is small. We didn't know about Thursdays and free admission. So there were many people. But it wasn't affected our visit.

We visited on a Wednesday so it was free this day. The museum is quite small but it was interesting and very nice to visit. I was expecting that you can wander around the college like you in most famous college around the world but you can’t. There is just a small little courtyard and a museum.

A beautiful museum narrating the incredible history of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. It is definitely worth a visit

This has been a really good experience. We had a great guide who really spent the time to explain the place’s history with passion. The location itself is very exciting. One of the oldest Universities in Europe. Must see when visiting Cracow.

All fans of Harry Potter will love it as it feels like Hogwarts a bit ;) I would recommend booking a guided tour, as not all artefacts are labelled. Tours are offered every half an hour until 1pm, and from 1.30pm it's only self guided. Try to be there on the top of an odd hour (9am-5pm) to see their beautiful clock (on the wall facing north) playing the University hymn Gaudeamus Igitur, with clockwork figures of the school officials on display. Inside you can see amazing old furniture and household items, souvenirs and valuable objects (like the Polish director Andrzej Wajda numerous awards, including the Academy Award and Golden Palm from Cannes). There are also the university founding documents, astronomical instruments and old globes). A true gem for every history buff, and especially those interested in Polish history. depending how interested you are in the collection, you can spend there 30-45 minutes. the guided tours take 30 minutes. the museum is no accessible. washroom available (you will need the code printed on your ticket). a lovely cafe located in the same building - they advertise pies and coffee mostly, but they also sell local craft beer.

Great and very interesting museum, it was exciting to get known about some pieces of live of such old university and about famous people who worked there. Gorgeous inner yard, collection of old devices - sundials, astrolabes etc. Price of 15 PLN is quite democratic for such place.

I paid for the tickets with a time slot but when I arrived it was closed with no museum employees in sight. There are no free toilet facilities and the single cubicle available is disgusting.

We really struggled with this place. Do pay very close attention to the uncommom opening and tour times. If you go - definitely go with a tour. We went without one and it was rather boring. Almost no real Kopernikus artefacts and also only a few rooms to walk through. By reading all the little plaques we stretched it to 30 mins.

You can feel the academical atmosphere and dive into medieval university times. Spend 30 Minuten There (No Tour).

I didn't like the concept of the museum at all. Strange exhibits without much meaning... I've been to many museums around the world, including contemporary art, but it's not art, it's some kind of nonsense. I attach the most normal photos of the exhibits to the review. There's nothing else to see there. A waste of time.

the best modern art museum in Cracow. Although lights are little bright, the exhibitions are interesting and well-put. I recommend booking 3+ hours of your time to see every piece without rush

The place is vast and half-empty. I am not going to pretend to be an expert on contemporary art, but I felt a disbalance between questionable installations and actual art pieces. I was expecting to see at least a few halls filled with works of contemporary Polish painters and sculptors, but I couldn't find them. I liked The Contemporary Models of Realism exhibition, but it could have more items.

I love the place. Interesting things to see, places to take photos. Some installations are with specific sounds. I recommend.

Extensive and insightful collection of contemporary art. Permanent exhibition is free on Thursdays, and there is a discount for the temporary exhibits as well. Many different types of art mediums which are all thought-provoking in their own unique ways.

There was some really nice art and the prices were fine but there were many noisy installations. It does offer times where the whole exhibition is silent but only once a week. For me personally it was way too loud so that you quickly get a sensory overload. I was really exhausted afterwards.

This museums is a special one. It has maybe not so many super famous artworks as the MoMA or the Tate, but it holds very unique masterpieces from amazing contemporary artists. The exhibition You are mine from Jakub Julian Ziółkowski is stunning. I hope this museum becomes more famous and appreciated in the future!

Nice art museum, the typical contemporary/modern art display, which I really like. There are a lot of different sections to see, some nicer than others, and some will change over time. Bought a combined ticket with Shindler's museum for 37 zlotys. There is also a nice cafe inside, not super cheap, they also gave me a discount for coffee but as I don't drink it this was not transferable so unusable

definitely recommend to visit this museum. excursion was very interesting and guide is very polite. stained glass creating technics were shown in the real workshop and they were very impressive. a few stained glass pieces are aged more then one hundred years. definitely must have to visit.

If you liked stained glass then this place is a must go. The tour includes viewing historically significant pieces and an insight into how projects are completed. The short workshop gives you a deeper appreciation into how hard it is to create much grander pieces seen throughout the workshop.

A really cool place to visit. Please keep in mind, that this museum is also a place of work and thus you can enter it only at certain hours. The best is to call them and make an appointment for a guided tour - totally worth it.

You don’t get to have a tour is a live stain glass workshop too often. The tour lasts about an hour and goes through the process of making a stain glass piece talking you around the workshop and follows up with some finished pieces on display and the history behind them. Optionally you can do a one out or two hour workshop and take on a little piece, it’s more or less putting what was explained on the tour into practice. Tour guide was very friendly, patient and a bit of a historian English tours operate twice a day when open

We had a great time here! We paid for the tour and a long workshop, which was well worth the extra money. Our guide or teacher was Lucyna. We had a separate guide for the tour and workshop but unfortunately I only caught one name. The tour was really interesting, we learnt so much we didn't know. The workshop was definitely the best bit. We made two items with 5 bits of glass each. The instructions were really clear and helpful, we didn't feel under any pressure to hurry up despite our teacher having to go lead a tour and swapping with another lady. They were both patient and let us take our time so we were happy with what we made. I genuinely mean it when I say you should not miss out on the workshop if you enjoy crafts or art to any level!

Fantastic little museum. Our guided tour with Alexandra, took us though the workshops and process by which their stained glass masterpieces are made. It then moved into the museum where works by four Polish stained glass masters are on display.

I highly recommend a visit to this place on any tour through Krakow. Obviously most people come to Krakow for Auschwitz and to pay their respects. However it is important to see what culture lies here as well. This museum and workshop existed long before WWII and it is still going strong. The tour is absolutely worth the price of admission to see these old world Craftsman and women at work. The tour explains both the technical side and the artistic side and left me wanting more. They really take their time and explain the why and the how of their work. The art pieces both in progress and complete are absolutely stunning.

I had a great time doing the tour and workshop. I did the 1 hour workshop and was able to choose 2 colours, cut and solder my pieces together. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was a unique experience being in fully operating stained glass workshop.

Probably, the greatest museum in Krakow. Active stained-glass studio, entry only within guided tour. A guide take you through the studio and providing very interesting details about stained-glasses art, showing, how to do it. For 200 zl a workshop is available, where you may able to make stained glasses by yourself. Also a nice cafe located downstars. Highly recommend!

Awesome museum. You learn quite a bit about the process to create stained glass and the work shop class was well worth it. Got to make a souvenir and make memories.

Very cozy restaurant with friendly and professional service. If you happen to be there on a night with live music, you are in for really special experience. The atmosphere, the delicious (Vegetarian) food creations, the personal & attentive service and reasonable prices make for wonderful dinner. It's highly recommended to make a reservation as this place seemed very popular.

It was three of us and sat at the garden. Nice atmosphere and decoration. The staff was very friendly and attentive, probably the most friendly of our whole Krakow experience. We had one goat cheese salad and two steak salads. Both had fresh ingredients and tasted good. Meat well-cooked but a bit unseasoned. Recommended

First time in Poland and I dined at this place. The setting was beautiful. I was new to polish food so I'll call my experience a bit experimental but I'm sure I'll get used to it if I tried it again. Nice ambient music here with wine too. Will recommend

We were really disappointed. We were recommended this place by the receptionist at our hotel, but it wasn’t a good experience. Let’s start with the atmosphere: There was live music, fine idea if it wasn’t because it was so loud that you couldn’t even have a conversation with your partner. The volume would be better in a pub/bar, not in a restaurant where you also would like to speak with the person who you were dining with. The food: The price was high, the mount was small. You payed a lot for almost nothing. If it wasn’t for the taste, the food would have gotten 2 stars instead of 4. The staff: When we were sat at our table, we didn’t have any interaction with the waiters if it wasn’t for taking our order. No questions about we like the food or anything. When we would like to pay it took a long time to get in contact with a waitress and then we wait and wait. I have never considering to leave with out paying but this day I were. We waited over 5 minutes after we ask for the bill and tables around us asked at got the bill right away, luckily for them my wife ask again for the bill, when the table was paying, else I have left with our paying.

Cozy little restaurant that serves up hearty dinner options and great drinks to go alongside. We ordered a few appetizers for the table which were all quickly eaten and for my main I chose the goulash stew served in a bread bowl. The serving size was huge and it wasn’t just filler veggies but actually a lot of meat as well. The flavors were rich and eating it with the bread bowl really helped kind of like a clam chowder. The drinks menu was great and I really loved trying the various homemade vodka flavors. My favorite was the raspberry infused one. Really enjoyed my dinner here and the staff made it a great experience.

We came for lunch and the food was rreally good! The beetroot soup is tasty, but the dumplings had no taste. The forest mushroom starter is really good! The tenderloin steak is a really big plate, it is filled with vegetables, fries and mushroom sauce and of course the meat.

Super delicious and well presented. Nice and cozy atmosphere and great service. We really enjoyed everything they served. Would definitely return again. Duck, herring, beef, beets - they did it all well.

Everything about Starka was perfect. The service was fantastic, the restaurant was ambient and the food amazing. The Polish red wine and home made vodkas were very good too. I strongly recommend Starka. Advance bookings highly recommended.

We absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. The ambiance, food and service were all above our expectations. We did make reservations for 8:30pm even though I didn't think we'd need them - but they were packed the entire time we were there. We shared pierogis and sour soup to start, the hosereradish and pineapple vodkas, for our main we shared the large pig knuckle and a bottle of polish red wine. For dessert we shared a strawberry Sunday which was the best Sunday I've ever had!!! The food here is so good, make sure to make a reservation and go!!!

The food is amazing, the service as well. You will have to taste it to convince yourself. We definitely recommend this place if you come to Krakow. Make sure you book a table in advance. They usually have them fully booked for the next 2-3 days at least. The only surprise I was not so happy about is that margarita has sugar, not salt on the glass and the combination is not the greatest.

The beef stew bread bowl and the Polish vodka Iced Tea were delicious. I had dinner around 1730, and both service and food were timely and amazing. The bread bowl stew had a great flavor, and the bread bowl itself was nice and crispy, providing a great texture to the stew. The vodka iced tea was a great addition and showcases the vodka selection they have on hand. Reservations are recommended as they usually fill up quickly in the later part of the evening. It's definitely a great restaurant for the price.

Cosy little restaurant but had read so many good things about it. With it being compact and busy, there was a real buzz about the place. Food choices were great and the presentation of the duck dish was superb. Make sure you book. Unlikely to get in without it. Try one of their own Vodkas, several flavours and a nice way to finish your meal.

Excellent menu and service. I recommend the duck with red wine sauce but the whole menu looked promising. The cheesecake was amazing. Try the tea with cranberries, cinnamon, orange and spices. Great location. On a quiet corner just around from the main street. Beautiful atmosphere. Definitely recommend. A+

Probably the best food we had in Krakow. Lots of options and everything was tasty and original. We really loved the bread soup! The waitress was very helpful and spent some time explaining what the dishes were. I really recommend booking this place if you want to make sure you try great Polish cuisine during your stay!

The Black Duck was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. The service was exceptional. The mixed starter provided a taste of a wide range of polish cuisine. This was followed by delicious main courses and dessert. It is a must if you want to try duck. We were presented with a complimentary shot of traditional plum vodka, which provided a delicious end to our meal. We had a wonderful time.

We went there to try authentic polish food on our vacation and it was the best decision. The food was delicious with lots of vegetarian options. The staff was very helpful and gave use lots of suggestions. The atmosphere and the vibe was very good. They had a good selection of wines and cocktails. Nothing to complain about. The cocktails were very quite and tasty. This is a hidden gem as the restaurant is not location in the main street but it's totally worth it

That was an unforgettable experience we enjoyed with my husband together. The point I appreciate the most is an exclusive polish cuisine without any sushi, pizza, or another stupidity. If you are looking for some really worthy, especial and authentic you’ll love it. Of course nowhere you’ll try something similar. Fantastic place, fantastic menu and very loooow prices😁

Wonderful restaurant with traditional Polish food. We started off with their shared platter of starters which was a great choice if you want to try out some traditional foods. Everything was very tasty. Then the star of the show was the whole duck, which was absolutely delicious. They also have some nice cocktails and of course, big selection of vodka. 😁 The service was also great, they all spoke English and explained to us about the food we ordered. It was my boyfriends birthday so he got a complementary cheesecake at the end which was very nice of them. All in all great experience. We went there on a Tuesday but it was still almost full so I definitely recommend getting reservations!

Fantastic meal. Wonderful staff. We've already booked to go back again while we're here. We had the sauerkraut stew, duck in red wine and potato pancakes and beef stroganoff. All were great. Pancakes, and mango mousse with meringues both filling desserts.

Came here for tea after seeing Google recommendations. Would highly recommend it myself after such fantastic service. Food came out really quick and was delicious, the cocktails were affordable and tasted wonderful. Loved the complimentary starter of duck pate and pickles and the little shot of vodka at the end! Was far too full to try the desserts but they sounded good.

Romantic atmosphere with good service and good food. We basically had a three course meal for 150zł per person. I think this restaurant is also part of a hotel because the bathrooms for this restaurant are through a door that leads into the lobby of a hotel next door.

Food was excellent, really enjoyed everything after a day exploring old town. staff were very friendly & helpful- happy to explain the menu. This is a busy restaurant so recommend booking ahead, had to turn away some clients while I was here. Very reasonable prices considering food/drink quality, service, location & atmosphere.

A super cozy space for the original location. It was very crowded and the staff had to keep sending people next door, so I felt very lucky that we got a seat. The food was really good, we got the tartar, duck with wine sauce, and 12 mixed dumplings. I think they forgot about our mains because we waited quite a long time, but again, they were quite busy, so I’m sure it was simply because of that.

We were here almost 2 years ago and we very liked this restaurant. So our first Steps in Kraków went here again. We liked it again. Very good food, good wine, servis, atmosphere. If we are back in Kraków someday we are back in this restaurant 100% again. ❤️

Absolutely delicious Polish food! I did my research and read that this was one of the best places to eat in krakow and after checking in to my hotel the staff said this was his favorite as well so I was able to get a reservation with ease. The restaurant is very cute with a beautiful garden and gorgeous mallard duck mural on the wall. The servers were wonderful and greeted us kindly upon arrival making us feel right at home. Our waitress was so cute, sweet and attentive. I can honestly say that everything was fresh abs delicious. My mother and girlfriend also loved everything. The duck was massive and very filling. The mushroom soap was rich and flavorful. The cocktails were perfect as well. The bill was a great deal & I couldn’t believe how much food we got for the price! All in all I had a great dinner and it was an excellent dining experience. Go here for a wonderful dinner in Krakow!

I highly recommend the place downstairs, it’s very nice and cozy. The lemonade is perfect, not too sweet and not too sour. I have had the chicken breast with mushroom sauce, others had the veal and the two-person meat plate, soups and it was all really really good. And the apple pie is just priceless, along with the cheesecake. The staff is kind and they speak English. We will definitely return here.

The most beautiful looking restaurant, a string trio playing music, brick walls and a little pond. Very lovely atmosphere. The food itself was delightful- the best black pudding I've ever had! The pierogi were quite possibly the best I had during my time in Krakow. The service was excellent and quick. Very very good value for money especially for how tasty it all was! I would highly recommend coming here, and would suggest booking.

The interior design was cozy, with some background music to set the atmosphere. Unfortunately the waiter never smiled and looked like he didn’t want to be there, when we would like to pay it was hard to get in contact with anybody to get the bill. The food was okay, not the best not the worst, but the price for that small mount of food and beverage was way to expensive. If you want to go, do it for the atmosphere not the food.

As a tourist I do recommend this place. TRY THE BEEF KNUCKLE!!!!! Call it a touristy area if you want but the food is actually really really good. We went with our Polish friends and they absolutely approved it. Be mindful about the big portions if you are expecting small dishes. Pierogis 🥟 🥟 meat, potatoes and farmers cheese, sweet framers cheese with raspberry are a must. I love my sour kraut ribs soup 🍲 and the cucumber 🥒 salad. But the best of all was the beef 🍖 knuckle.

We ate here at the recommendations on Google. We had a 2 course meal (was too full to eat desert). For starter we had the traditional bratwurst and black pudding starters. These were both lovely. For main we had the mutton and boar. The food was nice, but meat could have been a little more tender, more so the mutton. Overall we were please with the food. Would recommend if your looking for traditional food.

Quite touristy in a nice spot. We ordered 4 dishes which are below: - bacon wrapped prunes baked in the oven. This was sensational being crispy, sweet & rich - potato pancakes with beef goulash. Massive potato pancake & a lot of beef in a nice, thick goulash sauce then finished with grated smoked cheese. Would eat this one again - pork tenderloin with smoked cheese & cranberry sauce. This one sounded good but was a let down. Pork was slightly overdone & the size of the dish was tiny. Pork is cheaper than beef but the tenderloin was not big enough, in my opinion - mixed salad plate. Simple, fresh & went nicely with a heavy meal to freshen it up Good restaurant but I wouldn’t bother with the tenderloin.

This Polish restaurant lived up to my expectations 😍after 4 years here I’ve developed a love for Polish food and this hit the spot. Asides from the delicious and hearty food, the restaurant is well decorated and we were lucky enough to hear the live band:) I recommend this place for traditional Polish food:)

It was my first time coming to the restaurant and I got really impressed. The whole place is amazing and has a very good atmosphere. I came with a group of 15 people and everyone from the staff was great. Food was better than expected! Daniel, the waiter who was attending our table, was brilliant and kind. He made us feel welcome, even tho we were a bit loud sometimes. We didn't speak polish, only English, and Daniel was also there to help us since he could speak great English. He was great! I will return, whenever I come back to Cracov!

Such a surprise. Inside is lovely and very unique. The food was outstanding and the beer as well. Staff very friendly and nice. Really recommend. And the price as well very good . 2 starter,2 main,2 dessert and 3 beers 206 PLN (less the 40 pounds).

We love this restaurant. We have come here almost every time that we are in Krakow. The staff speaks Polish and English fluently. It may be a little more expensive than other places in the old city, but totally worth it. They have classic Polish foods, like pierogi, and the restaurant is decorated like a rural, southern ski lodge. It's fun, and the food is tasty.

Amazing restaurant- MAKE A RESERVATION. I have tried to walk in many times and it never works without a reservation. The place is mountain inspired and serves wonderful polish food. Great for tourists who want a real authentic polish meal. I had the potato pancakes with goulash and it was heavenly. Also had the duck breast and it was very tasty.

For Polish good, apparently this is a great place to go. Quiet (ish), not too expensive and the food we had was delicious. Only Star off was because there was no non smoking area outside... Welcome to Europe I guess 😂

Beating place. Beautiful atmosphere. Beautiful food. Service was first class. We couldn't have asked for more. Maybe be seated a bit closer to the band but that would be nit picking. It's a place we'd visit again. Very reasonably priced and I'd recommend the boar loin.

We went there for dinner and had a very nice experience. We have ordered the tenderloin and the big rack. My wife have enjoyed the tenderloin and I loved the big rack. It was very moist and fell from the bones as it should. The dip that came with it was great as well. I didn't care much for the side dishes that were a Greek salad and potatoes that came with it. The wine and beer that we've ordered was nice as well and the service was good even though they can be more polite. Overall it is a highly recommended place, right in the middle of the main square

Excellent food, large and tasty portions. The steak arrived exactly as we requested. The fried fish was done really well. I didn't like the apple cake, but my husband really liked it. The service was excellent and the waitresses were really friendly and smiling. They keep coming to check that everything is okay. The food arrived really quickly even though the place was full to 0 seats. Beyond that, the atmosphere is amazing, in the center of the square in the old city. Highly recommend the place.

Excellent food and very friendly staff. Chicken strips starter was really tasty. Steak was cooked perfectly to order, accompanied by a Jack Daniels sauce, a big portion of fries and a very fresh dressed salad. To top it off they also have bottled Grolsch on the menu. There’s nothing not to like about Sioux, highly recommended.

Sioux from what we understand is better known for their steaks. We didn’t want anything heavy for lunch so opted for burgers instead. Pretty decent burgers with simple and quick service. Not disappointed in the least, but there are better burgers out there if that is really want you want.

This place was really busy, we had not made a reservation and they found us a table. The food was incredible. My steak was cooked to perfection, rare as requested. I would highly recommended this restaurant.

After 4 years I’ve returned to this restaurant again. And it’s as good as ever. The food was unbelievable. And the waitress we had was so attentive and friendly. They can’t do enough for you here. Even though it was busy they still found a place for us. I’d definitely recommend the ribs here. They were out of this world. My only complaint was that the chips or wedges could have been cooked for a bit longer as some were still hard in the middle. But it didn’t take away from the overall meal. We left very happy and full.

Amazing interior never seen something quite like it. Great drinks especially the Finland flavoured vodka my daughter had mango and cranberry and loved it. Staff kind and attentive with fast service. Food portions nice and large and tasted lovely.Recommend for anyone wanting a nice meal in Krakow

A great, though tad bit expensive (for Polish standards), restaurant. The food is top notch with delicious meat and great tasting burgers. Every meal comes with some fresh and healthy vegetables on the side and the fries are nice as well. The atmosphere is simply stunning. A beautiful wide square with amazing sights. The service was also extremely fast, polite, and easy.

Elegant restaurant serving polish traditional food. The quality of food is excellent the dishes are presented very well the ambient is nice and polish style the service is great. Thus you may be wonder why 4 stars only. I felt that the helpings are not very generous as from polish tradition. Excluded this all deserves 5 stars. The cost is high but in line and faire for what you get.

If you love cream of mushroom soup, go here! Serving traditional Polish food in an old school chic space, my wife and I dine here simply for the soup. It comes in a bread bowl that works well with the thick soup. We also ordered the warm beet salad and a glass of black current juice. Everything tasted great and service is very professional.

Very good traditional polish food with multiple gluten free options, including pierogis! Service was good, staff very knowledgeable about gluten free items. Prices were a bit higher than other local places, but not extremely expensive for a nice dinner. Would eat here again! We had made a reservation based on last reviews, but we went on a Monday night and it didn’t seem extremely busy. Walking distance from old town.

An amazing dinner and so happy to find a great selection of gluten free items on the menu, even desserts! 1000% recommended!

We were invited by a friend to this restaurant and it was amazing! Food are service were excellent. Price ratio is perfect. Cool interior. Food was sooooo delicious. We enjoyed every single bite. Highly recommended!

I would fly back to Kraków just to eat in this place again. Beautiful flavours, friendliness of the stuff and pristine presentation of the food are only a fraction of the reasons why is worth to visit this restaurant. It's been over a month since I visited yet I still remember the reach deliciousness of each course that I had. Will definitely be back! Thank you for marvellous experience.

I tried zurek soup and I had duck pierogi and baked potato and carrot, cabbage, tzatziki salad trio. It was all delicious. This restaurant earned Michelin awards before ✅
