Nice beautiful beach, just found restaurants and services to far away from the sand.

Nice and cozy beach. Not too crowded but the usual services available (sunbeds, parasol, restaurants, food stalls.. Quite clean. Sometimes nicely windy, so, surfing schools gather up for some surfing lessons and practice.

Best Beach to catch the Waves,Sunsets,volleyball, you name it… can find all the beach activities you need,go there for sunsets you won’t regret.

Superb Beach. Tranquil. Many tourist. Lots of Activities. Good time to hang out and get a sun tanned.

Once in a lifetime experience. It's definitely a must return holiday adventure. Close to all amenities and facilities. Friendly and helpful personnel. Child friendly and catered for.

At the moment (August 2023) the beach is polluted. Water has two big oil stains on and beach is full of small tar drops. You step on it and you ruin your flip-flops or get a nasty stain on your foot, skin, clothes... Waves are high for most of the day so not really good for swimming and better for wind surfing.

Not a lot of food and drink shop because in the other side of the beach is Club med hotel. The beach itself is beautiful and not too crowded.

A nice but a bit crowded beach. The south end of the beach has a lovely cafe and restro for amazing food and drinks. You can also snorkel on this side of the beach. Walking distance to all shops, groceries, cafés etc.

Beautiful sandy gentle sloping beach with great waves but so sad to see so much rubbish washed up particularly the centre section, both along the tide line and along the back of the beach (although naturally my pictures are trying to avoid it.)

great relaxing beach. perfect for families as the water is very calm. if you go to the far right, it’s a great spot to do some snorkelling. close to plenty of restaurants and pubs. small markets along the way if you want to do some shopping. definitely try out one of the pancake stands, they are delicious !! will definitely return to watch the sunset one night.

This place is beautiful to look down on the beaches and wasn’t very busy either. We went for sunset being recommended for the lovely views, however in January it seems the sun sets behind a blocked view of trees so didn’t get to see the sunset after all. The rest of it is very nice though and I recommend a trip up.

Beautiful view. If you taste a taxi or tuktuk, have then stay there until you leave. If is not easy to get one to come pick you up!

Our Grab driver showed us this spot and we were quite glad he did! It has a great view of the city and it is completely free! They do charge if you want to use the restroom though. Peak times will be at sunset so plan accordingly because it can get really busy and packed with people trying to take photos. Some people will be rude and obnoxious when you're trying to take photos since the area can be a bit tight. But otherwise, the view is lovely and well worth it!

Good place for a quick 10 minute break with nice views over 3 beautiful bays. Karon, kata and Kata Noi beaches. Just down the road is an awesome small cafe.

In January 2023, my family and I had the wonderful opportunity to visit Karon Viewpoint, one of Phuket's most popular attractions. Positioned between Nai Harn and Kata Noi beaches, this viewpoint offered us a panoramic view of the magnificent Andaman Sea and Phuket's breathtaking west coast beaches, including Kata Noi, Kata Yai, and Karon. The viewpoint, also known as the Three Beaches Hill, provided us with an unobstructed 8-km vista, which is, without a doubt, one of the most photographed images in Phuket. The enchanting combination of the sparkling blue sea, pristine white-sand beaches, the exotic nearby island of Koh Pu, and the lush green hillsides of Phuket created a captivating landscape that left us in awe. Despite its popularity and frequent crowds, we found the viewpoint well facilitated. There was ample parking space, and even when it got a bit crowded, people conveniently parked on the roadside. We appreciated the presence of several drinks and snack stands and a large gazebo providing shade, making our visit comfortable and relaxing. Located a short 10-minute drive from both Kata Beach and Nai Harn Beach, Karon Viewpoint is a must-visit for its iconic and stunning vistas. This captivating viewpoint truly encapsulates the beauty and charm of Phuket. We highly recommend it to all future visitors to the island.

We rented motorcycles for a day around the island. One of Phuket's attractions is driving on beautiful forest roads. Around noon we reached this point. Here you can see very beautiful views of the coastal islands and the sea and ....There was an eagle named Rambo that you could take a picture with for a very small amount of money! There was also a cafe and a number of stalls selling water, snacks, etc. I love fresh green coconut, which I fortunately found there!

Easily accessible cute little viewpoint overlooking 3 of the beaches. Would look even more fabulous on a clear day but still great either way. Lots of places to sit around and chill too if you’re not in a rush. An area for drone flying too if that’s your thing (and you have the licence of course lol). Quick easy tick off the list!

Nice view, but parking can be almost impossible when busy. You can see Kata and Karon beaches and the Big Buddha. They have toilets (10 THB, no toilet paper). Not wheelchair accessible.

Beautiful views of the beach. Can spend about 10-15 mins here. Very nice place to visit if you have the time.

Sunset is beautiful. A must visit, worth it of you like view. You can see kata noi, kata and Karon beach from here. This view point is actually nearer to Kata, wonder why they call it Karon View point. This Location is definitely not at Karon beach there so don't get confuse After sunset, quick drop by to Kata noi beach to enjoy the small beach before night fall and just leave the place because prices here are more pricey!

Great beach, water is great and clear. Very mixed people but mostly couples and families as expected. 200B for sunbeds. Great views and park near neach. Also bar is available for drinks and food but you bring it to sunbed yourself. Beach is gets deep pretty quick.

A short (750m) stretch of beach with great surf, with rocky outcrop on either end. Mostly visited by guests of the Katathani resort and public via a narrow path from the main road

Two access points for public use, neither of which is necessarily easy compared to other beaches. Steep stair decent with minimal parking among the road at the far right side/north end of the beach. You're parking on the hill part of the road before descending down to the beach town. There is a nasty looking bathroom at the top of the steps, which wasn't open when I was there. The other access point is basically in the middle of the beach with parking on a very narrow and conjested road. There are a couple of pay parking lots along the road which makes for a hike with your beach gear. View from the beach is beautiful, but there's no shade, so bring an umbrella. Nice sand and beautiful water. Can possibly do some basic snorkeling from the south end. Doesn't have your typical food and drink stalls. Resorts line the whole beach, except for that narrow center entry point. The breach is somewhat medium sized, which can feel private if there aren't many people. Otherwise, it would feel crowded.

Small beach with little food and drink shops. Difficult to find entrance if you are not staying at katathani hotel. We went there when the wave is strong.

Kata noi is a beautiful beach. The sand and sea are incredibly clean. On the beach itself, you have some shade and you also have deckchairs and umbrellas. The beach itself is easy to reach. It is accessible to everyone. There is a small problem with parking spaces because the place itself is crowded.

Absolutely beautiful and stunning. Lots of local vendors by the beach where you can get beach chairs, smoothies, coconut, and food. Water is clear and great for a swim. Careful with rocks though!

Stunning beach view with a big wave; the water is clear and blue. There are lots of chairs and umbrellas to rent, and also have food and fresh juice around the beach. Relax and soothing; I think one of the best beaches in Phuket.

This beach is a cute little gem of Phuket nestled at the southern part of city. The beach is calm, serene and beautiful with not much crowd. There are also good places to eat around. If you are looking for a peaceful evening at a beach in the city, then you should go there

Nice little market, mostly for tourists, amidst the temple buildings. Open on Tuesday and Friday evenings. Some food, lot of clothes and souvenirs

We were there early even before the tents were put up, plenty of options at a great price. A def must visit for shopping. Just a 20 mins ride from Patong plus you’d get to visit the beautiful Karon beach as well :) get there by 2/3pm to avoid the crowds and you’d have plenty of freedom to haggle prices.

Lovely night market and the best we found in this area :). Great stuff to buy and atmosphere and a few food stands inside and outside. During COVID they also checked temperature and masks at all entries! We went there on Tuesday and Friday :)

Only on Tue and Fridays from 4 pm till late. It's really a vast difference from precovid days when it was crowded. Now there appears to be more sellers than buyers, sadly. There's still a wide range of casual clothing, beachware, souvenirs and street food

Fantastic food! Very polite and courteous staff. Try the Basil Chili Spaghetti.

These markets are actually good. You aren’t hassled to buy unlike say Patong or Kata Beach. Some good street food on sale here. I tried a few things like freshly cooked spring rolls, vegi Samosa and mango smoothies. I did not get crook so it was obviously ok to eat 👍

Great Market highly recommended. It was quite then my family and I went but it is getting busier. Lots of clothing jewelry, hats and other goods but not alot of food options. But you should go. Again highly recommended.

Food here especially the local Thai food was very good and reasonably priced. You can get the usual night market shopping but definitely very reasonably priced food which was very tasty. There were both locals and tourists eating. We had the mussels, squid, fried rice and tempura shrimp. The fried ice cream and Thai mango were probably one step too far but had to be done.

Great night market with lots of options. Prices are fair. We had the best burger ever on this market. Also the big stall when you enter the covered market, next to the smoothie/fruit stall, has the best food!

Should not vent just because one outlet turns out to be an unethical tourist trap. The food choices are great and varied. The grubs, beetles and scorpion stall is always a crowd puller, but only for the 10 baht it costs to take a photo. The common seating area is completely full all the time and it is just easier to do takeaway.

A sweet little market.. You can eat relatively cheaply here, get cheap drinks and also get lots of (unnecessary) souvenirs :) If you want to try something crazy, you can buy frogs or maggots on skewers. Otherwise, there is a lot of sea food and the usual Thai dishes. However, the cleanliness of the tables leaves a lot to be desired.

Not too crowded for a night market. Has a lot of local thai street food, especially seafood. There is live music, so you can enjoy your meal while listening to them.

An experience to delight. If you are in Kata definitely stop in for a feed. We enjoyed a tasty seafood meal on our way back to the hotel after spending a good afternoon out dehydrating 😉. I thoroughly enjoyed the squid and it was nice to sit back and enjoy a few beers while eating in the market.

It's situated opposite the Otis hotel and little away from the marked location. The market mostly has food stalls and few cloth and beauty product shops. Many shops are still not open. There is one street ice cream vendor who freshly prepares ice cream rolls which I liked most.

This has to be one of the more beautiful markets I've ever been to! There are people singing, great food, nice aroma everywhere, and the sunset views are just amazing!

Here you can feel real local atmosphere. In comparison with other places here is clean and food is also tasty. Very big choice of sea food, it’s a real paradise for seafood lovers. Alcohol cocktails are also good and a big choice of smoothies.

It’s used to be a buzzing place before COViD hits… now is a little quieter. Partly is the world is not travelling as much as before, Russia and China is still lock down which I believe there are many Russians and Chinese here before. Some shops at the night market are open, restaurants are operating still. So come and support Kata Night market

I don't know if this place was hot or not before, but I definitely wasn't when I went there in may/June 2023. The place was basically empty with only same shopping options. Only a couple restaurants selling stir fry and seafood and no street food vendors I would expect from a night market. Don't bother coming, go to the walking street for a good night market experience which is just a walk down the street

Amazing place to eat!!! Friendly, quick efficient. Sunday roast, All you can eat top ups if your feeling greedy. Wednesday surf and turf , Friday ribs !!! Same deal as Sunday roast. Deserts were great. Would recommend booking as it does get really busy, cheap drinks too.

Went with my sister for a dinner after a day by the beach and found this place quite lovely! We ordered the spring rolls, the pad Thai and the chicken curry and they were all super yummy! On Fridays, they have a promotion of buy one strawberry daiquiri, get one free so we ordered those as well. Lastly, they had live music and the singer was absolutely amazing! Loved her voice and charisma. Would definitely recommend!

Nice restaurant. Good food, nice decor and the live act musician created a nice ambience.

We rarely eat at the same place twice when we’re on holiday but this was the exception. We were there first for Sunday lunch which was EPIC and then, the following evening, went back again for dinner. Everything was delicious, freshly cooked and beautifully presented. A great atmosphere and friendly service too.

Amazing food, could not fault anything. I’d recommend bring a little bit more money as they have a great selection to choose from including deserts. The steak was cooked perfectly. Staff are very quick to clear the table. When we converted the money we spent back into sterling it was about £50 which wasn’t bad, with two soft drinks and 2 ciders. we’d spend that back home in Ireland. Entertainment started around 8pm, it was nice to hear some live music.

Great atmosphere, & service. Had live music when we were here back in April 2018. They have Chang on tap, and the most amazing mixed grill we have ever had. The sauces that came with it perfectly with the meat and every mouthful was enjoyed. The spring rolls had Thai herbs and were also amazing. Surprisingly good western food in Phuket.

Steak here is 10/10! My partner had a burger which he also thoroughly enjoyed! Although more expensive than other places it is still amazing value for money. Staff were friendly, the restaurant is clean and has a great vibe with live singers. Will defo return when in area.

Very very nice food. A little more expensive but well worth it. My pad Thai was awesome and catered for my spicy palete. Great staff and was busy by 8pm on a Tuesday. Well worth a visit.

Great Thai food with a lot of vegan options. I was very happy to find vegan versions of traditional Thai dishes. Portions are really big! The staff are very friendly. One thing to improve would be the plastic straws. They were mostly not even needed or could easily be replaced with more eco-friendly alternatives like in most other places around here. :-)

I found this lovely place while browsing for authentic Thai food in Kata Beach area in Phuket. I had great and very tasty curry with beef. The lady who served there was really friendly and communicative. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for good quality Thai food!

Great value and tasty food! It was good quality cooking, ingredients and presentation, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Plus the staff were very sweet!

I have been to Thailand for at least 500-600 times over the last 28 years, but only my 2md time in Phuket (mostly Bangkok). And I dare to speak up that this is one of the best in Thailand. Why did I rate it so high? 1. Great Food 2. Great Service 3. Cleanliness 4. Nice cosy humble ambience 5. Decent prices 2 bottles white wine 2 servings of garlic bread 1 curry beef 1 Coconut Chicken Thick Soup 1 Fried morning glory 2 bowls of white rice Very good recommendation from the staff (a gentleman who does not oversell but made very good suggestions). We had a good lunch today. After which we made a next evening dinner reservation to sample their other dishes.

In short: too salty and dry. We ordered burger with french fries and grilled chicken with salad as a side dish and pepper sauce. Burger was “mediocre”, as my bf said. The meat was very salty and the burger itself was dry, not juicy at all. The french fries were so fried that there was nothing inside. As for my grilled chicken — it also was very salty, and even if they asked me, what sauce I’d like to accompany the chicken with, they served it in a separate bowl (which is good), but the chicken itself was already partly covered in some other sauce🤔 And everything, except the salad, was sooo salty😲 The salad was great though! The service — nothing special, not great, not bad. Just ok)

If you’re craving a good piece of meat and a break from thai food, you have found your spot. Bruschetta was tasty and bread was pretty good. The steak could’ve been cut with a butter knife & the potatoes were addictive. The nut icecream with cranberries was creamy & delicious; the chocolate icecream was more like fudge but needless to say we cleaned the bowl. Owner was super sweet & friendly, made it a point to check on our table 3+ times. Offer a small but good selection of wines, can BYOW with corkage fee if preferred.

Delicious! Don't let the small size fool you, this place delivers big flavor. We had the pepper stake and the flank stake. Both were perfectly cooked and so full of flavor we didn't even need the sauce it comes with...though we used that to dip our delicious homemade chips!

Ordered duck foie gras and ribeye, both were very delicious. Steak was juicy and the sauce paired really well with the meat. Recommended if you are looking for a good grill.

This is the most delicious food. 🙏🏼 They have amazing deals. I ordered a Mojito for 119 Baht which is $3.69; and one of the best mojitos I’ve ever had. Three course meal with appetizer, steak and delicious sides and mushrooms sauce and pepper sauce, and a chocolate dessert 🤙🏼 Wagyu was cooked perfectly and the sauce only amplified it. Service was great. Drinks were great, atmosphere was splendid. Would highly recommend, and I know I’ll be back.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Food 10/10. Service 10/10. Atmosphere 10/10. If you want a great steak served with a smile, do not walk past this place.

Wow!! This place is incredible. Delicious, well thought out menu with customer service on point. We ordered two Wagu set menus, Kids beef tenderlions and Spaghetti Bolognese... absolutely beautiful melts in your mouth. Tender, flavoursome and overall down right delicious. Wagyu is exquisite and everything tasted amazing, I definitely recommend the oysters, they are so fresh 😍 Staff are super friendly!! If you ever visit Phuket Thailand you should definitely come and eat here.

Have had all the specials now and was happy with them all. Sunday roast very good. Surf & turf, excellent taste & quality. Last night's pork ribs where great and the wait staff are quick to ask if you want more. Great place for a carnivore.

VERY impressed with literally everything. Food tasted soooo yummy, fair priced, staff are friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd time here, everytime as amazing as the previous. I highly recommend the buffet. Most buffets they lower the quality to save money, not here, really great quality food. Thank you!!!

All you can eat ribs for an amazing price (I think it was 499 baht) every Friday night with live band. Highly recommend the ribs as I came in with Low expectations but was surprised by how tender and well cooked the ribs and wedges were. They’re like the ribs I get back home in Australia with bbq sauce and the meat falls off the bone. Not dry or chewy, really easy to eat. The live band was also amazing. Drank some cocktails which were good too.

Guys!!! Your place is the best temple for the soul's pleasure. We have been here several times, enjoing the most wonderful girl's voice, delicious food and met nice and friendly Director. I also remeber the guy who often came and sang the same song on the stage each time he was there "Shallow" :)) Definately the best place to eat and spend your time. Thank you very much)

We went to TwoChefs tonight and thoroughly enjoyed it 😍 they have taco tuesdays which we tried the Baja fish. We shared a chicken ceasar salad, prawn pasta and steak with mashed potatoes. We had a mountain of a frozen daiquiri and the service was excellent. Everything was delicious and will definitely be back! The prices were great for the quality. Thank you, TwoChefs!

Two Chefs is an amazing place with good food, especially meat for steak lovers! Service is great! Everything we ordered was delicious! However, the owner is very rude! Sometimes it seemed that he hates his customers! Very ignorant, arrogant, and inappropriate behaved. I will definitely recommend this place, but try to stay away from this person. He might ruin the mood from the beginning.

Meat heaven at Kata beach. Sunday roast was delicious, sirloin steak, melt in your mouth perfection (delicious mushroom sauce too). Real surprise was the fantastic roasted chicken that came with the roast and the scalloped potatoes were from heaven, high-quality cheese, tasted like Gruyère. Highly recommended. I will return.

Really nice restaurant. Even when most restaurants around were pretty quiet, this was a busy little place. I had the pork tacos, which were excellent, and a very nice frozen strawberry daiquiri (which at 125baht, was excellent value). Plus a decent couple of singers later on in the evening.

Very nice place all food we ordered was delicious and right amount of spice to provide taste while still being enjoyable. Portions are big. We had the chicken satay, panang with chicken, Tom yum soup and the fried rice with vegetables. Highly recommend! Good drinks too.

This a great place with great food. They can make anything you want if you will ask them. We bought a gluten free pasta and they made a seafood gluten-free pasta for us. This is awesome, that they can make it. Because I’m allergic to gluten. This is the most responsible family restaurant

We found this gem of a Thai restaurant close to our resort and ate here many times during our week stay. It’s a family business with a friendly staff and delicious food. We would highly recommend! Our kids loves the honey toast dessert.

Excellent service, friendly, attentive, very clean and most importantly, delicious! The owner is kind and welcoming and willing to modify the dishes. My husband is vegetarian and they double checked to make sure he wasn't vegan before preparing his meal. We have been in Kata for 2 days and have eaten there both days so far! I want to taste traditional Thai food, but I don't want to eat street food - Eightfold is the perfect answer for me! We will be back.

Found this by chance and decided to pop in for some light bites. Place is neatly set up and clean. Understand that the restaurant been around since 1999. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Noticed that most restaurants here seems to make their garlic bread really crunchy, light flavour. Chicken satays were well marinated. Good flavour & tender. The peanut sauce is good too. Carbonara is not too bad but just slightly too creamy to our liking Tried the fried bananas. Like that the batter is light and not too thick. Reminds me of goreng Pisang.

We LOVE Eightfold!!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly we haven’t had a single thing that we haven’t liked. We especially liked the Basil Chicken, Mango Shake, Watermelon Shake, Cashew Chicken, ALL the curries, honestly their burger and chicken and basket were really good too. Mr. Thanawat is so kind and so is his family. Please Please Please visit Eightfold. You will not regret it!

Had a great time and amazing food at Eightfold. Found them on google and saw the reviews and it did not disappoint! We (2 pax) ordered 3 shakes: watermelon, mango and banana and all were good! We also ordered the chicken satay, green curry beef, tomyum shrimp, garlic & pepper chicken, fried rice and fried morning glory (I know it’s a lot- we were starving). The total was about 1200B which was reasonable. We loved the tomyum soup, chicken satay and garlic & pepper chicken so much! Asked for medium spicy and it was just right for us. Service staff speaks good english and made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!
