Breathtaking views, mistful walks & scenic beauties! We enjoyed every bit of being there & kids had a lot of fun. Blend of mountains, tall trees & river crossing right in the middle made the visit memorable. It took us almost an hour to go around & it was hard to leave since we live to spend time close to nature. We’ll be back soon before winter.

A very short detour off the road between Banff and Jasper. The falls is accessible from the parking and is only a couple of minutes walk. The water flow is heavy and the new between the canyon is not to be missed.

Very nice waterfall with a lot of great viewpoint. I recommend visiting this place when driving through Jasper National Park.

It is a relatively small waterfall. However, you can get so close up to the fall that it makes it feel special and unique. I have seen Niagara falls many times but for some reason this small and tiny waterfall was more enjoyable.

MAKE SOME TIME AND GET OUT HERE!!! Apologies for the all caps, but this place deserves to be seen. What an absolute sight to behold. Saying this place is majestic would be an understatement. Athabasca falls is a must visit for anyone visiting Jasper National Park. We visited the falls on a weekend and we were able to get parking even when there were a ton of cars.

Beautiful scenery, I saw lots of people just stopping to get a picture by the entrance, but if you have time, walk the short trail nearby and go down to the river as well!

It has all infrastructure for tourism, with parking lot, washrooms, signs, information about the falls. You have to walk along well-marked trails to see various parts of the waterfall. The place is really beautiful! It wasn't crowded when I went there, around 9am on friday, but there were a lot of people. The place receives buses with excursions. We stayed for around 45 min and we didn't do the entire trail. At this time it is possible to see both sides of the waterfall and go down to see the lake where the waterfall reaches.

Just a quick stop off the road between Banff and Jasper, you'll find a hidden gem - the Athabasca Falls! It's super easy to access from the parking lot, just a short, couple of minutes' walk. You won't want to miss it, as the water flow is strong and the view of the canyon is simply breathtaking. Prepare to be amazed by this stunning waterfall, and the best part is, you don't have to trek for hours to enjoy it. Within just 5 minutes of walking from the parking lot, you'll find yourself in front of this natural wonder. Trust me, it's one of the most beautiful waterfalls I've ever seen! If you're planning a trip to or from Jasper, this place is an absolute must-visit. Don't pass up the opportunity to witness the sheer beauty of this waterfall and take in the mesmerizing surroundings. You won't regret it!

The Falls themselves are beautiful! There are several view points only a few minutes from the parking lot by feet. But don‘t expect to ne alone. I would recommend getting there quite early (before 9 am!). Otherwise there is no guarantee that there is any free parking space.

Gorgeous waterfalls.. water's power on full display just like how it shows in Niagara.. rock is not weak but water is powerful.. June will be the best month to visit... you will probably walk 1.6km if you cover all spots here.. parking is very close to the waterfalls and the washrooms were not very clean but I guess they are not used properly by washroom visitors..

Pretty falls and super easy walk, but not THAT pretty and also get ready for bumper to bumper pedestrian traffic. You will have to get in line for that perfect photo that doesn’t show the crowd to make your friends jelly.

Such a beautiful area! It's a must see in Jasper. It has a pretty large parking lot, a lot of trails and the sights are fantastic! Can get quite crowded so best to get there early in peak seasons but it's worth it!

Very crowded but a beautiful stop to make. We almost skipped it but I'm so glad we didn't. The walk from the parking area to the falls is so short, so our 2 year old easily managed. Stayed for about 45 minutes reading plaques and taking photos.

What a great stopping point along the Icefields Parkway. There is a large parking area (including RV parking) with public bathrooms. There is a short, paved, flat trail to the falls, so it is easily accessible by all. Lots of water funnels into a small canyon. Great viewing points. Worth a stop.

Absolutely stunning. The force of the waterfall is so powerful. Very busy spot. There is a nice trail along the river which was not busy at all.

Incredibly gorgeous scenic trail with plenty of pretty falls. You will fall in love with this place instantly. The trail is an easy 4.4km/2.74 miles round loop that is very kid and dog friendly. Going to the 5th bridge can get a bit muddy and you'll be attacked by lots of mosquitoes at that point. Trail is a bit crowded, the further you go, the less crowded it gets.

Beautiful frozen falls!! We booked a tour in the last week of March 2023. They provided us a helmet, water proof winter boots and ice cleats. It is best to follow a tour guide because you have no idea what it looks like while walking along the canyon. We were so lucky to walk/hike through the bottom of the canyon at this time of the year. It was great experience. My daughter (6yr) was able to hike along the canyon, walked along the river, some time sliding down the ice. Absolutely we are coming back for summer time to see the differences.

We went to Maligne Canyon in January and we had an amazing day of hiking! Everything about this canyon is breathtaking! If you happen to go during the winter season, I would recommend wearing winter hiking boots with very good traction or ice crampons. The trails were very icy. However, don't let the winter season stop you from going. There were hardly anyone on the trails when we went and the scenery is so beautiful in the winter. A must see!

This canyon walk/hike is beautiful. Definitely worth visiting. Majestic views of canyon. If you can get a guide, that would be great. They explain so much. Just gorgeous

Very nice place ! there are lots of small bridges that you can explore. Moderating Trekking, but make sure you have water with you. Perfect place for mountain and nature lover people. Don’t worry about the parking because there is dedicated parking area and it is quite large. MUST VISIT PLACE :)

Absolutely gem of a place to be at. So calm and relaxing place nourishes the mind body and soul. Great views throughout the walk. It is a long walk if you want to cover the whole canyon. The tracks are very clearly marked just make sure you carry the map, that helps tremendously to decide and discover the path.

Well this was a great experience, we did the trails and also walked the Canyon, it was all iced, the views were spectacular. There were thick sheet of ice and the falls were completely frozen. The ice has started to melt and hence this trek got a little difficult, so please be extremely cautious and don't forget the cleats. This is a must see attraction. Please like my review if you find it helpful.

Easy hike trail, easy to navigate through GPS. Beautiful place to visit. But I would rather come when it is more quiet and peaceful without too many visitors. Come early in the morning to get the most benefit of this place. Don't forget to stop at Maligne Canyon sight seeing where you could see the Athabasca valley. Overall, a great experience.

Spectacular canyon, worth the visit. Canyon has 6 levels and if you have the time try to walk them all but you’ll need a few hours. Make sure you have good walking shoes as the trail can be slippery if wet .The wilderness kitchen is also nice to sit for lunch , great atmosphere with a lovely open fire.

It was a great experience and I wish I had done my usual research. This would have led me to bring my crampons, from home and I would have been able to walk longer. I might come back in the summer so I can enjoy both the winter and summer hiking.

Stunning view. Easy to hike. If you bike here. I recommend parking at fifth bridge and hiking along trail 7 ( river side). Then go back to fifth bridge by trail 7h.

Decent hike, trails are maintained at time of visit. Some good views but it's not much more than that. After the 3rd bridge we turned back to go, other visitors were doing the same. After the 2nd bridge you don't get anything you haven't seen already other than a big hike if that is what your after.

This is a trail where you start at the top and go down. In this case what goes down must come back up. The trail is marked in sections by the bridges you cross. The main parking and visitor centre is at the top and the trail is paved with fences and stairs. The path as far as the fourth bridge is steep but wide and paved with a lot of stairs. My wife and I started on this path together. Both of us being in our 70s, I made the chivalrous gesture of climbing the stairs to get the car. I instructed my wife to continue down the trail to the fifth bridge while I climbed the stairs and there is a parking area at the fifth bridge where I would meet her. I told her to take lots of pictures because I wanted to be able to see what I missed. It had been drizzling all day but as I said the trail was very good and neither of us anticipated any problems. I turned back at the third bridge to get the car. It was only a short distance to the fourth bridge and then over a kilometre to the fifth bridge. After climbing the many stairs to reach the top I drove around to the fifth bridge and she was not there yet. I waited half an hour and finally heard from her. She had had a very bad experience as the trail beyond the fourth bridge had turned into a narrow muddy footpath. They really should have had warning signs particularly in the wet conditions. My wife had a terrifying experience from the fourth bridge on. When I finally saw her coming she was about to break down in tears. However she looked so pitiful covered in mud that I started laughing and that turned her tears into laughter as well.

Impressive canyon with a series of roaring waterfalls channeling through its narrow canyon walls. The most scenery is hiking from bridges 1 to 4. Bridge one is a little tricky to find as it starts behind the tea house area from the parking lot. It’s got a great view though so don’t miss it. Bridges 5 and 6 are farther away and can be driven to. The scenery though with these two bridges is not as impressive.

Fantastic experience with magnificent views. We were allowed to bring our small dog with us ($6 extra fee). He loves heights and looking down on things. The hike to the top of the summit was a bit strenuous given the steepness of the slope but there are lots of rest spots along the way. There are also some viewing platforms and a small boardwalk at the upper terminal with spectacular views if you chose to not do the hike to the summit. I bought tickets online the evening before and it was a smooth transaction. We got a small discount for our early morning trip. Nice snack shop and restaurant at the top, with a small gift shop. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, gave interesting talk on way up. The tram was not too crowded in the early morning. This is probably one of the best activities to do in Jasper with a big “Wow” factor. Highly recommended.

That place is something you must go. The view is amazing once you're up there. Temperature is colder than down the city, so maybe get something warm. The hiking is a great experience, not for thoses with physical limitations. Totally worth the ride there and pay to get at nearly the top of the gondola. After, there is easily more than 1 kilometer of hiking you can do to reach the top of mount Whistler at 2464m. A experience for everyone you shouldn't miss.

Jasper SkyTram Must say sometimes the nature has different plans but was glad to find out the apps are also sometimes doesn't comply much with the weather forecast said by one of the employees though we didn't really check the weather as we booked our tickets previously. Just wanted to have the cable car experience with kids and well kids still loved it but little clearer view would have been more awesome but we still enjoyed the white snowy covered view in the whole travel time. I might add some pictures after as my wife takes an active part looking through a lense and must say she surely takes better pictures than me. It's a fun ride to be in and we will surely be back in the summer.

Incredibly beautiful views. Easy summit. The tram ride is worth the price! I recommend buying the tickets online in advance. Great customer service: we dropped a phone on the waiting center uphill, we filed a report, they looked for it and delivered it right away

I was so nervous about doing this, especially after being hit with that snowstorm. Hands down the most spectacular views ever! We were literally right in the clouds at eye level with the mountain peaks! Not only were the views out of this world, the staff were absolutely fantastic! We will never forget this part of our out west adventure! A must-add to your bucket list!! Photos taken June 2023.

Exploring Jasper from a different perspective was an absolute blast! A group of us hopped on a 7-minute tram ride that whisked us to the top of the mountain, offering breathtaking views along the way. After days of hiking, it was the perfect respite we needed to rejuvenate There's a delightful little cafe at the base of the tram and a shop at the summit where we all bought neatly designed stickers. The cafe served up some of the most incredible coffee. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this experience. It allowed me to me to see the town of Jasper and the miles of surrounding mountainous terrain in a whole new light.

Lifetime experience on this highest tram in Canada with a seven and half minute flight. The staff on the tram give you a good narrative of what you see outside as you go up. An amazing walk on the mountain top. Wear layers while up there as it can get real windy. When we were up there the temp was lower by 8 degC as compared to the base station

This landmark attraction was worth visiting. It has nice picnic areas at the base station, and clean washrooms. I went during an off peak season in October, and was able to get tram tickets with no issue. If it was busier you will want to book tickets ahead of time. The view is great riding the tram to the top and also at the station at the top. You might want to stand near the back on the way up and in the front on the way down for better photo views. The cafe at the top station was a nice place to hang out to rest. The hike to the Whistlers summit can be strenuous, you will want to have hiking shoes, water and hiking poles if possible. For older folks they may need to take frequent breaks going to the true summit, as it can be steep plus higher elevation. The false summit is less strenuous and still provides nice photos and views. Overall it was an interesting attraction, while tickets were slightly pricey, it was worth the price.

It was such an incredible experience, the views were stunning and there wasn't a long wait for the boarding of the Tram. The service was quick, and amazing. The crew had incredible knowledge to share especially if you get Patrick as one of the guides. Overall it was great, and even better for a place for your family to go and if you're looking for a long hike then this is the place to go. Might be pricey but the memories are worth it!!!

Great experience. Just make sure you trust how the system works because this might not be pleasant to someone who is afraid of heights. The operators are very knowledgeable and give you a nice description of what you are seeing on your way up & down. The staff is really friendly. Extra hike at the top of the mountain but make sure to pace yourself (oxygen available to breathe is reduced). Nice little restaurant for a romantic moment. Good food and drinks. Points of view to take pictures.

A wonderful sight in a great town. You are efficiently lifted to a beautiful hight for a wonderful vista. The hike to the vista was difficult for this person from a sea level home but ready for many. The view is fantastic and worth it.

Approximately 7 mins ride to reach the upper station where the view of the town site was amazing. Traveling with 2 young kids, and being physically unfit, we did not complete the hike to the summit. Temperature was definitely cooler up there and a lot windier. In hindsight, we could have completed the hike if we had booked the return in 3 hours instead. We did not prebook as the weather was quite unpredictable the days before, so took our chances on a clear day and had to wait for approx 1hr for the flight.

What a place this is. It's surreal, it's beautiful, and it's fantastic. The views, the roads, the mountains, everything was perfect. We were fortunate that the weather was also lovely, and we enjoyed every bit of it. Walking on the skywalk was a fantastic experience. It felt scary in the beginning, but overall, it was fun. We were able to click some great pictures.

Great views. A really well engineered tourist attraction. FYI: unable to drive up to location and enter to "look down" but must instead go to the ticketing building, purchase tour ticket, board a bus, get driven for approx. 7 mins to the location whilst hearing some facts about the area, then enter for sightseeing. The return buses come every 10 mins or so to take you back to your vehicle.

This is a bizarre addition to the Columbia Ice Fields tour that doesn't make sense. There used to be a nice pull out area to park vehicles and enjoy the scenery. Now the entire area is occupied by this mammoth steel structure that extends into the valley with a small glass section. It begs the question why??? This sky walk adds another 1 hr to the ice field tour, which typically used to take about 2 hrs. Now it takes almost 3hrs in total with no access to a washroom after you left the main building. A bus will directly take you from the ice field tour to this new location. Some people had opted to skip this and stay in the bus to continue to the visitor centre. This is one of the sad realities of ultra commercialization of the Banff/Jasper National Parks.

Feel of adventure with touch of care! Great activity to do if you're feared of heights, it feels so safe and solid which helps you overcome the fear of height. Great place of visit with young kids. Car parking is located 6km east of the actual structure with free super comfy bus shuttle is available every 15 minutes. Highly recommended place!

Columbia Icefields is a unique experience. We went in September. There was no snow anywhere except in Columbia Icefields. It was so surprising and enchanting. It's about 10 degrees cooler at the Skywalk than the rest of the parkway, so dress up accordingly. We saw snow goats from the Skywalk, it was so awesome.

Absolutely spectacular. Very safe vehicle and fairly easy to get in and out of for older people. The drive to the glaciers in the specially made vehicles is very up and down...steep inclines. Our driver Jess made it seem easy. Great tour guide and driver. Jess was very pleasant and funny! There were a few people who fell walking on the glacier but you just have to take it slow. Glacier is outstanding. A once in a lifetime opportunity.

The views were stunning. I had a tickling sensation in my stomach from the walk on the glass-floor observation platform overlooking a 280m drop 😅🤩. Peace of advice: go to the washrooms before heading into the bus for the skywalk. There are no toilets when you arrive. The washroom in our bus was always closed. We had to use the bushes 🙃

An unmissable place when you visit Banff/Jasper.. you will be amazed with the natural beauty, serenity and sheer size of glacier. Take a jacket without fail, as the glacier is less than 10degrees even during peak summer. Also advance booking of ride to glacier is a must!

Walking across the bridge is a truly great experience, and you need not worry because the glass is incredibly strong and safe. The view of the mountains and waterfalls from the bridge is awe-inspiring. Keep an eye out, as you might even spot mountain goats beneath the bridge. If you enjoy heights, this is an absolute must-visit destination. Be sure to purchase a ticket in advance, as you cannot stop on the side of the highway to access it. Also, it's essential to be prepared since there are no washroom facilities available at this location.

Really nice place , the staff and crew were very good. I wish they could regulate the number of people on the sky walk. Too crowded, no room to move or take pics . Given covid , even more reason to socially distance. My tip - take the last trip out at 17.30, the crowd thins out and you have some place to breathe and move around

The views are great and walking on that glass pathway is a thrill in itself. Interesting to see the engineering behind it. Took a little while to grab the bus back to the welcome center but it's alright. Not necessarily a must see, but definitely worth it if you have the time.

If you’re going to Banff and Jasper then a must do activity and excursion. It’s unbelievable to stand and walk on a 10000 year old glacier. Columbia icefield glacier team is great very courteous and experienced. There discovery center is great 👍🏻. Overall a fabulous and fantastic experience.

The skywalk is a wonderful experience. The price-performance ratio is still ok. If you travel here by bus, you should take plenty of time. There is so much to see, experience and learn. All around the mountains and the glaciers, and also the animals like the mountain goats and the bears. You also learn how important nature and climate protection are for the preservation of the glaciers and their lakes.

We did just the skywalk (no glacier walking tour - so can’t comment on that) and were pretty disappointed. It’s essentially a glorified rest stop at the side of the road, with okay views but nothing remarkable compared to other spots along the highway and in the nearby national parks. You arrive at the glacier centre and they take you on a bus up to the skywalk (which you already drove past). You walk around for a while, walk across the glass skywalk, then get the bus back. Frankly, the views from the glacier centre where you board the bus are better than the skywalk. Unless you’re super keen to walk on glass, I’d suggest you just skip it and enjoy a coffee/lunch in the cafe, which was quite nice and reasonably priced.

Been there twice and both times it was an awe-experience. Such a serenity! It's hard to part with it. I keep going back to it in mind do often. Want to visit it again

Shortly after we arrived at the parking lot, a group of elks came by. A truly magnificent scenery!

Stunning location. One of the most beautiful spots in Jasper National Park. It’s amazing how peaceful this place is. You really get impressed by the nature. Definitely is a must seen location!

This lake worth to stop and take a look.

We were staying at the Patricia lake bungalows and the bungalows is right facing the lakes. The water is quite clear and there is a dock where you may explore the beauty by boats. Come in the autumn and it is worth visiting for several times.

This brewery has a great patio along one of the main roads in Jasper, and you can gaze at the beautiful mountains while you eat and drink! We tried a beer sampler and our waitress was very patient helping us pick out brews to try. We also split the poutine and pesto pasta, which were both great!

I loved the fish and chips. The fish had that perfect golden fry, achieving a light, crispy exterior. It came with two pieces and fries. The fries hit the spot too, and so did the seasonal beer, the Babe Blueberry Vanilla Ale. We were seated quickly on a rainy day, and the staff was both attentive and friendly. The lively atmosphere, complete with sports playing on multiple TVs, added to the fun. I would definitely come back again.

Loved my dinner here. I had the Korean chicken sandwich but they didn’t warn me how spicy it was. It was also way taller than it was wide. My friends ordered the elk meatloaf which they quite liked. I had the blueberry vanilla beer which was really good.

Great food, drink, atmosphere and service. We sat outside on a late afternoon and enjoyed watching the sun go down. The Korean chicken burger was fantastic. Definitely go a flight/paddle of beers so you can try the local brew. The cocktails were equally as good. Cheers for a great dining experience

Kayla our server was amazing. Very customer friendly. The food was amazing, if you get the chance try the nachos they are made in house just like the salsa. I had it with the jalapeno beer cheese and I really recommend it. My friend had the Elk meatloaf and it was great. The sweet potatoes with the meal were delicious. The staff are very friendly here and know how to take care of their customers. The Music was a tad loud. Honestly never if you get to eat here. It's more then a beer place.

We likely likely!! Just came in for a beer. Great for watching sports. Indoor/outdoor seating(has a view) Server Matt @the bar was excellent! He was patient with many samples for our beer selection. I even had one I didn’t like after the glass was outed and he allowed a chance with out batting an eye. Good beer selection and good wine&cocktails for those that don’t drink beer. Wouldn’t hesitate to eat here.

Great atmosphere, great food, great drinks! Our server was super friendly, fast and accurate! We will totally come back here. What a great laid back spot to find some awesome local brews and some great food. 10/10 would recommend 👌🏻 👏 👍

Amazing beer!! I highly recommend getting the samples to try six of their different varieties and choose your favorite. It was also a fun experience to try it with our family and rate them between us. My personal favorites were the babe blueberry vanilla beer and Jasper the Bear Ale, which were light and fresh. Additionally, the Babe Tangerine Dream tastes like a fresh Sunday mimosa. The roasted cauliflower is absolutely amazing, really worth to try. We spend a great evening with a friendly staff.

Had a fantastic experience here! They have a great selection of beer. Food was delicious and came fast. There was a good variety of food and there is something for everyone here. Would definitely go again next time I visit Jasper .

Wow! This place has it all - good views, nice patio, friendly staff, and tasty food. I ordered a kale Caesar salad and it was just loaded with flavor and they weren’t stingy with the serving either - I couldn’t finish my bowl! My wife tried the elk meatloaf and I had my reservations, but it was so tasty; bbq sauce was on point, and a generous amount. Keep up the good work guys!

My Elk meatloaf was just perfect, never had elk before and really enjoyed the superb taste - similar to deer. My wive had a burger, my daughter had fish n chips which also was great. And the beer was delicious esp liked the rockhopper IPA. The restaurant seats are a bit worn down. However. quality and service is perfect. I even bought a merch T-Shirt.

We sat at the bar for two different visits. We order the taco appetizer and it was good. No issue with the quality. Beers were good. Nothing flawed at all, but nothing too spectacular either. We did buy a six pack of the pale ale. It was a good, decent pale. We enjoyed our visits and the bar staff was top notch.

We dined in at a rather odd time, for early dinner at around 5pm. Hosts were very welcoming, and the pizza options presented were very intriguing to us. Food arrived at table quite quickly. We were pleasantly surprised over the quality of food and the service. Hoping to visit next time around!

Jasper Pizza Place is a hidden gem nestled near Jasper Town, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. The restaurant's exterior and interior are both beautiful, creating a welcoming atmosphere for diners. What sets this place apart is its wide selection of pizzas, including wood-burning and Pan Pizza options. We decided to try both, and they were custom-made to perfection. In addition to the pizzas, we couldn't resist ordering the jalapeno poppers, which were absolutely magical when paired with the dip. The pizzas at Jasper Pizza Place exceeded our expectations, leaving us in awe of their incredible taste and quality. It's safe to say that they were the best pizzas we have had in a long time. The staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive, further enhancing our dining experience. One standout dish was the Cheese Pizza, which blew our minds with its amazing flavors. What makes Jasper Pizza Place even more special is its offering of both roadside and rooftop patios. From the rooftop, we were treated to breathtaking views of the mountains draped in clouds, adding an extra touch of beauty to our meal. It truly was the perfect cherry on top. In conclusion, Jasper Pizza Place is a true hidden treasure in Jasper. With its stunning ambiance, mouthwatering pizzas, and friendly staff, it's an absolute must-visit. Prepare to be amazed by the flavors, and don't forget to enjoy the picturesque mountain views. This place is a true gem waiting to be discovered.

Came to Jasper Pizza Place at the recommendation of the lovely staff at HI Jasper. Ordered the Annette, Golden Duck, King of New York Wood fire pizzas and the Sicilian Thick Crust. Thought the thick crust was significantly better in value and topping ratio. The pizzas were pretty pricey but ingredients were fresh and flavour combos worked well. The Golden Duck was sadly lacking duck but again had great flavours and duck was cooked well. The roof top patio was very cozy with heaters and a fantastic view of the mountains.

What a great tasting pizza. We tried their tribute and they claim it’s not worlds best it’s just a tribute. But oh so amazing and fresh ingredients. You can taste each and every ingredient. Pasta was also great and freshly made. Worth a visit when in town! Great vegetarian options.

The reviews already posted did justice. We decided to have our dinner here at Jasper, seeing the reviews and the pizza was really good. The base bread of the pizza is absolutely amazing. The taste of the ingredients, the tomato chicken, it all had the master chef signature. I would definitely recommend this, if you are in Jasper. The atmosphere is too good too. Service was amazing.

Pizzas are well crafted. Cauliflower bites were gooey and didn't go over well with anyone at our table. Burger was good- fries were very commercial frozen style - bagged not fresh.

Great food and service. The sour on tap is fantastic. I followed another reviews advice and got the microdose with chicken and it was amazing. The server recommended the creamy garlic sauce and it was amazing. The pizza dough is so good. Highly recommend. Also sick shirts.

Cost too high for quality and quantity. Preferred Lou Lou’s for pizza. Fries were the best of the whole meal. Cauliflower breading was too thick, but sauce was good. Basil on pizza was browned because they cooked it vs adding at the end. Note: While we didn't dine in, it does have one of the best mountain views for eating.

Best wood burning pizza in Jasper. Great customer service and amazing views if you sit outside. We enjoyed apps and pizza! Greek pizza was our favorite. Kids loved their pasta was too. Overall, must visit if you love pizza.

Grabbed supper here on our first night in Jasper. Food was so good we came back 2 days later. First time we sat on the rooftop patio which had fantastic views. 2nd time we sat inside which had an excellent atmosphere. We had the wood fire pizza on the first visit and the pan pizza the second time. Both were delicious. They have different pizza menus for the wood fire and pan pizza.

My family and I dined for the first time we were visiting from Edmonton. I did hear about the food and had to experience it myself. We were greeted, our server was very pleasant, the food was prepared in a timely manner. We all enjoyed our meals! I have posted photos of the lovely presentation of plating. It's a bit pricey but it was worth the money spent. If you happen to be in the Jasper area, you got to visit!

An overall 5! The food was incredibly yummy and our server was very attentive! It did take a hot minute to get seated even though it wasn’t that busy but it was nice and cool in the restaurant and the curry was mild and yummy! Steak was also excellent! Love that the menu denotes dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian etc! The “Daily Bread” is dairy free FYI

Food was decent, although the portions were a small for the price. The main issue came with the server, as he was extremely disrespectful and rude, far beyond what most people would probably even imagine. Issues included: 1) After one of us asked him to take the drink cups away, he told him in a serious and irritated voice: “you could’ve said please, you know”. No, we were not rude when we asked him to do so. I originally thought he was joking, because literally no server has ever said that to me before, but his stern face and lack of any follow up comments made it obvious that he wasn’t kidding. 2) Although most of the food was good, the jasmine rice was undercooked. We told him about it after the meal, and his reaction was “oh, well you SHOULD’VE told me that earlier, when I asked how things were tasting”. He then takes away our dishes, without saying anything else. 3) When we went to pay (and oh boy did we pay a lot), he added 20% tips to the bill without telling us. Now I’m not sure if this is the restaurants policy for groups of 5+, but even if it is, he did not notify us at all about that. Tips are how we as customers give back for good/bad service, but he instead he essentially tricked us into giving him a fat check for terrible service. Again, we couldn’t check that he added the 20% because we were paying quite a lot already and it wasn’t obvious. The server wasn’t entirely rude throughout, as he did have basic manners. But every those 3 incidents mean that our experience at this restaurant was an extremely poor one. TL;DR: imagine your experience like this: your sever is fairly kind except he said “fuck you” a few times out of the blue. You’re more bewildered than offended at his actions, simply due to the sheer audacity of his willingness to be rude to customers. Then he tips himself 20%.

I am so happy that Evil Dave’s re-opened in their new and beautiful location in Marmot Lodge! We have eaten here a few times now, and always are very happy with the amazing food we get, paired with exceptional service. Highly recommend dining at Evil Dave's when you are in Jasper.

Located towards the edge of town, I'd say this is a bit of a hidden gem. The name is at odds with the interior: you may be expecting a loud and noisy bar, but it's actually very modern and more refined than the name implies. The menu has a lot of variety, without being overwhelming. Flavours were excellent! I was impressed with the noodle stir-fry as they can sometimes be a bit bland, but here it was punchy. The burger was juicy and tender, and the fries were well-seasoned. The portion sizes of the mains were excellent, however the desserts were underwhelming by comparison. Certainly tasty, but much smaller - it feels like this could be balanced better. Overall it was a surprising and lovely experience, I would stop by here again to try other items from the menu.

We had the noodle bowl, meatloaf and Blackened salmon for dinner. The salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The noodles were fresh and the broth was amazing. The meatloaf was good but I think the other dishes are even better. Good service and overall excellent dinner experience.

We enjoyed our evening at Evil Dave's. The food was good. The drinks were good. The server was knowledgeable, prompt and friendly The atmosphere was good. They used the space wisely. We were near the door so not private at all. Maybe sitting more "in" the dinning room would have felt better 🤔 but it was busy.

Loved this place! We ordered the street chicken tacos, fettuccine Alfredo with Blackened chicken, the Nashville chicken burger, and the Cajun Chicken Cheddar Sandwich. All of them were really tasty with lots of flavor. The street chicken tacos are only two in number and may not fill you for a whole meal but they were delicious. The sweet fries were really well done and super crispy. My friends enjoyed the fettuccine Alfredo with Blackened Chicken as well as the Nashville Chicken burger. Would totally come here again. Only downside was the service which could have been a bit better. Our server only checked in with us a couple of times and forgot one of our orders. This was probably because she was managing too many tables.

We had the best dining experience here out of our week long trip to the Canadian Rockies. We had incredible service from our waiter Javin. He was so helpful and accommodating and helped make the dining experience special. The burgers, steak, and tortellini were all delicious. The music and views on the patio were perfect and we had a great time.

This Earls location does get fairly busy so I would suggest making reservations ahead of time. We had walked in and had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. They don't have the best waiting area for their space is limited and one step back and you'll fall off from a flight of stairs. Once seated we arrived to a table that was soaking wet along with our chairs. I had asked if it could be wiped down more but was told that it's a 'good wet for it's clean', my shorts and shirt immediately got wet the second I sat down. Service and food was pretty good. We had a lovely gentleman as our server. We came in on a Monday night for their Margarita night

Great restaurant in the heart of Jasper. The food was great. I loved the Nashville hot chicken however I requested for some extra Nashville sauce on the chicken and it was still quite dry. The server was good but a little occupied since she was managing multiple tables spread across the restaurant so when we needed something urgently, she was sometimes nowhere to be found. We had to inform the reception to call our server as well. Overall a good restaurant but the management needs to increase the staff for better service.

Earls made for a great lunch date, especially within the happy hour window. We were seated promptly with menus, drinks came out fast & the service was excellent. Food is a little pricey, but for the quality, portion & enjoyment of the overall meal it was very much worth it.

Waiting time is long. The restaurant is noisy. The server is busy. But I still like the food and drink.

Such a great restaurant!! You’ll find this gem upstairs in downtown Jasper. It’s a cool casual vibe. The ambiance is cultivated by a centralized bar on one side, an open kitchen across the back and huge picture windows featuring the mountains of Jasper National Park across the front. We were sat quickly and greeted by our friendly and efficient server. We loved our meals and highly recommend visiting Earls!! There is something on the menu for everyone!! You won’t be disappointed.

I had lunch here and ordered Warm Spinach + 3 Cheese Dip and Yucatan Chicken Tacos. I had ordered a pizza but was told that the pizza dough was finished (deducting a star for that). The place was not busy. However, we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated as there was no host to greet us at the entry. It is on the 2nd floor, and the view is gorgeous as one can see the grandness of the Rockies through the windows and the patio (it was super chilly for the patio). The service was brilliant, the server was cordial, and good with the food suggestions. The food was brought to the table swiftly. The chicken tacos were juicy and flavourful. The dip went nicely with the cut baguette. The meal was enjoyable with good service and an amazing view

Delicious in every way. Jasper has numerous excellent restaurant choices, and Earls is absolutely one of them. A clean washroom goes a long way to telling the story of how an establishment takes care of its customers and employees. Earls of Jasper are certainly in the top tier of that category. The food was fantastic. Drinks tasty, service, and ambience top knotch.

Lovely little spot. Service was very professional, our waiter made some recommendations based on what we were in the mood for. Unfortunately, my dish wasn't what I expected it to be (no problems with the cooking or anything, truly just not what I was hoping for) and they had no problem taking it back so I could try another dish - which was EXCEPTIONAL. Ended up having the almond crusted halibut. We had a reservation and I'm glad we did since it was a busy spot. It's very central in Jasper but still feels quite cozy.

We really enjoyed going to the Raven bistro. High end design, generous portions. All meals we tried were delicious. First time we’ve tried elk and it was great. Thank you for providing such an awesome experience to people!

FANTASTIC! Best meal of Banff/Jasper trip so far. Service is top notch. Server from England was excellent, her wine pairing recommendation spot on. Recommend reservation. Indoor/outdoor dining. Satisfied both vegan me and meat eating husband. Fish selections also available. Perfect evening. Can dress up or go in hiking clothes. Great for date night.

The G.O.A.T. Burger easily clinches the title of the best burger in town! It even comes with a side, and I opted for the soup of the day, a halibut green curry, though it didn't quite hit the mark for my taste. My girlfriend's ordered the chicken shawarma, and it was delicious. To wrap things up, we indulged in the Balaclava cheesecake for dessert, and trust me, that's a must-try. The overall ambiance leans towards the upscale side. The staff was exceptionally nice, and the service was top-notch. I'd definitely stop by again.

Nice spot with great service. Most of our dishes were great, the calamari was really nice, and hot cocktails were very unique. However the elk ossobuco really missed the mark though. It was totally dried out and had a tomato chutney on top instead of being cooked in the sauce. Also the mushroom risotto tasted very strange and had whole button mushrooms thrown in like an after addition, could have been better integrated. For the price, our expectations were set fairly high and some things were great, but others need work.

Awesome place to eat when you are in Jasper! Food came quick even though the place was busy. Loved the fact that the food was so flavourful without the use of extra salt. My steak was done to perfection (med rare) and the salmon was delicious. Also tried the bison and boar belly Flatbread and highly recommend it. Service was also better than expected , our server Britt always had a smile 😃 and asked us how we were doing . Make reservations! This place gets busy fast starting at 5:30pm. You will not be disappointed by The Raven Bistro.

Friendly service, and of course amazing food. I love bison rib the most! What an incredible combination of bison ribs and mandarin! As a visitor, this restaurant complete a fantastic experience of visiting Jasper. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

We had a great dinner experience in this place. Server was very friendly and did a great job. Great variety of food and especially some fusion elements on the menu. We really enjoyed our food and drinks. Pricing is reasonable. Would definitely recommend this place! I suggest to place a reservation in advance. There is plenty of street parking nearby.

This place has excellent and unique flavour combinations. I had the GOAT burger with Raven salad. Both were absolutely amazing! My wife had the seafood saffron pot, which was like a soup and a dish mixed together. My son had the bison bacon bourbon flatbread, and we each shared bits of each other’s meal. We’ve decided this will be our “go to” restaurant in Jasper.

A great spot in town and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I had the calamari and the schnitzel which were both great, lovely flavours and great portion sizes. My partner had the boar and bison flat bread which was also wonderful but the elk ossobuco wasn’t quite up to scratch for the price. The elk itself was cooked perfectly, the piece of meat was huge and it fell off the bone. However the risotto isn’t risotto. It’s not made with Arborio rice but instead (from what I can guess) normal white rice which gives it a very odd texture and it was quite bland. The food pairing is slightly off with a huge tomato chutney on the side too. The dish needs to be refined with the textures and flavours balancing more. The portions are great, for a Brit I’d say you only need one course! A little refinement would go a long way.

Cute place, went in for lunch and it was great. The dishes are quite creative (ingredient wise) and taste refreshing. The -raven salad- really surprised me, fried beans mixed with orange chunks surely opened my appetite. The washroom on the second floor is really fancy. It has decent space for single person and pretty clean.

Took a chance here. It was my first time trying bison. I ordered the mac & cheese with the bison sausage on the side, nervous that I wouldn't like it. Turned out - it was delicious! It really complimented the meal. Our server was lovely. Very patient as we were a large group, and accommodated all sorts of our requests - including mine for a cappuccino. Washrooms were well-kept and the space, though on the smaller side, was quite comfortable with the high ceilings and windows to take in the sunlight. Best restaurant in Jasper IMO!

Arrived with no booking and we still able to get a table (45min wait). We shopped in the area until our table was ready. We sat outside..pfect weather. Wonderful cocktails. Started with Harrissa board followed by the 3 pharaohs. Others had Steak and prawns and salmon. All was so delicious and fresh. We finished with creme brulle to share. Amazing meal and Wendy our server was beyond great. Even though she was extremely busy she was attentive and never made us feel rushed. Highly recommend

We showed up without reservations and were seated right away. Ordered salmon and halibut and really enjoyed both dishes. Good and varied menu selection, nice music and great service. Highly recommend.
