It's best to visit off peak when there isn't a lot of people so you can get enough time to visit the animals without feeling rushed. Walking distance from the Hanxi Changlong metro station.

What an amazing parc Easy to reach by metro line no 3. Prices are different during weekdays and weekend/holiday days. Weekend at 350RMB pp discount for elderly and children. So it might turn out to be a somewhat expensive day trip, however, worth it. What a beautiful parc. Best to start with a gondel trip to get a good impression of the parc. Directions are overall very well indicated. You will need a full day to see all. Lots of places to sit dow and relax. Also plenty of restaurants and snack/drink stalls. Food bit pricey. The parc is very well maintained, animals have plenty of space and are very well looked after. They have a special white tiger program and also a special panda program to protect these endangered species. The tiger cubs are amazing. There is an option to buy special tickets to also visit one of the other theme parks that are located next to the Safari park but that would for sure be too to do in one day. Hopefully you will Enjoy as much as we did.

It is just a big traditional house of old ancient offier. You need to buy ticket, online with wechat, before or at the place. For foreigners, it is 10 RMB. If you love design, old stuff, and architecture, then you might to enter

The original structure was burnt down by lightning, but they've restored it to it's former glory. It has turned into a Traditional Folk Art Museum that houses all of Guangzhou's famous art pieces and living standards of old Guangzhou (Panyu) There is limted English, but it is without a doubt worth visiting. The complex isn't as crowded as some of the tourist sites in Guangzhou.

A place to visit if you have the opportunity. Recently refurbished, but the original wood carving on the wooden walls are still there. Along with the roof on the outside and in. A bit of local history with items behind glass to keep them preserved. As most places around the world, there is a shop to purchase some items and at a reasonable price, but if you like them. I am very glad to have visited the museum.

Very good place to see the art and craft from the ancient Cantonese. Being the only port that allow to trade with foreigners, Cantonese is influenced by the western elements. Cant imagine i sitting down and spend my whole mind and body to recreate such a master piece! There are a lot of craft to buy and the price is considered cheap with the time and resource that they need to put in for the work.

This is a welcome sight after being in the city for 5 days catch the cable car to the top and then walk all around the rest off the park ..then you can walk all the way back down to the bottom I highly recommend it to anyone

This park has a few really great attractions and one unforgettable roller coaster but the overall theme of the park is a bit confusing and it feels like things don't flow together well. This is a fun afternoon for the family and it is reasonably priced.

Chimelong paradise is a very large theme park with many rides to entertain! Certainly a fun place to go with friends and family, and is very reasonably priced! Although before I went, I was a bit doubtful with all the accidents articles, but you sensed none of that when you were there. The park had variety of rides suitable for everyone, and many food stalls to cater to all diets. Overall the rides were very thrilling and it’s something different! The shows were also spectacular! Unfortunately English is limited so find a Mandarin speaking friend to go with!

Not the biggest fan of theme parks but this one was excellent- lots of different rides for kids and big kids 😉. The park is really well maintained and staff are helpful. Some staff do speak some English which is helpful. Its best to get the Express Pass as it cuts down on alot of the waiting times. Can be purchased at the ticket booth or in the park itself.

This is the must visited place when you visit guangzhou. You can find five rams sclupture which is the icon history of guangzhou. The view of the lake and green surrounding really refresh the eyes. But you need great energy for long walk along the park.

World’s most delicious food ever!! Love it!! Staff very polite and cheering!!

This is the family favourite in Guangzhou. We have been visiting for a couple of years and the food is simply exceptional. My daughter is fussy in China, but here she will eat almost anything. It is good venue for a big meal on the weekends. Prices are reasonable, expect to pay about ¥80 for a main dish and ¥35 for a fresh fruit drink. It can be very crowded during the canton fair. On average we spend about 90 minutes here and about ¥700 for a family of 4.

"Vietnamese" is a smokescreen. The menu had us so confused. The wide selection of food spread across from viet cuisine to thai, indo, hk to malaysia. It's like a tze-char restaurant. They are very generous with the portion and the seafood are indeed fresh. We order steamed garlic prawns, bamboo clams in soy bean sauce, hk-style steam fish, yangzhou fried rice & garlic kailan. It was about 300rmb. Only the kailan was bad. They most likely cooked it with lard, so there was a smelly pork taste to the veg. Super long queue during meal hours, so we recommend taking a queue number then head off to shop somewhere first.

This is namely the most happening Vietnamese restaurant in Guangzhou. I was very curious so I made the trip out there to Yuexiu’s busy dining district. It was 5:30 pm on a weekday and there were crowds there waiting in line. When I looked at the menu I found it slightly overwhelming, as it does present many kinds of cuisine including Thai and Chinese. I wanted Vietnamese so I ordered Vietnamese spring roll, lemongrass eel and a wok fried veggie. The spring rolls were the most disappointing because it was very much over-fried. However the generous provision of perilla leaves and mint was a saving grace. It didn’t turn out too badly when I wrapped everything into my mouth. The fried veggies was very good, and the lemongrass eel was also very flavourful. Too much food for one so I packed some home. The interior of the restaurant is also cool. They do expect you to return the table in 1.5 hours, but that is fair.

Huge highlight! This place looks fantastic! I was a little bit surprised at the Vietnamese food here in. China is better than anywhere else in the world I’ve ever had it! Granted, I have not been to Vietnam yet :-). But the food, the atmosphere the taste was outstanding!

Very good restaurant in Guangzhou, price is reasonable and very service mind staff. If you need to pay by credit card they accept only union pay!!!! Visa or master not available for them but anyway you can pay by cash.

Went there for dim sum at 9.30am in the morning. This is a 3 storey building with traditional Chinese setting. Totally love it. If you can’t read Chinese might be a bit challenging to order the food. Overall the food is delicious, the tea is the traditional way of drinking. Been eating dim sum in different parts of the world but this is consider one of the better one. Would go back to eat.

There are no dim sum carts. You order what you want and they deliver it to your table as soon as it is ready. I thought the food was bland and a bit expensive. Not a must check out spot for dim sum. The door of the restaurant is open so if it is cold and windy outside, you will feel it inside too. Tables are shared. Bring your own napkins. Credit cards are accepted.

The best dimsum I've tried so far! Food were awesome. I can feel the ingredients were fresh. Generous portions too. The restaurant setting was traditional Cantonese style. That made the taste of food even more authentic. Do expect the restaurant to be noisy as it's part of the local culture, I guess. A must-try! Satisfaction guaranteed

Pathetic food, owner does not even care to know what was our experience, can you imagine paneer tikka and chicken tikka was cold, we said to them this is cold then he said yaha to aisa he milta hai, videsh hai ye... agar aapko chahiye to mai garam karva deta hu. We did not eat it then also owner charged to us. Dal chawal was fresh and good. Try Davat with good river view

Visiting here from NY. Was feeling for something different. Found this place. And was amazing. Walked in the guy who I will assume is the owner was very pleasant and accommodating to what I wanted. And speaking English was also plus. Food was amazing. Great place great food so fresh.
