The museum has a great collections to represent the Islamic history. It is must visit for Muslims and non Muslims who like to explore and learn more about the spread of religion. There is a great cafe inside and the facilitates are very clean. Our visit was very pleasant.

The building was pretty incredible! However… there wasn’t exactly a wide variety of art on display. This museum is essentially 3 floors of texts, pottery with text, prayer rugs with text, and a few swords… also with text. The story that the museum told with the interactive boards were more intriguing than the pieces on display. The view from the coffee shop dining area is pretty incredible though.

I visited this museum a couple of years ago. Such a beautiful collection of ancient artifacts. Every item on display had info about it. Well maintained. I had a lovely time here! If you love history, you'll absolutely love this place.

Such a massive and impressive structure. There are so many grandiose places to see in Doha. As it is right along the water, there is also a lovely pathway on both sides that you could easily spend a few hours walking along. Within, the museum is spotless and regal. A spot not to be missed in the city as it gives you nice insight into Islamic history/art/culture.

Incredible museum, if you're in Doha this is a MUST. All around its structure and architectural design is mind blowing, plus it's part of a long stretch where the views of the city along with the museum are breathtaking. Amazing experience, learned a lot of new things about our Islamic history. Amazing to see very good and excellent work. I wish I could take something from there and keep it at my home as a memory. Went there in the month of May, so it was pretty hot in the day, my advise is to stay indoors in the daytime. Good place for a sunset view. Price for per person is 50 QR. a very good view of city skyline from here.

Would 100% recommend to anyone interested in learning the cultural and historical background of Islam and other religions that has shaped it. I saw ancient artefacts, jewellery, architecture among other things- it makes me wonder on the depth of details and skills our ancestors had and how we have lost most of it in the name of “automation”.

So much historical content from the Islamic world. The interior design of the building was absolutely magnificent as I have never seen a Museum of this caliber before. The displays and presentation overall was outstanding. Highly recommended to visit if you’re ever in Doha.

A great place to spend your evening time in Doha. The mosques are so beautifully made and maintained. The Roman theater is also a very nice place where you can watch a show or click some nice pictures when its empty

The Katara Cultural Village was really nice. The outdoor cooling system was really interesting as it was very hot and humid even in the evening. We booked a Doha City Tour through discover Qatar. This is a great option if you have a long layover and want to check out something new. I would definitely recommend it.

This place is great to visit in connection with seeing a show at the amphitheater. The local luxury shopping plaza is very high end and even has air conditioning vents located *outside* in the middle of the plaza and the vents provide great relief from the heat!

Great place to see and plenty of shops and museums. I went off-season and could hack the 45c + heat during June. Two great mosques there and a of small museums. There was still food outlet’s open for refreshments. No tickets needed and plenty of parking.

Well located in West Bay, it is a good shopping mall full of options for anyone. From affordable clothing to exclusive brands; from fast food to good restaurants, and full of services such as: banks, ATMs, exchange offices, laundry, supermarkets, etc. Worth to visit it.

One of the oldest malls in Qatar. New shops are opening up to provide a better experience for visitors. I just hope they renovate the movie theatre since it is very old and stop charging for parking like before. Apart from all that, it is a very beautiful place. I love hanging out at this mall!

The Carrefour closed at 12 midnight. Love it. Many food outlets to choose from. The location is good, but not many high-end shops as compared to Festival Mall

The mall itself is big, but in this one I wanted to review the city center cinema in particular. The ticket booth employee is nice. The employee in cinema entrance checking the ticket is nice as well. He's so polite and kind to direct us in the right cinema number. The cinema is clean as well as its washroom. Thumbs up to all the employees making the place enjoyable and at the same time comfortable for the movie goers. City center mall is kind of outdated but it remains popular due to its central location in west bay. Also there are hotels on either end of the mall which makes it very useful for visitors during the hot summer months.The City Centre shopping mall in Doha is a must-visit destination for shopaholics and foodies alike. Nice mall with a very good atmosphere. The decoration is outstanding, and the sky roof is a beautiful feature. There are many shops and brands available. The food corner is excellent, offering a variety of cuisines

Looks and feels great. Canals, ice rink, and shops galore. More high-end shops than others. But, still a good mix. Not crowded most likely due to Ramadan. Eating joints closed for the same reasons and cannot comment on those, but definitely seemed like a wide choice.

It's situated near to Al Aziziya metro station. When you reached the metro station u should take the west direction that is more close to the mall. The ambience was awesome. This mall is mesmerizing, to be honest it is the best venue in Qatar (Doha). Good brands, good food court, Architecture is amazing, The Canal is Superb. You can not get enough of this mall even if you just roam and window shop.

A beautiful park having a large artificial water body with lot of ducks and ducklings swimming. The pond is 3m deep where you can go for kayaking or peddle boating but not swimming. Food stalls located all around the widely spread park. You can grab that coffee and just relax on one of the benches in the park. Offers you the beautiful view of the torch tower. I visited the park in the evening but definitely going for in the day light to enjoy the lush green view of the lawn or for a small evening walk on the paved footpaths.

Also the aspire tower is awesome to watch from the park. Ultimate experience to have a quality time with family and friends...Children play area is crowded as it was weekend. You can find park staffs in rounds everywhere and guiding people. If kids are lost you can find announcing station which is good.

I have been Spice Market with my teammates on special occasions. I was so amazed with the food and service. Ali was our server, he was very hospitable and friendly. I have also noticed that he was having a great eye for detail. He delivered the required item without even asking. Mr Ram Raj was the manager on shift. He was very attentive and very accommodating. As we were there for the special occasion, both the guys arranged our dinner very perfectly with a surprise dessert. They have a good variety of Japanese dishes with vegetarian and Vegan options. Overall fantastic experience. Would love see you again. 🤝

Came in for their sushi night. Excellent seafood spread, even dry ice for theatrical effect. Family of four enjoyed the sushi set menu experience. Fresh sea urchin along with great sushi made our night memorable. Come for the ambience, great progressive music to set the tone of the night. If your lucky you may get a live singer; singing popular tracks. A la carte options are available. Ordered a pad Thai prawns and excellent chicken rocca and other leaves mix salad. Try the cauliflower (Gobi) fry plate, surprisingly tasty and filling even as a shared plate for four. Virgin and alcoholic drinks available. Wines and champagne too. Overall, very pleasant experience and truly customer oriented. 👍 Good job team W.

Quite a spectacular presentation and wide array of sushi. The ice sculptures are quite fancy. Sushi night is best here, on Wednesdays at 250/- per person, no drinks included except miso soup. Staff is welcoming. Ambience is warm and dark.

Having lived in Bangkok for a few years I always crave for Thai food in Doha! I have tried a few restaurants in Doha that serve authentic south east Asian, I have to admit this is the best that Doha offers! The food is top notch, presentation is beautiful, the ambience is awesome and the best part is the service! We were there to celebrate a friend's birthday, we ended up choosing the best place in the form of spice market! You feel so welcome in the place and that's thanks to the wonderful staff at the restaurant! They took great care of us explaining the menu, recommending the best sellers, and offering a prompt service! They have a wide variety to choose from since they offer south east Asian cuisine. We tried some dimsums, fried rice, Thai green curry, phad Thai and some desserts and all the items were great! The ambience is outstanding and they have an engaging live performance! Both the place and food are quite instagramable. The place is highly recommended, don't miss the Coconut Pandan cake! Ali will go over and beyond to make your experience unforgettable!

Lovely and exciting food. Service was fantastic though the restaurant was quite busy and we got a small table to cramp all over stuffs into. One of the best truffle pizza and lava cake that I have tasted in Qatar. Shrimp and beef were cooked to perfection and it’s one of their must-try food. I had no disappointments in this restaurant except for the small table for four of us. And I also felt the food was a bit pricey. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone willing to explore a mixed western food .

Went to the supper club yesterday with a friend - hadn't been to the Market by Jean George's in a while so was pretty excited. That was a bit short-lived because the food was just ok. I ordered the tomato soup, Hammour Fillet for the main course and a salted Caramel icecream with nuts and popcorn for dessert. We also ordered a roll of the Yuzu Infused Shrimp Tempura. The soup was amazing, the sushi roll was good too. Probably the highlight of my meal. It kinda went downhill from there. The Hammour was dry, very chewy texture. Hammour is a very soft fish so for it to have siezed it must have been way overcooked. The fish was unseasoned and puree was bland. Also the dessert was too big of a portion for one person. I wish it was a smaller portion with less popcorn and more of the salted Caramel, toffee bits - the dessert needs to be enough to leave you wanting more.. not one where you're pushing the plate away because you're stuffed.

wonderful service. I went for the breakfast buffet. it was varied with good selections. I loved the beef bacon and the fresh juices & fruit. you can order made to order eggs any way you like them and any type of coffee/tea/Espresso beverage. the pancakes and pastries were dry so I would pass on that. I loved the Arabic dips and olives. I wish there were more of those type of local dishes to sample.

This is not the first time to try this restaurant, and I will come again for sure. It has the most delicious sushi rolls I ever tried. Tomato soup is delicious as well. I also liked the crab salad, but the burger was a disappointment. I believe that the restaurant is more famous of its asian food. I didn’t give 5 stars because of the service.

The Sushi are exceptional and the Wagyu steak is delicious. Unfortunately our table was settled in the center with all the people passing around; we lacked some tranquility 😕 the servers were in a hurry to collect the dishes before we finish what is served! It's a shame for the standard of the restaurant!!!

First of all an amazing staff, a W constant, and a delicious food spread, a true feast of the senses. Everything looked and tasted fresh and wholesome vs. many other venues around town that are filled with “foods” that I would not touch with a 10 foot pole. As a bonus, if you are a first timer, you get a special surprise :).

We had a great experience. My wife and 2 kids went there for dinner. We ordered numerous plates and shared. All the food was delicious. It was a little non the expensive side but worth it. The sever was also very attentive and provided some good recommendations.

Proud vegetarian!!! Yes… and that does pose a challenge when you want to celebrate moments! This place has a rather limited menu for vegetarians but the crew was especially warm towards our taste! They served us this delicious pizza which was curated on the margarita with crunchy veggies… loved it! We ordered the arabiatta pasta penne… that wasn’t really our taste and would not recommend but a special mention on their efforts. Our hostess served a side of yummy grilled veggies with that😄but we found the pasta rather rare done.. the mojito was impeccable, not sweet and the absolute best! The team topped it with the surprise panacotta dessert for my birthday, making it rather special! We shall definitely recommend this place for the pizza, the romantic ambiance, live music which was absolute melody and the very very warm crew! Couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate! Pricing- fine dining Italian so, wouldn’t say overpriced but the quantity serves for two!

Besides the dress code "smart casual", the ambiance inside the resto was really nice specially if you want an intimate dinner with a small group of friends or with your special someone😊😉 The service was fast, the staff were very friendly and accomodating. If you dont know anything about their menu, well fear not since the staff are very knowledgeable with their menu, they can suggest and tell you which one is good and for how many portions. By the way the papermoon pasta was very nice...

Me and my husband went to La Spiga and we had a lovely lunch. During World Cup they have set menus (Platinum and Gold) but we didn't find anything that we liked (plus I'm allergic to sea food) so they allowed us to order A la carte. The main course was a steak, which we asked for medium cooking and it was rare BUT the manager in charge took care of the issue for both steakes. We weren't expecting complimentary coffees and deserts to share. I've been going to La Spiga since 2013 and it is my favorite Italian restaurant in Qatar. Highly recommended, specially for romantic meals.

The food is very authentic and delicious, the service is great. My only complaint is that it was too unbearably hot tonight, me and my guests were sweating profusely and we could not enjoy our dinner. There is definitely an AC problem that needs to be addressed, we asked the waiters to check the AC twice but we kept sweating.

Authentic Italian cuisine with good outdoor seating arrangements. Table top brunch was outstanding and there are a lot of delicious and nutritious options made with selected ingredients by master chefs. There fresh juices and cocktails are amazing as well.

Papermoon is a perfect spot for date night with authentic Italian food. The ambience with outdoor and indoor seating makes it really good for a dinning experience. In terms of food we had the paper moon special pasta which was really delicious and the buratta pizza was also nice. The panna cotta dessert was a perfect mix of textures and flavors together.

A great place to dine in for italian food and paired with alcohol beverages. Great food, services and vibes perfect for dinner during winter and spring. We joined them as a social hours, friendly price come with an unlimited house wine and a platter of cold cuts and cheese. And my wife ordered a la carte menu Highly recommended !

Always great pizza! So flavorful and amazing dough. The complementary flat bread they serve is just amazing, I can eat a basket on my own. Staff are very welcoming and nice. Atmosphere is classy and relaxing. Their business lunch menu is very good. Took one star off because the prices are high for simple things like pasta dishes. They have entertainer so the prices get more reasonable this way. I love their pesto pasta and the smoked paperdalle!

I take closed pizza here. It’s really best! If I’ll be here, i will go this restaurant again and again. And this guys very fast, make pizza just in 7 minutes, charge my phone, charge my empty powerbank, and working like really good team.

Disappointment that service in the five-star hotel can be so rude and greedy. We entered with my husband and asked for a bar table by the pool, but the lady Merilis from Wahm reception told us it’s booked. We spend 3 hours and left, but the table we were asked for, wasn’t occupied by the way. Same time someone from inside services informed me that I need to bribe a lady from Wahm reception for a better table. What a shame @w 5* hotel

Few days ago we wanted to go for a drink and they did not let me in because I was wearing ripped jeans. Seriously ? are we in 1999?Thought the dress code of W was "dress to impress". My friend and I looked fashionable pretty Fab! I have been going there for 12 yrs, never going back there again, crowd at the door pretty trashy! But they wore no ripped jeans!Sadly this place is in W, not what you expect from W hotels!

Not for the Friday night at 8pm. They practiced their band for 1 hour. They ruined our Friday night vibe :( So no music, no party on Friday night :((((((( So we went to the other place for the Friday night party!

We ordered drinks and meals. Drinks were excellent and arrived promptly. Food took almost an hour after following up with the waiters three times only to find out that two of our orders wouldn’t be served since kitchen was already closed. Inattentive staff. Ambiance is okay though. It was just funny how they take pride in five star service but we definitely didn’t get that. Didn’t even offer to find any meal or drinks replacement for those who didn’t get the meals in our group. There are definitely better places to go than here. Great ambiance and drinks but lower than mediocre service.

The cocktails were tasty, the service was nice and the dj was fun and shisha was available. Snacks were cold and tasteless

We went on tuesday for the latino night! Good music, drinks and lovely staff but a lady who was in the entrance, I don’t know if she is the owner but she had the attitude, shouting at the security staff in front of the customers who were queuing, after that a very nice waiter came to our table and offered us two extra chairs, and the same lady took it away from us, to be honest she wasn’t rude but needs to improve her skills about customer service, unless she is the owner and just doesn’t pay attention to customer experience.
