Such an amazing experience! There are short walks and longer walks. A nice public restroom next to parking lot 2. The visitor center is awesome! They have a nice little gift shop and you can pick up a map there. It also has some amazing views too! It also has a little cafe if you want to grab coffee or snacks before going hiking.

Beautiful rock formations. You will be greeted with balanced rock with a narrow road to the visitor centre. The road is a loop with various scenic spots. I believe the place would be more beautiful during dawn or dusk. Great for hiking, walking or just being with nature !!

We visited on a Monday afternoon, not too crowded. The visitor center is really cool, all the touch screens actually work! The staff were very helpful and the gift shop has some cute stuff. Everything is very accessible on the paths, if you have a wheelchair or stroller you can navigate safely. It’s a great time and it’s free! The weather was great, just a little snow here and there.

Absolutely amazing place to venture. We spent hours enjoying the sights and could have easily spent longer. There are many trails. Animals to watch for. The restrooms are very well maintained, as is the whole park. Dog, kid friendly. There are areas that are not mobility friendly for wheelchair access and strollers, but there are plenty of other areas to explore that are.

It's absolutely beautiful. Did the Siamese Twins trail. It was a little tricky to stay on coarse. We started at the trading post, its probably better from the actual trailhead. the paths were clear but it just wasn't clear if you were on the correct path. The map was not too helpful. But we had GPS on so could always see where the trading post was and the other people on trail were helpful in letting us know if we were on the right track. But aside from that the scenery is absolutely amazing. We saw deer and a cute, way too accustomed to humans squirrel. And lots of cool birds. Could spend all day just staring at the beautiful views of valleys hills and rock formations. Super grateful there is no charge to enter,although we did our part by spending money in the gift shop and trading post!

It doesn't matter whether it's your first time or you've been a hundred times it will always be breathtaking and connect you with nature no matter what time of year it is! The drive is absolutely beautiful through the park. Trails are well maintained and many are handicap accessible. Access to Rampart Road will take you on a fun 4-wheeling drive. Bucket list stop for visitors for sure. Beautiful trading post with lots of local gifts.

It goes without saying that this place is beautiful. The visitors center was really nice all kinds of information about the area. It was a little bit crowded but it seemed to be pack with the kind of people who loved where they were so it was great vibes. My kids loved it and didn't want to stop hiking. There is a lot of area roped off I'm sure with good reason but i wish we could explore around off the path a little bit.

This was my first time in Colorado Springs and this is a must see. The park is easy to drive in and through. The actual area is at the foot of the mountains and not in the mountains. The terrain is easy to walk. I has areas for you to walk and many, many people do that. It has areas to bike ride and it also has places to horse ride. The are separated places so you can enjoy whatever you are choosing to do. You can drive through the area and it is a nine mile trip, I was told. You can take a picnic lunch and enjoy the scenery. The trails are wide and well worn so that anyone can walk them. There is a lot of traffic but it is worth the effort and be ready to take pictures. You could definitely spend a day just walking and riding. Loved it. There is a trading post there as well. and the nature center is kinda nice but average.

Definitely worth a visit if you are in the Colorado Springs area. Best of all, this park is free to the public. Parking is free at the visitor center but it can fill up quickly during the day. There are plenty of parking spaces with free shuttle about 5 minutes from the visitor center. You can drive into the garden but there are limited parking spaces there. There are lots of hiking trails but if you are looking for a short hike, the park rangers will recommend the 1 mile paved loop around the famous rock formations not far from the visitor center. If you are interested, you can buy tickets for a 45-minute Jeep tour around the entire park for $20 per person. There are bikes for rent as well. This park is open from 5 AM to 10 PM in the summer. We also visited the park the following day to take pictures and see the sun rise over the rock formations. It was beautiful and there were very few people in the park during sunrise.

Immaculate, breathtaking, mind boggling. These words don't even begin to describe the feelings you get when you try to think about how everything about these dwarfs your existence. When it comes to the time and resources at play to bring you these amazing views. Recommend watching the 15 minute video at the visitor center to get an idea of how these formations can't about.

Best zoo I've ever been to! The animal enclosures are large with shade and running water. You get to interact with the animals not just stare at them from a distance. Feeding the giraffes was amazing! My kids were excited to stand right next to penguins, wallaby and feed tropical birds. The best part is that the zoo has a timed entry which really helps control the crowd size, we went on Memorial weekend and had zero lines.

I've been to the zoo 3 times in the past year. It's hands down the best zoo I've ever visited. The giraffe feeding experience is so exciting for all ages. But they have several other animal feeding experiences as well. They teach you a lot about conservation with their amazing staff and daily demonstrations. Time entry also keeps the crowds to a minimum so you can get up close with the animals. The Wallabies hopping around at your feet is one of my favorite attractions. And their Primate area is top notch. With informative employees all around to answer questions and teach you more about conservation. The views are breathtaking, and the food is great as well. I recommend the BBQ place first, but the others are also good 👍 and don't forget to visit the Shrine of the sun after the zoo, it's worth the drive up and included in your entry to the zoo.

Fantastic zoo! The giraffe exhibit is my favorite part! Getting to feed the giraffes is such a cool experience! But be sure to walk around the exhibit to feed the giraffes away from the entrance! They want lettuce too! Lots of walking at this zoo, and a decent amount walking up hill. Brings lots of water!! And sun hat and sunscreen highly recommended!

Incredible zoo experience! The exhibits present in a more natural environment being on the side of the mountain. All the zoo staff we have encountered have been very friendly and knowledgeable. The food court is awesome! Very easy to navigate and great prices for what is offered. The sky ride is a must as long as you're not afraid of heights. The view at the top is absolutely beautiful. The HUGE win associated with this zoo is the ability to feed the giraffes and have that interactive experience. The kiddos absolutely love it and adults do too!

COZY AND UNIQUE LITTLE ZOO! LOVE GIRAFFES? MUST SEE! The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is a little out of the way but well worth it. I've been to tons of zoos but this one was unique in its location and a far more relaxing experience than some of the larger zoos in the states. If you love Giraffes, this is a must stop. There are eateries on site with amazing views from decks and a one-of-a-kind view from the gandola lift up and down the mountain.

Amazing zoo experience. Just WOW to the people that trained the Grizzly bears. They are so trained and is so fun to watch. I felt like a kid watching that. Besides that organization in the zoo is perfect. The water fans are amazing for this summer season. The feeding experiences are with it. Highly recommend

I loved this zoo! What a beautiful day it was. I enjoyed feeding the giraffes ($3 or $5 bundles). They've got other animals you can feed as well. It was a little crowded today. Definitely recommend it to others. Parking is free. Remember to purchase your tickets in advance too.

I am only giving 3 out of 5 because they have the sky ride. That’s a major bonus. If it didn’t, I would give 2/5 based on animals and presentation. Staff was nice and helpful. Also, you can feed the giraffes, hippos, and elephants during certain times of the day which was pretty cool. You can pet the goats and giraffes fairly easily. It is high elevation so required comfortable shoes. You can pay $3 for all shuttle.

It was one of the best zoos I have ever visited. I like that they have a set number of allowed visitors per day, which helps to keep the zoo less crowded and allows for a better quality exploration process. You definitely want to buy tickets in advance because there is no chance you get them at the gate. I have to say, tickets are very reasonably priced for a large zoo like that. Plus, they have military and senior discount. We ended up walking around the zoo for hours. There is so much to see and do! Excellent location for the whole family. You can feed giraffes and budgies, admire elephants, and rhinos, enjoy the picturesque views of Colorado Springs and Cheyenne Mountain during the Sky Ride, and much more.

The thing that sets the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo apart from other zoos is the number of ways you can get up close and interact with the animals. Most animals have feeding experiences (giraffes, tigers, elephants, goats, chickens, birds) that are reasonably priced compared to similar experiences at other zoos. There are also multiple ways to interact with the environment as you make your way around (two interactive plays areas, beavers dens, caves, large sculptures to climb). It felt like equal parts modern art gallery and zoo in places and made for a great immersive experience. Many of the animals were active while we were there and staff went out of their way to interact with guests and answer questions about the animals. The only underwhelming exhibit, IMO, was the reptile and bird house. It had more of a pet store vibe looking at the snakes. For how well designed the rest of the exhibits are, I felt like they could do more in there. If you want to buy food they offer a decent selection of standard zoo food (burgers, pizza, hot dogs, ice cream), although prepare to pay zoo prices. I appreciated that they sold specialty coffee drinks at the Cozy Goat that were decent. We went at lunch time, and while it was hectic and busy, the line moved quickly. Be prepared to walk! Lots of incline walking because the zoo is in the side of the mountain. I loved the unique views this provided and the extra exercise, but for those not able to walk far, they offer a shuttle around for $3/day. The ski lift wasn't operating when we went, but looks fun! There's also a carousel to ride for a fee.

Seriously the best Zoo we have been too. You get up close and personal with a lot of the animals. They take great care of all their animals and it's a very clean zoo. My favorite is feeding the giraffes and seeing the penguins up close! We are locals and bought a yearly family pass because the savings are amazing and we get to visit often! Well worth the trip, even in the winter!

This zoo is definitely one of a kind! We got to feed the giraffe and walk up the mountain for amazing views. You could also feed elephants during specific times, but we missed that. There are also restaurants here to grab a quick bite or something to drink. Word of advice is to dress comfortably and bring your own water! Sunscreen is a must and definitely bring sunglasses and / or a hat!

This was the best zoo I have ever visited. Of course the giraffes were amazing. (There are so many and many people fees them right by where by food but walk down and around the circle and they are on both sides hungry). There fans and water stations everywhere. Kids 4-16 loved it. Each animal area has a "play area" like a hippo that sprays water, jungle gym by monkeys, alligator play. The interactive place has a 🦥 sloth just hanging above your head! VERY IMPORTANT- it is a timed ticket entry. We arrived at 10 and were not able to get ticketed entry until 1. We went to old Town Colorado Springs and walked around and got ice-cream. (Recommend getting tickets ahead of time). We brought our wagon full of drinks and snacks in a bag and no one said anything. Highly recommend.

The zoo is an absolute delignt! The variety of species on display was truly impressive. It was a joy to observe these incredible creatures up close and learn about their behaviors and unique characteristics. The staff at the zoo were friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. To top it all off, the zoo provided a clean and well-maintained environment for everyone to enjoy. The pathways were well-marked, making it easy to navigate, and there were plenty of rest areas and refreshment options available.

You cannot drive directly to the falls. There are couple of parking lots closer to this location where you can park and walk. But, there are shuttles from this location which will take you the park area (free of cost), where you can purchase the entry tickets. It’s $17 for the adult and $11 for the kids. The falls are around a mile away from the ticket counter. You can purchase a shuttle ride as well for an additional $2 dollars but we liked to walk and enjoy the views. Once you get to the falls, take the elevator to the seven falls sign to enjoy the beautiful view of the seven falls. You could take the stairs too if you’d like. Afterwards, you could visit the actual falls and if interested take the stairs to the top of the falls.

Great place to get back to nature! Beautiful waterfall! Ticket is $17. Drove up to the main parking lot then took a shuttle to the 7 fall location, they have a ticket booth onsite. 15 mins walk up to main water falls and 224 stairs up to the major hike trail! Great sightseeing spot.

Went to Seven Falls to visit the water falls and hiking routes. First, you must park near the equestrian/event center and take a shuttle to the park entrance. Free Shuttle service runs from 10:00 am to 5:45 pm. There are guides to help you through the gate to the ticket booth. General admission is $17.00. Extra $ for a park Shuttle service to the Seven Falls cliffs. It's about a mile walk to the actual water fall. It's a beautiful walk if your willing to walk up hill all the way. There are restrooms along the way and a gift shop near the Falls. There is a self guided tour through a tunnel. At the end of the tunnel their is an elevator that takes you to the Eagles Nest. The restaurant was closed. They claimed it was due to COVID-19 , but rather I believe it is hiring issues. It's hard to find employees right now. The Seven Falls were incredible but climbing the ladders were steep. But once you get on top their are a couple of trails. You can get a great view of Colorado Springs at Inspiration Point from the top of the mountain. It's a great way to spend hiking at Colorado Springs.

I absolutely loved this gorgeous place. I know there are many great locations with free entry in Colorado, but this place is definitely worth the entry fee. Strategically located photo spots provide excellent spots for those who need to expand their photo libraries. The Bubble Waffle Sundaes Food Truck with their delicious Ice-cream adds a little extra to your wonderful experience.

All employees that I encountered were very pleasant. It was quite the walk from where you were dropped off by the shuttle to the base of the falls, but it was so beautiful. The stairs mixed with the altitude made for quite the challenge but we made it. It would be nice if the stairs had been a bit wider to accommodate people going up and down at the same time. But otherwise the views were amazing and we truly enjoyed visiting. Will be back the next time we visit Colorado!

Just beautiful and breath taking… Awe inspiring… I could just saying poetic things about this experience! If you are in the area it’s a must see. It wasn’t high on my bucket list the day I visited because I didn’t understand what I was going to see. I wholesomely can say I wish it was the place I spent the most time that day at. The views are breath taking. The park is clean and orderly and the staff attending the park were incredibly nice and you could tell they really cared about the park. The water falls were fun to see. The stairs I’d you climb up can be scary to take caution before attempting it! Other than that! Just enjoy cause if you’re anything of a nature lover this place will fill you up with Joy. They also have shuttles for those who may need those services to enjoy the park as well! The park fee I believe is $16.50 plus any additional options. Check their website for more details as weather changes etc. Have fun!

Despite the rain, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience! My wife and I walked to the falls instead of taking the shuttle. Plus due to the rain, we were handed umbrellas for the time we were there. Although it was little under a mile, the scenic views made it totally worth it. Plus viewing the falls from the elevator was incredible. The walk up the stairs to the top was nerve racking (rightfully so especially in the rain) but totally worth it.

Cool place to see. Once we parked, they bused us to the falls area. There is a tram you can take up to the falls if you prefer not to walk up there. There is also an elevator you can use to view the falls (or stairs if you want a challenge, I did). Also, there are stairs up by the falls that you can take and view the falls from the top (I did not). Around 7-7:30, they light up the falls. It wasn't dark enough at that time when we went and the lights were hard to see. We did have to wait in line to be bused back to the parking area since it was closing time.

This is such a beautiful place to visit! You walk quite a bit and there are a lot of stairs, but the views are so beautiful and breathtaking. The hikes above the falls are so serene and worth the visit. Well worth the $18 entrance fee. Bring your own water and snacks. Drinks are $5 (water bottle or soda)

This is a must-see stop if you are a museum or history lover… or, even if you are not! The collection of aircraft here is amazing. Equally amazing is that almost all of them are in flying condition and the few that are not are in restoration to be able to fly. Make sure you allocate enough time to make your way through the exhibits. I highly recommend taking the guided tour. It takes about 2 hours and is well worth it. Our docent was very knowledgeable. He spoke to the group at a level that was understandable for the beginner aviation enthusiast and could quickly answer questions posed by the more experienced in our tour group. The displays are nicely arranged. You can get up close and personal with the aircraft and learn details with the accompanying graphics and memorabilia on display. WestPac Restorations is included in the tour so you have a chance to see all the work that goes into restoring these planes.

Awesome place to visit, loved the history and was accurate, which was very refreshing. Even had a witness of pearl harbor (As a child) that gave us a tour and rundown of the restorations. I highly recommend this as a place to visit if you are in the area and want to see real life, actual operable planes from that era.

This museum rivals the Smithsonian in terms of WWII history. Not the easiest to get to but well worth the visit. All the planes on displayed actually fly. Saw several planes Ive never scene in any other museum. The artifacts and attention to detail were incredible.They restore WWII era planes in a separate hangar. A guide shows you each of the projects and was quite knowledgeable. The restoration hangar is included in price of admission as well as two other hangars. Added bonus the day we were there - C130s from Peterson, adjacent to museum, were training. Well worth the admission fee.

This WWII museum is unique in that nearly all of the planes still fly. Great collection of planes, take the guided tour for an extra $5. On the 2 1/2 hrs tour, our guide provided great background on the history of each plane. We'll worth the visit.

Great museum, well worth the time. If you have the time, take the guided tour. It takes about 2 hours but gets you access to Westpac where they rebuild the airplanes. You can reserve a time online. The tour itself is fairly fast paced and skims through a lot of the museum exhibits but focuses on the airplanes themselves. Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean, airplanes are beautiful. I will differently stop by again if I'm ever going through Colorado Springs. Thank you keeping them flying!

This place is very unique. It is the only museum of its type where everything isn't roped off. You can walk right up and touch the aircraft. You can stand under them. You can stand beside them. The staff are all very passionate, knowledgeable and experienced. Our tour guide had served in the military using some of the aircraft he was showing. This was awesome for me. It was a great glimpse at our country's history, and the history of our great military. We went on a couple of tours that day and didn't have enough time to spend at this one. I recommend 2 hours at very least. Three would be better. I will be back. I will spend much more time at this museum looking at the sites and listening to the stories of the soldiers turned tour guides.

If you are in Colorado Springs, this is one of the best private museums with World War Two aircrafts that are in flying condition! Museum is near Colorado Springs airport. There is an entrance fee which is very reasonable considering they have to maintain a private museum which is open to the public. There is also a tour hosted by a museum docent to visit the hangar where aircraft restoration is taking place. I learned it can cost between $3-5 million to restore a P-51 Mustang completely to flying condition. We spent about 2 hours here.

Wow, what an amazing and well maintained collection of WWII aircraft. This museum will blow you away with what they have on display, their interactive simulators, and tours to the shop that does the restoration work. Seeing the internal workings of stripped down aircraft at each stage of the restoration process was something you don't get to see often! Dan, our docent, did a great job touring us through the museum and restoration shop. Everyone at the museum was eager to talk and share stories and info on the planes and the exhibits. One of the best museums I've ever been to.

Beautiful tribute to and informative museum for World War II and our aeronautical heroes. My teen and kid were engaged and curious while reading about and talking to war heroes. I highly recommend the guided tour - the tour guides are just a wealth of information.

I enjoyed the experience but the tour I received just felt like the guide picked up the gig at the last moment on their way to lunch and kinda put half effort into it. It felt like we mainly walked outside and looked at the facades with a, "we can't go in there but this is what goes on in there" statement. We were lucky enough to see a couple olympians training while we were there (katie ledecky). It overall felt like it should have been a donation entry. The tour conveniently ended at the pro shop where they attempt to charge you $75 for a plain shirt with the USA logo, $125 for a plain duffle bag with the USA logo, etc. Way Way Way too expensive for a gift shop.

This place was incredible. The tour was incredible! As a former collegiate boxer, seeing the facilities that the world's best train in was astounding and gave me goosebumps. I want to especially call out the tour guide. I am terrible with names but he was from Brooklyn and ran track in college. He was awesome, knowledgeable in EVERY sport that was mentioned and relayed the awe of the entire facility very well.

Great experience touring the OTC for the second time. We did this tour about 5 years ago and it's changed a decent amount since then as the OTC has changed and supports different sports currently. Our tour guide, Ashley, was wonderful and easy to book with. The price of the tour is really reasonable, it's accessible, a good length, and goes into good depth on life at the OTC. It would be fun to see more athletes training but that seems a bit seasonal. The gift shop selection needs a bit of help, otherwise great!

Such a great experience to see where our athletes live and train. The tour was great as we walked thru all the training venues. We later shopped at the Olympic store for gifts.

Very cool experience to see where some of the Olympians train & live. We had an amazing tour guide that was very knowledgeable. I learned a lot. I appreciated the tour guides firsthand stories about seeing some of the Olympians like Michael Phelps on site over the years. We did the Bronze tour and it was comprehensive enough for us. Next time I will try one of the other tours to compare. It was inspiring! Beautiful facility.

So cool to get a behind the scenes look at where some of the best athletes in the world train to compete at the top of their game. One of 2 Olympic training centers in the US alongside Lake Placid. Our tour guide Bob was super knowledgeable about the athletes and facilities. Even took some trivia curve balls we threw at him in stride and definitely knows his stuff! Some 15 yrs of experience working at the center! Every athlete we ran into throughout the campus was super friendly yet you could tell they were extremely focused on what they were there to do. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

The decor is so inviting once you enter the restaurant. It is so colorful and decorated as if you are in Germany. It is so nice and clean and there is a “feel good” ambiance of the restaurant. The Lady server is so welcoming. We love the schnitzel dishes we ordered. The pork is so tender, just lightly breaded and topped with their tasty mushroom sauce. The highlight of our lunch is their traditional cheese cake, it has just the right amount of creaminess and sweetness and I highly recommend it. This restaurant is a must to visit when you are in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

My last big meal before heading back to the east coast- and definitely the right place to go for! Edelweiss was a classic German restaurant with select menu options- but all sounding delicious! All of our meals were fantastic and the selection of cakes for dessert too! Service was perfect for the setting, and the restaurant had a beautiful outdoor dining area, I’d definitely recommend on a nice day. Reservations are recommended if you’re going anytime in the evening as the restaurant certainly fills up quick.

Walking in was beautiful. The whole restaurant is decorated very well. Food was really good and a nice break away from the usual burgers, pizza, Chinese, or tacos. Waitress was very friendly. Fair prices for two adults and a toddler we paid around 50 dollars with the tip.

My entire family loved this place. The food was amazing from the appetizers through dessert. The traditional German dishes were a flavor packed experience which we all raved about. Our waiter was pleasant and added to the overall experience by providing quick service in spite of a packed house. I was impressed with Edelweiss's service flow. The atmosphere was the best I have enjoyed in years. There was an accordionist, great German decor, cozy table areas, and a festive ambiance which made for great conversation.

We love going to Edelweiss when we come to town. The food is always great as well as the service. I can't remember what the other dishes were called but I got the Rouladen which is thin slices of meat rolled together and filled with different things. It was very very good. Their cooked red cabbage is always tasty. We also got their brie starter and it was delicious. They serve a salad vefore every meal that have pickled green beans, pickled beats, potato salad, salad, tomatoes and maybe some type of prepared cucumber. We also got some of their tortes. I got the rum one and it was so good. Their desserts are definitely a must have. Our waitress was pretty good. The atmosphere was great. It's pretty quiet in there and it definitely has a more serious vibe. If you bring your kids you need to make sure they are well behaved because it is a nicer restaurant. There was a lady who came out and played the accordion which was really cool.

We saw this place off I25 and we were passing through from NM on to Denver and decided to stop by. I’m a huge fan of German cuisine and really enjoyed this place. The portions were epic, the beer was delicious, all the food was very fresh, the staff were all super friendly, and the restaurant atmosphere was really pleasant. Everything we ate was amazing. My wife and I had a great time celebrating our 11 year anniversary here. Anytime we’re passing through CO Springs, we’ll definitely be stopping by for some awesome German food.

I’ve been to a few restaurants in Colorado Springs and this is a must visit. One of a kind Authentic dishes. Deserts made fresh and a great German beer menu. I was blown away with the location and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t of asked for more.

. Staff was perfect and gave great suggestions. Extraordinary German café around. Food was astounding! The environment was fun and caused it to feel like you were in Germany. The lager garden looked perfect. I can't actually find whatever negative to say regarding the night here. We ate such a lot of we were unable to partake in any of their astounding looking pastries. Strongly suggest and definitely back soon.

Good food and very good sized portions for the price. Very nice and friendly staff. Great service. A lil caught off guard with optional tip line for culinary staff.

Super cute atmosphere, nice staff. Food was alright, I think I got the wrong thing, I was a little disappointed in the entree. Drinks- Beer flight. This was great, I highly recommend! Great way to try all the German beers and find your favorites! Comes with 6 Started with: Sampler plate- This was pretty good! Lots of different things on here which I liked. Loved trying all the sauces. Bread & butter- this was alright the bread was s little hard and chewy and didn’t taste fresh. Soup- sauerkraut & sausage soup. This was amazing!! I highly recommend, I would eat this again. Entree: Edelweiss Platte- Don’t recommend, I wish I would have gotten something else I didn’t really like anything on this plate. The veggies were undercooked and plain. Steak had a weird flavor and was chewy, everything else I kind of picked at, just missing lots of flavors. Other meats were dry. Super cute environment, I loved the inside and out! Lots of dessert options, all looked great!

We recently discovered one of the best cafes/bakery we have ever visited. If you have not been to the Marigold Cafe & Bakery you are missing out. We went early to check out the baked goods and were blown away by the beautiful presentation and delicious smells. When we walked in we were greeted by the friendliest people. Since it was our first time we were asking some questions to get an idea of what we should order and the staff was engaged in the conversation and very helpful. After we ordered we sat down and were given a coffee cake we had not ordered. The waitress informed us it was taken care of by the owner, we felt like it must have been a mistake, but he came over and said he had heard it was our first time in and we had to try their coffee cake. He stayed there with us getting to know us and what brought us to his establishment. He was engaged and friendly and extremely genuine. After our other items were delivered he left us to enjoy our muffins, chocolate croissant, coconut cake, as we were getting up to pay he came back from around the counter, shaking our hands and thanking us for coming. We arrived as new patrons but left feeling like we were old friends. Oh and the baked goods are amazing!

This was our first time, and we had a great time. Our waiter maybe…was new, but sol the support staff had great service and great attitudes, which speaks well for the place. The food and desserts were delicious.

It was my first time there. We arrived a half hour before the dining room opened, without reservations. Fortnite for us, there was ONE table not reserved. I felt a bit of sticker shock, looking over the menu. This is not a cheap place to eat. However the food was some of the best I've ever eaten. It was plated perfectly, with good portions. Plenty of leftovers, which the waiter boxed up. The waitstaff was very attentive to our needs and pleasant. Desserts are superb, so be prepared to have trouble deciding. Be sure to make reservations, they are very busy.

Very nice place. It was a little crowded, but hey, that's a good sign right? Food was pretty good, nothing too crazy, but I like that everything tastes fresh, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Great place to meet with a friend or friends. I definitely plan to revisit.

Wow! The pastries are amazing. We bought an assortment from varying croissants, mousse cakes, and tarts! Each one was delightful and melt in your mouth good. The crust on the tarts is unique and added depth to the desserts. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic. Wonderful knowledgeable staff, food and atmosphere. Everything was tasty, prepared perfectly and wonderfully presented. The owner came over and personally checked on us several times and when they were out of eclairs an alternative dessert was brought out to us. Everything I've ever had from Marigolds has been absolutely to die for. Their desserts are definitely worthy of saving some space for!

We’ve been eating here for over a decade. Had everything from special occasions to our rehearsal wedding dinner here. They never disappoint and are always excellent to us. Tonight was my 9 year old daughters birthday and the owner really went out of his way to make it special. Staff is always excellent, and of course, the food too. Thanks!

One of the best bakeries I have been to! Started with the carrot cake for a birthday and ended up back two more times. Our group of 8 shared the following and loved every one of them; citrus cheesecake, brownie cheesecake, frasiers (favorite), lemon tart, lime tart and a coffee cake for breakfasts. Highly recommend.

We unwittingly came almost at the end of lunch but were treat good despite our ignorance. The breads from this place is something definitely to write home to mon about. The rest of the food was pretty good overall. I was only disappointed in two things, the French Onion soup had zero caramelized onions...and the bathrooms were almost trucker stop in the middle of no where bad.

Absolutely amazing restaurant! I don't like restaurants and I was so impressed. The owner is the kindest man, so hospitable, friendly and generous. The staff is attentive and helpful and kind. Great overall service and the food is top notch. We had dinner and I felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant. Will 100% be going back again and again. Our new favorite place to eat! Definitely a hidden gem in Colorado Springs.

A great place to eat in Colorado Springs This establishment is located on the northwest corner of Pike’s peak ave and north cascade avenue. There is a parking lot to the north of this restaurant by less than a block so parking is not a problem. The entrance is in the southwest corner of the restaurant facing the intersection of the streets. We were greeted by a hostess and, without a reservation, got a table immediately. It is a split-level seating arrangement with an upper level located nearer to the outside windows and a lower level comprising the inner seating. There are windows along both sides facing the street and the view out the West side faces the mountains. The waitress came and took our drink and food orders in short order. The drinks and food came out quickly and were good. The only downside was one of our group ordered and flight of beers and the waitress spilled it onto the table and one of our people. She replaced the beer but did not offer any comp for the person covered in beer. Overall, even with that hiccup, it was a nice venue, with pleasant staff, good food at a reasonable price with a very nice view. I would recommend this to fellow travelers in the area. Enjoy.

Nice place, plenty of seating. Very attentive wait staff. Food was great but portion size was a little small. The mimosa sour is more of an IPA but the other beers are good. Pretty good variety of types of beers just not many in each category. The interior is very nice but still casual. They have pool tables upstairs. I had a good time. I’ll go back again but maybe just for lunch.

Very nice atmosphere, fantastic craft beer. highly recommend the pork burger and sweet potato fries! The wait staff was phenomenal, friendly, and helpful. I was however extremely disappointed in the hidden 3% service fee. it's asinine, why not advertise it and not hide it? its a tip to kitchen staff, when kitchen staff are not subjected to the lower server rate which is what warrants tips in the first place.

The food here was pretty good. I only tried one beer and it was decent as well. This restaurant is really big with lots of seating and pool tables upstairs. The staff was great.

Great service and good beer, better food. The Korean chicken sandwich was amazing, could have eaten two of those. The fish tacos were also solid and the kids menu comes with ice cream sundae. The kids had a great meal.

Nothing kills your appetite than a waitress who seems more annoyed to serve you or when service is so slow that you think your order was forgotten. Why did it take almost 20 minutes for a glass of beer? Beer. You could tell that our order was forgotten under the warming lamps. Such a disappointment since a few years ago it was a place that I eagerly anticipated whenever my boyfriend suggested to go. Stale pretzels and not a pleasant tasting shepherd's pie. The barely eaten pie was taken off our bill which was a nice surprise. That's the only good experience that I had. UPDATE: I am lowering my review because they contacted me through my review to contact them. I sent an email to Carolyn on March 4. No reply. I guess it's good PR effort but no service in the long run. It explains why their service has gone downhill.

This place was fantastic! Our server Tawnee was wonderful the food was delicious. I had the Phantom burger, my cousin had the pastrami burger both were perfectly cooked. We started with the grilled octopus with sweet pickled peppers and tomato jam, delightful. Definitely my new go to when in the Springs.

My husband, Mother in-law, and I stopped for dinner last night. This place is one of the most welcoming places we’ve been to in the Springs. My mother in-law does not speak English, however our waiter Anthony met her halfway and spoke to her in Spanish! He was attentive throughout out dinner, he made sure we were enjoying our food, and our overall experience, as it was our first time in. We will definitely be back soon! Side note: best fish tacos I’ve ever had!!!

Very underwhelmed. The first staff member we encountered was very kind and directed us to the hostess stand where we met an inattentive and nearly rude hostess. Waiter was barely seen. We would have ordered more drinks if he had appeared occasionally. Had the Green Chili fries, spinach artichoke dip, and house beers. Green chili fries had good flavor and concept, but the fries should be much crispier, it's not great with soggy fries. Spinach artichoke dip was good, but was served with stale chips. Would probably not come back.

I have been eating here since I moved back to co In 2020 and I can’t be more disappointed in my last visit. I usually place an order right after leaving the office or before picking up my dry cleaning so I generally don’t check my order, but this time I should of. I normally order the gyro lunch which is $13.95 plus I get a side of chicken for 5.99 usually is plenty but my meal was cold and barely had any sustenance I’m not sure me or any of our staff or family and friends will continue to visit if this happens again.

The food is worth the price. It is delicious and innovative flavors. I mean this in the nicest way that the dining room gives a 90's vibe and feels warm and nostalgic. The service was interesting. It seemed like we were a half step off. He was professional, but would act friendly, then detach. Also, the pacing at the end was super slow. On the positive note, I loved hearing the profesional kitchen communication, and everyone was gracious. And the food was absolutely fantastic. I will return.

Absolutely delicious food. This amazing restaurant is less than 10 minutes from the entrance to the Garden of the God's. Very diverse menu. We wish we could have had time to come back another day for another dinner.

My birthday meal last week was very memorable and the food was absolutely phenomenal with incredible ingredients and equally as much as the combination’s of those ingredients. Marvelous dishes and appetizers and I appreciate that the menu doesn’t have a ridiculous amount of items. The special was superb as well and our waitress was really awesome and even dated our leftovers! Very thoughtful indeed. Thanks again for a very wonderful experience.

1st time I had eaten at a Mediterranean restaurant. I ordered the Persian chicken with Walnut sauce. The chicken was so tender and delicious. My guy ordered Moussaka. It was a lamb and beef dish kinda like a Shepards pie. I thought it was tasty, although I think the Cinnamon & Nutmeg was a bit much for him. For dessert I chose the Limoncello Mascarpone. It was so good. All in all it was a very nice experience. Glad we chose to eat there.

I enjoyed the Honey and Almond Chicken. It was fantastic. Cooked to perfection and tastes amazing. The veggies that went with it were perfect too. Good ambience, good service and well priced. Will return to try out their lemon cake.

The restaurant doesn’t seem like much from the outside , but once you step inside it’s this beautiful quaint atmosphere that’s perfect for great conversations, paired with mouthwatering dishes . It was so hard to decide between all the dishes they had , ultimately I went with the grilled salmon . It doesn’t seem like a lot of food , but it was . My husband had the massuka , get this !!!! As soon as I had a taste , it was in food heaven . Layers of zucchini and meat , with a kick of spices created to perfection . The staff was amazing , patient with us when we couldn’t decide what to order . Made great recommendations . This is a must !! In regards to price you are looking about $ 24 average a plate , but the food is worth it .

Updated a week later. Never got a return call as promised. Don’t come here!! They don’t care. Food wasn’t good. Extremely over priced, compared to a everywhere else, I’ve ate at in my life. For half the cost. With way better taste and quality food. Overall: inside the area was very dark couldn’t see anything really, as it was very sunny and bright outside. (Extremely dark inside).They literally had to turn on some lights for us. Staff was extremely friendly, personable, attending to our needs. Have no complaints there. My wife and I had plans to go shopping afterwards. Which, we were not able to. Since, we got very sick. Their service was fantastic. . . Not the greatest mediterranean food. It’s not authentic at all. Period. It has a twist splash style, more American than anything. I’ve been to tons of more authentic places then this out in Denver for years. There’s two dozen, I can list off the top of my head. It’s just not as classy inside as the others. But if your looking for odd style food, great service and very dark romantic atmosphere, with old uncomfortable seating. Come here… Our experience afterwards: However, unfortunately we both got sick. I called them to briefly, express we weren’t feeling well. She stated there not sure what they could do. Promised me, that the manager would be calling me back. That never happened. Spent a lot over priced, for not good food at all. Might look pretty but tastes strange… it’ll hurt your stomach. I won’t be returning, sadly to say!! I hope this review brings others aware!! Very disappointed!! Don’t come here!! Total waste of money for overpriced food. Wasn’t very good.

4.5 stars. I have no idea why this place doesn't have higher reviews because it is really good! My friend and I visited for a late lunch/early dinner kind of meal. The interior is very cute and definitely gives off old, royal Mediterranean elite vibes. It is on the darker side so maybe more lights to see your dining partner and food would be nice. Now our eyes were definitely more hungry than our stomachs because we ordered quite a lot of things and finished like 40% of them. So PSA: portions are generous and everything on the menu is shareable among 2-3 people. We got the feta crisps, Mediterranean pizza and the sambousek to share from the appetizer sections. Honestly, it's hard to choose our favorite but I would say the feta chips just narrowly beat the sambousek which narrowly beat the pizza. I definitely agree that the feta crisps are a house favorite. It's basically pita bread stuffed with feta cheese and a mayo based sauce. They melt in your mouth. The sambousek is like an Indian pattice with multiple layers of filo dough packed with meat, veggies and some very interesting seeds. The sauce it came in, was a little salty to my taste, but in small quantities, was good with the meat stuffing. Finally, the pizza was very simple but delicious with veggies and olives. We would've be happy if we had just taken the pizza but the other apps engaged our palates a little more. From the soup and salad section, we got the avgolemono soup which was the soup of the day, and the Greek country salad with gyro meat. Both were delicious! This is my first time having avgolemono soup and I would've sworn there is cream. But there isn't! It's a soup of creamy deliciousness with chicken, veggies, lemon and dill. I think this is right up there as one of my most favorite soups ever. The country salad was VERY fresh with lots of cheese and veggies. Almost gave a cleansing feel to the palate. The gyro meat was delicious. Just the right flavor and consistency. Really really good. For the entree, we got the pasta special - linguine in a creamy Alfredo like sauce with tomatoes, mushrooms and artichoke with citrus grilled horse shrimp. Since I love spicy flavors, I would've liked a little kick in the pasta or some pepper on top. But that aside, the pasta was delicious!! The sauce was very good and the shrimp was fantastic!! I will have this again if they serve it. Finally, for dessert, we got the limoncello mascarpone cake and this might be one of the best desserts I've had! The sponge cake was spongy, light, and full of that lemony goodness I associate with limoncello. The mascarpone cheese filling was yummy and the white chocolate on top was just the right amount of sweet. The accompanying raspberry sauce was delicious as was the combination of whipped cream with strawberries on the side. My friend also got the Italian breze with amaretto and it was so so good! It reminded me of dark chocolate filled with a cherry center. All in all, a very satisfactory meal. Our server was very nice and helpful. Definitely come here and check out their food. It is an underrated restaurant.

Lunch was amazing. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was phenomenal. My child and I were very pleased with the food. We would absolutely come back again for the dishes we ate. The service was weird. The server brought us water and didn't even ask if we'd like something else to drink. He then disappeared for a long time before coming back to take our order. My kid and I had enough time to pick what looked best and then have a whole conversation before he came back. And he still didn't ask if we wanted anything but water and disappeared quicker than I could think to ask for something. He came back around one time to refill a glass and left very fast. When we were done with our meal I looked for him for a while before just going to the bar to pay our tab.

Great Italian Restaurant in Denver, Colorado. Very classy too, and the food is very good. I suggest making reservations cause this place gets packed around dinner time. If you don't want to eat inside you can be seated in the outside patio area, which is clean and the fresh air is welcomed also. Prices are fair and you'll need a box to go if you order an app before your meal (Nice Portions). Our waiter Marie took very good care of us. If my wife and I visit again, we're coming back!

I'm giving this restaurant a 3 star rating based on there being an issue with one of our dishes, the food being average & I was celebrating with my wife, our anniversary. The 3 stars are for the areas where the restaurant did well. Our servers were pleasant & routinely checked on us. They took our order quickly, adapted to my wife's dairy allergy & kept our drinks filled & bread on the table. My wife ordered the lunch spaghetti with bolognese beef sauce & sausage. The flavor was good & there was enough that she took some of it home. Where I take off 2 stars was with my order. I got the lunch panini sandwich with homemade potato chips. The bread was really thick, much more than needed, which made it hard to take a bite of the sandwich. The flavor was not that good. I didn't end up liking the combination of meats they used in the sandwich. About half way through the sandwich, a string of sorts was stuck between the sandwich & the bite I had just taken. I pulled the string out of my mouth to finish eating the bite. When I looked to see that the string was, I saw that it was the casing for the salami. It was still on a slice of the salami in the sandwich. So I intentionally removed the rest of the casing from the slice of salami it was still on & stopped eating. I waited until our server had come by to check on us again when I showed them what I had found. I asked our server if the casing was edible. They explained that it was not, then took my plate to show the manager what I had found. I was not offended, I know mistakes happen. Kindly enough, the manager did not charge me for my dish. Which was fine with me. Again, the 3 stars are for the areas where the restaurant did well. The minus 2 stars are for the areas where it could do better. My wife enjoyed her dish & would probably go back. I wasn't a fan of the food style & would not go back.

I was a bit disappointed with our first time to one of the best Italian restaurants in the Springs according to many locals. Our server was amazing and the ambiance was great. The disappointments are with the food. We started of with the two massive mozzarella sticks. Theses had good taste but they didn’t cook them long enough and the cheese was not melted at all. I said it’s okay just a minor thing. The fresh bread wasn’t super fresh and my wife ordered the Caesar salad instead of the house for her side. The server said there would be a small up charge. The small up charge was $5.99!! Might as well been the full price of a side salad! When we finally got our mains her gnocchi was very good but my lasagna was burnt on the sides and bottom. Just not a great experience for me all around food wise. The only saving grace was the delicious large Cannoli that ironically wasn’t large at all and cost $10.

You will not find a more favorable and authentic taste in any other local venue other than this Bistro. I've never had better Tutto Di Mare anywhere else in the United States! Wow! It blew my mind! The flavor, the freshness and the service here is beyond comparison. I'm a New Yorker and have never been here before. When I return to Colorado? This is the 1st place on my list to enjoy a good Italian meal.

This place is fantastic! The portions are definitely a bang for your buck and it’s so delicious! The chef is creative on some of his original recipes and on top there are classic Italian dishes. The place is kind of small so you must have a reservation if you want to get a table. Due how the place is small, it is a lot louder, but still great place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some amazing classic Italian food.

Much as I hate to give such a low rating, tonight, Paravicini's deserved it. Starting with the seating. We checked in and were told 30 minutes. 55 minutes later, after countess group that checked in after us were seated, we finally got a table. Apparently, the air conditioning was out as the thermostat read 78 degrees so we asked to be seated outside. We gotnthe formal bread and got the most stale, rock hard bread as it was the end of the night and that's what they had left. Our waiter was good and most of the entrees lived up to expectations except the chicken parmesan came out mixed. Cold pasta, hot chicken. The dish was mediocre at best and I was sorely disappointed. We might try again at a later date as we have heard nothing but rave reviews. As for this visit, I can only give 2 stars since most of the food was good and so was our waiter.

Worth the wait! It was busy on a Monday night, that's how you know it's good. We ordered the calamari with peppers, olives and capers. The blend of flavors was a symphony to the palette! The Carmella pasta was delicious as well! We can't wait to come back and try different dishes. This will definitely be our go-to authentic Italian restaurant.

Enjoyed our meal here. Service was very good. Food was definitely good, big portions and entrees came with a salad and some good bread as well. Felt like a decent deal with everything together. The only downside is some seats are really, really close together, but luckily the people next to us were cool.

I thought that I had had good Italian food in my life before I walked in the door of Paravicini's. The great atmosphere, music, people... then came the food. I can not describe the quality in each bite. You have to try this for yourself and make your decisions... but you must try it!

The young ladies at the front (blonde and brunette) are the best hostesses I've encountered in a long time. They were extremely welcoming, conversational and helpful. I felt very seen and appreciated. Donny Ray was an excellent waiter. The place is a little pricey, but the food is good. Would love it if they turned the AC on a bit more in the summer heat. Wine pours are small for the price. The bar only has 4 seats and the place gets pretty packed at dinner time .
