Beautiful place to visit. I liked the tunnel where people walk and you can see all the fish, sharks, whales and other creatures swimming next to and above you, it’s amazing!!! But if you really want to enjoy the visit to this aquarium, you must buy tickets to see the different shows they offer. Without seeing the shows, the visit won’t be worthy. They always take a picture of you right before the entrance so be ready with a nice outfit so you will look good on the photo that will become one of your best memories!!! Highly recommended!!

It was very well worth the visit! Huge! Lots to see. If you like reading the information as you tour the area, it'll take some time. We spent 5 hours here and saw all the exhibits and shows that are included in the ticket price. We also had lunch in their cafeteria style dining area, Cafe Aquaria, and did some shopping in one of the gift stores. They have hand sanitizing stations, clean bathrooms, all accessible areas, plenty of photo opportunities, and extra activities you can experience for an additional fee. You will do a lot of walking and standing, so wear comfortable shoes! It's easy to purchase tickets online. June 2023

Excellent aquarium! We went on a Sunday afternoon in the summer so it was quite crowded, but manageable! We just took our time and were able to see all the exhibits! If you want to see the shows, you have to make a (free) reservation once you get there. We opted to skip the shows to give us more time at the exhibits. Each section is very well done and you get to see so many beautiful creatures up close! Favorites were the shark exhibit, the whale shark, manta rays, sea turtle, penguins, beluga whales, otters and dolphins! My kids absolutely loved it! Food is overpriced and nothing special but we went in between lunch and dinner so we could get by with just a few snacks. Also, there is a small nursing pod for breastfeeding up on the second floor by the food that was very convenient! As with many attractions like this, you exit through the gift shop so be prepared! Overall it was an expensive day (buy tickets in advance to save$5) but worth it for the experience for our family!

Will be coming back! I'm so impressed with the size of this aquarium, it was very easy to walk through, all sections set up easy to navigate. The dolphin show was great. The whale sharks were so impressive. I saw some people doing the shark dive, it looked like so much fun. Plenty of seating in the different exhibits, we sat and watched the fish and the sharks for quite a while. The gift shop had a lot of items to pick from.

Such an amazing experience! I took my four year old and my eight year old and they had so much fun! It is educational and breathtaking! We saw the dolphin show as well as the sea lion show. I highly recommend going during the weekday if you can and definitely get there early. Very friendly staff and clean restrooms and private nursing areas for breastfeeding mothers.

The museum experience was great. It was crowded but the entering the aquarium didn’t take long. The place is large and divided in sections which you can visit based on your preference. Their dolphin show was great. If you want to sit in the splash section you need to plan ahead. You can easily spend half a day here. I would recommend this for families with kids who enjoy seeing sea life. The jelly fish were beautiful and the sharks were amazing.

We had an absolutely amazing time when we visited last month, if this is on your itinerary at least budget 4 hours to fully enjoy all the exhibits, activities, and shows the aquarium has to offer. Definitely highly recommend coming as close as you can to opening so you can enjoy the mostly empty aquarium. The staff are all so informative and love to chat. When we come back we are looking forward to a behind the scenes tour.

It's a great aquarium but some exhibits were empty and I didn't get to experience the 'extras' 3D and dolphin shows specifically. They do have cool pop-in holes where you can take pictures and it looks like your in there with the animals. The location is great! It's across the street from Olympic Park and walking distance to several other must see attractions. There is food available inside and they take a pic of you entering and you can buy it if you'd like. Great for the kids and couples!!!

What an amazing experience. I came from Florida to go to this aquarium. They have beautiful exhibits and the animals who look happy and are swimming without a worry. I recommend eating before or bringing food because the food is very average especially for the $. The main attraction is the whale shark and I could sit and watch that exhibit for an hour. I highly recommend signing up for the shows they have going on (dolphin and sea lion). 100% worth it. We spent about 5-6 hours in the aquarium. They take a picture at the entrance which they put a backdrop on it and a live background. If you’re hesitant on going, there’s so much to see. I will definitely be back when I’m in Georgia.

First time visiting. Had a wonderful time. From the check-in to leaving the staff made, my family and I feel very welcomed. They were professional and helpful. I enjoyed learning more about fish. The only downfall was that I didn't see turtles, we couldn't take pictures behind the whale jaw, and the dolphin show was short. Great place for the entire family!

Enjoying going to the aquarium. It's nice and clean. The crowd was pretty intense. Please be patient and don't rush. I promise you will get into the show that you made reservations for. It felt as if I was going to be trampled going into the dolphin show. Other than that it was spectacular. The outside grounds were very clean as well. Just slow down and enjoy the Aquarium!!!!!

Superb experience, spent nearly 4hrs here, we thought we would go for maybe a couple of hours but time went so quick. Just fascinating to sees many different species through the many huge viewing tanks. Sealion and Dolphin show were great too. Didn't use the canteen but food was available here if you need a break and a sit down. Gift shop have good variety of gifts, difficult not to leave with at least one cuddly toy

It was a fun experience. The guides were really cheerful and the tour included a wonderful 3D video and another heart touching video. There was a scent room where we could smell the scents of sweets, spices and fruits. Many coca cola artifacts were displayed very aesthetically throughout the place. The best was the unlimited tasting of different coca cola products. I think there were around 100 flavours around the world but unfortunately it was too much for me to taste on the same day. The experience was totally worth the money and I highly recommend you to visit World of Coca Cola at least once.

The museum's standout feature is undoubtedly the Taste It! Beverage Lounge, where you can sample an array of Coca-Cola products from around the globe free of charge. The experience of tasting a diverse range of flavors, familiar and foreign, adds a tangible, interactive element to the visit. That being said, the museum sometimes feels more like an extended advertisement than an unbiased exploration of the brand's history. It offers a wealth of artifacts and information, but the overall narrative seems overly sanitized, with little critique or in-depth exploration of some of the brand's controversial aspects. All in all, the World of Coca-Cola provides an entertaining day out, especially for those with a sweet tooth for the iconic beverage. Just be prepared for a largely sugar-coated depiction of this global brand's history and impact.

Great place to visit for Coca Cola fans. The museum provides a great history about the company. All the old equipments and advertisements displayed really takes you back in time. We loved the experience of seeing the coke being bottled. The best part is the coke drinks from around the world. You will taste the best and the worst drinks possible. My 8 year old really enjoyed the experience and she never had a sip of coke prior to this.

We had a good time. We went in May, during the week. There were a lot of kids... there might have been a few field trips? It was cool to see the history and all of the memorabilia. Love the international aspect. Be prepared to leave with a sugar high... the tasting room is fun and where you end your tour

Had an Amazing experience here. From the very beginning we were guided , provided with lots of background details about the origin and its worldwide influence. The scent discovery and tasting part was a real hit. You can discover a large variety of Coca Cola flavors there. Didn’t have an idea prior to this trip that these flavors of coca cola do exist. Enjoyed every moment inside the museum. You can get a lot of souvenir options. They keep some awesome collection of lip smackers.

Fun experience. Right next to the Georgia Aquarium. A very fun walking tour. It was like a museum walking tour or the history of Coca Cola. Plenty of cool stuff to see. Vintage ad signs, vending machines, signs, and so much more. Take your time and read the walls in each exhibit, the history is really interesting. The scent room was interesting. The tasting room was fun. Trying all the different Coca Cola products from around the world was very cool. They even had Mezzo Mix, which I used to drink all the time when I lived in Germany. The gift shop was amazing, so many cool things to buy. Highly recommend if you have 2+ hours to kill in downtown Atlanta.

This was so much fun. I wasn't sure how interested I'd be in a soda museum but I was pleasantly surprised. The exhibits are engaging, the initial tour guide was really entertaining, and the whole experience was positive as a whole. I will say that they claim to be ADA accessible and friendly for disabilities but they had no functioning wheelchair ramps or elevators - what I saw was out of service or blocked off. I'm handicapped, so navigating the museum was very difficult but worth it.

Considering the issues I encountered, I must say that the World of Coca-Cola did not live up to its reputation, and I found it hard to justify the price of admission. While it is undeniable that Coca-Cola has a significant impact on popular culture and history, the overall experience at the attraction fell short of my expectations. If you decide to visit, I would recommend checking the status of the 3D movie and other exhibits in advance, as well as considering the potential crowd size during your visit.

This visit was spur of the moment while visiting Atlanta. A full fun experience with the family. The video you watch before entering the exhibit, was very heartfelt. Great experience at the smelling stations and at the “Guess the smell” game. By far the best part was the tasting stations. You are able to sample sodas from all over the world, and from different countries, which was very fun experience. My favorite was the Philippines soda. I would recommend visiting, great for all ages young and seniors.

Excellent place to spend a few hours and enjoy exploring the exhibits We paid a little extra to have a tour guide, not an excessive cost and certainly added to the experience. Didn't have to queue up to see "The Bear" or the Vault or the cinema presentation. Got lots of additional educational information and were able to ask questions. Have free soft drinks at the start too

It's good to see some of the interesting facts about the history of their products. Try to go afternoon/evening so there won't be much crowd and probably you could enjoy the Taste it! , a place where we can taste all of their products. As it's so close to the Aquarium and parking is common, it's better to plan together.

Tickets are cheaper by a few bucks online versus buying them at the kiosk! This is a very cool 1 & done experience. You will have a good time and some of the employees are very interactive and outgoing! We did go during summertime so it was very busy (as expected). But it was just too many people throughout. Especially in the tasting room area. Recommend if you’ve never been!

So this was a fun little stop during a work trip to Atlanta. I went by myself and walked from my hotel, and was able to attend a show within 10 minutes of buying my ticket. I spent about an hour to an hour and a half here. I enjoyed each section of the museum, as it held much more than I was expecting. I went on a Tuesday afternoon and there were probably 20 other people in my "group." It wasn't crowded at all and I had time to spend at each section. Of course the highlight of this is the tasting portion. It's very fun to try different sodas from around the world. The gift store is also huge, there's a lot of souvenirs to choose from. I enjoyed spending some of my free time here. The ticket was $21 and I found it to be worth it.

One time visit is good. It’s a must visit place if you’re visiting Atlanta. I recommend buying tickets in advance online to beat the rush (although those tickets are non-refundable) so if you can’t make it past 5pm, don’t buy tickets online. I couldn’t get refund when i got stuck in a crash slowdown. Overall nice place to hangout with family.

Pretty cool spot to see the history of Coca-Cola. You can save $1 per ticket if you purchase them ahead of time. Definitely go earlier because it will fill up pretty quickly. We were able to find street parking, but it wasn't too close. There are paid parking garages as well. When you show up they give you a little introduction and tell you that it is a self guided tour. I wouldn't say it is a self guided tour as it is more of a pick the next mini tour or activety you want to wait in line for. I definitely recommend visiting if you have never been before. The best part of the tour was the tasting room, which once you enter you can't turn back so make sure you hit all the other tours first. The gift shop was surprisingly affordable too!

The husband and I went tonight and it was absolutely amazing, we loved everything about it! Even tho the temperature was low and they didn't allow my outside coffee into the garden, we still had a fabulous time! There are clean bathrooms throughout the entire garden, plenty of place to sit and simply enjoy the scenery, tonight there was a strings band playing live beautiful music, there were lights everywhere once it got dark enough, even the other guess were so very sweet to us!! We will definitely be back whenever we come back to the area for work! The water at the goddess wasn't on which was unfortunate but it was still extremely beautiful! We recommend this beautiful garden for anyone wanting a stroll through nature, date night for any couple, an outing for the kids! There was a bride and groom there tonight taking pictures because it is that beautiful!! Enjoy!

I was worried about the parking coming in from out of town, but it was easy in and out! This was my granddaughters birthday present! She is in high school, so teens love it! Beautiful gardens! Easy walking! Very friendly staff! Restaurant was kinda slow in serving, but the food was excellent! I bought a membership because it's cheaper if you are going to return a few more times throughout the year! Can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our time here. You could easily spend an entire day here with your family. We spent half a day and saw everything. It's well organized and easy to navigate. There was not a long wait, we bought tickets when we arrived. The only delay was that people didnt know what they wanted for tickets...i guess? Buy tickets in advance to avoid that. There are food and drink options on site. The restaurant prefers a reservation.

We went to the garden to see a new art installation by artists we met at our B&B. We were so impressed with this garden. Tickets for two adults run $50, but you can get a membership for $105. The membership gets you access to 345 other gardens across the country in addition to discounts in the gift shop, restaurant, and a few other perks. Definitely worth it! We walked through for 90 minutes and didn't see everything thoroughly. We could definitely stay much longer if we sit, relax, meditate, etc. I appreciate their investment in art. This display, Origami in the Garden, will be there for 6 months (starting May 2022). The artists are from Santa Fe and are a fabulous couple. I will always stop by the garden now when traveling to Atlanta. It is inside of Piedmont Park in midtown and the surrounding area is great and very walkable.

We came on a Saturday (yesterday) and arrived as they were opening. The atmosphere from the grand lobby to the garden grounds is very impressive. I enjoyed the walk between gardens and exhibits. This time of year the air is crisp but perfect for the walk through. I especially loved the Orchid Daze exhibition. The flowers and leaves are SO exquisite. I was left speechless and took a moment to sit on one of the many benches to just take it all in. I highly recommend for any nature lovers. I would definitely go again especially closer to spring when more flowers are in bloom.

Very beautiful park but we couldn’t really follow the map. It didn’t seem to match up with the posted signs around the garden. So we ended up circling the same areas a few times and didn’t realize we almost missed an entire other section. Glad we found it! It would have been nice to see better descriptions and maybe some audios too. I’d definitely go back! And bring a water bottle if you visit during the summer. It’s hot!

We had so much fun looking at all of the exhibits. We even got to sit in on a cooking demo and got a free sample which was delicious. Everyone that works here is just so nice. This is my 2nd visit and I'm sure there will be more in the future. Make sure you wear sunscreen and bring some water because it gets HOT in the summer ☀️

One the nicest botanical gardens we’ve visited. Beautifully kept, manicured grounds. Very friendly staff and plenty of volunteers that love what they do and willing to show/explain various aspects. Entrance is reasonable prices and they offer discounts to military members.

This was an amazing lights display. There were lots of people, but it was great being able to just walk through at your leisure and enjoy the displays without having to worry about cars or holding people back. The best area, in our opinion, was the music and light sync up were the strands of lights were individual synced to the music. Each light was individually synced up. It was amazing. For those that missed it this year or if you made it and decide to go back next year something I would recommend, if you’re able, is avoid the on site parking. Look for a parking deck nearby and park there then walk to the gardens. We walked past the line of cars waiting to get in. So much easier.

Fantastic place to go with family. Beautiful flowers, art and nature. Serene and peaceful location to spend an entire day. The Long leaf restaurant in the Botanical Gardens is a fine place to relax and have a decent meal. Small outdoor outlets through out to have snacks or a packaged lunch, chilled drinks, or king of pops popsicles and other options. Edible garden has a variety of veggies and the grower arrangements are educational to gardening enthusiasts. Loved spending time here.

We came to this place as part of our first visit to Atlanta and I have to say this may be my favorite place out of everywhere we visited. We were left speechless by the perfection of la landscapes and the beauty they have accomplished with all the areas of this garden. It truly felt like we were in a magical forest straight out of a fantasy novel. I absolutely adored the attention to detail in every corner and the cohesion there was between the different parta of the area. I highly recommend checking this place out and will surely be coming back any time I’m in town!

We always really enjoyed coming to the Fox Theater. This time we came for the Broadway in Atlanta show Ain’t Too Proud; the Life and Times of the Temptations. The show was fantastic. The seats are a bit cramped and are not the most comfortable, but the shows the theater puts on make it worth it. The staff at the facility are always really nice and ever helpful whenever we come here. The facility looks good, and is kept clean.

We came to town to see the paw patrol tour so you can already assume that I had a child with me. Seats were great, theater was a bit chilly but we knew to plan for that! Restrooms were clean and plenty of staff to help with ALLLLLL the children! Loved this experience and will be back

Great venue! Went to see Jo Koi the comedian and his show was awesome. They had several concession/bars available to beat long lines. The decor was absolutely beautiful. They do have elevator access for the handicapped and this facility was sparkling clean. This theater has a rich history and you can feel it in every room. They have a wide variety of performances here. From plays, comedians and concerts. You are sure to enjoy yourself.

This was my first time here, to see Blue Man Group. I took my 4 year old son. This venue is incredible. I absolutely love the aesthetic and the show was incredible! Every part of the venue was perfection and the staff was everywhere to help and clean up and soooooo friendly. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, and my son loved it too! Can’t wait to return for more shows.

Visited the Fox theatre for a tour of the establishment! It was a great experience learning about how the theatre was built, the struggles it had to withstand over the past 94 yrs and how it has evolved to the mesmerizing place it is today. If you are in Atlanta, this is a must visit! Allen - our tour guide did a wonderful job of making the tour feel extra special. Hoping to catch a show here sometime :)

They were well-organized for this event. You had to show your ID, and Vax card, then go through the medal detectors, then show your ticket. It went surprisingly fast. The vintage look of the theater is amazing. And the seats were very comfortable. I had 2nd row seating.

I went to the Fox Theatre to see Frozen. The show was amazing! I had I great time. The music was great and the view was pretty good. I sat in Row G seat 104. The theatre was clean and they had booster seats for young children. You can order drinks(alcoholic and non-alcoholic), snacks, and popcorn. I purchased a 20 oz bottle of Sprite for $5. Parking is $50 at the theatre but I found parking for $20 not too far from the theatre.

It is always a pleasure to watch a musical at The Fox. The building is absolutely beautiful. I've been coming here for years, and I still notice small details that I haven't noticed previously. The shows are incredible! Customer service is always excellent. Everyone that we interacted with either over the phone or in person (box office, parking, security, will call, ushers, etc.) is always very friendly and helpful.

Lovely theatre, very charming! I saw Hairspray here recently and was amazed at the sheer talent of the dancers/singers. There is not a bad seat in the house. No real food served so popcorn was our dinner (it's tasty) and I recommend the sparkling Moscato highly. Note snacks and drinks are cards only no cash accepted. Unless you are very wealthy avoid the $50 parking right next to theatre. There is much cheaper available if you do not mind a short walk. The immediate area seemed safe to us.

The kids enjoyed running around this park. There are multiple playgrounds and another park with aquarium and coke tours just across the street. A lot of places to takes cool photos and view downtown Atlanta. The skywheel is also right next to the park. Definitely a nice place to walk around In downtown and spend time.

This park is a worth visit if you are on a trip to Georgia aquarium or the Coke factory. It lies just beside them within walking distance. Parking is a bit difficult since it is in downtown and no street parking is available most of the times. The entry is free of cost for the park. There are plenty of paid parking places around the park from $10-$20.

This is such a relaxing fun environment in the middle of downtown Atlanta! When the weather is beautiful you can spend hours playing in the open. The Olympic rings are a great photo op! When we went the water springs were not functional. But those are great entertainment for children! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance of the Centennial Olympic Park.

The Centennial Park is free and it's location is in the heart of Downtown, Atlanta! There are great places nearby, so you will not be bored. It's a huge park where you can hang out with friends & family. We went to Atlanta at December so the weather is really nice! I like the coldness while walking! The park is also a good place to exercise. A lot of people are doing it in the area. We also enjoyed the view, the establishments nearby and the buildings!!! This is free so I recommend you stopping by if you plan to visit Atlanta, GA!

A beautiful experience for tourists and locals alike. I dislike that the park is shut down for events most weekends. But it is a joy to walk during the week. It is a great event space to enjoy the skyline. I enjoyed one of the best concerts ever with Outkast once upon My Weekend in Atlanta.

This is one of the free places to visit for free in Atlanta. Centennial Park is in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, very close to the Mercedes stadium that hosted the Atlanta 1996 Olympics. It is a vast park for walking around and relaxing with fresh air... It's an excellent place to enjoy the view, take pictures, and have an amazing time reminiscent of the memories of Atlanta '96. I recommend you stop by if you plan visiting Atlanta, GA!

It's a nice place to visit on your way to the aquarium or Coca-Cola world. Definitely a piece of history. Kids will have fun with the playground and splash zone. Great views on the surrounding downtown. However not much of the shade available to hide from the scorching sun

First time visiting Centennial Olympic Park we were very excited to visit such a Iconic Historical park. The park is public, well maintained its big there's plenty of seating areas, great for families and friends. It's located in Downtown Atlanta and surrounded by amazing Buildings and famous placec in Atlanta such as SkyView Atlanta, CNN Center, the College Football Hall of Fame,World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, and Children’s Museum of Atlanta. We enjoyed our time there took beautiful pictures, I definitely recommend it.

This is the park that was made to mark the 1996 Olympics held in Atlanta. It is a huge park with lots of free space to walk and relax. There are many fountains and playground spaces here. The park has many monuments to commemorate the Olympics. There are a lot of statues too. The tiles have the names of the Olympics participants to honor them. One can spend a good weekend with family here and enjoy the greenery around.

Centennial park such a beautiful park with so much amusement around it you have to Coca-Cola do you have the civil rights you have the Georgia aquarium and you had the history of the Olympics when it came to Georgia it’s just a beautiful place to the family to look at history, you can See all the contributors names written on bricks. You can see the fountain the greenery the fountains. It’s a beautiful place. You can even have a picnic there if you want it to you or just walk and hold hands with your significant other arches. Enjoy the park with the kids or just a great walk alone. It’s a beautiful place to enjoy if you’re in the Atlanta area absolutely beautiful.

Centennial Olympic Park is located in the Midtown area of Atlanta. The park is very beautiful and clean, and popular to locals and tourists. It’s free for all visitors. Took rest and enjoyed its ambience!

Very nice park in downtown Atlanta. Great place to go for walks, and you get to admire the beautiful skyline of Atlanta from within the park. Very beautiful and clean park and lots of water fountains, too, so you don't have to worry about getting dehydrated while you're out there in the heat. Everything is just walking distance too from within the park since you're in downtown.

Tried and true Southern comfort food that has been a staple in Atlanta for decades. Famous for fried chicken, fresh vegetables, pork chops, mac n cheese, cornbread - the list goes on. Our party of 5 really enjoyed a variety of options and we left full and extremely satisfied. Prices are reasonable and the service is great. It had been a few years since I'd been here but I was reminded as to why I should come more often.

Love the food there, especially cinnamon rolls and tomato pie. Also sweet potato soufflé, broccoli soufflé, pulled pork were fantastic. Love the concept of choosing the sides for your entree. Love the old school way to order food by filling the paper by yourselves. Love our waitress Liz. She certainly made our day and upgraded our experience to the next level! The price was so fair. It’s a restaurant existing since 1945 and keeps being so popular for a good reason. It represents culture of Atlanta.

One of the best southern restaurants I’ve ever been to. Good food, friendly staff, and simple menu. Our server, Winta, was so accommodating and explained the menu well. Definitely recommend coming here!

This was an awesome dining experience! First you have to appreciate the deep historic legacy this place has. The food was delicious, a blend of southern soul and high dining in terms of service and presentation. The place wasn't too crowded, but as we were leaving, there were crowds flowing in. Just mentioning this to be prepared if you decide to come during a busy time.

This place is such a gem! We got there a little early so there was parking (behind the restaurant) and space. The place looks so small from the outside but it's huge! Our waitress was so kind and fun. She loves newcomers so she really took care of us. She was great with her recommendations and we really enjoyed our meals! We were too full to have our desserts and had to take them to go! Peach Cobbler was amazing! They also made me Georgia Pea Tea Lemonade and it was so good!

Mary Mac’s Tea Room was good, not great. I chose the Shrimp and Grits. I chose poorly. I should of had the Fried Chicken. I tried one of the wings and it was juicy and delicious. Our server was delightful. There as plenty of parking in back of the restaurant. Cinnamon rolls were to die for, but be careful not to fill up on them. The banana pudding was much better than the peach cobbler. The cobbler had a weird flavor ( maybe nutmeg), that I was not fan. All in all, it was worth it to visit, but not favorite.

The Tea Room is rather historic to Atlanta. I'm not a big fan of traditional Southern food, but if that's your thing this is your place. The fried pickles and fried okra were great! I also got a basic side salad which was fairly large. Our server was wonderful. The building is quite large and can accommodate large groups.

The restaurant was pretty good. The food could definitely use more seasoning, but I liked the chicken and dumplings. The okra was good, and I liked the cornbread and rolls. The fried green tomatoes weren't very good and neither were the green beans. The bartender was really nice.

Cute place. We ordered fried green tomatoes, Mac n cheese, collard greens, meatloaf, chicken and dumplings, chicken fried chicken, peach cobbler, bread pudding and key lime pie. The sides were all good, our main dishes were excellent but the dessert…not so much. The peach cobbler a la mode wasn’t bad but the key lime pie and bread pudding were horrible! We all 3 took one bite of the key lime pie and bread pudding and threw the rest away. The bread pudding had an overpowering clove taste and the key lime pie was overwhelmingly sweet with just the tiniest hint of tart in the aftertaste. Not only were the desserts a disappointment but the corn bread was also the worst I’ve ever had. If you go to Mary Macs I would stick with the yeast rolls (which were great) and avoid the desserts. We throughly enjoyed our main dishes, they were so very good; it’s a shame the dessert quality did not even come close to matching.

I went there with high expectations, but it could not meet that. The fried chicken was above average. It was crispy, light with no grease. But not much flavours. I’ve had much better in the city. The corn bread was dry and fried okra was not as crispy as I had at other places. The mac n cheese was the best of all the items. The biggest let down was the peach cobbler. It was simply warm peach with a thick dough of flour. It’s worth trying once perhaps but I wouldn’t recommend highly. There are better places.

After a dreadful experience at Old Lady Gang I was terrified to come here. But man was I impressed. This is true southern style food. The ambiance, service, food, and welcoming atmosphere was top notch. Our waiter, Allston was AMAZING. Though, by closing he kind of disappeared but that I understood, it's the end of the night. The fried catfish was amazing. The fried chicken wings were good but one of my wings was not a whole wing and actually looked deformed. I did not realize it until the kitchen was closed, I did not say anything. The sides are in small bowls but the portion sizes are somewhat bigger. The fries were very good. Collard greens had some seasoning but very little. Mac and cheese was delicious. The true winner was the bread service with cinnamon rolls. I will be back! Thank you for a great evening.

The place was delicious. They were very good at catering to dietaries and I was so hungry and the food was so yummy. I like the paper menus where you write out your food and then the caterer comes around and confirms it all. She was so good. Great for a larger group too (12 of us).

We had a great time at Mary Mac’s! I got the fried pork chop and it reminded me so much of the ones my grandmother made growing up. It was a touch cold but we had a bunch of different dishes and the AC was blowing so I totally understand. The collards were a bit bland for me but I know not everyone likes them super vinegary. The sweet potato soufflé was very tasty and had a lot of cinnamon. Loved the cornbread too! We came on Saturday at noon and only had to wait a few minutes. The parking lot was full but there is a lot of street parking.

What a great brunch experience. From the atmosphere to the service and the food I wish I could rate this place higher. Started with the freshly baked pastries which are a must. I had the smoked salmon eggs Benedict and the flavor was exquisite. I also tried the french toast. Simply delicious. Don’t leave before enjoying your favorite cocktail by the river. You can spend hours admiring such a beautiful place.

My wife and I went here for lunch for a small celebration of our anniversary. Let me just say from the time we pulled up until the time we left everything was first class! The valet parking was on point, a very kind and personable young man. The hostess who greeted us was friendly and personable. Then we had the pleasure of having Monet(I'm hoping I'm spelling her name right) as our server and she was absolutely phenomenal! Her knowledge of the menu helped with great recommendations being that this was our first time coming here. She was super friendly, personable, attentive and extremely helpful in all regards. Monet is one of the reasons why my wife and I have decided to come back more often to dine here. The overall atmosphere was so relaxing and we couldn't have asked for more!

I went here for an anniversary dinner and I can truthfully say that the salmon appetizer was the most delicious thing I have ever had in my entire life. Better than any other food I have ever tasted. We shared the salmon appetizer, and we each got blue fin tuna for the entree. We also shared the popcorn ice cream for dessert and it was delicious. It was expensive, but it is luxury dining. The service was incredible. The free valet was a great resource and the employees did a great job. They opened my door for me and were extremely welcoming. The hostess was so kind and was ready to seat us 20 minutes before our reservation. We chose to look through the gardens instead. The flowers were beautiful and they take great care of the plants. The river was gorgeous, and I hope to go back sometime soon. 10/10 recommend to anyone that is looking to celebrate something!

We had one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. Our waiter, Jimmy, did a very thorough description of the menu & the specials. First off, the bread course is in a league of it's own. We ate the whole basket. We ordered the kangaroo for an appetizer and the duck and the rabbit for the entrees. All of it was mind-blowing. We will definitely be coming back.

First time. Our server was knowledgeable. She knew about everything and gave amazing descriptions. We had Kangaroo, Rabbit, Monk Fish, Crab Cake, Shrimp, Duck, Beef Tenderloin, and Carrot Cake for dessert. Pictures are in this order.

We couldn't host our baby shower event in our home due to unfortunate circumstances. I didn't plan on doing a baby shower any longer but my husband surprised me and hosted a baby shower at this lovely restaurant. The paces room was beautiful and spacious enough to have 20-30 guests. It was very intimate and our server was amazing with her skills and service. The plating was beautiful and we all enjoyed our food. I couldn't be happier.

The food was perfection 🥰 the view of the river and sitting outside on a beautiful evening, was just what we'd hoped it would be. The service was impeccable. It isn't as pricey as I thought it would be. It's definitely not cheap. It is worth the price. Just do it. It might become one of your favorite places to celebrate big or small things. Or as in my case, small big things. Here's to new beginnings ♥️

Everything was amazing but what really stood out was the staff!! Jacob, our server, was so knowledgeable and attentive! All staff we interacted with were definitely dedicated to a top quality hospitality experience!! We will definitely be back next time we are in Atlanta!! Make sure to spend some wine time by the river! The atmosphere is magical!

Very great dinner. Valet service at the door. Very friendly greeter. Knowledgeable wait staff. Beautiful ambience. The food was top notch, and even with appetizer, entrees, dessert, and a bottle of wine, it didn't break the bank. The plating could be a little tighter, but everything was cooked perfectly and flavor combinations of everything really worked well. Will definitely be going back.

4.5 🌟 Nice upscale restaurant with really good food. Our waiter was really exceptional. The house smoked salmon is a great starter, along with the butternut squash soup and apple salad. Highlight was the braised rabbit entree. Don’t sleep on dessert either, you can get a half portion of the popcorn ice cream which I definitely recommend.

Service was great… atmosphere is mostly older white ppl (not the end of the world). Waiters will be very formal, well dressed, and knowledgeable. Kangaroo was good. Truffle fries were pretty good. Probably the worst lamb I’ve ever had - it was even a little cold. Ravioli was unflavored but technically good.

The wait time for drinks and food was very long. My appetizer was very good but the main course was okay. I expected more flavor, but my children dish was a bit dry. The outdoor scenery made up for the lack of service. It's so beautiful and relaxing.

We had the best time at Canoe! Beautiful greenery with a view of the river. There’s valet or self-parking. We tried to sit indoors to get away from the Georgia heat, but it was too loud so we decided to get another table outdoors. It was still great because as it was getting darker out, the heat died down and the tables had these small lamps you could adjust to your light preference. Our server was great and he was able to answer many of our questions about the menu. We ordered the smoked salmon appetizer and watermelon salad and both were great. Our entree was the mountain chicken and it was so good! We ended the night with the popcorn ice cream sundae as were a few tables around us. What I appreciated the most was that staff were very attentive to water refills and other requests.

Visited for my anniversary and the food and staff were awesome. The atmosphere is kind a little dated...classic stake house. The food was cooked perfectly to order and our sever was personable and very thoughtful. Ordered the steak the chef salad the lobster bisque and the lamb and bone in rib eye a d it was cooked perfectly!

Simply - the best filet - ANYWHERE. SUPERIOR to the best steakhouses in Atlanta, New Orleans, Dallas, Washington D.C., Naples, Palm Beach, Vegas. Historic, quaint, exceptional dining experience. P.S. - There IS a dress code - no shorts, caps, etc. We were in 'dressy' casual shorts (Columbia) - yet, they accommodated us by allowing us to dine at the Bar. We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the immediately responsive, friendly, professional service at Bar by bartenders.

Exceptional service from the moment you get out your car at valet to the moment your car is returned. Came here after all research saying this is the best steakhouse in Atlanta. The lobster bisque was very nice and lots of lobster chunks. Snapper cooked perfectly. Sides we ordered were tasty. However, I’d like them to have been warmer. We had such a nice experience…it was the first time in a long time we all are planning to return separately.

The service was superb. My husband and I always dine at a high end steak house several times per year and this place is one of our favorites. The wait staff is so friendly and will absolutely help cater the menu to your preference. 10/10 highly recommended!

Very good old-school Steakhouse. The pecan pie was ah-MA-zing! The entire table agreed it was the standout dessert. The hash browns were an incredible side. The steaks were delicious. Oh, and the French onion soup was also ah-MA-zing!

Loved walking inside and feeling welcomed. I would recommend making a reservation in advance. We made a reservation the same day and they only had one time slot left to choose from. The parking area is right next to the restaurant as valet parking. The staff was extremely kind to us and explained the menu very well. They made sure we were satisfied with everything and even escorted me to the bathroom since I hadn't known where it was. The mountain high pie was delicious, would recommend for ice cream lovers. It's a giant slice of various ice cream flavors stacked into a pie with a chocolate drizzle.

I’ve been coming here for over 30 years. Over the years many great steak houses have come and gone in the ATL but Bones is still here and still amazing. Let’s face it, there are many great 5 star steak houses serving the same grade meats so the real difference between good and great is how they cook the meat, service and the sides. Bones is still very traditional servicing great steaks cooked perfectly every time. The waiters and the service are spot on. My favorite side are the hash browns, Yummy! Tip - steak tar tar is not on the menu, if you want it you need to call ahead a couple of days and request it from the chef. It’s game on fresh ground filet! The best!!! If you’re looking for a great evening in a great environment that is laid-back, a great relaxing atmosphere, This is it. Make reservations early as the are packed almost every night. They have valet parking only.

This was easily one of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever had. To start, the service was tremendous. Our server really was incredible. The food left much to be desired. Both my partner and I’s steaks were under seasoned and over cooked. The Mac n cheese and greens were inedible and we left them on the table. The best thing we ate all night was the baked potato which was wonderful. Everything thing else was extremely disappointing.

A modern southern cuisine type of place. The interior design is clean, simple and contemporary. The service was excellent. The food was okay. My fried chicken was a bit salty. The biscuits were light and flaky. The grits were modest and over reliant on the gravy. My friend says the pimento cheese was excellent.

Well this is definitely a must try when in Atlanta. South City Kitchen has a menu that is focused on southern cooking but has creative ways of preparing them offer all guests something they will say " Wow, this is amazing". We tried bunch small plates like fried green tomatoes, chicken livers, pimento dip, peach salad and for mains had the best fried chicken and collard greens I can ever remember having. The drinks were a very nice addition and especially loved the one that tasted like a boozy chocolate milk!!! Trust me you get out and enjoy and support local restaurants like this!!!

This place has a very nice ambiance to it. The staff was very welcoming and respectful of our time limit. The biscuits we started with were super light and fluffy. I got the fried chicken which was nice and moist, the mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious and the greens had great flavor as well. My husband got the pork chop, it was a little dry but the flavor was great. We tried the banana pudding trifle for dessert and the texture was super creamy and thick, we loved it. This is a really nice place to try out!

The restaurant is absolutely delicious! Come hungry, between the complimentary cornbread and biscuits, dinner, and dessert, you’ll be very full! We enjoyed the fried green tomatoes, the goat cheese they are made with is on point. We also enjoyed the southern fried chicken and the shrimp and grits. The devils food cake dessert was good too, perfect for sharing - it was a little fluffy and not too heavy.

This was my first time here. Service was excellent and food was great. The Maryann & Ginger bourbon cocktail was tasty. GA Peach salad with blue cheese was a surprisingly good combo. Entrees.... Shrimp and grits - shrimp a bit overcooked but other wise very good Fried chicken livers, onions and corn - to die for Trout - delicious and just spicy enough

I recently visited South City Kitchen in Midtown Atlanta and had the pleasure of trying their pimento cheeseburger. Let me just say, it was amazing! The burger was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, and the pimento cheese added a delicious tangy kick to each bite. The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly as well. The restaurant itself had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and the service was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a delicious meal in Midtown Atlanta.

Good dinner. Great service! Our server Andrew made this an all around enjoyable experience from start to finish. Seated and served immediately, the appetizers were the Nola BBQ shrimp and the Fried green tomatoes. The fried green tomatoes were the star of the meal by far. We're already planning our next trip back just to have them again. The shrimp and grits were complimented, as well as the springer hill chicken plate. The drinks were a little light but still a great dinner. Pro tips: This place is busy and fills up quickly for dinner and I've heard that the lunch/brunch crowds are even crazier so make your reservations on the website or thru the OpenTable app. Arrive a little ahead of time as midtown's traffic and parking situation are a little sketchy at times. There's very little street parking and all of the parking lots within walking distance were $20 on weeknights. ENJOY

First time eating here. We went for brunch, and everything was amazing. The drinks were spot on, the coffee was great, and the food was amazing. We had the She Crab Soup, the Briscket Benedict, and the Crab Rice. Would recommend all of them. The couple we were with had the King Biscuit and Shrimp & Crab Roll. Our tastes of those we great also. Highly recommend you try South City Kitchen.

Had a great dinner experience here. No reservation for a 2 top but we were sat right away (pleasant surprise!) but you may want a reservation as the place was packed. Our server was friendly and the food was great, really really flavorful. I had the fried chicken and would definitely order again. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Came here with a small group of about 5 people and left very full and happy. The ambience is old southern home, right down to the nostalgic narrow wooden staircase to the second floor. We sampled most of the recommended dishes. Some favorites included the fried green tomatoes and the cornbread for appetizers; the pork chops, fried chicken, and butcher steak for entrees; and all three desserts. 🙈 For me especially the chocolate-caramel and the banana pudding. The location is pretty great too, with a lot of nightlife right around the corner.

Delicious!! Every thing we ate was superb. The food is so fresh and seasoned perfectly. The waitress was also just so personable and friendly that it added to the positive experience. **As a side note: they are in the top 5 in the nation for their fried chicken!** It’s a little pricey, but the quality of the food is exceptional. I am looking forward to going back and trying new items.

After searching for a romantic place to take my wife on a date during this pandemic I was able to secure a reservation at the Sun Dial Restaurant. As this being our first time visiting we had the pleasure of having Mike as our server who was not only personable but also helpful in navigating the menu. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was excellent 👌🏼. The only drawback was the extreme draft that we encountered as we sat by the window to enjoy the beautiful view hence the 4 stars. It felt good to get out of the house without the kids to enjoy each other and the Sun Dial Restaurant was the perfect venue. We've decided that we'll be coming back to enjoy our wedding anniversary dinner in a couple of months.

Loved the atmosphere. The views are absolutely amazing and the service was excellent. Please be sure to make a reservation though, or you might not get a table. I thought the food was very mediocre. For the appetizer, we got the fried quail which was too crispy and dry. For the main course, we got the pork chops and spaghetti with scrimp and scallops. Both were not well seasoned and definitely not something we'd order again. The bread was cold. After spending $311 on a meal for 2, we left feeling unsatisfied and ready to hit another restaurant for food.

A one of a kind experience. I just wish it was still rotating, but nonetheless still breathe taking. The view is amazing and the food is exquisite, not worth the price but worth the experience of course. We went for a birthday celebration and plan to go back again soon. A sun set view would be an ideal time to dine at the Sun Dial restaurant. With views like the Mercedes Benz stadium and Georgia Aquarium.

I recently visited this restaurant with my husband. I wanted to find something special to celebrate his birthday. This was definitely a good pick! Making the reservation was very simple and even us running a little late through traffic they still held our reservation. The elevator ride up was awesome, your literally on top of the beautiful city. I’m kind of wishing I made my reservation later so we could experience the gorgeous sunset. The menu had some good selections. Not to mention the drinks! They were AMAZING. The staff was also so welcoming and friendly. It was definitely a good experience all to say the least. I would highly recommend if you are visiting Atlanta. This restaurant is a cool place to check out!

Went for my birthday. Husband made a reservation and was able to be seated before the time since it wasn't really busy. Server was very informative with the menu and Atlanta itself since I'm new to the city. Don't expect it to move to see the whole city as you eat. There was an incident that happened that was tragic that stopped them from operating that feature/perk. Yeah I researched it. What a terrible tragedy. Other than that, the views are amazing during sunset. The food and drinks were great. You receive the same glasses as your daiquiri before you depart. Overall great experience!

I recommend this place. It is perfect for a romantic date during sunset. Definitely not cheap, but it is worth it to go at least once. The view is breathtaking. Special recognition for our server, Moon, who went above and beyond to help me prepare a surprise for my boyfriend before he left the country.

A true five star experience. The service, the view, and the food really exceeded all expectations. This was an awesome dinning experience. After some bad dining experiences at very well reviewed restaurants in the area because of the labor shortages, my group didn't know what to expect here. From the moment I tried to make my reservation, I was impressed by the service and care all the staff took. The food itself was also amazing. To start, the Sweet and Tangy crispy shrimp and fried green tomatoes were really great. We had several Entrees that all tasted great. The bone in Ribeye and BBQ Pork Tomahawk stood out as the favorites. That Pork was perfectly cooked and had such a favored, crispy crust. Overall, this was the best dinning experience of our trip and I'll for sure coming back here when I'm in Atlanta.

Sun Dial has been on my bucket list since I moved to Atl. Finally, I made it there to celebrate Father's Day with my fiance. It was everything the reviews said. The view alone is worth it. The elevator ride to the 72nd floor is breathtaking. Don't look out or down if you are scared. My food was missing some seasoning was my only complaint. Valet parking is available as well as street parking. Definitely had a great time and will be back to catch the nighttime view.

Where to start.... The host Caprese was prompt, professional, and kind. Amazing. Our server Shauna was amazing. She was very helpful and made our experience greater. I can't remember the gentleman name because it was of Indian original and I don't want to mess his beautiful name up but he made sure our glasses were always topped off with water. Great service... Now the food...... My stuffed lobster was really good for as the stuffed contents. The lobster legs etc were highly overcooked and really tough. My husband said his lamb meal was decent but not worth the money spent. Drinks..... I had a passion daiquiri or something with multiple fruits and it was the best drink I think I've ever had!! It came in a really tall glass that I got to keep! My husband had a lemon drop and he ordered that everywhere. He said that's the best one he's had out of any place he's gotten one!! View... Amazing .. simply put.
