A historical fort having incredible architecture and ambience. A vast area of fort is with Indian Defence. Better to visit the fort with a Guide who can explain the historical aspects of the fort. The entrance, ambience, Courtyards and other structures are really grand. The red stone and marbles used for construction of the fort, give a royal feeling.

Agra Fort is one of the largest forts in India. We are only allowed to explore 20% of the area. And yet, those 20% are already big enough for us to explore, which is remarkable 🤩 And yes, it's a very nice place for a photo shoot 📸 We booked a tour guide in advance, and it was worth every penny as they told us the story and history of the Agra Forts and more. Tips: Do wear comfy shoes, t-shirts, bring small towel and mineral water. Avoid visiting in the afternoon as it will be getting hot there.

Mugal monument with lovely architecture and garden. Huge area and every nuke and corner is filled with Sand stone and Marvel work. Garden are maintained beautifully. During winter gardens are mesmerizing. You can spend hours there but won't feel bore. Nice place for photography.

If you like walking in historical buildings or place then this is the best place for you. Very heavy work has been done on it and very beautiful flowers and leaves have been made on its walls. Because the fort of Agra is very big, so during its journey you may get very tired but you will also have a lot of fun.

One of the best fort in India. The architecture of the fort is very beautiful due to presence of red rocks. We have to walk for 40-60minutes to cover entire area inside. Security checking is there in the entrance. Carry bags are not allowed inside. Locker facility is available near to the entrance. Always preferred to go in winter or in monsoon season.

Great place to visit. Can see the mugal emperors judging court,rooms,balcony,masjid etc...Guide is needed to understand all these. If they written all the information all people can understand every place' purpose easily. There is no good food/hotel available outside the Fort.

The places is very well preserved. You might not need a guide if you read about the place beforehand and keep a map of the fort handy. Keep an umbrella if you’re visiting in summers, it gets really hot. Tickets are cheap, like ₹40 or something. Beware of Auto-rickshaw-wallas, they’ll try to trick you into paying a lot if you aren’t careful.

This is one of the biggest fort in a India about 70 acres now a days just a 20% of the fort is open for visitors. Entry fees is 35 rupee if you book online ticket. The red fort of Agra is just amazing as it was shown in movies. The story of Red fort will just kept you bound. The beauty of this monument is mesmerizing. The fort is so big, it is divided in to multiple sections according to the kings name. Every little corner is actually designed so calculatively. If you see a single pillar, then also you will feel the art and work they have done over here. If you are visiting it, then you should go for guide also. They will tell you the details of every single corner. It was an amazing experience.

A very lesser known historical monuments in vicinity of Agra fort in the heart of Agra city. The monument is actually a tomb which is still very intact. The place is kept quite neat and clean and is very well maintained. This monument is taken care by Archaeological Survey of India, Agra circle. Hats off.

At a distance of 8 km from Agra Cantonment Railway Station and 3 km from Agra Fort, Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah is a Mughal mausoleum located on the western bank of the Yamuna River near the Yamuna Bridge Railway Station in Agra. The tomb is also known as the Jewel Box or Baby Taj as it looks like a smaller version of the Taj Mahal. It is one of the popular tourist places in agra. This historical monument is quite beautiful but sadly not maintained at all. Agra Tourism Department and ASI which charges tourist should really do some serious maintenance work. Only extremely positive point was the monument details were also put there in Braille. Only tourist spot where this was done in Agra...

We visited here during our 2 day weekend visit to Agra. I would suggest you to add this to must visit monuments. We had very pleasant time here as you will not find too much crowd here as compared to Taj Mahal. You will not need any guide here, you can just explore the beauty of the monument on your own. You can buy the tickets on the counter.

Baby Taj 💖 Seeing this was equally as stunning as the Taj - it’s less crowded, calmer and a definite To Do. I could’ve sat here all day and just looked at the intricate artwork. The tiles - the patterns - the colours 😍 I still can’t believe how they built these amazing buildings 😍 Just wow - incredible 😍

This is open from sunrise to sunset. It is made up of white marble so some say it as a mini Taj Mahal and it has four doors. Back door is facing Yamuna river and the view is beautiful. You can sit here and enjoy the view. The art work on marble is beautiful and amazingly well done. Inside this, there are 4-5 graves are there which are present in four different corners of this monument. Rest this place is beautifully maintained by authorities.

The Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daula is dedicated to Mirza Ghiyas Beg, the father of Nur Jahan. Itimad-ud-Daula was his title. This mausoleum situated on the banks of river Yamuna was constructed in 1626_28 AD. There are many things in this mausoleum, known as Baby Taj, which were later adopted while making the Taj Mahal. People say that at many places the carvings here look more beautiful than the Taj Mahal. Another attraction of this mausoleum is its dome made in the Central Asian style. The gardens and paths here enhance its beauty even more. This mausoleum is the first mausoleum built in India which was made entirely of white marble. Pictures of trees, plants, animals and birds are engraved on its walls. Here and there the pictures of men can also be seen which is a strange thing because in Islam it is forbidden to use human beings as an object of decoration. Because of its beauty, this tomb is known as the Jewel Box.

Garden was not maintained, But definitely a good view of Taj Mahal. Nice place for a photoshoot as this place was not that crowded and nice backdrop of Taj Mahal. You’ll have to buy online ticket here. Some small stalls are also there outside the garden to buy cold drinks or packet food.

Translated as 'Moonlight Garden' it is located across the Yamuna river directly opposite to the Taj Mahal. It's construction has been attributed to both Babur & further beautified by Shah Jehan. When I visited in March 2017, the flowerbeds were being readied for planting. Very few if the available plants & trees were flowering at that time, but one can imagine what the garden would be like in full bloom. Both the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort are visible from here. First time I visited in 2016, and last visited in Sep 2022. I feel, the view of the Taj Mahal from Mehtab bagh is very different and you will feel the love for the monument and will enjoy the moment. I have visited Mehtab bagh twice but still I can go multiple times in different seasons.

We couldn't enter the conservation centre. One must reserve their tour before visiting through their online portal . But here's a trick. If you want to see the elephants visit the place around 3:30pm. The elephants are taken outside for a stroll. (Suraj) the elephant has the biggest tusk 🦣

Amazing place to learn about the elephants and to be educated about what torture they've been through while enslaved by humans. You can see them in rehabilitation getting a new life. Amazing experience for families, couples and children.

On my son's birthday, we visited SOS Wildlife centre for elephants. Located near Mathura, it was an eye-opening visit for us. How can man be so cruel towards the biggest mammal on earth, the elephant. The visit started with the educator explaining the motive of the ngo to rescue elephants and how they keep them in the rescue centre. Thereafter, we were taken inside the rescue centre near the elephants and were told stories about their pasts. It was a sad affair to see their injuries of past, soe were blind, some had broken knee, some had their ears chopped off and the list goes on. This was all done previously before rescue by humans obviously for commercial gains. But that is one side of humans, the other is the people working at this NGO, people working 24 hours taking good care of these elephants now so that they are fast on the recovery mode and do not develop hatred in their minds for us the humans. The visit was a memorable experience for my family and my small kids Shaurya and Jeevesh who loved the whole trip. We had the opportunity to bathe this largest mammal with our own hands and feed them too. Appeal to everyone to encourage, motivate and help these NGOs in whatever manner we can !!!!

Wildlife SOS is basically a Elephant Conservation centre and a rescue unit which consist of Abused, exploited old elephants who are living their life peacefully here. The place is situated on National Highway -2 near to Eshaan College. 1) All types of facilities were provided to Elephants and their well-being and also they respond to all kind of rescue calls for different kind of animals throughout the city. 2) SOS Wildlife runs totally on donations , so if you ever planning to visit their please donate some amount also (which is mandatory in elephant conservation centre). 3) Proper Parking facility and Washroom facility available. 4) You have to call them prior for booking your visit to conservation centre.

To experience a dream of a lifetime one should visit Wildlife SOS Elephant Sanctuary. Elephants that had previously been abused and used for begging purposes get a second chance of life. All the elephants suffer from mistreatment, but Wildlife SOS is there to nurse them back to health both physically and mentally. It is an incredible organization!

A wonderful place to visit! It is great to see how they give mistreated elephants a new life! They also do an excellent job at educating society about why elephants should be free and not held captive.

Sheesh Mahal is one of the architectural wonders inside the Khas Mahal in Agra Fort. I went to this place for having lunch. To my surprise, the place was full with people. I was expecting it would be empty, and I would not get place to sit here easily. I did get a place despite of large number of people having food here. I really had doubts when I entered the place, but it completely proved me wrong. Staff was very friendly, attentive and courteous. Foods was delicious. I ordered tomato soup and corn salt and peppers in starters and Dal Bukhara and Paneer lababdar in mains. Portion size of dishes was more than adequate which is sufficient for two persons. I was amazed with their generosity. I couldn’t find any flaw in all these dishes. I recommend this place to everyone if you like North Indian food. Pricing was moderate. Overall a very good place to have food.

It's a nice place to try for Indian cuisine. We went for dinner and found the ambience to be ok and food super tasty. The size of helpings is far better than normal restaurants. Will come again.

I am a regular visitor in Agra. Pinch of spice was one of the restaurant which serves good food. But my last visit of the restaurant turned everything upside down. I visited on Aug 19,2023 at 1215pm. The food served so badly cooked and untrained chef. Butter nan was so hard. Ordered chicken lababrdar and the chicken was so hard. All what they care is you pay no attention to quality or service. Pathetic they turned out to be. Never visit this place if you want good food and good service.

Food is very tasty, you can order any cuisine everything is very yummy. The drink they serve in last of paan flavour is also very yummy. Price is little high and ambiance is good. I will suggest to visit at least once here.

Good Vibes Cafe looks exactly like its name suggests - very good vibes! It seems to be a hub for foreign tourists. The food was good, freshly made, slightly on the expensive side (veg thali was ₹200 per person) but it was fully compensated by the hospitality and service at the cafe; I was very impressed and left with a smile on my face.

A very great cafe for locals and especially tourists. A place with good music and food. Order the Special Thali that they serve. It can be filling for two people very well. The cafe has good staff and good outside view of the place nearby. They also provide good seats were its completely different from the normal chairs usual cafes or restaurants provide. They literally made us wait for half an hour for the order to get ready. But when everything came to our table, we couldn't be happier to see how delightful everything was. And how amazing it tasted. It took time because they made everything dish fresh. It tasted like that too. Soups, snacks, main course. We tasted almost everything. Absolute gem of a spot. Amazing special thali at a steal of a price. Water for 20 rupee and soda for 50 rupees and cheap homemade food with a range of options made me a happy man. The service was perfect. Plethora of books and games if you need a place to chill. Has two industrial coolers with many fans along the wall so you can enjoy a patio without the heat. Caught a quick glance of the kitchen and it was clean and everyone seemed happy inside. Truly Good vibes all around.

I was suffering from food poisoning and looking for some fresh and decent food, when I stumbled upon this cafe nearby from where I was staying. Absolutely lived up to my expectations. Fruit salad was the best I've had since I came to India, service was great, staff was really helpful and thoughtful, I can recommend having some food here whilst you're in Agra.

Just great food! We take special thali three days in a row, it's amazing.We asked to make food for us not spicy and without garlic, all our wishes were fulfilled. It is very nice that there are board games, children have something to do while waiting for the order to be brought. Very attentive staff, and most importantly, unobtrusive. This place is more of a lounge than a restaurant or cafe. It offers open air/roof top seating on two floors. The decor and landscaping have been tastefully done, the service is very efficient and customer centric, the ambience is great at night and the music is very catchy too. The food is OK...some of the dishes such as the Cheese Garlic Bread have a home made feel to it. The Veg. Lasagna is average. However, the ambience, music and the trees around made it a fantastic experience. Was pleasantly surprised to find such a lovely lounge in a place like Agra! Sitting on the rooftop, enjoying a pleasant summer breeze with leaves fluttering on the trees around the restaurant was a total stress buster! The only dampner was the presence of mosquitos, given that the seating is outdoors. However, upon bringing it to the attention of the staff, they quickly placed mosquito coils below the tables. Also, the elevator needs to be serviced because it takes ages to appear once summoned! All said and done, this is a very pretty lounge and an unexpected surprise tucked away in the bustling city of Agra. Highly recommended for the ambience and customer experience.

Amazing terrace in Agra! We saw this place on Google, the reviews were nice and we wanted some not Indian food for one day in our Indian trip. We arrived and the ambience was amazing, incredible house music on the terrace, we ate super well, the Risotto was astonishing. KAMAL and AFZAL were super nice to us, the treatment, the food, the view, everything was a 10/10. Super recommendable.

Loved this cafe. We were just for a half day in town near Taj Mahal and we just randomly searched for place to eat and this one showed up. It's on third floor and have elevator. It's on two floors and have really good interior. Food and service really awesome. We wanted to have something North Indian, so we ordered chicken Afghani, kadai chicken, peach ice tea and cold coffee. We literally loved each and every dish and drink.

Food served here was amazing and the staff is also very friendly and you will be very happy with the service. Vivek (VK) bhai served prepared a very nice meal for me and i was delighted by the helpfulness the staff had to offer for everyone. I visited this place on a monday evening and it was full packed. It is well famous among local people and hence proves to be a nice hangout place for friends and lovebirds.

A star less for the pricing. The pizza which is a small one is priced for 360 or so and the loaded nachos which is basically a packet of cornitos with cheese and dips is 370 or so. Lemonade for 140. The tea which was exceptionally good was reasonably priced at 60. It was the only best part of the meal. Rest was good.

Good stay. Very old and plush property, but dated now. Needs to be smartly upgraded urgently. Food and services are good. Legacy staff needs to reinvent themselves to be relevant. Not very easy for people with limited mobility to stay and move around, so need to check n plan your stay. Hotel has amazingly pretty gardens and pool areas (including the restaurants) but not accessible on a wheelchair or a kids buggy. Overall good stay for a change.

ITC Mughal... Definitely worth staying in this Luxury Resort. Absolutely fabulous and stunning in every way. The rooms and bath were excellent. Beyond the imagination of luxury. So, thoughtfully designed and architecture. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Went as family of wife and daughter. All of us had a very enjoyable time, especially my daughter. She had a very nice time. The staff were very very helpful, kind and very courteous. The food was excellent. The spa was magnificent. Me and my wife had a very very excellent time in the spa, away from our usual busy schedules. The very nice way to unwind from our maddening busy days. We have vowed to come again once in 2 or 3 months to unwind in this very beautiful resort.

I really love this location and service Rooms are clean and have all the amenities you expect from a five-star; but the highlight of course is everything around it. The restaurants are classy and the morning breakfast buffet is a sumptuous delight. The terrace gardens are also a great place to visit at night, and there are several swimming and sports facilities across the property. (I guess they were looking towards handsome tips and I'm not that kinda person who would pay extra for personalized service. In my belief service is part of their job description)

Rooms are clean and have all the amenities you expect from a five-star; but the highlight of course is everything around it. The restaurants are classy and the morning breakfast buffet is a sumptuous delight. The terrace gardens are also a great place to visit at night, and there are several swimming and sports facilities across the property. Excellent hotel - loved the stay and experience, easy recommend to anyone who can afford it.

I paid more than what I experienced in return. Payed 9 grands for one night yet the hotel lacks in basic amenities as cable network on TV and delivering the room service of basic water bottle on time. The staff members at reception need to work in pro active to cater to the experience the guests are promised at the time of booking. The property is beautiful but it's good to replace the word "luxury" from the stay.

After reading all the good reviews about this place I booked this hotel for me and my family. Hotel definitely needs renovation from inside. Marble on stairs was chipped off at multiple places. The air conditioner didn’t work in the bedroom but the living room was working. Breakfast variety/taste is just ok. Spa is great but there was no drinking water around sauna and steam room.

We went there to attend marriage. Hotel is amazing. Location is perfect. Unfortunately, there is metro construction going on in front of the hotel, so there is a lot of dust. Food quality is superb. Room service is good. Although hotel is old but its very well maintained. It's quite close to Taj Mahal. There is a lots of greenery and water bodies inside the property. Valet parking service was good but due to too many guests it was little crowded

Absolutely stunning hotel. The USP is its pool. I enjoyed with my little one for a long time in the pool. The rooms were very very spacious, the linen was too good. The bath was great. Excellent service by the staff, well maintained all over. Can see the service staff taking all efforts to keep it clean. Well appreciated especially on this. The food was great and delicious throughout our staty. The gym and workout was great. Nice location. Centre of the city with great connectivity to everywhere.

I have recently stayed in this luxury resort and spa. The resort was located in a stunning setting, near the Taj Mahal . The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities you could ask for. The service was impeccable, and the staff were always attentive and helpful. The resort had a variety of dining options, from fine dining to casual fare. There was also a spa with a variety of treatments to choose from. I had a wonderful massage that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

This place has the best chef in all of India. Every dish he made was delicious. The prices cannot be beat for the quality and portions. My girlfriend and I ate here for almost every meal we had while in Agra. There is a great variety and something for every one. The hardest part about eating here is deciding what to order because it is all so amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the place is very clean. Would recommend for any travellers visiting. This is a 6/5 stars place.

Im so touched i ate soup noodle here!!! I had Shin Ramyun with tasty soup, I went here for three times. Dinner breakfast and lunch. The staff are so kind and sweet that u feel as like home. Good food and not expensive, I’ll come back here next time in Agra.

Cute little cafe situated just beside Tajmahal. Serves Indian, Italian along with some other fast food. They have utilised the space very nicely and though it is a small area but it looks nice. Ordered Veg Noodles , Chicken Noodles. Both were delicious and quantity was sufficient. Tried their famous Malai Kofta accompanied with a Naan which was really amazing. The gravy was lip smacking. Had a plain lassi after the meal and loved the freshly made lassi. Creamy and refreshing. Would highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Taj Mahal.

One of the best of best place to eat near tajmahal.. They have good variety of foods which includes Korean, North Indian, Mugalai snacks and desserts.. Hospitality is very good and the ambience is also good though the space is very less and compact.. We had butter naan, garlic naan, cheese naan, mugalai chicken, panner pasanda and Agra style chicken briyani.. Paneer pasanda and chicken mugalai was damn good.. Naan was very very soft and tasted damn good.. 👌Would recommend this place for everyone who visit Taj Mahal.. Itz just 5min walk from Taj mahal's east gate.. Would love to visit again.. Owner ashu baiya is customer oriented..

An excellent place in the center of Agra to eat. It is a very cozy and little place only 5 minute walking to the Taj Mahal. The waiters are very friendly and the food is homemade and at an excellent price. We stayed there for breakfast and for dinner. Highly recommended.

Super cute little restaurant with friendly staff & a relaxed vibe. Strong fan & a/c make it a nice place to get away from the heat. We've eaten here a bunch of times and everything has been good. The malai kofta was delicious & they have the BEST chai around!
